A recent rash of purportedly "patriot" writers have been spawning Red Herring explanations for the current circumstance.
Like the claim that all this corruption began with the Act of 1871 ---which was repealed in 1874.
Like the claim that the Government of the District of Columbia was ever anything but a foreign Municipal Corporation right from the start -- it wasn't. Look it up for yourselves.
Like the claim that the City of Washington, DC, was replaced by the Municipality of Washington, DC. Find proof of that. We double-dog-dare you. These entities co-exist.
Like the claim that The Constitution for the united States of America (the first Federal Constitution issued in 1787) was replaced by THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES. It wasn't.
The 1787 Constitution has been dormant and the American Federal Republic it created and governed has been vacant since 1861.
Like the claim that the Constitutions replaced The Articles of Confederation. They didn't. The Articles of Confederation went dormant once the members of the Confederation walked out and deprived it of a quorum to conduct business--- which also happened in April of 1861.
Like the claim that the Federal Reserve Act applies to us. It doesn't. We were entrapped and ensnared in it, because we had to deal with and exchange goods and services with the Federal Government Employees who reside among us. They are the ones who were targeted by this legal tender legislation ----that technically never applied to us.
Like the claim that the Sixteenth Amendment (Internal Revenue) to the Corporate Constitution applies to us. It doesn't. It applies to federal franchise corporations named after British Territorial Persons who just happen to be named after us, all of which we were never told about and never knowingly agreed to.
Like the claim that the Sheppard-Towner Act which is routinely used to unlawfully convert and register American babies as foreigners in their own country applies to us. It doesn't. It is secretly misapplied to us, but technically, this registration activity is only supposed to apply to the U.S. Citizens, who are British Territorial citizens living in this country under the provisions of the Residence Act.
In these prime examples and many, many others, undisclosed contracts and citizenship obligations of our Federal Employees have been palmed off onto us, and we have been "mistaken" for one of them, based on unconscionable registrations and coerced enrollments that were never supposed to be applied to us at all, but which have been misapplied to us, accidentally-on-purpose, just the same.
When asked about this and their failure to disclose the nature of their registration and enrollment activities ----and exactly who these laws and processes apply to ---- the Perpetrators arch their eyebrows and ask why there should be a need to disclose these facts to Americans who are supposed to know that the only Federal obligations we have must be published in the Congressional Record?
Since when has the Federal Reserve Act, the Sheppard-Towner Act, the Patriot Act, the Emergency Banking Act, the War Powers Act, or any of these other oppressive "Acts" been published in the Congressional Record? Please show us where the Sixteenth Amendment to The Constitution of the United States of America, Incorporated, was passed into Positive Law and read into the Congressional Record?
The current miasma isn't about these Acts, it's about the deliberate misapplication of these Acts to Americans.
It's about our foreign federal employees latching onto us and falsely claiming that we are one of them, or that we are stateless and in need of "salvage", when in fact, they are, themselves, residing in our States of the Union.
It's about usurpations against our lawful Government by these same foreign corporations and their personnel, usurpations which have been undertaken and enforced under color of law and conditions of constructive fraud for six generations.
Think of it as being secretly press-ganged, even though press-ganging has been outlawed for 200 years.
One would think that The War of Independence and The War of 1812 would suffice to settle the issue of American Independence, but like unwanted suitors, the gluttonous progeny of King George have continued their amorous assaults.
What they could not win by force of arms, they have proposed to take by fraud instead, and we all know the rules governing fraud.
It has no statute of limitation. It vitiates everything. It renders everything touched by it as tainted, null and void--- which blows us all back to the moment when William Stadtholder, a common Dutch soldier, pretending to be the Steward of the French Belle Chers who moved to America in 1608--- entered the House of Nassau, and created the House of Orange.
Everything after that, the merger of the Dutch East India Company with the British East India Company --- the entire British Empire, the Territorial British Raj, the French and Indian (Seven Year) War, the creation of Equity Law, the rise of the French Empire under Napoleon, the British signatures on all peace treaties, covenants, concords, conventions, and contracts ever since, The War of Independence, the enfranchisement of the English, Irish, Scottish and Welsh people as British Persons, the creation and plundering of the National Trusts, the real estate title system, the redefinition of the Commonwealth, the legalization of private insurance, the obstruction of trade and Bills of Exchange, the securitization of living flesh, the direct taxation of "citizens" by private banks, the impersonation of living people as corporations, monopolization of bank transfer systems, rigging of commodity markets worldwide ---- the All of it, is rendered null and void.
What is built on sand and fraud, collapses as fraud and sand.
The French Belle Chers are alive and well and living in Boston since 1608, with offices in Philadelphia and points west. Our interests in The United States and in Europe, for that matter, are not abandoned.
William Stadtholder was never our Steward, much less our kin, just as America was named after the Amorican people of Normandy, not an Italian mapmaker.
The discovery of these egregious lies and their distortion of history has to be dealt with along with all the corruption and war-mongering and illegal mercenary activity that has scarred the last three centuries.
It's time to lay the British Empire and the Holy Roman Empire and all other Empires to their final rest.
