America Replies --- So What?

Let's be clear that I am speaking in round numbers, using just one well-known example as the basis for a proportional comparison.

If China is owed 230,000 tons of gold, America is owed 1,800,000 tons of gold.

If China is owed interest on its 230,000 tons of gold since 1928, America is owed interest on its 1,800,000 tons of gold since 1870.

If a Third Party, Uncle Sam, owes all this gold to both China and America, which Creditor is owed more and has greater standing with respect to the debt?

America is the Priority Creditor and has officially accepted the United States Debt since 1998. China's claims made in 2011 are far down the pecking order, especially because Uncle Sam owes America a lot more than gold.

Uncle Sam owes America silver and land and every other commodity you can name, so that at the end of the day, China is owed only pennies on the dollar.

Of course, the Federal Reserve Bank System is bankrupt. It has been bankrupt since the 1930's. For that matter, so is the Bank of China bankrupt. All the Blood Money banks are bankrupt by definition. This is because there is no natural parity between money based on precious metals and script based on labor. It's apples and oranges, though both have value.

Herr Hitler bridged this gap by simple declaration, declaring that one loaf of good bread was the "value equivalent" of one hour of labor--- whatever kind of labor it might be, brain surgery or cleaning toilets --- and both were equivalent to one Deutsch Mark.

This is why the bankers love-hate the Germans: the Germans realize that labor is labor, just as electricity is electricity, and as a commodity, labor is equivalent in value. Ouch, to all the elitists.

The Germans also traditionally go about the business of establishing "standard commodity values" with plodding pragmatism, not offering the bankers and attorneys the leeway to redefine values at will.

This last part is extremely inconvenient for fraud artists, counterfeiters, and embezzlers.

If the value of whatever is being used as the standard commodity value is inelastic -- that is, can't be pulled and prodded into magically multiplying itself, there is no room in the system for unearned profits and unjust enrichment, and no cream to spread around to the cronies.

This is why the Federal Reserve System had to be created, and it is also the reason that crypto currencies are being fronted as a replacement to the Federal Reserve System. If you read the Federal Reserve Act you will encounter a lot of noble sounding platitudes and reasons for its existence, but the real reason it exists is to make money for the US CORP shareholders off of other people's labor.

Now we come to the present situation, where the purported Borrowers are on strike, and it is revealed that they are the Creditors, not the Debtors, after all.

China isn't the world's Priority Creditor. The long-lost Americans are. And we are baaack.

So, instead of China and the Brits backing HSBC offering to divvy up the wealth of the world and remake it to suit themselves, it's time that everyone backed off and all the corporations came to heel.

We, Americans, aren't here to cheat anyone.

We are not "the US", which is a foreign for-profit governmental services corporation, nor are we "the USA" which is a British Crown operation and another bloody for-profit governmental services corporation.

We are their Priority Creditors, the Principals of their bankruptcy, and their actual Employers.

Now that China has raised the issue and wants to claim a pre-eminent spot in the "who is owed what" debate, we think it only fair and right that the actual owners of the vast majority of the Slush Pile come forward and claim their stuff.

After all, the rest of the world has enjoyed the value of our resources since 1946.

Even if we dispense with the compound interest rates imposed by the Guts in Washington, DC, we are owed back our gold, silver, land, and other actual assets, plus a reasonable profit on our labor --- just like everyone else.

And we are owed this without any interference from anyone.

Including China.

With its narrow-minded focus on gold, gold, gold and more gold, China has lost sight of the value of labor and all the other commodities that make the world go round.

A far broader and more mature vision of "value" is needed, especially as regards the value of labor, which China has to offer.

The Biden Administration has no money or authority to buy Chinese goods. It doesn't even have the authority to shut down the ports on the West Coast where those goods are bound.

Instead, it has used flunkies like California's Governor Newsom to outlaw tractor trailer traffic needed to unload and transport the goods from the docks--- all in the name of climate change, which is another politicized farce.

America, meaning the actual civilian government--- is in Session and open for business. It's time for our Employees to stand down and time for our bankers to roll out the red carpet.

Everyone on Earth should, reasonably, be singing "Glory Hallelujah!" that the actual Americans are still here and we are not dependent on the madmen who have been misrepresenting themselves as our government.

The Cracks in the Dam

No, we are not talking about a physical dam. No reference to Three Gorges or Hoover.

We are talking about an intellectual construct upon which The Great Fraud has been built, and by which it will fall; for surely no Lie has ever been the foundation of the true and living Judge.

Remember when I told you that the research which has brought us here consists almost equally of both positive and negative proofs?  
There are the abundant primary and public records which assure us of our position, and sometimes even more importantly, there are those things which should be present if our sunny but ignorant grasp of history were true—- but which are absent, and remain absent no matter what we do.

Like the missing official Declaration of War from the Congress at the start of The American Civil War.

Like the absent official treaties ending that same conflagration….

And all the many “Federal Laws” which at first glance appear to apply to Americans, but were never published in the Congressional Record.

Try as we might we can find no proof that The Uniform Transfer to Minor’s Act was ever published in the Congressional Record—- which it would need to be, if it applied to average Americans.

Hmmm….,

So the Uniform Transfer to Minors Act does not apply to Americans  and furthermore, the positive law represented by 12 USC 95 a, Subsection 2——does apply.

As a result of the lack of publication proof, it is easy to deny the central claim and tenet upon which all controlling claims of the Bar Attorneys depend when they “offer” to administer our purported infant decedent estates for us.

And as a result of the positive publication of 12 USC 95 a Subsection 2, it is equally clear that this legislation was established for us as a  remedy.  

Pay attention to where each such law is published— remembering that if a Federal Law applies to us it must be recorded as part of the Federal Record (also called Congressional Record) and will not apply to us if it is published in the Federal Register.

Additional Update on our fight with the Chinese Bioweapon

I have finally managed to fully research the protocol we are getting to help us with our recovery from this so called Delta Variant, which is what our outreach team from the clinic is calling it. See the protocol we are using below.

It combines oxygen supplementation to ease the stress on the lungs and allow them to heal slowly. That is one of the keys to why this works. The formulas they are using slow the immune reaction enough to prevent a cytokine storm in the lungs and upper respiratory system while allowing time for our bodies to slowly build antibodies for whatever is causing the problems. Antioxidants are the long term solution, as the paper we published last week from Spartacus describes. Slow steady progress is what we want.

Right now, with supplementation supplied by the concentrators, at a fairly low setting, I have no trouble keeping my Oxygen levels above 90. I can even get off the supplementation supply for long enough to take a shower now. If I deep breath while I am doing that in about a half hour my levels will start to fall below 90. Everyone knows that oxygen is the most important, and levels in the blood should remain above 90 at all times.  In any case we are both making progress every day, with my wife Gladys better than myself. She can stay above 90 now without the supplementation of O2 if she doesn't get  too carried away with the work of the household. Neither one of us are doing much right now.  That, in my opinion is a direct result of the help we are getting. She used the nebulizer for about a week and is off that now too.  Not me, not yet. It feels like I have no  energy or stamina if I over extend for a half hour or more, and I start breathing harder and the bottom falls out without the supplementation, so I am now challenging my breathing by doing that every day a couple of times.

We break that capsule open and mix the powder with a liquid and use that mix 3 times a day at 3 ml each time in the nebulizer.  After the morning and evening treatments it's followed in a half hour by another liquid at 3 ml called Budesonide

Budesonide (BUD), sold under the brand name Pulmicort among others, is a medication of the corticosteroid type. It is available as an inhaler, nebulization solution, pill, nasal spray, and rectal forms. The inhaled form is used in the long-term management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The nasal spray is used for allergic rhinitis and nasal polyps. The pills in a delayed release form and rectal forms may be used for inflammatory bowel disease including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and microscopic colitis. Budesonide was approved in April 2021 by the UK's NHS to treat COVID-19 on a case-by-case basis.

Then we are using  7000 IU of D3, 1 1000 mg aspirin, 1 zink, one 1000 mg vitamin C, one Dexamethazone at 6 Mg, and I have been on a batch of the antibiotic called Doxycycline Mono at 100 mg capsule for 10 days twice per day.

What this did for me was help the oxygen level in the blood right away and settle the process in the lungs of gaining back function without much radical congestion, or loss of ability to use the oxygen.  IT WORKS and these people on this outreach team have kept many people out the hospital entirely and given them time to heal.

I do have a bit of pneumonia in the lungs but that is what the antibiotic is fixing. It's coming along nicely and slowly my ability to keep good oxygen levels with supplemental O2 is gaining. 

This is the first time since 1996 that I have used any kind of antibiotic so I think that is one reason it's working well.

It might take a few weeks but I am really happy with the  process and the progress we are making now.  We don't eat any junk food, and we do other nutrients to boost immune function, but right now I don't want my immune function to run away in my lungs.  Slow steady progress coupled with a daily challenge to my lung function is working and I expect a full recovery within a month or two. We shall see what the Holy Will of God is in the matter.

At this point I am hoping to get off the Oxygen by December, but we shall see. 

In any case I am using a stationary oxygen concentrator (borrowed) but without a little Oxygen supplementation my levels drop off into the 80s, so we are faced with buying some equipment for the home and a portable.

I have them covered on a card for about $3800.00 and are waiting for the equipment. I got a ride to the clinic Friday and they checked my levels and wrote a prescription for the machines.  Let me tell you that it's a fight to buy one. They knit pick everything about it. You can imagine the pressure these medical companies are under right now from government to stop the people that are really helping others and keeping them out of the hospital.

NOT SO FAST:  It is in part caused by a California Truck Ban
which says all trucks must be 2011 or newer and a law called AB 5
which prohibits Owner Operators.

Traditionally the ports have been served by OWNER OPERATORS (non
union).  California has now BANNED Owner Operators.

Long term, truckers in California are not investing in new trucks
because California has a law that makes them illegal in 2035. 
The requirement is to purchase electric trucks which do not
exist.

The Media conveniently leaves out that the problem stems from
California Democrat Regulations.  The prices keep getting
higher for truck drivers to do business in California. 

You can thank Governor Gavin Newsom and the idiot liberals that
don't know where their food and other essentials come from that
keep voting him into office.  So when you are  in empty
grocery stores fighting over rationed essentials and food remember
who ran the truck drivers and small truck driving businesses out of
California. Please wake up America before it's too late.

The Problem with Peymon

Many have written to draw my attention to attacks by Peymon M. and the Freedom Law School crowd, and there have been many requests for me to reply to his claims and accusations.

I haven't done so, up until now, because the problem with Peymon and his motivations for attacking me (and the rest of us) are so apparent.

Peymon and his Freedom Law School charge people $4,000.00 cash every year to have their organization defend against claims made by the IRS. In many cases, this is more than the people owe the IRS in the first place, they are simply too afraid of the IRS to argue, and so agree to pay Peymon and the Freedom Law School for protection.

From one racketeer to another, the victims either pay the IRS or they pay protection money to Peymon, and in either case, they are paying for something they should never have to pay for in the first place.

Peymon says that I have no victories against the IRS, but I do, and perhaps more importantly, so do plenty of other people including Carey Zollman, who --- in my opinion --- has a far better program that costs far less than what is offered by the Freedom Law School. The benefit of what Carey offers is that once it's done, it's done. No need to keep answering demands from the IRS every year. And no need to pay Peymon large sums of cash every year.

As for me, my intermittent battles with the IRS are aimed at something totally different. I am aiming at the lawful restraint of the IRS and its racketeering activities on a systemic level.

The plain fact is that none of these agencies have any right to operate outside the District of Columbia, nor do they have any authority or reason to address the General Populace of this country. [See their own Subsection 72 of Title IV --- no actual Congress has ever extended the Federal Enclaves on any generalized basis into the States of America.)

They get away with imposing an employment tax on federal government employees and dependents as a condition of their employment or dependency, but the vast bulk of Americans are not employed by these foreign corporations, do not receive federal income, and are not liable for any such "tax" to begin with.

Instead, Americans have been the victims of a sophisticated and orchestrated impersonation scheme that has allowed these foreign governmental services corporations to misidentify them and deprive them of their natural identity and standing under the Public Law. That in turn has allowed the charlatans to evade their own responsibilities and constitutional obligations owed to these same Americans.

Ending this gigantic fraud scheme being perpetuated by our Employees and their subcontractors known as "Agencies" is my aim and should be the aim of all Americans.

It isn't my intention, job, or goal to defend against individual cases and sundry attacks; rather, it's my job and Public Duty as an American to enforce the Constitutions and other International Law to prevent crimes of impersonation and barratry to begin with..

How can you help rein in the IRS, aka, Internal Revenue Service, and other so-called agencies?

First and foremost, by declaring your birthright political status as an American and recording this action on the Public Record; this rebuts their presumption that you are voluntarily adopting their foreign political status and its obligations.

Second, bring forward the information that your States of the Union are now all fully enrolled and in Session, so there is no basis to presume that any American is stateless or under custody of any foreign government.

Third, bring forward the information that the States of America have issued an International Peace Proclamation officially ending The American Civil War, so that there is no longer any excuse for maintaining the existence of any war or war-like activity on our shores.

Finally, join and support your own State Assembly. By joining together with others of like-mind and political status, you can assist us in our effort to restore full function to the lawful government of this country and put an end to the employee-sponsored mayhem.

EPISTLE (Philipp. I. 6-II.) Brethren, We are confident in the Lord Jesus, that he who hath begun a good work in you will perfect it unto the day of Christ Jesus. EXPLANATION This epistle was written by St. Paul at Rome, where he was imprisoned for the faith, to the inhabitants of Philippi in Macedonia whom he had converted to the true faith. He congratulates them that they so willingly received and conscientiously obeyed the gospel which he had preached to them, and he says, he trusts in God to complete the good work which He has commenced, and to give them perseverance until the day of Christ, that is, until death.

GOSPEL (Matt. XXII. 15-21.) At that time, The Pharisees went and consulted among themselves how to ensnare Jesus in his speech. And they send to him their disciples, with the Herodians, saying: Master, we know that thou art a true speaker, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man, for thou dost not regard the person of men: tell us, therefore, what dost thou think? Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar or not? But Jesus knowing their wickedness, said: Why do you tempt me, ye hypocrites? Show me the coin of the tribute. And they offered him a penny. And Jesus saith to them: Whose image and inscription is this? They say to him: Caesar's. Then he saith to them: Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's.

Why did the Pharisees try to ensnare Jesus in His speech?

In order to find some reason to accuse Him before the emperor, or to make Him hated by the Jews; for had He denied tribute to Caesar, they would have accused Him before the emperor as guilty of high treason; had He, on the contrary made it obligatory to pay tribute, then they would have denounced Him as a destroyer of the liberty of the people, who considered themselves a free nation owing allegiance only to God. Like the Pharisees are all those who, under the appearance of friendship, only cause vexation and misfortune to their neighbor.

Who are really hypocrites?

Those who in order to cheat their neighbor, appear outwardly pious and holy, whilst inward they are full of malice; those who have honey on the tongue, but gall in the heart, and sting like scorpions, when we least expect it. Because there are so many vices connected with hypocrisy, (Matt. XXIII.) therefore Christ has denounced no sin more emphatically than this one. Hypocrites are brethren of Cain, Joab, and Judas, of whom the first killed his brother, the second his cousin and the third betrayed his divine Master with a kiss. Such false men are cursed by God. (Mal, I. 14.) I hate a mouth with a double tongue. (Prov. VIII. 13.) "The devil silently possesses the hearts of hypocrites and quietly sleeps in them, whilst he gives them no peace," says St. Gregory; and St. Jerome writes: "Pretended holiness is double malice." Better is an open enemy, before whom we can be on our guard, than a hypocritical friend of whom we have no suspicion, because we look upon him as a friend. Beware, therefore, my dear Christian, of the vice of hypocrisy, which is so hateful to God; endeavor always to be sincere with God, thyself and thy neighbor, and to walk in-true humility before God, then mayst thou carry His image within thee.

PRAYER Help me, O Lord, for the number of the saints is decreasing and truth is becoming rare among men. They speak vain things each with his neighbor: their lips are deceitful, and they speak with double hearts. Let the Lord destroy all those who say: We will magnify our tongue; our lips are our own; who is Lord over us? O Lord, deliver my soul from wicked lips and deceitful tongues give me grace to preserve Thy image in my soul, by piety and virtue. Direct my heart to justice and keep it from avarice, that I may give to each his own.

INSTRUCTION ON THE FOLLY OF HUMAN RESPECT
Thou art a true speaker ' neither carest thou or any man, for thou dost not regard the person of men. (Matt. XXII. 16.)

In this Christians ought especially to follow the Saviour, and not permit themselves to be deterred from piety, and the practice of virtue by fear or human respect. What matters it, what people think and say of us, if we only please God? He alone can truly benefit or injure us; therefore he alone is to be feared, as Christ says: Fear ye not them that kill the body, and are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him that can destroy both soul and body in hell. (Matt. X. 28.)

How foolishly, therefore, do those act who through fear of displeasing certain people, are afraid to serve God and practice piety; who even go so far as to commit sin; who in order to be pleasing to others, oppress innocent, poor and forsaken people; who adopt the latest and most scandalous fashions and customs; those who eat meat on days of abstinence, or give it to others; those who sing sinful songs, or what is still worse, do not hesitate to ridicule sacred things to give others occasion to laugh, or in order to be considered strong-minded. Implore God daily and sincerely, that He may take from you this vain fear of men and give you instead the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom.

INSTRUCTION ON THE VALUE AND DIGNITY OF THE SOUL
Whose image is this? (Matt. XXII. 20.)

Thus we should often ask ourselves with respect to our soul, particularly when we are tempted to stain and ruin it by sin, Whose image is this? We should then say to ourselves, "Is it not the likeness of God, a likeness painted with the blood of Jesus, an image for which the Saviour gave His life? Should I defile and deform this by sin and voluptuousness? God forbid!" For in truth, what among all created things, except the angels, is more beautiful and more precious than a -human soul, which is in the state of grace? "Could we," says St. Catherine of Sienna, "behold with our corporal eyes a soul in the state of grace, we would see with astonishment that it surpasses in splendor all flowers) all stars, the whole world, and there is probably no one who would not wish to die for such beauty." It is a dwelling of the Blessed Trinity! Christ did not give His life for all the goods and treasures of this earth, but for the human soul. And yet many estimate their soul at such little value that they sell it for a momentary pleasure, for a present not worth a penny! For shame! The body we estimate so highly that we take all pains to decorate it and keep it alive, and the soul the image and likeness of God, we take no pains to keep in the state of grace, and adorn with virtues! What folly!

INSTRUCTION ON THE OBLIGATION TO PAY TAXES OR TRIBUTE TO THE GOVERNMENT
Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's. (Matt. XXII. 21.)

To pay tribute to the lawful government is a duty of justice which the Spirit of God Himself commands us faithfully to fulfil. (Rom. XIII. 6, 7.) Christ Himself paid the customary didrachma for Himself and St. Peter; (Matt. XVII. 23.) "and if the Son of God Himself paid duty and tax," says St. Ambrose, "who art thou, O man, that thou wouldst free thyself from it?" The government must watch lest the life of its subjects be at hazard, that their property be not endangered or stolen, that there be security on the highways, that peace, harmony and order be preserved among the citizens, that their temporal welfare be promoted; that science and art flourish, etc. For this, teachers, judges, officers and soldiers are necessary, for whose support care must be taken, and whose trouble must be rewarded. Besides this the government must care for the security of the country, for public streets and bridges, and institutions necessary for the common good; to enable the government to perform these duties, taxes are necessary and lawfully assessed. If you oppose these laws, you oppose God, for by Him princes rule, and the mighty degree justice. (Prov. VIII. 16.) Let the payment of duties be done willingly, because you pay them for love of God, and resigned to His holy will as the early Christians did, who even served their heathenish government with pleasure, in all that was not contrary to God's will, and cheerfully paid the duties.

Editors note: Today most governments are not lawful in the sense that they are corporations for profit and not operating for the people. Most of the taxes they collect at the point of a gun are spent for sinful deviations from God's laws, like abortion and unjust war for profit.

Update on our fight with the Chinese bioweapon second strain

 

Hi Everyone, and thanks for your patience while we work through this awful delta strain of the Chinese bioweapon engineered by the medical tyranny we are all up against.  It was admitted by the NIH  today that Tony Fauci DID IN FACT fund gain of function research on this horrible thing that is killing people.

We got this in our normal movement around the county where we live in Northwest Montana, and it's going around a lot up here right now.

Fortunately we have a patriot friend in the local Ham radio community that told us about another ham/nurse that runs a local outreach team that are actively using a nebulizer and supplement protocol to keep people out of the hospital. It's working well. We are gradually making slow progress keeping our oxygen levels up and heartrate down with 3 times a day on their nebulizer protocol and lots of D3, C, zink, aspirin, and a couple of medications I can't pronounce including an antibiotic to clear up the pneumonia I got with it.  Ivermectin wouldn't even touch this second strain. I tried that for a few days with zero results.

If Anna writes a couple of articles a day I should be able to keep up with that also. I can sit here with the oxygen hose on my nose and do pretty well.  I just hope this doesn't go on for an unreasonable time.

RE: Situation in California

Unfortunately, certain members of The California Assembly who applied corporate methods of control and manipulation to the other members recently found themselves on the receiving end of their own devices, and didn't like it. So now, they have split off, and are causing trouble of a different kind.

I wear myself out explaining that corporatist ways and means don't belong in an American Assembly, yet some folks go on using the whole bag of tricks they learned as politicos in The Other System.

Like alcoholics who move to a new town in hopes of beating their addiction, these would-be Assembly members bring the same problems to a new location, and by failing to learn and practice the American Way, they stifle real progress.

Two groups emerged early on in California -- one group sincerely wanting to build an American Assembly and learn how to operate our lawful government, and another group attempting to use the Assembly process as a means to front their own Separatist movement.

All actual American Assemblies are formed for the purpose of restoring our lawful government to full function. There are no secessionist American State Assemblies, by definition.

We fought the 160 year Civil War over such issues and ideas seeking to divide and conquer our country for the benefit of outsiders and we have all suffered the results. That should be enough said.

And God help California if it is not.

Over the past twenty years there have been repeated attempts by foreign governments to buy California, rape California of its resources (especially gold and oil) and to set up storefront insurrectionist movements in California.

I know how bad it has been, because I have been at the forefront of these international encounters, fending these evils off and protecting the people of California for two decades.

It's time for the Californians to recognize the danger for what it is, and defend themselves.

While the two groups that are struggling for control of The California Assembly continue to point fingers at each other, the blame is mutual. Both sides are failing to recognize the central issue--- which is the need for an honest and clearly stated agenda that is followed.

The agenda for The California Assembly is simple: to organize four structural components that are common to all American State Assemblies, and which perform work and make decisions for the people of California: General Assembly, International Business Assembly, Courts, and Militia.

The further agenda for The California Assembly is to be honest and to support California as a State of the Union, agreeable in its support for the other States of the Union and our Federation of States.

Secessionists need to find another place to roost.

British Tories need to join their own District Assembles.

Papists who support the Municipal theocracy need to join their Municipal Assemblies.

And all three groups need to leave our American State Assemblies alone.

It is of paramount importance that everyone recognizes the evil that will befall all concerned if they don't stop playing these ugly games and pay attention to what's needed.

California and the people who live there desperately need a competent and honest electoral body occupying the land and soil jurisdiction of their State of the Union. They don't need politics. They don't need excuses.

As someone who has fought the good fight for California on numerous occasions over the past twenty years, I advise you all that it is your Public Duty to man up and do what is right by each other and by your State and by your country as a whole.

Even if it means that your petty pride gets ruffled. Even if it means that you have to apologize to people you trampled on in the past. Even if it requires a whole new way of thinking and doing things.

Update on our fight with the Chinese bioweapon second strain

Hi Everyone, and thanks for your patience while we work through this awful delta strain of the Chinese bioweapon engineered by the medical tyranny we are all up against.  It was admitted by the NIH  today that Tony Fauci DID IN FACT fund gain of function research on this horrible thing that is killing people.

We got this in our normal movement around the county where we live in Northwest Montana, and it's going around a lot up here right now.

Fortunately we have a patriot friend in the local Ham radio community that told us about another ham/nurse that runs a local outreach team that are actively using a nebulizer and supplement protocol to keep people out of the hospital. It's working well. We are gradually making slow progress keeping our oxygen levels up and heartrate down with 3 times a day on their nebulizer protocol and lots of D3, C, zink, aspirin, and a couple of medications I can't pronounce including an antibiotic to clear up the pneumonia I got with it.  Ivermectin wouldn't even touch this second strain. I tried that for a few days with zero results.

I am using a stationary oxygen concentrator (borrowed) but without a little Oxygen supplementation my levels drop off into the 80s, so we are faced with buying some equipment for the home and a portable.

I have them covered on a card for about $3800.00 and are waiting for the equipment. I got a ride to the clinic yesterday and they checked my levels and wrote a prescription for the machines.  Let me tell you that it's a fight to buy one. They knit pick everything about it. You can imagine the pressure these medical companies are under right now from government to stop the people that are really helping others and keeping them out of the hospital.

Advances for Counties

We did not start by organizing at the County level first. That was purposeful on our part. The reasons for our decision to organize the States first become apparent once you know and consider the history.

Our land and soil jurisdiction Counties came first in the time-line, as well as in the practical progression of state-building.

You always have to have land and soil in your possession before you have "standing" to take any other action, and so it was that in 1776, it was the Colonists in possession of the land and soil who had to make the first move both in terms of lawful claims set forth in The Declaration of Independence and in terms of governmental organization ---- and this is exactly what we find.

The Colonies were built of individual estates and the estates were joined together according to traditional boundaries of political organization as Colonies, which were then redefined to form "the free and independent" States of the Union.

The County system came later and was by no means universal. Counties were common in areas populated by the British, but the Parish system dominated wherever the French, Spanish, and other Catholic governments colonized. To this day, the Parish system endures in Louisiana, and with it, Napoleonic Law.

So, the original and uniform organization of our government came at the State level and in the land jurisdiction, not at the level of Counties and soil jurisdiction organization----contrary to what most people expect, who assume that States are made up from building blocks of Counties.

Instead, counties are cut out from and layered over the underlying bulk of the State.

It's the State, therefore, that is the fundamental unit of government, even though it exists only in international jurisdiction.

There are other reasons, too. We have been trafficked off the land and soil against our Will and without our knowledge or consent, and so to some extent have our Counties been hijacked and unlawfully converted into sea jurisdiction corporate entities operating as "the County of......" organizations and COUNTY organizations.

The only way that we can claim redress and properly recoup our standing is by admitting the harm that has been done to us and the position that this unlawful conversion left us in.

If we try to say, well, it was all done under conditions of fraud and deceit, and therefore all null and void ---- which is true, also --- we cannot recoup our damages for those outrages we have suffered on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways.

Put another way--- if you ignore all the false registration and taxation and confiscation issues by only claiming the fraud, you are left without redress for the press-ganging, inland piracy, racketeering, breach of trust, peonage and enslavement, conspiracy against the Constitutions and all else that has gone on here.

Thus, if we had organized the Counties first, we would have reversed the actual order necessary to repopulate the land and soil, and we would have lost all logical basis and standing to address the crimes that have occurred in the international jurisdiction via a process akin to severing the chain of title on a piece of property.

For these reasons and more, the American States have assembled first, and the Counties have been repopulated as a natural consequence of that process. As each one of us returns home to our State, we are also living in a soil jurisdiction County or Parish that is populated at the same time.

Over the last few months many of you have attended County conference calls and many topics related to Counties and County ownership interests have been discussed as part of a round table forum. We now feel that we have a good grasp of a wide spectrum of your concerns as we face the task of recouping our property and our county administrations---but at the same time, we also have to answer the question of how this has to be done and set up in tandem with the existing system.

The answers, as with so much else of this process, lie in the history of the issues and that eternal Maxim of Law: "As a thing is bound, so it is unbound."

Those who have contacted me about taking part in Land Patent Clerk training similar activities need to touch back now as we will be delving into a lot of land records for research and recoupment purposes nationwide.
