Open Letter Reply From Frank O'Collins

From Anna Von Reitz

I received back an open letter from Frank O'Collins and I am posting it for the benefit of my readers -- as usual, he teaches so gracefully as he goes.  For those just getting caught up on the story, Frank is one of the Great Men in the struggle for the liberation of mankind.  His life's work --- a vast accomplishment of scholarship -- was hijacked by members of the old Genoan and Pisan Illuminati crime families who have attempted to use and corrupt it in ways never intended. This, then, has necessitated a mighty struggle, to which he refers in this letter:
_____________

Thank you for your open letter (June 14, 2018), for your perseverance and above all for your courage in pursuit of the truth. As you and many of your readers know - such a path is not for the faint-hearted.

I wish to apologize to you and to all of your readers who may have felt my absence was in any way a reflection of abandoning them, or intentionally restricting important research information. I also deeply regret any hurt or anger some may feel when I have politely declined to endorse dangerous or reckless acts that serve no ultimate benefit to genuinely raising knowledge and competence - instead merely fulfill deep seated desires for revenge or ego.

A “Law” is a proper and authentic Rule that describes, prohibits or permits certain Acts. The highest law is Divine, followed by Natural, Cognitive and then Positive law. Positive Law is the set of moral laws enacted by valid associations of living higher order beings through proper authority for the governance of a body, community or society.

Rule of Law, is the guiding principle and standard of equity and fairness that determines whether a society or body is governed by Law, or without any valid, legitimate or effective law, namely: All law is equal that no one is above it; and All law is measured that all may learn and know it; and All law is standard that it may always be applied the same.

As all legitimate Positive law is by definition based upon some model of Morality, a law that is fundamentally morally repugnant is antithetical and by its very nature heretical to the notion of Law. Such law need not be repealed, but simply proven to be morally repugnant within a Competent Forum of Law and such a law ceases to have any force or effect.

“Justice” is the set of lawful Rights and Obligations of use, defined by those Laws consistent with the proper Rule of Law; and the Rights and Obligations associated with the proper administration and enforcement of such Laws in good faith, good conscience and good character.

I state these facts not to lecture you or your readers, but as a reminder that the founding principles of truth and indeed the Law itself can be expressed succinctly, coherently and comprehensively. There is no need to great treatises or endless lectures. Sure, the Law becomes more and more complex, the deeper one seeks to comprehend historical concepts - but the foundations of what the Law is and what it is not, has stood since the beginning of human civilization.

Nothing that I have done in terms of temporarily turning off sites, or restructuring information is about denying the rights or requests of others to learn. Instead, I have faced very real threats against my life's work and the theft, fraud and misrepresentation of my intellectual property, creative works and unique inventions - and such legal matters have consumed several years, many hundreds of hours and a fortune in costs and lost opportunities.

The theft, attacks and misrepresentations forced me to rethink and defend myself or lose everything. None of it is about abandoning the integrity of what I have shared or discussed over the years. But when you are under surrounding attach and relentless onslaught seeking to grind you into the dirt by any means - then it takes its toll.

I do not and cannot dwell on the details of such matters - and they have been soul destroying, causing untold mental pain and suffering at the hands of people who have been more than willing to exhibit outrageous conduct and complete reckless disregard to my rights and my work - but I hope soon to be in a position to re-engage with you and everyone, once such matters are properly concluded.

So thank you and know that despite the legal and financial challenges that have cost me so much irreplaceable time, with what time I have left, I look forward to continue to finish my works, to contributing and to help people in a positive way.

___________________

I can only add that the timelines to which I referred in my letter are continuing to converge, and the need to unite all our efforts and to consolidate them as a comprehensive archive increases, too.  We are all in our way feeling the "pinch of time" and the essential limits of our mortality.

A new world is being born even as the old one is being wiped away.  The guardians of a new Precession have come and we can be assured that the old rulers are on their way out at last.  Even now they and their works are being washed away like sandcastles embraced by the sea.

What remains for mankind is the path forward--- and choices that people need to be aware of and make consciously, instead of stumbling about in the dark. Unlike the old "gods" of money and lust, the new ruling forces won't interfere in our affairs or seek to benefit themselves. Instead, they will politely wait for us to ask for knowledge and help--- as it is written, those who ask, receive.

As ridiculous as this seems, mankind is being liberated and then left alone to its own devices, like an experiment to see what we will choose, when we don't even realize that we have choices to make.

Will we cling to what we have known for thousands of years -- war, death, money, blood, and scarcity -- simply because that is all we have known?

Or will we use this sacred moment called "now" to make new choices for ourselves, and ask for the help we need?

Frank's work is not only an exhaustive recount of what was, but an invitation to think about what could be and what should be and why and  how we might build a new world--- and whether you agree 100% with his vision or not, Ucadia is emblematic of the conscious thinking and feeling process that needs to take place -- if we and our children are to find our way forward and establish a lastingly better world.

My own approach is far simpler and more organic --- the Earth Mother v. the Learned Father, yet I, too, absolutely know "where we are" in the Cosmic Scheme of All That Is.

I know that we must wake up and become truly aware of the choices and opportunities that are placed before us, and must make the conscious effort to choose against the blood-letting and insanity of the past in order to build what can be a paradise on Earth.

It can be, if we set our eyes on a righteous and peaceful goal, and ask for the help we need --- help to wake up, help to conceptualize new ways of doing things, help to retrain our hearts and minds, help to recover from generations of artificially created scarcity, help to leave behind the mentality of slavery and truly embrace a world in which kindness and compassion and freedom can be the Rule of Law.

  2. Oh this 'new world' that is being 'born' is nothing short of a living nightmare. A very very cold, robotic, mechanical inhuman society. Good thing it isn't going to make it to first base. Be careful what you wish for; after you get it, you will wish it was 'like it used to be'.

Leland, if you call being invaded by thugs, people and children being trafficked and brutalized, corruption in all facets of life, corrupted schools and colleges, dishonest news media, tyrannical government, crooked justice system, crooked banking system, etc etc, then I guess it doesn't take much to make you think 'that is a good life'.
This world is in the worst condition its ever been in; but most don't even realize that.

      "NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN!"

Question: "What does it mean that there is nothing new under the sun?"

Answer: Ecclesiastes 1:9 is the origin of what has become a common proverb, “There’s nothing new under the sun.” The verse reads like this: “What has been will be again, / what has been done will be done again; / there is nothing new under the sun.” As a modern idiom, “there’s nothing new under the sun” is often used as a world-weary complaint against life’s monotony. When Solomon wrote the statement, he was emphasizing the cyclic nature of human life on earth and the emptiness of living only for the “rat race.”

The phrase “under the sun” is used 29 times in Ecclesiastes and nowhere else in Scripture. The intended meaning in Ecclesiastes is that what happens “under the sun” in a life separated from God is universal—the point of view in Ecclesiastes is an earth-bound perspective.

To say there is nothing new under the sun means there is nothing really new on the earth. All the activity of a man during his lifetime is lost in the grander scheme of things and will soon be forgotten (Ecclesiastes 1:11).

To say there is nothing new under the sun does not ignore inventions or advances in technology; rather, these innovations do not amount to any basic change in the world. In Solomon’s time, many advances took place in society, but, from the larger perspective of life, human nature has remained and always will remain the same.

    5. There is nothing new yet there are times of increase and decrease. There is a modern spin on the old.
Many of us see and feel the increase.

    1. afollower, that is exactly why our world is in its fallen state. But hey 'these guys and gals are sooo smart, even 'smarter than God' so think they are gonna do it THEIR way. Doing everything the hard way, trying to fight the invisible satan who is behind it all, and has millions of helpers. While the answer to the whole thing is written in just one simple verse. But as you've said, they are trying to make the Fixer, irrelevant.

    4. Abby,
Now is that the way Christ would respond?
It is not hard to see why people could begin to think this way. Leland is not stupid and it is not funny.
God does indeed love everybody and with very few exceptions do have a time period to turn back to Him. This is why He is 'long suffering.' This is the point of tribulation.
      Consider this:
Not all will turn back yet you and i do not know who will and who will not.

      Delete
    5. afollower, its very likely Christ just might respond as I did. Nevertheless, it IS the way I responded, and with good cause.
But there is no scripture that ever says, or even alludes to God ''loving everybody'.
Lets just suppose you had a daughter, and she was mugged and raped - - are you going to tell her 'its ok honey, God loves you and he ALSO loves your rapist the same as he loves you''?

We must combine logic with scripture.

      Delete
    6. Why would you not tell your daughter these things?
Rhetorical. Do not answer, just think about it.
Until that rapist is physically dead,he can still make a choice and be forgiven. Guilt driven perhaps? The thing is, can you forgive this man, can your daughter? Obviously this man has been led astray, obviously until he repents he is lost.
Forgiving people without their begging you is a chore and yet in time Yahusha can work miracles within all of us.
Stronger is He within us than he in the world. All things are possible with Him.
      These words are True.

Now i believe if we are the bridesmaid, and we are truly trying to follow Him in His footsteps we are a reflection of Him and the True Church. Look around, first at ourselves. How are we doing?
Can we do better? i see the good in you , CJ. Leland and others, i see many things we can agree on. Why cant we build from there.
Instead it seems everyone loves to take the jabs and the uppercuts. This is all Alynski Tactics when you come down to it.
Have a good day. off to work, and i am not a slave!

      Delete
    7. afollower, if you read what I said .....''supposed you had a daughter.....'' It was a theoretical situation. I do not have a daughter and nobody at my house has been raped.

But IF anyone was, the criminal would absolutely have to beg for forgiveness PLUS serve his prison sentence, lol.

afollower, I think you are a bleeding heart for wicked folks and criminals; you really ought to get your emotions out of the way, lol. You see, without earnest sincere sorrowful repentance, there is no forgiveness.

      Delete
    8. This is the second time you have used this "theoretical situation"on me.
So, does God love this theoretical victim?
These criminals will all be judged. There is no way around it.
We are not the 'final' Judge of any one. Those who wish to be i rebuke.
Forgiving each other daily is a blessing, not only for them but for us.
This is a lesson i have been led to see. "bleeding heart for the wicked. Perhaps i am a bleeding heart for the Master?
evil is the enemy, not the people. This is the crux of spiritual warfare.
And yes i am well aware of 'True' repentance, many have not.
      Emotions?
Emotions is what causes the name calling and foul language, am i correct? Something i too struggle with, yet i feel i am getting better.
Thought you would slap me for my bridesmaid comment. i of course intended We are the Bride.

    9. Also consider the stoning of Stephen, Did anyone beg Stephen for forgiveness?
      The Stoning of Stephen
…59While they were stoning him, Stephen appealed, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.” 60Falling on his knees, he cried out in a loud voice, “Lord, do not hold this sin against them.” And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

How and why did Stephen forgive these people? Stephen was more than just human nature, Stephen had the Holy Spirit within him.

    10. I had a nice long afternoon obe/dream with an old friend who now lives in Hong Kong with his wife. His parents were interned by FDR for being Japanese Americans during WW2.

Anyway my buddy wrote this excerpt on St. Paul little visit with him in a book of his (which I subsequently bought 2 copies of in ebay!) 30 years ago:

"The study of St. Paul was one of my favorites during my early training for the priesthood," he said. "There are many different interpretations of what he said and wrote. Some say he was preaching that Christ was God's only son. There are other theories that he was teaching not the worship of Jesus as the only son of God, but of the things he was trying to convey. There is a difference you know."

I (my buddy speaking/writing first person here) looked at him and nodded in agreement.

He went on. "The main thing St. Paul was concerned about in his mission was to make sure the Light of the words of God were kept pure, and I personally believe that he wanted to also ensure that the followers didn't fall into the worship of personality. He lived his life as a constant example --- always reminding others that the God force was only using him as a vehicle through which It could deliver Its message to the world, and that his own will didn't matter. If one were to read through the scriptures of St. Paul in the Bible and replace the words Jesus Christ with Holy Spirit, the message he was presenting would make sense. He lived the life of the impersonal messenger of the truth of God, which is Itself impersonal."

I looked at the priest with more interest. It was unusual to hear one speak of the scriptures, saints, and Christ in this manner, but he made sense.

"It's interesting that St. Paul spent so many days in various prisons, as the authorities shunned the truth he spoke wherever he went. He suffered whippings and beatings, but these meant nothing to him. It was symbolic of life on earth at the time, for he believed the world was a prison, and Soul could only experience freedom when It was able to leave the body and travel to the heavens. Several references were made to these journeys to heaven, if one is willing to read the scriptures carefully."

The priest paused for a moment. "Well, there are duties I must attend to. Feel welcome to stay as long as you would like. Please excuse me," he said politely; and smiling, he walked off into the dark recesses of one of the naves of the church. "
      ---
So that was my buddy's experience years ago with St. Paul perhaps....lol...speaking to him in 3rd person about St.Paul as St. PAUL usually did apparently.

      Life is good!

    11. a follower, I was not trying to trick you; you just read my comment too fast.
A few points I want to make: No, we cannot excuse people by saying 'oh it was the devil that made them do it'. No. These are grown adults and they know very well what they do. They have no excuse as far as I'm concerned, and they do not get any free pass outta me.
      2) you say we should 'forgive others'? Where is that in the bible; nowhere. We are to forgive our Brethren, not 'others'. Who are these ''others'? They are those who are listed in 2 Tim 3 and more.
I suggest you read 2 Tim 3 and you will see the admonishment there is ''from such, turn away'. They are a bunch of rascals; doesn't say forgive them, just put them out of your midst.
Not forgiving trespassers who fail to recognize their transgressions, but always tend to deflect the blame on somebody else, does not bother me at all; I have never lost sleep over not forgiving some unrepentant turd, lol.
Look at Paul: he went to a town and preached for 3 months, and they rejected everything he said, so they set out to kill him, so he snuck out of town and ''kicked the dust off his heels to show their rejection of God'. He didn't pray for them, and sure didnt forgive them.
You see, there are a LOT of people who really don't want to be in any Kingdom of God; they would be very uncomfortable in such a lifestyle. So quit feeling sorry for them; it isnt our job anyhow. We don't do arm-twisting and we don't do pity parties for the stubborn, lol.

    12. Your lack of insight in St. Paul's character is astonishing Abby!

My buddy in his one of his books wrote:

"He was wearing a dark blue navy robe, belted at the waist, and nearly floor length. He was about five feet seven or eight inches in height, lean, maybe fifty or so in age, and balding, with a dark beard about three or four inches in length. He had a long pointed nose and sharp, penetrating, dark eyes. After my initial surprise and defensive reaction, a comfortable feeling came over me. I silently wondered if this man were St. Paul. He looked like the statue in the alcove, but one never knew where the statue makers got their information as to what men looked like almost two thousand years ago.

"Good evening. The night is cold, is it not?" he said in an impeccably smooth voice.

"Yeah. To tell the truth, I came in to get warm on my way home from work," I confessed, a little glad to get truth out right off the bat. He just smiled and looked at the statue with me. We stood in silence for a moment, then I noticed the inscription on the base of the statue's pedestal. I moved a little closer to read it, as it was darkened by the light of the place. It was the thirteenth chapter of St. Paul's first letter to the Corinthians. I read it to myself silently:

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient and kind; love is not jealous or boastful; it is not arrogant or rude. Love does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
Love never ends; as for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. For our knowledge is imperfect; but when the perfect comes, the imperfect will pass away. When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; when I became a man, I gave up childish ways. For now we see a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall understand fully even as I have been fully understood. So faith, hope, love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

I'd forgotten he'd written that. It was beautiful. I knew I'd read it before, but somehow, I never understood its meaning until now. I stepped back from the inscription and looked up at the statue with more reverence. The man in the blue robe began to speak to me. "

Abby, Now i do not believe we are to ignore the evil, we are not to hug them and say great job etc. Are we to believe in the healing power of prayer? Can we pray for these individuals whether they ask, whether they know? From our prayer closet, can we ask God to bring them to their knees in repentance and cast out their demons as it is His will?

  5. The Appeal to Heaven: (also, Argumentum ad Coelum, Deus Vult, Gott mit Uns, Manifest Destiny, American Exceptionalism, or the Special Covenant): An ancient, extremely dangerous fallacy (a deluded argument from ethos) that of claiming to know the mind of God (or History, or a higher power), who has allegedly ordered or anointed, supports or approves of one's own country, standpoint or actions so no further justification is required and no serious challenge is possible.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Magical Thinking (also, the Sin of Presumption; Expect a Miracle!): An ancient but deluded fallacy of logos, arguing that when it comes to "crunch time," provided one has enough faith, prays hard enough, says the right words, does the right rituals, "names it and claims it," or "claims the Promise," God will always suspend the laws of the universe and work a miracle at the request of or for the benefit of the True Believer. In practice this nihilist fallacy denies the existence of a rational or predictable universe and thus the possibility of any valid argument from logic.

  7. Moral Superiority (also, Self Righteousness; the Moral High Ground): An ancient, immoral and extremely dangerous fallacy, enunciated in Thomistic / Scholastic philosophy in the late Middle Ages, arguing that Evil has no rights that the Good and the Righteous are bound to respect. That way lies torture, heretic-burning, and the Spanish Inquisition. Those who practice this vicious fallacy reject any "moral equivalency" (i.e., even-handed treatment) between themselves (the Righteous) and their enemies (the Wicked), against whom anything is fair, and to whom nothing must be conceded, not even the right to life. This fallacy is a specific denial of the ancient "Golden Rule," and has been the cause of endless intractable conflict, since if one is Righteous no negotiation with Evil and its minions is possible; The only imaginable road to a "just" peace is through total victory, i.e., the absolute defeat and liquidation of one's Wicked enemies. American folk singer and Nobel Laureate Bob Dylan expertly demolishes this fallacy in his 1963 protest song, "With God on Our Side."

  9. Fallacies are fake or deceptive arguments, "junk cognition," that is, arguments that seem irrefutable but prove nothing. Fallacies often seem superficially sound and they far too often retain immense persuasive power even after being clearly exposed as false. Like epidemics, fallacies sometimes "burn through" entire populations, often with the most tragic results, before their power is diminished or lost. Fallacies are not always deliberate, but a good scholar’s purpose is always to identify and unmask fallacies in arguments
