Are the active Military the only true Patriots?

(who currently serves with the Montana N.G. Air force) in which he (Sean) (after some earlier back and forth comments in which he (Sean) went on the attack and after doing so, Garrett (my son) asked
the question if Sean thought that those in the armed forces were the only patriots. Sean then spun this question into the following statement:

So I reluctantly enter this discussion.
Seeing as word Patriot has ruffled some feathers. Let's start with how it is defined in the dictionary

Patriot:
1. a person who loves, supports, and defends his or her country and its interests with devotion.

2. a person who regards himself or herself as a defender, esp. of individual rights, against presumed interference by the federal government.

3. (initial capital letter) Military. a U.S. Army anti-aircraft missile with a range of 37 mi. (60 km) and a 200-lb. (90 kg) warhead, launched from a tracked vehicle with radar and computer guidance.

No where in this definition does it mention that a soldier is the supreme patriot as you & others seem to suggest.

Only you are qualified to answer your question if going to Afghanistan was a waste of your time. I'm glad it is something you are proud of. So, perhaps there's your answer.

While I agree Bin Laden is a bad man, and should be pursued and brought to justice. He and his group are not the ONLY threat to the Our freedom (the Constitution).

You will find (according to this organization) that in the 111th Congress only 3 Congressmen and 1 Senator have a 100% voting record in accordance with the Constitution.

That's 461 of 465 Elected Represenitives who dishonor the very Oath they Swore to Protect.

Seeing as it is the Constitution & Bill of Rights that best defends the concept of Individual Liberty (Freedom) I choose to fight this attack on freedom on the home front. I attempt to do so through peaceful demonstration, hopefully exposing the corruption within our own government in the attempt to get "We the People" involved in the process of returning this country back to it's proper role.

I Do salute your voluntary service to country, but I do not accept your dismissal of the importance of what we, and others, are trying to do.

What the Montana Freemen knew. Money as Debt!

Do you want to understand the FRAUD in the money system?

This movie tells some of what Leroy Schweitzer, a so called "Montana Freeman" knew that put him in jail for fourteen years. Did the so called "Freemen" get a fair trial?

I don't know, but I will show some history and let you make up your own mind. Did the mainstream media report the whole story? I have my doubts. Did the so called "Freemen" get to present their evidence? Definitely not. They surrendured precisely to avoid any loss of life or injury under the agreement their evidence would be preserved and they would have their day in court to present their evidence of FRAUD in the money system, a fact that is becomming very well known now, and talked about on mainstream media by Ron Paul and many others.



All the evidence that would have made Schweitzer's defence in court was supposed to be safeguarded by then state legislator Karl Ohs, on his promise to preserve those computer disks and hard copy.

When it came time for the trial in Billings the evidence was no longer available, and Karl Ohs received an award from the FBI for his "help" in the matter.

Here is what his Bio says about it.

"Lieutenant Governor Karl Ohs is widely known for his role in peacefully ending the Freeman standoff near Jordan, Montana. In 1996, at the request of the FBI, he served as principal negotiator, making 19 separate trips into the Freeman compound. His involvement earned him the 1998 Lou Peters Award given by the FBI for public service."

The Montana legislature recently also praised Karl Ohs for his service to Montana. One has to ask if the legislators knew the whole story?

(Editor's Note: Because of the amount of controversy that has erupted over the information released by Patriot Media personalities the following letter is being released. This letter was written on July 22, 1996, by

LeRoy Schweitzer and Ralph Clark to Randy Scott of Noxon, Montana. The text of the letter explains to Randy what exactly took place at the now "infamous" hearings before Judge Burns of Portland, Oregon over the third week of July 1996. The letter was hand-written and has been typed by Randy Trochmann (co-founder M.O.M.) for easier reading word for word, spelling for spelling, emphasis for emphasis.

Following LeRoy's and Ralph's letter to Randy is a statement we received from U.S. Attorney Sherry Matteucci. Judge Brown's office would not comment on the hearings.

"twenty-second day, seventh month

Dear brother Randy,

The day you were at the visitor's window I had numerous items and family to review so we did miss our voice transfer of events; nevertheless it was a grand day of our former tradition in Law, Full well recognized by the executive bearing officer James M. Burns in our judicial Branch of self-government.

If you had not heard it before, James M. Burns stated in open Court quote `I want the attornies to see the whites of the eyes of the Judges.' There were six large yellow placards on our bench (table) with our last names --- somewhat a misnomer but still in compliance with their 'Criminal Justice

Reform' as found In 28 USC & 18 USC 1994 ed., Burns gave a lengthy story of the Dred Scott cases, a speech by Abraham Lincoln and another quote by someone on the ignorance of the People is such a waste upon a Nation lying asleep, he finally asked me to write an Order for release. A seven page `Protective Order of Release" was done the very next day being served today.

It is now a recognized fact we are the King's bench in Billings, Montana state.

The next day Daniel C.; Petersen brought up the fact we would enter a 'Peace Bond' into Court, whereupon the `feds' called a recess and all our People were brought back to the jail, Ralph Edwin and William Lee; Stanton were never taken back for any further lien hearings. By reading the Code sections I have discovered the method to transfer for want of jurisdiction into our exclusive original jurisdiction, where no corporation nor attorney can speak We have successfully crossed this `bar' causing the `feds' to lose their presumption of an action. I full well expect a timely release,.

The goons never stop their crimes however and did screw up once again by breaking Dale's thumb, More commercial paper with subsequent bank takeover. Will they never learn? The former mighty whore of Babylon in its final throes.

Praise our Father Yhvh from whom all Blessings of liberty flow to the remnant People, We have won through this phase of the battle, now the magnitude of teaching the lost sheep. All is well here at the inn; we will be on the other side soon. Keep your faith, our prayers were heard. with love - - your brothers

(Editor's Note: The following is a comment to John Trochmann from the U.S. Attorney's office, Billings, Montana concerning the hearing.)

"An erroneous misinterpretation as to what occurred in the court room. There are no plans to release any of the Freemen. We are proceeding with the trial as scheduled."

(Editor's Note: Calls were made to the U.S. Marshals office requesting any information on release papers for the Freemen. They stated they had not receive any release process orders from the court. One last note, the Court Reporter stated "Judge Burns did not turn over the court to Mr. Schweitzer.")

With the above letter and comments by the Justice Department our only other source will be the transcript. However, some will believe the transcript to be altered from what was really said. If that is the case then you will have to judge for yourself what really took place.

Our own observation concerning Judge Burns and the hearing has led us to believe that LeRoy and the rest of the Freemen may be tricked into giving the court personal jurisdiction. As patriots who have fought their own battles in the court system can attest to, most judges and lawyers are willing to do anything they can to get you to grant the court jurisdiction.

We pray that LeRoy keeps his arguments pure and not be tricked. There has been talk that we now have to wait to see if the court will honor LeRoy's orders. If LeRoy's perception of the hearing is correct, the court will honor his directives. If his perception is wrong, then it won't. It's pretty cut-and-dried. LeRoy is either right in his comment, "It is now a recognized fact that we are the King's bench in Billings, Montana state,"
or, he is not. Only time will tell.

Concerning the "Certified Money Orders" we have learned that an individual in Michigan is being charged for fraud using Schweitzer's "Bankers Checks." What is so interesting about this case is that he is charged for only "half the amount of the check". He owed the IRS $70,000. The check was written out for $140,000 with a demand for refund of overpayment. The fraud charge is for the extra $70,000 and not the $70,000 owed to the IRS-- which they kept.. The refund demanded from the IRS was in lawful United States Money.

A U.S. Treasury Check is lawful money. What the gentleman from Michigan had done was send the IRS a Freemen Money Order (a piece of paper), worth nothing, and asking for substance in return (U.S. Treasury Check); this constitutes fraud.

We have said it before and we will say it again. If the Freemen are guilty then so is the Federal Reserve. This is exactly what the Federal Reserve does every day. It issues paper notes worth nothing to the Federal(government in return for substance (U.S. Treasury Check or Bond). This is why the government is dead-broke and in bankruptcy. This is also the reason why the fruits of our labor (substance) is taxed.

However, two wrongs do not make a right. If the Freemen have accomplished nothing else, they have accomplished exposing the fraud of the Federal Reserve by making a mockery out of the entire system it is based upon.

We will continue to watch the hearings and assist in any way we can in exposing the truth and lies for what they really are.

One last note: As of July 25, 1996 the Freemen who refuse to be fingerprinted or photographed as part of routine booking in the Yellowstone County Jail have had all privileges suspended until they cooperate. They will have no television, no phone calls, no visits and no candy bars fromthe canteen until they cooperate according to the jail commander, Capt. Dennis McCave.

Shame on them for treating Justice's from the King's bench this way!!!

A former Ravalli County sheriff’s sergeant was charged Friday with stealing more than 40,000 rounds of ammunition from the department.

Jeff Fowler, who was fired in July following an internal investigation that linked him to the crime, is slated to appear Oct. 1 in Ravalli County District Court on one count of felony theft.

So many seem to be afraid of the words “Lincoln County Watch”, I am not sure why, I guess it is the Newspaper or the Rumor Mill’s version of Reality that has people scared.

This “group” started as a Ron Paul Support Group and transitioned into Lincoln County Watch, I went to a meeting the first time and there were quite a few people there, those folks are now either scared to “associate” or just simply moved on.

Fox News host Glenn Beck, who led the charge calling for the resignation of President Barack Obama’s “Green Jobs Czar” Van Jones said Sunday that Jones is only the first of many radicals in the administration who should be facing questions.

“The American people stood up and demanded answers," Beck wrote in a statement. “Instead of providing them, the Administration had Jones resign under cover of darkness. I continue to be amazed by the power of everyday Americans to initiate change in our government through honest questioning, and judging by the other radicals in the administration, I expect that questioning to continue for the foreseeable future."

As I read the many editorial columns and articles in support of Obama’s speech, I can see that many writers are very upset and emotional over criticism of Obama’s action. They also are clueless concerning the reasons why his address is unwelcome. They are name-calling. They are not bothering to mention, much less rebut, the reasoned objections of people like me.

I can at least articulate my reasons for objecting.

Such a speech blurs or crosses several boundaries that I believe there are good reasons to have in place.

The President’s constitutional powers are explicit. They include the "executive Power." They include being "Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States" and a few more listed in the Constitution, including preserving and protecting the Constitution. They do not include addressing schoolchildren.

If the President were to live up to his oath to preserve and protect the Constitution, he would request that Congress repeal all its laws regarding education. Section 8 of Article I lists the powers of Congress. Education is not on that list. So when the President addresses schoolchildren, he breaks his oath in several ways. He does not have that power, and he affirms and solidifies a power assumed by Congress that Congress does not have. The President is failing in his sworn duty. Those who think that the President’s speech is helpfully teaching civics are mistaken. His speech is conveying and confirming anti-civics and anti-Constitutional lessons.

The President is a political leader. He is not in office to be an educator. His duties are clearly laid out, and they do not include educating children. By the same token, the President is not the parent of all these children. He is not their teacher. He is not their religious leader. The reason for these boundaries is so that political figures do not use their power and influence to dominate our social lives.

It is a special danger to liberty and society when national powers are developed. These are powers in which the national leadership directly controls or influences individual citizens, while bypassing or circumventing other local sources of governance and influence such as parents, families, churches, schools, and local governments.

An Obama address to schoolchildren is an instance of the further development of national power and influence. It breaks new ground in the influence of State over society. Public education already is under the influence of objectionable forces, but this establishes a new precedent that can be extended. If one political leader addresses youth, other leaders are more likely to address youth. The content of their speeches can be enlarged. Their influence can be enlarged. Government will be given more play and support than it already has. Such a speech is inescapably political. Such a precedent can eventually lead to further dangerous developments, such as a Presidential Youth or an Obama Youth.

The President is a politician. Any address he might make, no matter how nonpartisan it may seem, is bound to be political. It cannot be neutral. The very fact that he is President and making such a speech will be taken in by school children. He will be conveying his authority to these children, with the blessings of their parents and school teachers. They will be taught by the speech itself, regardless of its content, to look to the national government in matters relating to their lives. After all, is he not addressing them about very personal and civic matters? His speech is necessarily a political act.

The President is the leader of a particular political party, so that the very fact that he is a Democrat who is President and making such a speech influences his listeners. Children grow up to be voting adults.

In any speech, what the President says lies beyond the control of those who allow that speech to enter the classroom. The teachers have control over the subsequent discussion, if they choose to have it. But the President will already have made his impact. Children do not fully possess the capacities to judge political matters.

Will the opposition party demand equal time? Do we want politicians routinely competing with one another for the attention of and influence over children?

The President commands the airwaves. This is a dangerous and influential power when used with adults. Allowing this power to be extended to communication with every child in the country is even more dangerous.

School districts can opt out of the speech. In some districts, children may be allowed to opt out of the speech. These options are good ones. But they do not alter the reasons outlined above for objecting to a president making speeches in schools.

I’d like to add that I have seldom read stronger words in newspapers directed against those who object to Obama’s speechmaking to children. They are being called crackpots. They are being accused of demonizing the President. They are being accused of McCarthyism. They are being accused of being racist, completely insane, and members of the right-wing lunatic fringe.

These attacks are not called for. There are very good reasons to object to Obama’s speech. I’ll sum up the ones that bother me. There are no doubt others, but I have made no attempt to research them and find out what others are thinking on this matter.

The speech is beyond the President’s constitutional powers.

The President is supporting a national role in education, which also is unconstitutional.

The President is not supporting his oath of office, so he is conveying an anti-constitutional message to children.

The President is crossing a boundary between the political and social spheres. That boundary is in place in order to control government power and maintain a healthy free society.

The President is augmenting national power and influence.

The President is starting a new precedent that has dangerous implications.

The President’s speech cannot possibly be non-political. The very act itself is politically in furtherance of government and an enhanced government role.

The President also leads his party, and that fact may influence children.

The President may have an undue influence over children due to his position and power.

Will fairness considerations lead to equal time for opposition leaders?

Presidential access to communications is dangerous enough without extending it to youth.

I want to ask a some questions.

Before I do, please understand that right now I still believe "the pen is mightier than the sword". I have been very active politically all my life. I believe in lawful solutions, political solutions, legislative solutions.

But I don't think most of you really understand who Obama and his crew are. They are communists, socialists, and yes terrorists. They are terrorizing We The People, with threats of taking our guns and ammo, controlling our food supply, and many other actions completely repugnant to the supreme law, our Constitution.

They don't give a damn about law and order, or morality. The only thing they care about is power. They are drunk with power, and greed. They are the most evil of rulers because they promote the rule of men rather than the rule of law, and they use the law as a cloak for malice, all by FRAUD and deception.

What is Fraud?

Fraud is defined as: "Deceitful conduct designed to manipulate another person to give something of value by (1) lying, (2) by repeating something that is or ought to have been known by the fraudulent party as false or suspect or (3) by concealing a fact from the other party which may have saved that party from being cheated.

The existence of fraud will cause a court to void a contract and can give rise to criminal liability."

Fraud can be perpetrated by government agents or elected officials under the "color of law". By publishing things as fact and law that are repugnant to the Supreme Law, The Constitution for the Untited States of America, government agents would have you believe they have the power to do all sorts of unlawful things, like lay and collect taxes without apportionment, and bail out banks and car companies.

Regulating guns within the states under the commerce clause, that were never intended to be "regulated" by the founders is another "fraud".

In fact most of the things the feds do are outside the Constitution and are "color of law" fraudulent usurpation.

So now for my questions.

In a time when there is absolutely no justice available in the courts, and most elected officials and officers of the courts are corrupt, HOW ARE THESE CRIMINALS WHO ARE SELLING OUT OUR COUNTRY, TO BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE ?

While I agree that we should not start a shooting war, are we to stand idly by and watch an out of control government send hit squads called swat and FBI raids to harass and kill our neighbors because they were all painted with a broad brush and made to be "criminals" overnight by an out of control legislative body who are part of the problem, not part of the solution?

When does it become proper and moral to lay down the pen, and take up the sword?

How far are you willing to let this criminal government go before you use whatever means is at your disposal to stop them from harming your family, or your neighbor?

Make no mistake. If you let them harm your law-abiding neighbors when you know them to be God fearing and law-abiding people, YOU ARE NEXT. Ask the people who lived in Germany when the Gestapo was rounding up Jews. Ask them what hindsight has taught them.

Ask Randy Weaver how the FBI set him up.

Ask YOURSELF how much you will put up with before you fight?

Then if the answer is not readily apparent, and you want to avoid this entire scenario, you need to get up right now and go to work politically. Run for office. Write articles. Send emails, vote in the on line polls. Spread the truth. Seek lawful solutions. Testify at your legislature for good bills, like 10th amendment resolutions, and good gun laws. If you haven't done all these and more, don't consider yourself a good patriot. Don't think you have the right to sit behind the scenes and wait, keeping your powder dry and that at the last minute you can fight with guns and turn this all around.

Yes you can defend your family, and neighbors, but that is not enough to stop these criminals in government. This has to be a popular movement, and that, my friends, is done not with a gun, but with a pen, and the internet, and in person by word of mouth, and using whatever media is available to you.

Plan for the worst, and hope for the best. Get on your knees and pray like it's all up to God, then get up and work like it's all up to you!

So would somebody please answer my questions?  How far are YOU willing to let this go? Are you willing to use ALL the tools available, not just guns?

Make no mistake. The government agents will send their provocateurs to try to provoke you into doing something violent, and illegal so they will have an excuse to put you away.
Don't fall for it!

They will infiltrate your groups, and try to get you to push the edge of the law, and that is all it will take.

The Missouri House Interim Committee on State Intelligence Analysis Oversight met today in Grandview Missouri. The committee chaired by Rep Bob Dixon and co-chaired by Rep Jim Guest heard testimony from citizens concerned with the MIAC report released last spring by the Missouri Highway Patrol Fusion Center.

Grandview Alderman Mike Furgason testified his concern that MIAC has no oversight and suggested the state legislature should set up an oversight committee. "Someone needs to read and approve these reports before they are released"

The committee is charged with taking recommendations back to the legislature regarding the MIAC, Missouri Information Analysis Center. Last spring, the MIAC garnered national attention when a report was leaked to the news media. That report profiled many Missouri citizens as potential Militia Members. The report profiled gun owners, Christians, home schoolers, constitutionalists and implied that persons who displayed a Gadsden Flag or bumper stickers of Presidential candidates Ron Paul, Bob Barr or Chuck Baldwin were persons of interest for law enforcement to watch out for. Constitution party Vice Presidential candidate Darrell Castle testified at Monday's hearing. He expressed concern that his parties members simply want our federal government to follow the constitution and the members were unfairly lumped with people who are true threats to society. When asked what the solution was, he recommended eliminating the MIAC department completely. Castle testified that the Federal Government has gone well beyond its mandate in the US Constitution. That theme that the federal government is not abiding by the 10th amendment of the constitution was a concern of several citizens and at least 4 of the legislators on the committee.

Deb Wells, National Member Services Director for Campaign for Liberty testified that a 2007 audit shows nearly 700 people a day are being added to the watch lists. She fears she might be on the watch list and could be detained at a simple traffic stop. It appears nearly impossible to remove your name from the watch list due to the way the information is shared worldwide. "Will I be put in jail for 60 days because I believe in the 2nd amendment or because I supported Chuck Baldwin for President?"

Larry Flinchpaugh, a Buchanan county volunteer for Campaign for Liberty, testified "I was appalled and insulted to read that I was being profiled as possibly belonging to a subversive group simply because of my political activism." Flinchpaugh, an author from St Joe Missouri further testified "I believe that our government should (1) abide by the Constitution, (2) adopt sound monetary policies by abolishing the private and unconstitutional Federal Reserve and Fractional Reserve Banking and the 16th amendment authorizing income taxes to be collected on our wages, (3) stop being the policeman of the world and bring our troops home from most of the hundreds of military bases around the world, (4) respect the sovereignty of the individual states, and (5) recognize that a government that governs "least" governs" best." Does this sound like a description of a "Militia Movement" member or "Terrorist" or a "Patriotic American" who believes like our founding fathers?"

Paul Hamby, a Missouri Coordinator for Campaign for Liberty testified "Political Profiling discourages free speech. Beyond the constitutional issues, we need to look at the Big Picture. How will we ever find the best solutions to the issues facing our country today, if we cannot have Honest Open Debates?" Hamby praised Missouri Highway Patrolmen, then testified that the MIAC report hurt the department's credibility. Will Missouri Law enforcement take these reports seriously next time? What if the next report is a real threat of the next Timothy McVeigh?" Hamby held up John Ashcroft's book "Never Again" and told the committee "Never Again shall Missouri Government profile our citizens based on their political beliefs"

72 Fusion centers have been set up across the United States. They are funded by the Dept of Homeland Security with a 2009 budget of 274 million dollars. Rep. Brian D. Nieves expressed concern that this was another case of the Federal Government telling us how to run our state. "The risk is that we start these projects with federal dollars and then 2 or 3 years later the federal government comes along with mandates tied to the money."

The House committee will hold one more hearing for public testimony.

The radical leftist Montana Human Rights Network, along with the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Lee Newspapers chain, and some federal agencies, are involved in a borderline criminal conspiracy attempting to demonize, scandalize, slander and paint all law abiding and freedom loving Americans as criminal, or potential terrorists. They speak the same leftist, communist language as every communist agitator in history. They abuse their power of communication and free speech to promote lawless hate against law abiding, and freedom loving people nationwide and worldwide.

The reality is that they themselves are the real terrorists. They endorse the radical leftist agenda and threats of taking guns away from law abiding citizens, making everyone dependent upon a socialist or communist police state for their very lives, taking away private ownership of property, destroying freedom of speech and of the press with their so called "hate crimes" legislation, and destroying the most successful document of government ever devised by man and inspired by God, the Constitution for the United States of America, the SUPREME LAW OF THESE UNITED STATES.


These organizations, in effect, don't believe in the Rule of Law. They believe in the rule of men making the rules as they go, and their leader seems to be the person who claims to be the President, while hiding all evidence of his eligibility, and organizing "communities" of lawless street agitators like ACORN and SEIU and other highly paid subversives intent on destroying the rule of law and replacing it with total government control of every facet of your lives.

These organizations are feeding the Federal fusion centers, and all federal, local and state agencies with FALSE INFORMATION designed to create paranoia in the ranks of "Law Enforcement" and polarize them against anyone who talks against the radical left agenda. This is the classic communist strategy of radicalization used to stir up hate and discontent among the public, and goad private freedom loving residents into some kind of physical conflagration.

Communists have used this method in every country they have subjugated throughout their history. They will and have gone so far as to plant agent provocateurs inside various freedom groups who will goad members into some illegal activity, so the radicals have the opportunity to further radicalize and demonize those organizations. Ask Randy Weaver about that? Was Timothy McVeigh one of these agents, and was he a patsy just like he said he was? Why were they in such a hurry to kill him if not to shut him up because he knew too much about who really engineered that attack?

Sorry boys, we are smarter than that.

You are wasting your breath, because the people don't believe your tired old lies and buzzwords any more. They don't believe that the word Militia is a bad word even though every time you use it you attempt to associate the word with some lawless warlord in Somalia or some other country. We know that the lawful militia is a concept embodied in the early history of our nation and is greatly responsible for our freedom early on in our history. We also know that you preach freedom only to use it as a cloak for malice. All we have to do is go to your websites to see your endorsement of immorality at all levels.

Travis McAdam continues to mouth the same language as communist/leftist agitators whether he knows it or not, and so does Morris Dees of the SPLC, insofar as from their own words they seem to parallel the Marxist agenda that has been used throughout the history of communism. It's really mind-blowing that the local cops and sheriff's deputies are sucking this propaganda up like candy. They don't bother to even talk to people who love the Constitution and freedom to get their views. They just seem to believe all this leftist propaganda without question, and they won't study any history, or law, or any other view. Remember, law enforcement personnel, that those who refuse to learn from history are condemned to repeat it. Are you doing your own thinking or are you letting your boss or some federal agent do your thinking for you?

As a result of this propaganda, law enforcement generally now refuses to believe there are actually people out here that believe in the Rule of Law, and are willing to put their lives on the line to protect the Supreme Law so everyone can continue in Freedom and Liberty.

True radical leftists are liars leading liars and they will all fall in the pit of human suffering just like millions in history who have believed Satan's lies and followed the big government deception of free bread and circuses. Those socialist and communist systems of government never work and while they are in control, millions of people suffer and die. Is that what they want? Are they deliberately trying to reduce the population without destroying the infrastructure? Is it Total Government they are after and they think they will be in the ruling class in this totalitarian structure?

Beware that this is an old song. It's been sung throughout history. It's the song of God's enemies, and God always comes out on top.

Here is a history lesson for all the local cops, sheriff's deputies, elected officials, and any other office holder whether appointed or elected that is helping this radical leftist agenda. You have nothing to fear from us freedom-loving people as long as you obey the law and take your oath of office seriously, and with an informed mind.

But when radical leftist (read communist) organizations are done using you to subjugate the American populace, you will be the first people they will eliminate, because they know they can't trust someone who is willing to sell out their fellow countrymen.

That is the history of communist agitators throughout the history of the leftist communist conquest of countries in the last century.

They eliminate, usually with a bullet in the head, everyone who helped them get to power. They purge their ranks of local officials, and bureaucrats that helped them create their police state. Then they go on to kill everyone they think might have a potential of creating any dissent at all. Don't take my word for it. Google "communist purges" and do your own homework.

I am sorry you are so ignorant of history, the law and your responsibility. The classic definition of ignorance is "Not knowing what is required by one's station in life." You took an oath to uphold, defend and obey the Supreme Law, the Constitution for the United States of America, the only document of it's kind in history that has secured our God given rights for well over 200 years, and the document that the whole world admires and wants to imitate. Our shores are constantly bombarded by people fleeing other forms of government because they fall far short of ours.

You have broken your solemn oath to uphold the law if you endorse the rule of men that these radical leftists promote. When you trample on the rights of private residents of the county or state you live in, you can be worse than any terrorist.

When you threaten law abiding residents with the loss of their freedom for holding to the Supreme Law, The Constitution, you are worse than any terrorist because you are the very persons who are sworn to uphold our rights and protect us from the lawless and radical leftist agenda especially if they are in a majority. We do not have a Democracy (mob rule) in America. We have a Constitutional Republic designed to protect the minority from the will of a lawless majority.

We don't ask for much from you. We only ask you to actually read the documents you swore that oath to uphold, defend and obey, and then to OBEY THE LAW, and refuse to threaten and intimidate private law abiding residents who are only insisting on being heard.

We want you to stop falling for the lies of the radical leftist conspiracy. We want you to study the founding documents you swore to defend from all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. Then we want you to do your real duty, which is to secure the rights given by God, the author of nature itself, the rights those documents embody and protect!

Until you do this you can't be trusted by We The People to uphold your office. You can't be worthy of your paycheck.

Ask yourself this question? Who is running your department? Is it the fusion centers or some federal agent? Are you taking their word for what is going on, rather than doing your own homework and talking to local residents about these issues? When was the last time you read the Constitutions of the USA and Montana? Do you understand what they mean? Are you doing your own thinking, or are you letting your boss hold your paycheck over your head, while you just follow along blindly?

Are you swallowing what Travis McAdam, SPLC, and the fusion centers are saying without checking it out. Well you should get the information about Oath-Keepers right from their own website before you do something you will regret.
