The "Sale of America" -- Saga Continued

Here is the clencher, none of those people had any authority to sell any of our stuff.

Under international law of the sea and the land and global jurisdiction as well, possession by pirates does not change ownership. 

So all these foreign investors have been sold a pig-in-a-poke by our local criminals. 

It's just a much, much larger scale Florida Real Estate scam.  

Here's how it goes --- "I'll sell you this beautiful seaside location in Florida, 65 acres, road access, electrical services.... what more can you want?  Only $1.8 million and I'll sign it over....just Quit Claim it over to you...." 

So the victim delivers the cash and the huckster delivers the Quit Claim.  

But it turns out that the Quit Claim is no good because the huckster never had a valid claim to the property in the first place.

He delivered what he promised.  It just turned out to be a worthless gesture.  

I'll give you my Quit Claim to Capetown, South Africa, for whatever good it will do you.  

It's the same way with the "Sale of America". 

Those pretending to represent us, didn't.  Those pretending to own the natural resources, didn't. 

They never took any actual Oath of Office.  Never entered any Public Office. 

They were, in fact, working for foreign corporations that aren't even allowed to be here, except for the Residence Act.  And neither they nor their corporations can actually own land here. 

They claimed, falsely, that our land and soil was abandoned.  It's not.  They claimed that they owned the Title.  But we own the Sovereign Letters Patent and the cadastral survey and the metes and bounds survey.  

Oh, and we never knowingly and willingly enfranchised ourselves or registered our names or anything else of that sort. 

So, on both sides of the purported transactions "selling America" there has been nothing but fraud since the 1860s. 

The Principals most responsible, the British Monarch, the Pope, and the Lord Mayor of London, must be held to account. 

We are not the ones who misrepresented the situation and we are not the ones who sold property in America under False Pretenses to foreign investors. 

Please, everyone, understand.  Your claims cannot be honored, because they are not valid. We are the actual owners and inheritors, and we didn't sell you as much as a hectare, nor did we benefit from the purported sale of our assets.  It was all a gigantic fraud scheme, designed to rob the actual owners and the investors, too.  

Instead of both ends against the middle, it has been the middle against both ends.  Against us, the actual owners, and against you, the would-be investors.  We are sorry and we are willing to help you go after these cretins.  They've been traitors to us and criminals to you.  

So you don't have a claim against the Americans.  You have a claim against Rome, against the King of Britain, against the Lord Mayor, against the Belgians, against the Royals of Holland, but not against the Americans and not against our country.  

This one is not our fault.

Oregonians -- A Reply to Ron

Oregonians, Wisconsinites, etc., the American People, do not "live under" a Federal Constitution, nor do they live under a State-of-State Constitution, not in 1859, not now, not ever, never. 

Our Public Employees live under the various Constitutions.  

If you don't grasp this firmly, and know that the Constitutions are Service Contracts, you will keep on making wrong assumptions about the nature of the American Government and that is a disservice and a danger to yourself and others. 

Do you get a paycheck from Uncle Sam or do you get bills from Uncle Sam? 

With that answer firmly in mind ----are you an Employer or an Employee? 

Okay, so now, here you are, identified as an Employer in your own mind, and you assume that when you get a bill from Uncle Sam it's to pay for the services you contracted to receive, right?   

That isn't what has been happening ever since the Civil War. 

You have not been identified as the Employer, even though you are.  You have been deliberately misidentified as a Municipal citizen of the United States, a member of the Confederate Army or a supporter of the Confederacy, owing war reparations and seeking to evade those war reparations. 

So you are paying on the assumption that you are paying for stipulated services, but the Usurpers have come up with an entirely different narrative and in their minds, they are charging you for war reparations and every time you mistakenly pay a bill you don't owe, that just reinforces the supposition that you are a Municipal citizen of the United States. 

If you aren't, why would you pay a bill for war reparations that you don't owe? 

You can join either "side" of this "war" or you can stand up as an indignant Third Party and a member of your State Assembly.  A whole different political status. Not under a Constitution.  

That is what The Oregon Assembly does.  It takes the people out of the commercial war zone and establishes their actual identity as living people and as Lawful People who are civilians and not aligned with either side.  

So why do I make the distinction between "living people" and "Lawful People"?  Aren't they one-in-the-same?  No. 

I have already told you that everything and everyone in international or global jurisdiction is "dead", like a playing piece on a game board.  

Therefore, the living people occupy the National Soil Jurisdiction provided by the Counties all united within the borders of each State. 

The Lawful People are "dead" --- these are our proper playing pieces, our Avatars in international and global jurisdiction of the State.  

If we go out on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways, our capacity changes. We are still "dead" in international jurisdiction, but on the seas we are considered Legal Persons. 

The same thing happens if we go into the jurisdiction of the Air. Our capacity changes. We are still "dead" -- still playing with Avatars, our playing pieces on the board, only now as LEGAL PERSONS.

Different laws apply in each of these jurisdictions.  

These are not sides of a conflict.  These are capacities that you have as an American.  You can function within the National jurisdiction as a living man or you can function within the International jurisdiction as "Lawful People" --- We, the People. Or you can go to sea and function as a British Territorial U.S. Citizen, a Legal Person.  Or you can enter the air jurisdiction as a LEGAL PERSON.  

Are you beginning to understand?   If not, go listen to Kurt's Law Course on YouTube. He's a Lawyer and a U.S. Citizen but he knows the score. Listen to Lessons 1-3 to get a firm understanding of where your rights come from and the fact that you don't live under the Constitutions, neither the Federal Constitutions nor any State of State Constitutions.   

The only bills we ever owed were for stipulated services.  We shouldn't have been charged for anything more or else or different.  We shouldn't be addressed as "enemies" or as deadbeats trying to avoid payment of war reparations, especially as it's a "war" we didn't participate in or approve of, and a bill we don't owe.  

Yes, this is complex and it is confusing and there are plenty of conundrums like land mines throughout, which is why we all have to tread carefully.  

I don't care if you think of me as Gollum leading the Hobbits through the Swamp for doubtful motivations, or if you realize that I am more like Eowen of Rohan, at least realize that you are in a Swamp. 

Today, I have ordered that all members of The Oregon Assembly, except those who wish to continue with a lawful path forward, be stricken from the membership.  I have done this to protect them and The Oregon Assembly from being mistaken for your group.  

Anyone who wants to go the lawful way, contact Tricia to have your name reinstated.  Those who want to go with Ron and Company, go your own way.  

And while we are talking about this, let me point out another flaw in your reasoning --- you keep saying, "There's several hundred of us now!"  as if numbers mattered.  We are not a democracy, Ron.  Your indoctrination is again misleading you.  

We are a republican form of government that holds each one of us to be sacred. As long as there are two Oregonians left who know who they are and who stand in their proper place, neither you nor anyone else can take Oregon, the actual State, from them.  It is not abandoned.

Well, anyone familiar with mice....knows what I mean.  When in heat, they have no sense at all.

William the Conqueror divided England up into a patchwork of small kingdoms and granted them to the loyal Norman Barons who came with him from Normandy.  When he did this, out of his own sovereignty, as owner of the whole thing by force of arms, he made the conscious choice to give each one of these Barons "sovereignty in their own right" in England.  He made them his equals, to share forever in his sovereignty in England, after his death in 1087 A.D. 

To make this gift more absolute, he disinherited all his own children in England.  None of them received as much as a house and garden there. 

Thus, the Norman Barons became hereditary Kings in England.  And they own it all, down to the last goat. 

They still are hereditary kings in their own right, and despite Rome's best efforts, they haven't forgotten it.  The only thing different is that in 1689 they agreed to become Donors to the National Trust and to place their lands in that trust --- but if that trust is broken, as it has been, they are enabled to take it all back and manage it themselves, as if nothing has happened from 1689 to now. 

William Belle Cher, aka William Belcher was the Clan Chief in 1783, and a sovereign in his own right by virtue of the sovereignty granted to his forebears by William the Conqueror and the sovereignty of the men of his Clan, other men who had the same sovereignty bequeathed to them. 

They are all Normans in descent, French, not English. 

So how could William Belcher bequeath his sovereignty to Americans?  

In the same exact way that William the Conqueror bequeathed his sovereignty and shared it among his Barons.  

William Belcher was the only Sovereign in the Continental Army, and the Continental Army conquered, so it was the Victor by Force of Arms --- the same exact situation as the Norman Conquest. 

 

The only substantial difference was that William Belcher made the grant of sovereignty even more generously, for it was not just to the nobles and great men with family names and lands of their own under the feudal system, but every noble and great shoemaker, tailor, sailor, and baker, who took up arms in the name of freedom.  He gave sovereignty directly to every member of the Continental Army and their progeny, and mindful of that sovereignty, the Sons of the Revolution and the Daughters of the Revolution, have guarded it carefully. 

But even more than that, he gave sovereignty to all those who came after, all those who are born on the land and soil of this country forevermore share in the sovereignty of William Belcher and the sovereignty of William the Conqueror. 

Thus we are truly a "free and independent" people, and not even George III could argue it.  His only reference to us in the entire Treaty of Paris fully admits it. 

William Belcher became Head of State by victory in war.  The fledgling country had to enter a sovereignty in order to sail its ships in trade and commerce, had to define its relationship among all the other sovereigns including George III, so, the Belchers already owned their own Coats of Arms as sovereigns. They were sovereigns in England and became sovereigns in America, so their Arms became the basis for the Great Seals --- however, obviously, it was not William Belcher's intent to promote any Monarchy including his.  So he became Head of State -- a hereditary Guardian of the freedom and sovereignty of the American People.  

You never even knew that such an office or responsibility existed, but he and his family were here nonetheless, and in this present moment, came forward to do exactly what they are supposed to do when the sovereignty of this country is threatened by traitors who would open the borders and destroy the well-earned claim of the people of this country to hold this land as sovereigns in their own right.

Ours is a joint sovereignty, and in theory anyone born here and anyone born from a Continental Army soldier could act as Head of State. It's simply a matter of historical fact that the Belchers have the provenance and the Arms Array and claim to the Great Seals that makes it easier for them to assert the sovereignty of this country and its people ---and it's their responsibility, generation to generation to do so, so that those who have never thought about their sovereignty and how precious it is, are nonetheless protected.  

Now that you know the history, you have an equal share in advancing your own claim as sovereigns in your own right, to own your land and soil outright, your water and your air, to be free to chart your destiny and to be secure in your homes and property.  

Sovereignty in one's own right does not allow us to be lawless or disrespectful of the equal rights of others.  It does not confer any supremacy over the Common Law and Contracts--- but it does mean that we are free of all feudal allegiance, free of any presumption of involuntary servitude, and free of any obligation we do not knowingly, willingly, with full disclosure and understanding agree to. 

As for James and I--- our relationship is embedded deeply in the history of our souls, so ancient a bond that the white ribbons encircling our wrists have long-since turned to dust.  It is our private reverie to consider all that we have meant to each other and all that we have done in service to the True God, our Creator, despite the years of toil and dangers looming over us.  And ours to wonder as we leave this life if we will meet yet again as friends and lovers, in some distant future place, or at last call our service done and our role in our family of souls complete. 

I saw him before I ever met him, running toward me along a golden hard-packed beach, with a cliff on his right and the sea on his left and the golden light of sunset on his face.  My sea captain. 

So he ever has been and ever will be; a man of danger and endeavor, yet kindly and fair-minded. It has always been more the challenge to me, to accept his challenge and uncertain destiny, to rise up and be braver than I ever imagined I could be.

Why I Haven't "Closed" the Case Against Me

It's because as I have always told you, I am not a commercial lawyer, nor anyone fundamentally interested in commerce. I know the system well enough to protect myself and I have done so.  I have taught many other people how to do that as well.  

But I am not a fan of Blood Money, as my book, of the same name, "Blood Money" makes clear, especially not blood money for me and held to my account.  

How should I rail against enslavement and idolatry and falsehood, and then behind the scenes, use it to benefit myself?  How am I to ride that fence? 

I don't judge those others who are making use of "the System" to get their own back out of it, but that's not a road I can stomach for myself -- not when I know what the "money" really represents.  

All those who are criticizing me for not closing the case, and who are all gung-ho about commerce and commercial law and commercial processes as the answer to their problems --- will soon have satisfaction. I have appointed an Agent to act on that specific case and stop all their tongue-wagging.  My Agent in this matter will benefit, and he deserves to benefit. 

It was his blood along with many others that was used to create the Blood Money System.  More than I, by far, he was betrayed.  While I stayed home and read law and history, and prepared for my "battle" to come, his was a much more dramatic role.  He placed his life on the line in battles of a different kind.  

So it's right and proper that he gets what he can get out of this system and good that he will pack the profit  away in ways that will survive whatever chaos comes. I have no doubt that he will save many decent people as an outcome of his work and if I don't dirty my hands with blood money any more than I have to, and instead ask you to "launder it" through your own conscience instead, to make free will donations to our cause, it's because at a very basic level, blood money repulses me. 

I am too aware of the suffering that created the wealth to take any joy in it. I literally wrinkle my nose, and to me, it is a wry amusement that so many people consider "wealth" of this kind the goal.  

It's not my goal. 

So to all the people at Treasury and IRS, look for T.L. to come in my name and collect the purse, and it's no business of yours, either way.  And to all my critics for not pursuing commerce, neither is it yours.

Hung Cao!

I think his name should be a rallying cry for humanity.  There could be no better representative for our loyal military forces worldwide, than a man who understands first-hand what is at stake. 

This link below is not just an "ad" for another little piggy running for a Senate seat because of the juice to be had.  This is a warning from a man who has been there:

Every veteran in America should stand up right about now, whether politically-inclined or not. And listen. 

Those in Hung Cao's State should be doing everything they can to help him, because he is a Truth-Teller, and he is telling it like it is. 

If I could vote in a British Territorial Municipal Corporation election, I'd be voting for Hung Cao.  

His foreign name wouldn't put me off for a nano-second, because I'd see his heart and his heart is for the practical preservation of human freedom. 

It's for America and what America is supposed to stand for, not the US, INC. and what the US INC. has promoted.  

Of course, I'd still watch his voting record and make sure his words equaled his actions.  

Which is how I can guarantee you that most politicians don't even try to keep their campaign promises.  

There is, however, a look in Hung Cao's eyes and a sound in his voice that tells me that about himself and about his views and about his intent to put an end to the madness, he is telling the absolute truth. 

I am inclined to think he's the real deal and that is a rare moment for me and would-be politicians. 

If I were a U.S. Citizen, I'd vote for him.  

Those of us who are still in Dual Status, can still vote.

The Quiet Death of Human-Caused Global Warming Theory

Over the past few weeks I have been introducing you to a lot of concepts that are foreign, information about science that you have never heard about, and then, about the technologies that have been developed because of those new scientific discoveries.  I haven't gone it alone.

I've made you familiar with Gregg Braden and others who have, as independent and interdisciplinary scientists, been exploring this new realm of discoveries for decades.  Gregg has science degrees in numerous fields, including computer science, and most importantly, he has a personal Code of Truth.  

When Gregg Braden doesn't know something or he's not sure, he says so, and then, he offers his opinion.  

This is a traditional and honorable scientist at work, a man you can trust. 

Those who have politicized science, who have treated it like politics, and not cared how much they had to twist the data or even manufacture data to support their agenda, aren't like Gregg.  

They aren't open-minded. 

They don't accept what is and try to understand it better. 

They like to argue and fight and put other scientists down. 

They smooze around at cocktail parties and make friends with the editors of scientific journals and suck up to famous academics. 

That is, they engage in these activities of self-promotion, setting things up so that the path to publishing their "findings" is cleared --- instead of doing the hard work of science. 

The hard work, the long hours of mental and physical exertion, they have no taste for.  

Their actual interest in their subject is either superficial or driven by economic considerations.  They put no "heart" into it. 

Like lazy laborers at a construction site, they prop up their "shovels" with other people's work and try to look busy.  

They hire talented younger scientists and make use of their work, often misrepresenting their results once published, either taking credit for the results themselves, or besmirching the younger victim's name so that their career is stunted.

These "Poptards" are everywhere in science today, drawn like flies to the fat profits to be made from "producing results".  Few of them make any attempt to hide their true nature. 

The academics who are frauds all tend to flock together and discredit those who tell the truth about anything, and have a herd-instinct about defending their own positions at all costs.  

As in all other parts of this corporation-polluted world, things are upside down in Academia.  

The most Loyal Liars, like Dr. Fauci, are rewarded beyond all reason, while those who make an honest effort are denigrated and attacked because they are not politically correct, and because those holding the purse strings could care less about being scientifically correct. 

Like the 19th century Robber Barons, the politicians and CEOs  just want profits and results favorable to their next product campaign or political position. 

The thing about politically-motivated, profit-driven science is that it isn't likely to be true, and at some point or another that becomes very inconvenient for the Loyal Liars and Academic Poobahs who have sold themselves.

Show it to all your gaga friends and relatives and ask them, in view of this, what's really going on? 

See if they arrive at the correct answer: the warming is localized and caused by increased volcanic activity, but is being exploited as a new excuse to tax people.

What can you do to help the Truth and the real scientists of the world survive? 

First, and foremost, you can ask for help from the Unseen.  Ask for the truth.  You will be led to it. 

Second, attune your ears, so that you can recognize the Truth and the Truth-tellers among you.  

Third, be a scientist yourself and make the effort to sift and winnow the information being presented.  

Know that in this world there is often little difference between what you are being told and what you are being sold, so yes, it is necessary to engage your own reasoning, observation, and grey cells.

And then, hold your considered opinion, until there is good cause to reconsider.  

John Adams said he wouldn't give a hoot in hell for a man who lacked commitment.  Neither would I.

Questions from Oregon --- and Answers

The Belchers came over from England in 1608 and began building Boston, especially the Old South Church which still stands.  They served as ministers there for 200 years. 

They were key members of the entire process leading up to the Revolution and served in the Continental Army.  Some members were Tories, like Governor Jonathan Belcher who founded Princeton University, and others were Patriots, like our ancestor, William Belcher, a Colonel from Connecticut who fought in the Battle of White Plains and other notable fights. 

As explained numerous times, "Belcher" is an Anglicization of "Belle Cher" which is a Norman French Clan Name, not a Surname at all.  Similar to the Scottish and Irish Clans, the Chieftain is simply called "The" Belle Cher.  

Jim is a direct lineal descendant of William Belcher, the Colonel from Connecticut who served with George Washington, and who later shared his "sovereignty in his own right" acquired from William the Conqueror with all the members of the Continental Army and all Americans born on our soil forever after. 

So, every American is a king or queen, equal to William Belcher or any other Heir of the Norman Conquest. 

William also issued the flag and Great Seals in his sovereign capacity, so the Great Seals are ours and every ship that has ever sailed under them technically belongs to us. 

As part of the effort to organize there were three authorities established that can call the States into Session --- a quorum of nine States, or the President, or the Head of State. 

In 2019 there was only one State left in Session, no President elected since the 1870s, and that left it down to Jim to act as Head of State.  He didn't want to do it, but, considering the condition that this country is in.... 

Here we are, whether we want to be or not. 

I explained one more time why it is not possible or desirable for any separate group calling itself a "Jural Assembly" to form apart from the already pre-existing Oregon Assembly.  There is only one Assembly in each State and the Jural Assembly is a subset of the General Assembly.  The Jury Pool for the Jural Assembly is drawn from the General Assembly Membership.

If it were otherwise we'd have two dozen "Jural Assemblies" out in the bushes acting as vigilantes and pretending to represent the whole State, and wholly without reference to the actual government of the State, which is embodied by The Oregon Assembly, that is, the General Assembly.  

Where Ron and Company got the idea that a "Jural Assembly" was the defining factor establishing a State Government, I do not know; I suspect that they were misled in that assumption by a group formed in Michigan that was inspired by General Douglas MacArthur.  

It is important to note that military districts and their governments are formed and operated in a totally different manner than civilian governments, which is likely the root cause of this dispute.  General MacArthur left them instructions for setting up a military government, that is, a military district government, which they have mistaken as instructions for a civilian government.  That confusion has been exacerbated by the District Government "Assemblies" which already exist and which should be called "Societies" in this country.  

We have been under military occupation by our own Army since 1863 so people have become familiar with such oxymorons as "the Fourth District Assembly Seat" and thinking that it refers to a civilian government office when it doesn't.  Whenever you see the word "District" it refers to the District of Columbia and the foreign military district government that was superimposed over our civilian government in the wake of the Civil War.  

So yes, people are confused, and they have a right to be.  They should not be rounded up and sentenced to thirty-plus years in jail simply because they are confused, but as the hard experience of The Colorado Nine has demonstrated, that can be the outcome.  Early on, those men were working with me to set up a civilian government for Colorado, but they got confused just as Ron is confused, and gave the appearance of setting up a hostile military government instead.  

Would any Army of Occupation endure having a different military government set up within the territory they are defending?  That's the presumption The Colorado Nine were tried under and that's why they all got such extraordinarily severe sentences from the court.  

And yes, I do consider the members of Ron's group to be in danger and to the extent that any of them have joined the actual Assembly while continuing to operate a separate "Jural Assembly" outside of the actual Assembly auspices, they are endangering the whole works. 

That's why as of last night I have drawn the line and made it very clear to the authorities who are questioning me about this, that the Jural Assembly that is an endemic part of The Oregon Assembly, is not related to Ron's group.  He has gone off on a tangent and is trying to operate a separate Jural Assembly and Jury Pool, etc., that is not drawn from The Oregon Assembly's General Assembly membership and not operating under the auspices of the General Assembly.  

That distinction has to be drawn because one group, The Oregon Assembly, is organized lawfully as a civilian government,  and the other, Ron's group, is not.  

If push comes to shove, and I hope it does not, the members of The Oregon Assembly who have kept their noses clean and out of Ron's group, won't be arrested. 

People should not be arrested and charged with crimes just because they are confused in the midst of a confusing situation, but that has already happened more than once in this country, so it is best to leave no question about what we are doing, how we are doing it, and why we are doing it.  

I have had some "not so nice" questions from Oregon, too, so I will answer those also.

About my "Blood Oath" --- every Christian who takes Communion takes a "blood oath".  Everyone who acts as a Parishioner acts as an Officer of the Church. There is so much that you have all been left in the dark about, and so much that you haven't even bothered to think about, that I hardly know where to begin educating you about your own history or the law or in this case, religion.  You don't even know what "Communion" represents, but you are all out there on Sunday nonetheless. 

If you are questioning my "blood oath" you are most likely unaware of your own, and that strikes me as something more than a tragedy--- because you then have no idea of the depth of the commitment you have made to Yeshuah and can't be counted on to honor that commitment, either.  I suppose that this one basic ignorance accounts for much of the coffee-klatsch atmosphere found in the modern church and the superficiality of its "fellowship" and the fact that all these churches thoughtlessly fell in line like ducks and agreed to incorporate themselves as franchises of a pagan commercial corporation.  

I left the Evangelical Lutheran Church and I am a better Follower of Yeshuah than I have ever been, because my "communion" with him takes place every day as I eat and drink and remember him, as I extend love to his memory and his teaching, and as I make a home for him in my heart.  Yes, I keep my "blood oath" to him, in my own quiet way, because my blood is his blood and his blood is mine: we are the same, conjoined by love, and I have no mistaken delusion about how deep that commitment on my part has to be, because ever before me is his commitment to me.  

Let those who read these words and who consider themselves to be "Christians" take heed.  If you question my blood oath and are unaware of your own, you are dabbling in something that requires the utmost commitment.  Like a child, you are using words without knowing their meaning.  You need to get serious and examine the status of your heart and soul, not just your political status. 

Let me also make it clear that my husband was never convicted of molesting anyone.  

A Municipal CORPORATION named after him was convicted without a shred of evidence, because all such CORPORATIONS are pre-judged as guilty until proven innocent.  There was no evidence of a crime so by definition no means to prove innocence. It would have been his word against hers, with a judgement already entered against HIM.  My husband never admitted to any crime.  He never argued.  He stood apart as a man should stand apart when a Legal Fiction confronts him, and in due time, his Accuser grew up, admitted that she lied, and repented of it with tears.  She perjured herself in a foreign system of law and all we would accomplish by reopening the issue would be to send her to jail for perjury under the same False Presumptions.  

So in order to clear the bad name of a foreign Municipal CORPORATION, a THING that doesn't even exist, my husband would have to send his sickly daughter to jail? 

More injustice heaped on injustice causes nothing to be right. 

If anyone has any difficulty understanding anything I have said, they need to go back and review what I have exposed about the "justice" system in this country, how it operates, the presumptions of the Municipal COURT System, and what they will face themselves at the hands of both the Municipal and Territorial courts.

The Oregon Assembly has sent a “Notice and Declaration Regarding Unlawful Exercise of Right of Distraint or Levy” [PDF below] to various de facto Trustees (Guardians?) on behalf of all Oregon Assembly members. The Assembly is recommending that each member of the Assembly send their individual Notice to those same Trustees as well as Trustees for birth states other than Oregon.

 

Would you please explain more about the purpose of the document and the necessity of individually sending it to Trustees who have already received the Assembly’s Notice?

 

TOPIC 2

1.  What role did James Belcher’s family play in the founding of our nation?

2.  Where does James Belcher’s title “Head of State” originate and is there documentation supporting his claim?

3.  By what right or process are 900 people able to claim they are fiduciaries of The United States of America?

 

TOPIC 3

You have suggested that we Oregonians disavow any relationship with Robert (Bobby) Graves due to possible “crimes of transgression he has been committing”. 

 

1.  Do you still regard Oregon Assembly members to be at risk?

2.  Is a disavowal accomplished in an email or in a notice to the Oregon State Assembly or to the Federation or to whom?

Summation 

You summed up the problem in the first few sentences, Ron.  

You don't care about facts or law.  You only appear to do so.  You pick and choose whatever seems to support your indoctrination and ignore everything else that is staring you in the face.  I have referred you to the copious citations provided in my books and articles and given you my sources, but you proudly declare, in essence, that you 'don't need no Legal Dictionary'. 

Well, it's your life.  

I have given you and your Pals a Cease and Desist Notice and drawn a strict line between your "group" and The Oregon Assembly. 

I gave you the Cease and Desist for your own sakes, because I don't want to see more good people go to jail like The Colorado Nine did.  

They were friends, I tried to save them what they have suffered, but like you, they wouldn't listen to any information that wasn't already in their Public School indoctrination. 

Let it be a matter of Record that the so-called Oregon Jural Assembly is not associated with The Oregon Assembly and its lawful State Jural Assembly.  

Despite the perhaps deliberately similar names, these are two different groups, and I do not want our people harmed by or implicated in anything you are now doing.
