Re-Posting for Educational Purposes

The following is a repost of a thread in a email forum involving Ron Vrooman, Dr. Cordero, and others; we don't have explicit permission to repost, but it was the express wish of the author that everyone on the thread familiarize themselves with the historical documents and in particular the meaning of the words in those documents circa the time of their creation.  We are including all of you in the thread -- for your own good and the good of posterity. 

One of the things that impairs our understanding of our government is the evolution of the words themselves.  Over time, the original meaning can be obscured so that we no longer properly interpret the intent of the original authors.  We can overcome this by paying attention to the definitions that were in use at the time.  For example, Webster's 1824 informs us that the word "federal" was at that time a synonym for "contract".  

Federal Government equals Contract Government.  Who knew?  

Other words are equally important to understand within the context of the original documents. This reposting allows you all to examine the documents as they were published at the time, and to examine the meaning of the words at the time.  It's well-organized and a rare treat for everyone to have such an examination made so accessible. 

Before plunging in, however, note that the main references concern the British Territorial contract known as The Constitution for the United States of America, though many of the words will be the same for the Roman Municipal version known as The Constitution of the United States.

EXPLANATION When you shall see the abomination of desolation. The abomination of desolation of which Daniel (IX. 27.) and Christ here speak, is the desecration of the temple and the city of Jerusalem by the rebellious Jews by perpetrating the most abominable vices, injustices and robberies, &c., but principally by the pagan Romans by putting up their idols. This destruction which was accomplished in the most fearful manner about forty years after the death of Christ, was foretold by Him according to the testimony of St. Luke. (XXI. 20.) At the same time He speaks of the end of the world and of His coming to judgment, of which the desolation of Jerusalem was a figure.

Pray that your flight be not in the winter or on the Sabbath. Because, as St. Jerome says, the severe cold which reigns in the deserts and mountains would pre­vent the people from going thither to seek security, and because it was forbidden by the law for the Jews to travel on the Sabbath.

There shall rise false Christs and false prophets. According to the testimony of the Jewish historian Josephus, who was an eyewitness of the destruction of Jerusalem, Eleazar, John, Simon, &c., were such false prophets who under the pretense of helping the Jews, brought them into still greater misfortunes; before the end of the world it will be Antichrist with his followers, whom St. Paul calls the man of sin and the son of perdition, (II Thess. II. 3.) on account of his diabolical malice and cruelty. He will rise up, sit in the temple, proclaim himself God, and kill all who will not recognize him as such. His splendor, his promises and his false miracles will be such that even the holy and just will be in danger of being seduced, but for their sake God will shorten these days of persecution.

Wheresoever the body shall be, there shall the eagles also be gathered together. That is, where the wicked are, who have aimed at spiritual corruption, there punishment will overtake and destroy them.

This generation shall not pass till all these things be done. By these words Christ defines the time of the destruction of Jerusalem, and says that many of His hearers would live to see it, which also happened. But when the end of the world will come, He says, not even the angels in heaven know. (Matt. XXIV. 36.) Let us endeavor to be always ready by leading a holy life, for the coming of the divine Judge, and meditate often on the words of our di­vine Lord: Heaven and earth shall pass, but my words shall not pass.

INSTRUCTION CONCERNING PERJURY
Amen, I say to you.(Matt. XXIV. 34.)

The Son of God here, and elsewhere in the gospel, con­firms His word by an oath, as it were, for swearing is nothing else than to call upon God, His divine veracity, His justice, or upon His creatures in the name of God, as witness of the truth of our words. — Is swearing, then, lawful, and when? — It is lawful when justice or necessity or an important advantage requires it, and the cause is true and equitable. (Jer. IV. 2.) Those sin grievously, there­fore, who swear to that which is false and unjust, because they call upon God as witness of falsehood and injustice, by which His eternal truthfulness and justice is desecrated; those sin who swear in a truthful cause without necessity and sufficient reason, because it is disrespectful to call upon God as witness for every trivial thing. In like manner, those sin grievously and constantly who are so accustomed to swearing as to break out into oaths, without knowing or considering whether the thing is true or false, whether they will keep their promise or not, or even if they will be able to keep it; such expose themselves to the danger of swearing falsely. "There is no one," says St. Chrysostom, "who swears often, who does not sometimes swear falsely, just as he who speaks much, sometimes says unbecoming and false things." Therefore Christ tells those who seek perfection, not to swear at all, (Matt. V. 34.) that they might not fall into the habit of swearing and from that into perjury. He who has the habit of swearing should, therefore, take the greatest pains to eradicate it; to accomplish which it will be very useful to reflect that if we have to render an account for every idle word we speak, (Matt. XII. 36.) how much more strictly will we be judged for unnecessary false oaths! God's curse accompanies him who commits perjury, in all his ways, as proved by daily experience. He who commits perjury in court, robs himself of the merits of Christ's death and will be consumed in the fire of hell, which is represented by the crucifix and burning tapers, in presence of which the oath (in some places) is taken. If you have had the misfortune to be guilty of perjury, at once be truly sorry, weep for this terrible sin which you have committed, frankly confess it, repair the injury you may have caused by it, and chastise yourself for it by rigorous penance.

International Public Notice: A Brutal But Honest Answer About "British" Justice

We love Dr. Richard Cordero, Esq., a Juris Doctor who has long struggled for justice and judicial reform, but until he grasps the problem, he can't fix it. 

It's the entire system of King's Bench Equity Law that is crooked.  It was designed to be crooked by Lord Mansfield in the 1750's, and it still is.  Until this entire form of Law is overturned, it will continue to be crooked and it will continue to reward judges for being corrupt.  And they will continue to be corrupt. 

The entire goal of King's Bench Equity Law is to benefit the King and the Crown at the expense of the people.   In exchange for implementing this system and making sure it runs according to plan, the judges are rewarded with a fat cut of the property and money they confiscate and also a monopoly on the service contracts and investment opportunities generated by this system. 

It's a very simple and directly observable quid pro quo.  The more convictions they secure and the more property they confiscate for the King, the more money the judges make.  They are no longer engaged in the pursuit of justice.  Thanks to the practice of King's Bench Equity Law, judges have been turned into cleverly disguised bill collectors. Courts are bill collection agencies run on a quasi-private basis by teams of men whose only real purpose is to make money for themselves and the King/Government. 

The American Colonists objected to this form of law when it was created by hybridizing English Common Law and Admiralty Law in the 1750's.  This was part of the reason for the American Revolution.  

Nonetheless, the British Territorial Government imported this form of law to our shores in the aftermath of the so-called American Civil War (to collect war reparations from the Southern States) and it has been here cranking away ever since.  Until more people recognize that it's not the judges --- it's the system of law that is corrupt --- we can't fundamentally alter the results.  Prosecuting individual cases, even class actions, is like chasing sparks from a bonfire.  Dr. Cordero's idea that he or anyone else can bring lawsuits into such a system and achieve justice for the victims, is touching, but --in our opinion-- hopelessly naive. 

Even if he and his Don Quixotes were to win such laudable class actions, the problem itself would remain.  

So far as the judges involved in this system are concerned, they are "supporting" the King and the Government.  They are the good guys and Dr. Cordero is the odd man out, the hopelessly old-fashioned and idealistic clinker who actually believes all the bosh about justice and honor, while serving as the Dealer at a rigged casino table. 

So while we praise Dr. Cordero for trying with what means and education he has to address The Problem, it will take political action to overturn the King's Bench.  

Here in America, there is really no reason for the King's Bench to be here and less reason for the Officers of the King's Bench to be addressing Americans -- and that is a key point to be observed and addressed in the search for justice.  So, why and how is it that foreign courts (District Courts and British Territorial State-of-State Courts) are on our soil, and how are they (successfully) misaddressing Americans? 

The short answer is: they are allowed to be here and to address their own constituents, who are all British Territorial U.S. Citizens and/or British Territorial (Crown) Corporations that are deemed to be "citizens of the United States" under the so-called Diversity Clause that considers United States corporations to be "persons" and US citizens by definition. 

So if these courts are limited to addressing British Territorial Citizens and foreign corporations functioning as "citizens of the United States", how are they dragging Americans into their jurisdiction(s) and prosecuting us? 

By misrepresentation and deceit, enforced by an illegal mercenary occupation of this country and usurpation against its lawful government, all brought to us by British Territorial employees of ours who owe us "good faith service".  

First, we must address the illegal occupation by British Territorial mercenary forces.   It turns out that the American Civil War wasn't a war.  It was never declared by any Congress and never fought by any actual army.  It was fought entirely by business interests and mercenaries paid for by those business interests -- even though the individual soldiers and sailors were never told that they were serving as mercenaries.  Our country has been illegally occupied by these purportedly "American Armed Forces" ever since, under the direction of the British Crown. 

And everyone has been deceived by this, including the vast majority of men and women serving in these mercenary forces. 

Nonetheless, the facts are facts.  We are under illegal occupation by what appears to be our own military -- but isn't. 

Given this fact, we have described the methodology followed by the British Territorial U.S. Citizens and their British Territorial U.S. Congress, to further misrepresent and usurp upon the people of this country and its lawful government: they unlawfully convert the political status of Americans by registering our babies as British Territorial U.S. Citizens and issuing clearinghouse certificates, known as "Birth Certificates" issued in their Given Names, which the British Crown additionally seizes upon and copyrights.  

The Americans thus illegally and immorally "seized upon" and trafficked, and are thus misrepresented as British Territorial U.S. Citizens and British Crown corporations rated as "US citizens" --- and this is how we unknowingly and artificially become subject to their foreign King's Bench Equity Courts --- via a totally non-consensual and unconscionable and undisclosed contract that is foisted off on our mothers while we are still babies in our cradles. 

These foreign British Territorial King's Bench (District and British Territorial State-of-State) courts then prey upon us and exercise coercive powers to illegally subject us to their foreign law under these False Registrations and False Copyright claims held against our Given Names.   Misrepresenting people as "persons" is a crime of personage, and bringing claims against them under these circumstances is another crime ---- barratry. 

Dr. Cordero, we can't make it any clearer than this: you have unknowingly devoted your life to a criminal system, a system that has institutionalized and attempted to legalize both personage and barratry on a vast scale. Until that system is overturned there will be no peace or justice for anyone.

International Public Notice: The Problem of Sync

Imagine an old-fashioned Swiss watch, the kind that has a million gears all meshed together, with interlocking teeth.  The world we live in has a mechanism that is somewhat similar to that, which the Bible describes as the "Mazzaroth", and which we call the "Celestial sphere" or Zodiac. 

Some Christians think that this natural phenomenon which is part of the Creation as a whole is "evil" because it has been used or blamed for evil purposes, but this is the same logic that blames a gun for murder, and not the man who wields it.  

If you pay close attention to the words attributed to Jesus in the New Testament, you can easily see that he spoke in terms of the Mazzaroth: "my kingdom is not of this (celestial) age", and "in my Father's kingdom there many mansions" --- houses, celestial abodes.  

Each one of these celestial houses  (of the Zodiac) embodies different powers and energies that are beneficial to our lives and life on Earth. They are part of Creation and are here to be observed and understood. 

They have to be understood at this point of our development, in order to grasp the craziness going on around us.  

Our solar system as a whole makes a tour of the celestial realm that takes nearly 26,000 years (25,920 years to be exact)   This is further divided into "precessional months" of 2,160 years -- the time period it takes our solar system to visit each "house" of the Zodiac. 

This is what the ancient peoples of Earth are talking about when they talk about "ages", and what Jesus was talking about when he said, "my kingdom is not of this age".   He was telling his disciples that his kingdom was not part of the then-current Age of Pisces, which was just beginning during his lifetime.  

The celestial ages are also what we are talking about when we talk about the Age of Aquarius. 

All ancient peoples we have encountered have understood this celestial time clock and looked forward to and prepared for the changes that take place every 2,160 years, when a "new age dawns" and our solar system undergoes profound but subtle changes. 

The most recent Age of Taurus ran between 4,440 and 2,200 BC; it was an agricultural Age that saw vast expansion of farming and animal husbandry on Earth.  The symbol of this Age was the cow and its religion involved cow worship.  This is where we get the Egyptian goddess, Hathor.  This is where we get the Hebrews worshiping the golden calf.  This is where we get Mithras killing the "celestial bull".  And yes, this is where we get the sacred cows of Hinduism to this day.  

 The Age of Taurus was succeeded by the Age of Aries, the Ram, running from 2,200 BC to the time of Christ; in fact, the Precessional Age of Aries was just ending and the Age of Pisces, the Fish, was just beginning when Jesus walked the Earth.  

The Age of Aries was an Age marked by militarism and engineering feats that have not been surpassed; vast wars and migrations happened throughout the Age of Aries.  Troy and Mycenaean Greece, the Grecian City-States, the Persian Wars and Thermopylae, the destruction of Carthage, and the rise of Rome and its Empire, all took place during the Age of Aries. 

The Age of Aries was a time of military cults, like the Cult of Mithras, and secret brotherhoods, and Mystery religions.  The Greek Oracles and Druidism flourished during the Age of Aries.  The carnal gods of Mammon, Baphomet, and Baal had a resurgence of devotees, and pantheons of gods and goddesses were worshiped, from the old Norse gods in Scandinavia to Greco-Roman pantheons popular throughout the Mediterranean. 

Next came the Age of Pisces, the Fish, the Age of Universal Deceit and Illusion, which began roughly with the year 1 in what we call the "Current Era" -- which is just ending.  During this time, chaos and beauty have reigned.  The Age of Pisces has been an Age characterized by nightmares of violence and depravity, interspersed with flowerings of art and culture and grand dreams.  

Having muddled its way through the destruction of the Roman Empire and the Dark Ages, the Age of Pisces gave us the Renaissance, Shakespeare, the printing press, monarchies and representative democracies, scientific method, political parties, labor unions, modern circumnavigation of the globe, trade "wars", lawfare, a mish-mash of disparate religions and religious belief systems, and a world in which almost nothing is what it seems.  

The Ages of Pisces has indeed been a time of delusion and deceit on a massive scale, as our Readers have discovered--- but now, the Ages of Pisces is ending, and the delusions and deceits are ending, too. 

What lies ahead is the Age of Aquarius, the Water-Bearer, and a time when the miasma and filth of former ages will be scrubbed clean and both reason and compassion will rule the day.  Massive discoveries are underway, discoveries that will radically change our knowledge of the Earth and ancient civilizations and even our own biology and nature.  

The "water" that Aquarius brings is living water, and it will be poured out on the Earth to bring forth a new flowering of beneficial knowledge and technology, reformed and brand new cultural institutions, and new forms of government, too.  Religion as we have known it, will be transformed; the violence and competitiveness and irrationality at the heart of many belief systems will be brought into harmony with a simple system of practical ethics.  

The misuse of justice and legal systems which has become pervasive and damaging throughout the world will disappear; mankind will no longer labor under the groaning yoke of eighty million statutes and "laws".  The disgraced attorneys and courts, like the medical doctors and hospitals of the Age of Pisces, will be dismissed as criminals and charlatans, as our critical thinking skills re-emerge from the primordial soup represented by the Age of Pisces. 

So now that you know, consciously, where we have been cosmologically for the past few thousand years, and where we are headed for the next 2,000 years, we are prepared to address the problem at hand: sync. 

Like that Swiss watch we asked you to imagine, the workings of the Celestial Clock are precise and inexorable: one gear clicks forward, the corresponding gear clicks back, and that's that. 

There is no way for mankind -- at least not at this stage of our development -- to reset the Celestial Clock or change the effect of its slow inexorable progress.  Our recorded and known experience for the past 6,000 years is the evidence that we are, indeed, subject to the "march of the Ages" and that each Age has its own character and purpose and effect on mankind. 

For those of us who are observant, who are thinking, and who consciously know the history, it is apparent that--- like the Swiss watch--- the process and progress of the Celestial Clock is cyclical and unavoidable and at least from the perspective of this solar system, unidirectional in rotation.  

We aren't going to magically reverse and find ourselves in the Age of Taurus; it will eventually and naturally return, in about 20,000 years. 

This is apparent to the Thinking among us, but it is not apparent to the Zionists, who are trying by dint of their own efforts to "return" to what they perceive as the Golden Age of their religion--- the Age of Taurus, a time of cow worship (Red Heifers and all) and blood sacrifices (poured out on the fields as fertilizer) and warrior Kings, like King David. 

They are so determined and so panicky in their effort to re-assert and recreate their "heritage" that they are sacrificing the future they are meant to have. The overall effect is like watching a full grown man, who is insisting on sucking out of a baby bottle and wearing diapers again.  

It isn't going to work, and it wouldn't be beneficial to the Zionists or anyone else if it did, but in the meantime, we are all suffering from their pig-headed idea that they can stop the Celestial Clock and reverse it to a time when they ruled the Earth. 

The Roman Cult isn't much better. 

They want to rebuild the "glories of Rome" and revert to a time when the militaristic and materialistic energies that gave rise to the Roman Empire were at their zenith --- not realizing that that ship sailed at the time of Christ, and won't be back again any time soon, no matter what they do. 

What needs to happen and what will happen, either easily and naturally and joyfully --- or under a cloud of nuclear pollution --- is for all of us to shake off the dreams and delusions of former Ages, and embrace the potential of the new Age that has come to us.

International Public Notice: The Brits "At It" Again

Once more, the Brits have been at the bottom of the dogpile in both the Mideast and Ukraine; British air resources have flown the majority of air reconnaissance missions in Gaza and Lebanon, British-made long-range missiles have been fired into Russia with the knowledge and permission of the Starmer Regime.  

Here is a brief recount of the current situation caused by Britain and its forever- meddling and war-mongering government in the Ukraine:

What, we may ask, will Britain do about it, if Russia decides to return the favor and lob 2,000 pound long-range missiles into the heart of Exeter, Somerset, Liverpool, London, and Northumberland?   

There seems to be a total lack of cognitive ability on the part of what passes for the British Government(s).  They think that it's okay for them to surreptitiously lob bombs at other countries and other innocent civilian populations, and they should never have to be accountable for their own actions. 

No, it's always the same story, the same narrative -- the brilliant and brave Brits and their Allies being viciously and treacherously attacked without any provocation.  But, in fact, there is always provocation. Lots of it.  And they are at the bottom of every dogpile leading up to every major war.  Here they are, plying their trade again. 

The world owes what is left of its integrity and sanity to the forbearance of Vladimir Putin --- like those apples or not.  It's apparent that NATO has been trying everything in its power to gin up a war-for-profit somewhere.  

They've lit fires in Ukraine and the Mideast and now, they are trying to set up an attack inside The United States as well.  

The objects in Ukraine (new base for criminal black ops activities, since their China Plan failed) and the Middle East (oil grabbing and a new alternative to the Suez Canal) are self-explanatory.  The situation in The United States is just slightly more veiled. 

The Roman Cartel is pushing their Regional Government scheme, which requires the implementation of the North American Union Treaty signed by G.W. Bush.  Under this plan, the Canadian corporation would gain control of the Great Lakes, including parts of what are now Michigan and New York. 

It's important to realize that neither G.W. nor any other British Territorial "President" has any standing to sign any actual land jurisdiction treaty, and that they are misrepresenting the whole prospect of a "business union" as a geographic union.  

Nonetheless, their phony so-called treaty would allow them to do certain things that they are desiring at this moment, mostly because they are in a desperate search for gold and silver resources, now that the banks have been forced to stop extending our credit to them. 

Recent discoveries in Arizona's Grand Canyon related to an ancient and unknown civilization, replete with a literal mountain of gold artifacts, has inspired a joint effort by Blackrock, certain Mexican drug cartels, and rogue elements of the U.S. Military to formulate an armed theft of the gold horde and its transport to Mexico, before anyone here is sufficiently aware of it to raise objections to it being smelted down to bullion--- and laundered through the World Bank system by the usual culprits.   

So we have a pre-planned attack coming in Arizona, aiming to steal and then destroy ancient artifacts. 

At the same time, and part of the "movement to implement" the North American Union Treaty, a Canadian invasion is being planned, with the Canadian Government mounting an armed takeover of naval stations around the Great Lakes and --- not coincidentally, theft of another gold hoard that belongs to the American people. 

This second gold deposit was retrieved from the Vatican during Trump's first term in office and jealously guarded by the Military ever since; this hoard represents the gold assets in back of American Birth Certificate Bonds put up by the Municipal Government. 

They want to steal that, too, under cover of implementing a phony "treaty" signed by the "President" of a foreign corporation.  

Right. 

If successful in their aims, this two-ended attack, one in Arizona, one in the Great Lakes, would serve as an excuse to establish a military occupation zone (probably to be occupied by UN Mercenaries) cutting our country in half, and preventing us from ever acting as a unified whole again.  

All this scheming has its roots in the British Territorial Government and except for traitors, has nothing to do with America or Americans. 

Once again, as ever, the current state of world affairs has been created and is dominated by British greed, British deceit, British lust for power, British violence, British elitism, British meddling in the affairs of other people, British theft of resources belonging to others, and British colonialism disguised as a form of Corporate Feudalism. 

Even those driving forces that appear to be rooted in US, Inc. and USA, Inc. policies are forced upon us by the Brits usurping upon our Government under color of law and False Pretenses. 

We had no idea when we began this journey of the depths of wrong-doing that the British Government(s) are guilty of, but it is painfully evident now that the British Government entities have been the lynch pins connecting, promoting -- and benefiting from -- three centuries of war-for-profit, false claims in commerce, bank fraud, human trafficking, personage crimes, bankruptcy fraud, insurance fraud, securitization fraud, counterfeiting, and other activities that are criminal in nature. 

When called on the carpet for this, the British answer is always the same.  They snigger.  They think that their behavior is smart, even cute, and that they will not suffer justice for it. 

They are in the same position as a man who plants cabbages every year and each year expects a different harvest; unfortunately, their insanity has dire results for the rest of us, and the time has come for everyone in Britain who values their home and their life to wake up. 

It's no longer a question if reform of the British Government is necessary or not.  It's only a question of how long and at what cost this must be achieved.  

By "reform" we do not mean some reshuffling of the royal faces; we mean systemic reform of the attitudes, purpose, and operations of government in Britain, such that the people of the British Isles are no longer being enslaved and defrauded by their own government --- and neither is anyone else.

The first results of private testing of soil samples in the disaster area in western North Carolina are in and this initial report is in:

The industrial/chemical level of pollution recorded in the devastated disaster area is six times that of heavily polluted areas in other States which provide a known baseline for comparison.  This is a catastrophic and widespread phenomenon that results in hyperacidity --- compared to "battery acid" --- in the impacted soil and river drainages.  No seeds have sprouted, no life is returning. 

And death continues, with both people and animals being impacted. 

The exact source(s) and composition of the pollutants causing this hyperacidity have not been determined yet, but are expected to be released within a couple weeks by two unrelated groups of researchers. 

What is clear, is that despite foot-shuffling and grand-standing by State-of-State government officials trying to downplay the serious nature of the pollution and the scale of the damage, our country is facing a traumatic and long term injury that will require state-of-the-art remediation and billions of dollars of reinvestment in the States that have been impacted.
