International Public Notice: The Incorporated Subcontractors at "War"

From 1865 to 1937, our two foreign Federal Subcontractors were at something approaching rest, with the British Territorials collecting "war" reparations from the Municipal "citizens of the United States" even though the Principals --- the Pope and the British Monarch knew full-well that the so-called American Civil War was not a War, but a Mercenary Conflict.  

And even though they were splitting the proceeds, 60:40.

The British Maritime and Admiralty courts were used to promote "Special Admiralty" --- meaning Admiralty Law (and navy tribunals) on land -- and throughout the so-called Belle Epoch, the military industrial complex feasted on the eleven subjugated and helpless Southern States and the re-enslaved mostly Negro plantation slaves, who were now considered public property instead of private property. 

This convenience, of being able to count the slave labor as chattel backing debt, together with "custodianship" of millions of acres of new land in the Western States still under Territorial control, and the land claimed under (false) claims of conquest at war (as there was no declared war) amounting to eleven Southern States, gave the British Territorial Perpetrators vast collateral for borrowing, and also 

vast quantities of land that they could trade, use as public endowments, and develop for profit.  

It was at this time that "land grant colleges" were developed as new public education facilities.  These schools not only received generous land allotments for their physical development, but large bequests of land to support their upkeep and expansion.  This was the old Commonwealth system of the Roman Catholic Church in action, only now the recipient of the benefit of the public land was a University. 

Long-time American institutions like Harvard and Yale and Princeton were also bought-off with generous land endowments and "bequests" funding University Chairs and programs

This largesse in the hands of a British Crown Corporation franchise calling itself The United States of America, Inc. resulted in the explosive growth of industry and public infrastructure building known as the Belle Epoch.  Between 1865 and 1910 vast public building works were undertaken throughout the country, industrialist investment boomed, and expansionist wars for profit were staged throughout the world.  

By 1906 this whole farce had worn thin and shareholders of the major perpetrators, including the Scottish-chartered impersonator doing business as The United States of America, Incorporated, were getting cold feet in an earlier rendition of exactly what is happening now.  The shareholders, becoming aware of the fraud and impersonation involved, and fearing that they would lose the benefit of the corporate veil, began a serious "redemption" effort in 1905, but the "yays" could not overcome the "nays".  

A desperate sell-off and bankruptcy followed, resulting in bank runs and other unpleasantness which the Federal Reserve bankers used as an excuse to promote the "advantages" --- only for the government, of course, of central banking systems which could control the price and availability of all commodities, including money. 

The proponents argued that the use of central banks to control and regulate (that is, artificially rig) the economy would result in an era of unprecedented peace and prosperity, no worries about bank runs, or public unrest related to the financial markets.  

So in 1913, the members of the Territorial United States Congress signed up for the Fed's "services", and 24 years later, after the bankruptcy of The United States of America, Incorporated, multiple bank runs, crazy swings in the valuation of the silver dollar, plus the Great War, the Roaring Twenties, and the Great Depression, the two sides represented by the Territorial and Municipal Corporations providing "essential government services" decided to stop fighting each other as a matter of mutual survival, and they issued The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States in open collusion. 

This document describes a new era of rapprochement, guided by community "councils" and local and state bureaucracies, many of which continue to exist today in one form or another.  This is the era when Americans were introduced to Bureaus and Commissions and throughout the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Administration, the explosive growth of Federal Agencies set up as Subcontractors of the Federal Subcontractors.  

Unknown to most Americans, such Agencies as the FBI were already set up as free-standing franchise corporations of either the Territorial or Municipal parent corporations in the District of Columbia, and usually, each parent corporation benefited itself by having its own very similarly named operational franchise, for example: FBI (Municipal franchise) and Federal Bureau of Investigations (Territorial franchise), so that the mirrored and duplicated government departments, Department of Justice (Territorial) and DOJ (Municipal) for example, was copied throughout the Administrative Agency system, too.  

Not only were the government departments mirrored and duplicated and run in tandem at the expense of the American people, but even the Administrative Agencies, the Subcontractors of the Federal Subcontractors, were mirrored and duplicated in the same way, so that no matter what we did, there were two of everything. 

To this day, there are even two "district" court systems, one Municipal and one Territorial.   

Although the colluders found this amusing and convenient, and the British Territorial Subcontractors could kick back and do almost nothing most of the time, leaving the bulk of the public interface and the actual work to the Municipal Federal Civil Service and its enslaved population of "citizens of the United States", our entire country was burdened down with a proliferation of "government" bureaucracy never seen since the days of Marie Antoinette. 

Coming out of the Great Depression and straight into the profit-making venture known as World War II, yet another Mercenary Conflict disguised as a war, Americans had never been so regulated, and soon, the expenses of the "war" would redefine the nature of public taxation and public credit, too. 

Even before the onset of WWII, the Federal bureaucracy had burgeoned to representing nearly 20 percent of the total work force. At the height of WWII the "government" was composed of two huge foreign parent corporations known locally as the US CORP and the U.S.A. Incorporated, which, combined with their franchises, employed a staggering 55% of the workforce.  

Even today, there are arguments in "the US" Congress against firing excess Federal Employees, for fear of the impact of this on unemployment statistics and job markets.

Traditionally during peacetime, the Federal Corporations directly employ 15% -20% of the workforce, but that doesn't count the endlessly proliferated franchises that are expanded by registration taking place at the State-of-State franchise level.  

Every little street corner Mom and Pop business has been slowly coerced or enticed to incorporate and function as some kind of franchise corporation belonging either to the UNITED STATES, INC. or the USA, Inc., which have promoted modernized versions of the same old schtick. 

As of May 2015, the UNITED STATES was down for the count and the behemoth Municipal parent corporation could no longer use tax credits and exemptions belonging to the American people to offset its own expenses and taxes.  The mutual benefit relationship between the two major "government services" corporations was at an end, but the collusion provided for the British Territorial Partner to act as Receiver for the Municipal Partner in bankruptcy.  So that is what we are now looking at and living through. 

The irony is not lost on us, as both these corporations are ultimately owned and operated by the Pope; the bankruptcy of one to the receivership of the other amounts to Pope Leo XVI moving a wad of cash from his left pocket to his right pocket --- and of course, eventually moving it back again.  

We can safely say this is the circumstance, as the Romans have been the 60% majority shareholders in all their collusive relationships and joint ventures with the British Monarchs since the days of Henry the Eighth, and the bank records firmly establish that this 60:40 split continues in the current day. 

Without cheating the American people out of exemptions they were owed, the Municipal UNITED STATES Corporation became unprofitable, and the then-Pope, Francis, sealed its fate. The Federal Reserve Banks were also taken out by commercial liens leveraged by an Indonesian Trust, and the stage for chaos and bargain basement sales of (other people's) assets was set. 

The Federal Reserve, meaning the private central banks responsible for printing the Federal Reserve Notes, could no longer rev up the printing presses and print their way out of any eventuality.  

Regulators were slowly waking up to the fact that the Federal Reserve and the Securities and Exchange Commission had enslaved most of the world's population using an impersonation fraud scheme that allowed them to collateralize and securitize living flesh using corporate proxies.  

These vaunted institutions were running a blood money currency scheme based on peonage and enslavement of living people, imposed under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure. 

The Internal Revenue System (Territorial) and IRS (Municipal) were habitually misrepresented as Government Agencies, when in fact they were private collection agents for the Federal Reserve Banks, which falsely alleged the existence of debt against individual Americans and individual American businesses -- debt that was in fact accrued by corporation franchises named after the victims, run as offshore shell corporations.  

Meanwhile, the Bar Associations were providing a foreign court system and species of foreign law that could be used -- and was used -- to coerce payment from the victims of this corporate impersonation fraud.  

Members of the Bar, knowingly or unknowingly practicing the crime of barratry against the American targets of this fraud, brought "charges" to the rigged private courts, alleging tax debts and other forms of debt, while depriving their victims of any means to pay. 

This "System" racked up unprecedented amounts of Odious Debt  -- debt created by means of fraud, of which the victims were unaware, and from which they did not benefit.  

The System was also used to create astronomically large Slush Funds which the Perpetrators used for their own benefit, to fund "Black Ops" too dirty for normal businesses to touch, to provide political payola, and to guarantee their ability to buy anyone -- politicians, corporate bosses, generals -- who could be bought, on a worldwide basis. 

The extent of these Slush Funds at State franchise and local government levels is only partially exposed by the CAFR accounts, Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports, that the Federal criminals used to keep track of the activities and resources of the State (Trust) and State-of-State franchise criminals.  

The silver purloined from the American people as part of the 1934 Emergency Banking Act was cashiered and used to back the issuance of boxes of Bearer Bonds, Series A.  Boxes of these Bearer Bonds were distributed throughout the world to world leaders and industry leaders at the time, as payola. Straight up. 

The quid pro quo was always the same --- to buy their silence, or to prompt action selling out the interests of their own government to "American" advantage. 

But of course, the pretense of being "American" was just part of the fraud.  

The corporations responsible for all this were not American at all.  

They belonged as franchises to the British Crown Corporation and the Holy Roman Empire's Municipal conglomerate, working together in collusion. The American faces they hired for top-dressing meant nothing at all, just a storefront to hide the actual beneficiaries of all this fraud and evil. 

In truth and in fact, the Americans were the main targets and victims of this criminal European cabal, but they were being set up as the scapegoats, too.  The BBC never missed a chance to misrepresent the unjust and violent actions of "the US" as "American". 

Donald Trump is in the same dilemma today.  He is, at least nominally, an American raised in New York, educated at Wharton, and has lived his life in this country -- but he is working as the "President" of a foreign corporation in the business of providing essential government services.  That corporation is ultimately controlled by mostly European shareholder-trustees who make up the Electoral College, a shadowy private institution that actually controls and determines the leadership of the federal corporations. 

Read that: it doesn't really matter if the 2020 Presidential Election was rigged, because the election itself was fraudulent.  

First, it was a private corporation's election promoted by private political party interests, "as if" it was a public election. 

Second, the election interference was aimed at subverting the results of the so-called "popular vote", which was never anything more than a strawpoll being conducted by a private, mostly foreign-owned corporation.  

Third, the election was actually decided by the Electoral College and it is impossible to prove that the members of the Electoral College were (1) unaware of the fraudulent nature of the popular vote and (2) were influenced by the skewed results. 

Another narrative.  Another Nothing-burger.  Another deflection away from the actual issues at hand.  

These private corporation elections have been substituted for our public elections in the same way that private "district" tribunals have been substituted for our public courts.  

All of this has been done under conditions of deceit designed to fool the American Public, using similar names and much fanfare to convince innocent people to "register" as "voters" in these corporation elections, and thereby ensnare them as "voluntary participants" in the fraud.  

From then on, the Registered Voters are presumed to be accepting their share of the public debt being recklessly run up by proxy-holding "representatives" in the Territorial and Municipal Congresses. 

Just as actual Americans have never lived in any kind of democracy, we don't have any proxy "representatives" in Congress, either.  Our representatives are accountable Fiduciary Deputies, and we haven't sent a delegation to Washington, DC, since 1871 when the British Territorial Rats pulled their illegal salvage operation and commandeered the United States Corporation as "presumed to be" abandoned property.  

We have continued to represent the interests of the people of this country as best we may, via educational efforts and defensive actions to protect the victims of this outrageous fraud and commercial crime, our unincorporated government has continued to operate in the background, waiting for the day when our criminally-inclined and out-of-control Federal Subcontractors --- both of them --- would finally run aground and be recognized as pirates. 

The three phony public trusts they have established in the names of each American and similar "arrangements" impacting people throughout the world must be dissolved and the assets must be released back to the lawful governments and individual people that these assets belong to. 

Understandably, Donald Trump is blind-sided.  He is still in control of the most formidable distributed array of armaments ever assembled in world history.  And it isn't certain how the military Alliance aligned with him will take the news, but we have offered them amnesty to simply come home and enjoy the peace and the abundance they deserve after a century and a half of unknowingly serving as cheap mercenaries at the behest of men like Jacob Rothschild. 

Rather than accept a role as knowing criminals engaged in piracy and other capital crimes, they need to take our offer and accept lawful conversion of the respective Armed Forces Corporations, which will naturally bring them back under Land Law and Admiralty Law and re-establish them as national military services, not mercenary services. 

There is only one way to address fraud under the Law, and that is to eradicate it back to its foundations.  In the current situation, this requires nationalizing all the guilty commercial and municipal corporations and dissolving the hundreds of millions of "infant decedent estate trusts" that have been used to promote this dire

criminality.

International Public Notice: Who Are "We, the People"?

'We, the People' is a reference to the living people, acting as State Citizens, who, in the context of the Constitutions, are the Contracting Officers of their State Assembly. 

The "People" are people undertaking the role and adopting the Persona of State Citizens to conduct business for their State of the Union; State Citizens are the Contracting Officers who approved each one of the three (3) separate Federal Constitutions.  

The State Citizens are the Parties to the Federal Constitutions and their Successors in this generation are fully enabled to enforce these venerable service contracts today. 

Their "progeny" are all the State Citizens, that is, the People, who will follow after them and who will enforce the service contracts known as Constitutions on behalf of the living people they serve. 

Without knowing that the word "People" styled with a capital "P" is a reference to the State Citizens who populate the International Jurisdictions vouchsafed to the State of the Union, and who act as the Principals and Contracting Officers for their State, it is impossible to enforce the Federal Constitutions, because nobody acting in any other capacity is Party to the Constitutions. 

Under such conditions, without State Citizens present and doing their jobs,  the Constitutions are no longer enforceable service contracts in any practical sense; with nobody competent to enforce them, they devolve into something more akin to moral guidelines or provisos, pending the reappearance of State Citizens to enforce them. 

With the States of the Union being called back into Session five years ago, State Citizens have been identified in all fifty (50) substantive States of the Union, also known simply as "States".  

Thus, "We, the People" has its intended meaning and force again. With the State Assemblies in Session and the State Citizens identified, the Federal Constitutions are fully enforceable. 

So now we get to the issue of the "Federal" Government, also called the United States Government, which the State Citizens and the other Principals to these contracts created.

   

Two facts must be taken in-- first, in the 1824 Webster's Dictionary, the word "federal" is listed as a synonym of the word "contract". 

"Federal Government" thus means "Contract Government".  

We have vendors of "essential government services" serving under service contracts called Constitutions.  

This is appropriate, because the three government service providers, one American, two foreign-based, each act under contract to provide the stipulated and enumerated services assigned to them.  

Secondly, it must be noted that this "Federal" Government ultimately receives its delegated powers from the Federation of States. 

The unincorporated States of the Union are members of their unincorporated Federation, which holds their mutual delegated powers, and is their instrumentality in international jurisdictions. 

So, the Federation is the Contracting Power delegating the mutual "delegated Powers" of the member States --- and this, too, explains the link between the Federation and the Federal Government created by the adoption of the Federal Constitutions in 1787, 1789, and 1790. 

State Citizens of the States of the Union acting as  "People" in international jurisdiction, adopted the Federal Constitutions and created the Federal Government, also known as the United States Government, over a period of three years. 

These allocated and enumerated concessions represent the implementation of the agreements made via the various Peace Treaties ending The War of Independence.  

The flow of power to do this, issued from the living people of the sovereign nation-states, flowed to their Lawful and Legal Persons acting as State Citizens in international jurisdictions, and these Contracting Officers --- that is, Principals, then assigned the specific Enumerated Powers of their individual States to the Federation which acted as their Instrumentality and Agent, and made the final delegation of their mutual Enumerated Powers to each Federal Contractor. 

This process continued over three years, with the Land Jurisdiction duties being assigned to the American Subcontractor operating as the United States (Corporation) (also known as the Federal Republic) which received its contract in 1787; the Water Jurisdiction's British Territorial Subcontractor operating as the United States of America, Inc., received its contract two years later in 1789, and the Air Jurisdiction contract was issued to the Holy Roman Empire Subcontractor in 1790. 

Summarized: 

Living people > People (State Citizens) > Federation > Federal Subcontractors

This is important because without the States being in Session and without knowledgeable State Citizens actively enforcing the services and limitations of the Federal Constitutions, our Federal Employees get out of hand, go into business for themselves, take unsupportable liberties, make inappropriate assumptions, and commit heinous usurpations against their Employers. 

Exactly such a heinous usurpation occurred in 1871 while the States of the Union were not in Session and our population was being threatened and kept in the dark by the British Territorial Subcontractors, who latched upon and illegally salvaged the United States Corporation belonging to their American Employers--- and began surreptitiously acting "as" "the United States" and exercising enumerated powers that were never entrusted to them.  

The take home message is that our States are in Session, our State Citizens are properly declared, recorded, published, provenanced, and enabled to enforce the Federal Constitutions at will, on behalf of their individual States, and via their Federation which still holds their mutual powers. 

We do know our own history and we do know why there is a capital "P" used in reference to "We, the People".  We know the role and duty of our State Citizens, and the Federation of States, too.  

Any idea that we "forgot" who "We, the People" are needs to be consigned to the dustbin. We have managed to remember the details and deliver the receipts despite 164 years of organized and concerted and often violent effort by our guilty public employees to make us forget or cause us to misunderstand--- but no, we still know who we are, and who "We" are, too.

My Birthday -- Opportunity for a Good Laugh

While most of the British Aristocracy is feverishly trying to find out who their Fathers and Mothers really are, the FBI is investigating a woman or women who are attempting to impersonate Susie Wiles, President Trump's Chief of Staff. 

This theme of figuring out who is who and what is what is expanding tremendously over the past several months, perhaps because millions more Americans and Europeans and people in Africa and South America are figuring out how governmental services corporations "representing" their governments have impersonated them for profit. 

We suggest that the FBI, an Agency that started out fighting crimes like interstate alcohol smuggling and counterfeiting, and which ended up trying to frame average Americans for speaking up at School Board meetings, should better spend its time and money investigating the impersonation of 320 million Americans--- an international crime appearing to have happened here at least three times to every man, woman, and baby in the country. 

Of course, that's 960 million cases and they still have to bring even one case against Jeffry Epstein or Hunter Biden or Joe Biden or Nancy Pelosi or Hillary Clinton, or.....perhaps Interpol could help them out?

Whoever is impersonating Susie Wiles should throw in with Tina Fey, who most Americans would recognize as Sarah Palin any day. 

It's increasingly difficult to tell where our sympathies should lie.  Perhaps we should all run screaming into the bushes and create a few hundred pseudo-personalities just for fun.  

The IRS already created an Anna Maria Riezinger who was running a rum distillery in Barbados; why not a brain surgeon in Berlin?  A Creole fan dancer from New Orleans?  Perhaps Sarah Palin could impersonate me and I could impersonate Tina Fey. 

The possibilities are endless. 

Once the FBI got sent down this rabbit hole, all we'd hear from them would be a bill once a year stuffed into a Happy Hanukkah card. 

At almost 70, our parents are mostly dead, ditto the kids we went to school with; we've outlived our doctors, our pets, and we are lucky if we haven't outlived at least some of our children.  

Look around at age 70 and almost nobody knows, for sure, who you are.  The concern you generated from family members as a child has evaporated and the notoriety that plagued us as young people, too.  Nobody cares who you sleep with or what insane thoughts you might entertain. 

And every year that goes by, you become more invisible. Some people resent this, and others of us consider this the bonus we never expected.  

Just ask the majority of famous Hollywood stars from two or three decades ago. Unless they have a very distinctive voice like Sam Elliot, nobody knows for sure who they are. 

My Great-Granddaughters assure me that old people all look the same, except some are more bald than others.   Crooked toes might assist in identifying us, "if they wear sandals".  

Once the three primary Legal Fiction Public Trusts "representing" us, plus all the various "derivative" shell corporations styled as Special Purpose Vehicles and Public Transmitting Utilities and so on are identified and categorized, we can ask the FBI and any affiliated Federal departments and agencies what --- exactly --- have they done to protect our "persons" as required by Article IV of the various Federal Constitutions.  

There is one comfort.  A four year-old acquaintance of mine tells me that aged bureaucrats smell bad, but other old people smell nice, "like laundry soap and flowers!"

She's probably a better detective than the FBI.  

Some day I will have the courage to ask her if I smell like an Old Bureaucrat or not.  

As we have been "dead" and invisible for most of our lives, "missing, presumed lost at sea", and as we are becoming more invisible with every passing day, we are in a more-than-good position to serve as Secret Agents, Double Agents, even Triple Agents. 

We could rat out the FBI to the FBI. And then rat them out to the NSA.  Nobody would notice us until it was too late.  

If we got caught, we could just stare into space in an empty way and say something like, "Carl, is that you?  I thought you passed away."  Or leave a sentence hanging in space, like "I thought they...." 

Drives young people batty. They hang on every word, wondering what they missed, the suspicion that they didn't miss anything commingles with the suspicion that you were about to utter the most profound words of wisdom in human history, and it's all for naught, because you forgot what you were going to say. 

Any FBI Agent however irritated would jot you down as a dementia case and slink away discomfited, never imagining that you had him pegged down to his brand of aftershave and size ten shoes. 

A more than passing familiarity with old people, including myself, has convinced me that we all have rare talents and abilities and being invisible has its advantages. 

Maybe it's time for The Gray Brigade, an active quasi-militant counter-mercenary organization specializing in impersonating impersonators. If anyone comes around asking about one of our pseudonyms, we can just hand them an urn full of ashes, and they will believe us.  And go away. 

Think of me on June 6th, dreaming up some wild escapade involving gold bars and wheelchairs.

International Public Notice: We Are Doing the Same Thing as Burkina Faso

Fourteen years after his death, Muammar Gaddafi's dream of an African Union using its own gold to create its own currency, is a reality.  That reality depended on other men in other African countries, who took up the torch and the dream from Gaddafi's dying hands. 

The viciousness of the British Crown Banking Cartel manipulating the "US" Mercenary Forces that destroyed Libya speaks for itself.

The American soldiers and sailors didn't even know what they were doing in Libya, didn't know that they were acting as mercenaries, and certainly didn't know why they were suddenly attacking what appeared to be a peaceful civilian population?  

They came back shaking their heads.  

Gaddafi had had the audacity to Dream Big, to envision Africa and Africans empowered to be free of the old European Colonial System that was bleeding the entire continent dry for generations.  It was a simple enough dream of freedom and prosperity, not that much different from our own, and yet.... 

That's why American troops were suddenly storming the beaches of Libya and mowing down startled housewives. 

Gaddafi wasn't alone in his dream, another African leader, Thomas Sankara of Burkina Faso, had had this dream even before Gaddafi popularized it.  He shared it with Gaddafi prior to his untimely assassination in 1987. 

So the dream of the African Union passed from hand to hand, from Thomas Sankara to Muammar Gaddafi --- and though both men died for it --- back to Burkina Faso, where it finally happened.  

The dream stopped being a dream, and became reality.  Not all of a sudden.  Not throughout the whole continent at once.  

It began to materialize -- appropriately -- in Burkina Faso where the dream of the African Union began.  Here's the whole story:

Listen closely to how the French Government was playing its old Colonialist game --- they were issuing the currency, and using the victim's gold to do it.   The Burkina Faso gold reserves were being held hostage in France. 

The French were forcing the mines in Burkina Faso to deliver all the gold they produced to France, and then France was issuing the paper currency and charging the people of Burkina Faso to pay for the use of what should have been their own currency.  

The British Colonialists have been doing exactly the same thing in "the US" only their scheme here involved using the labor of their citizens as the commodity underlying the currency that they issue --- and then they charge the victims for the "privilege" of using what should have been their own currency in the first place. 

Same scheme, different commodity, same end result.  

The same colonialist bastards have been at the bottom of it.

  

The problem has the same basic solution, too. 

We use our own gold to issue our own currency.  

We have, accordingly, issued the American Federation Dollar. 

We will no longer be dependent on using currency issued by a foreign central bank -- and for reasons we have already explained, the Federal Reserve and the IMF are both foreign central banks in the same manner as the French central bank is foreign with respect to Burkina Faso. 

The French central bank mysteriously never paid Burkina Faso for its use of their gold, and never shared the profit from this "system". 

The situation in this country is only a bit more complex, in that we have had two (2) varieties of foreign currency, the infamous Federal Reserve Note being used as a domestic currency and the United States Dollar (Petrodollar) being used as an international currency. 

While it was Burkina Faso's gold that was being commandeered and held ransom by the French, the value of our labor (backing the Federal Reserve Note issued by the multinational Federal Reserve cartel) and the value of our refined oil assets (backing the USD controlled by the IMF) were both being commandeered. 

Neither one of these foreign central banks ever shared the profits they realized from the use of our assets -- at least, not with us, the actual asset owners. 

What the French did to Burkina Faso, the British Territorials and Papist Municipal Government did to us. 

When we realized how we were being swindled, we also realized that the living people throughout the rest of the world were being swindled, too.  

It's not just America.  It's not just Burkina Faso.  

And one more piece to the puzzle: almost all the banks throughout the world were Maritime Banks, designed for the use of corporations not living people.  

How could this be?  Only a handful of banks to serve the needs of eight billion people? 

Not only were our commodities and performances being commandeered, we were being redefined ourselves, misidentified as corporate franchises.  

This rebranding of mankind as humankind was done to expedite the pillaging and plundering and confiscation of our resources by subjecting us to foreign law never intended to serve the needs of living men.  

People worldwide have been forced to use banks intended for the use of corporations and courts intended for the use of corporations and all subjected to the law of corporations. 

This suited the aims of the criminal Perpetrators, as there is no law against murdering, raping, or pillaging a corporation; and, until the living people realized what the Vermin were doing, how they were impersonating living people as corporations and then abusing the living people as if they were corporations, there was no recourse. 

Redefined as corporations or "authorized representatives" of corporations, we couldn't access the Common Law and couldn't invoke or enforce the Federal Constitutions. 

The Perpetrators had their own banks, their own law, and their own courts imposed upon us --- and they found a way to use our  resources as chattel to issue currencies --- and then charge us for the privilege of using "their" currencies to conduct business. 

We were living in a jail constructed of "legal" but profoundly unlawful practices carried out under color of law.  

The old colonialist powers finagled their way in through a hidden back door, and they continued to plunder and pillage their former "colonies" in gross breach of trust and in our case, in breach of contractual service obligations, too.

Tiny Burkina Faso and America have been in the same boat; as they have struggled with the French, we have faced the same injustice at the hands of the Brits and Romans. 

So now, we announce the advent of "people banks" --- bilateral banks organized under the correct law, subject to the correct courts, and operating in the correct jurisdiction to serve the needs of living people and Lawful Persons (e.g., unincorporated businesses).  

The American Federation Dollar and the prepaid fiscal credits and the bilateral Global Family Banks are here to serve not just Americans.  They are here for all the living people, worldwide. 

We took action, beginning in 2007, to exit their venal system and open up a way for everyone else to leave it behind, too: the Bilateral Bank System.  

It's separate, new, and clean --- no QFS run by the same old Perps, no SWIFT tottering at the edge of obsolescence --- no history of abuse, no liabilities, no agenda, no surveillance, no politics.  

All we offer is what people everywhere need -- a simple, private bank service, using traditional carriage accounting, honoring the ownership interests of the depositors, fueled by asset-backed money, distributing pre-paid fiscal credits, and discharging bogus debts. 

Perhaps most importantly, our bank system is founded on love -- love of creation and the vibratory essence of life itself. 

If you are sick of being used and abused in a dog-eat-dog world, remember that you aren't a dog.  Or a corporation.  You are living men and women and the heirs of a world of unparalleled riches.  

There is no reason for anyone on this planet to suffer or go without anything at all.  It is this certain knowledge and willingness to share that brings us into harmony, abundance, grace, and compassion.  

Coming home to your true identity as a man or woman standing on the land and soil of your own country is the start of this journey.  

Let us all come home, together, each to our own, in peace.

International Public Notice: "Restored Republic?"

The only Republic that ever existed here was the America Republic (1787 to 1861).  

So that is the only Republic that can be "restored".  

Okay?  

Everyone on the same page here? 

You have to have a Republic, before you can restore a Republic. 

Let's consider what it would take to restore the American Republic -- the only Republic that has ever existed here?  

First, it would require the States of the Union to come into Session and take action to restore the Confederation of States doing business as the States of America.  

Why?  Because it's the States of America that was awarded the service contract that created the American Federal Republic. 

That contract is known as The Constitution for the united States of America ---which was issued in 1787.   

See that small "u" on "united"? 

That's not a type-o.  That's an adjective describing "States of America".  That word, "united"  is not part of the name of "States of America", so that is as it should be.  

They could have just as well called the document "The Constitution of the States of America" but they didn't.  

They have confused everyone for 238 years instead, but to be fair, anyone living in 1787 would have recognized "States of America" as the "doing business as" name of the Confederation.  

So the Confederation received the constitutional service contract and set about creating the Federal Republic doing business as the United States Corporation. 

The steps required to "restore" the only Republic that has ever been on these shores are:  (1) bring the States of the Union into Session; (2) have the States of the Union recreate the Confederation and (3) have the Confederation recreate the Federal Republic. 

Step by step. 

It's not just a matter of beating your breast in the public square and shouting, "Hey, we're the Restored Republic!" regardless of who you are and what you are representing in the current era.  

Please note that the only persons able to restore the only Federal Republic that has ever existed, are the Americans.  Not their British Territorial employees.  Not their Papist Municipal employees, either. 

The American Federal Republic was 100% American built and American owned and operated.  Not a Brit in the wood pile.  

At this point, you might be wondering --- what has gone on in the intervening years?  

What happened to the Federal Republic after 1861 when its sponsor, the Confederation, stopped functioning?  

For a period of ten (10) years, the Federal Republic was very quietly run by the British Territorial "Rump" Congress known as "the U.S. Congress".  

Then without a whisper to the American Public, this U.S. Congress acting on February 2nd 1871, declared itself the Successor and Owner of all the assets of the United States Corporation.  

This action which was not published outside the District of Columbia resulted in all the names and trademarks and functions and duties and franchise corporations belonging to the United States Corporation being taken over by the Brits.  

The Tories "assumed" that the Americans had "abandoned" the Federal Republic and that it was all up for grabs, so they grabbed it. 

The fact that the "Territorials" aka "Tories" suppressed and misrepresented and attacked all the remaining lawful officers of our American Government by "mistaking" them for "rebels" and "insurrectionists" and the fact that they never let the American People, the actual Owners, know a word about this, indicates that it was yet another gross breach of trust and act of self-serving fraud, but with them, who is counting?  

Suffice it to say that the Federal Republic wasn't abandoned; the American People were left in the dark, trusting what they thought of as their government  --  without being told that their own Federal Republic was being usurped and supplanted by a different Federal Subcontractor -- the British Territorial "United States" operating under The Constitution of the United States of America.  

So, as of 1871, the United States Corporation, the "doing business as" name of the Federal Republic, was seized upon together with all its assets and trademarks and names and franchises, and this was done very quietly and illegally, in bad faith and with filthy hands, by the British Territorial Federal Subcontractors.  

The British Subcontractors  who were already working for us under a different constitutional contract known as The Constitution of the United States of America, and who had quite different duties assigned to them under that contract, assumed all the rights and duties of our Federal Republic, and secretly began acting "as" the Federal Republic.  

They took over our United States Mint, our seats in the Federal Congress, our Good Name -- "the United States", our vote in international bodies, including control of our Trade Policies, our United States Army and United States Navy, all the corporations founded as "United States franchises" -- including our railroads and mines,  and perhaps most damning, they claimed to own all the "United States Citizens" -- the American Federal Employees who had been working for the United States Corporation before the so-called Civil War --- as slaves. 

They could do this, because these "Federal Persons" were already defined as enfranchised employees of the United States Corporation at the time, and despite the Thirteenth Amendment, there is no law against enslaving a corporation. 

That happened in 1871, with nobody being the wiser.  

On the surface, the "Federal Republic" doing business as "the United States Corporation" appeared to continue functioning as always -- but secretly, it was under new ownership, British Territorial ownership, and the British Government was in position to begin pillaging and plundering their former Colonies using this backdoor chicanery. 

The misuse of our Army and Navy as mercenary forces was made possible by this "Organic Act" of 1871, as well as all the other terrible things that have happened to this country and to the rest of the world since 1871.  

And all the while, the Americans have slept on and been used as the "storefront" for these British profiteers and war-mongers.  

We have been blamed for their actions because they have been impersonating us this whole while.  

Now, clearly, they developed their brand of "Federal Republic" in this process, simply by taking over ours and exercising the powers we originally delegated to the Federal Republic --- not to them.  

Their version of "Federal Republic" which is still doing business as the United States Corporation, is the bloated, unaccountable, violent and vile toad-like bureaucracy spilling over the borders of the District of Columbia.  And every year they work at enslaving a new batch of American babies, by misidentifying them as United States Citizens. 

All they are trying to do -- desperately enough -- is to pretend that they have "a" Federal Republic to restore, but British Territorials can't "restore" the Federal Republic.  

They never legitimately had a Federal Republic to begin with, not in 1787 and not at any time since.  

All the people now milling around claiming to be part of a movement to "Restore the Republic" have been registered as United States Citizens and as "citizens of the United States", too.  That is to say that they are officially on the record as citizens of foreign nations, not Americans.  

Most of them don't know their own political status nor the effect of these registrations which occurred without their knowledge while they were still babies, but that does not change the circumstance. 

Until these birthright Americans declare, record, and publish otherwise, they are Subjects of the King living here under the Residence Act.  

They are legally presumed to be acting as British Territorial Citizens and can't act as Americans without actively and in writing dispelling that presumption.  

British Territorial Citizens by definition can't restore our Federal Republic --- the only Federal Republic that ever existed.  

Only Americans acting in their proper birthright political status can do the job, because if British Territorial US Citizens do it "for" us, all that can result is a British Territorial Republic.  Not an American Republic. 

And nothing would be "restored" --- instead, a new entity would come to be under False Pretenses.  

So there you have it, the whole sordid history --- how our British Territorial Subcontractors commandeered the American Federal Republic doing business as the United States Corporation -- and how they used that undisclosed circumstance as a means to plunder and pillage and use our country as a storefront for their vicious British Crown Corporation operations for over 150 years. 

This, together with their actual actions toward us and toward other nations, is what compels us to demand the dissolution of the British Crown Corporation as a globe-spanning commercial crime syndicate that has undermined business partners and sovereign governments alike, using "lawfare" and their banks and affiliated Bar Associations to do the dirty work.  

We, the actual and fully declared Americans, are busily restoring our American Government from county level assemblies to our Federation active in international and global diplomacy.  

We are evaluating what went wrong with the original Confederation and may or may not reissue new Articles of Confederation.  We may rethink the entire concept of a "Federal Government" wherein we contract for government services from foreign governments.  

Whatever we do, it's up to us.
