Talk of Checks in the Mail

By Anna Von Reitz

There have been rumors that Mr. Trump is going to send everyone checks in the mail to help with expenses during this bankruptcy settlement process being euphemistically termed a "transition".

I would be very careful how I signed any such check.

Most likely, the rats are trying to establish a contract settlement quid pro quo, in which they claim to have paid you your share of the bankruptcy settlement --- a pittance of what you are owed --- and your unguarded signature on the back of that check would be taken as proof of your agreement.

We have no intention of being sold short or losing our claim to be fully remunerated for losses and owed the return of our property assets free and clear of debt or encumbrance.

So, if Mr. Trump sends everyone checks, sign yours "Without prejudice or settlement." in addition to your usual denomination of it as "lawful money".

Keep a copy of the check and your limited endorsement on the back and send a letter and another copy of the check front and back  to Mr. Mnuchin at the Treasury, informing him that you are not settling your claim against the bankrupt UNITED STATES, INC. and require the entire amount owed to be returned to you, together with your land patents, free and clear of debt or encumbrance.

So, if they send you a partial payment, fine.  Take it.  But don't allow them to tell another Big Fat Whopper and claim that you accepted that check as settlement of your claim against the UNITED STATES, INC.

Use your limited endorsement to restrict their "interpretation" of your acceptance.

  1. My bank wont accept endorsements that include the words "lawful money"

    1. Maybe you could try “deposit for credit and exchange for FRN’s”? As it’s ultimately what you want to happen. Private credit going in, and dollar for dollar exchange in FRN’s coming out.

    2. They have to...push the issue, call the county attorneys office from your cell while you are there. I have endorsed and converted all my checks for years at many many banks without any trouble. USC12 :411... DEMAND OF LAWFUL MONEY.

    3. Can you tell me exactly what you write on the check? I do e-deposit

    4. Have you asked them if they are giving you legal advise. If so inform them your accountant (You) has instructed you to indorse all Debt Instruments in this way for TAX purposes and the bank does not Re-Present you in any Legal matters.
My stamp: Demand is made for Lawful Money Per 12 USC section 411 with a by: Line. If I deposit the Check i write: *Special Deposit* If I cash the check I leave that off. I do deposits through the Bank App on the Phone and at the Bank and have never had an issue. I use Wells Fargo.

    5. The checks are being direct deposited there is no signature involved, so yoour nfo is just not correct, also if you get a paper check sign it in purple ink.

  2. I read an article that said checks would only go to those who filed the 1040 "confession"

  3. I love all these comments when nothing has been decided, I been signing all documents, with prejudice, which means i don't agree, for years. never had a problem, they just look at you, Oh! your one of those nuts.

  4. I was wondering EXACTLY that!
    Hope someone answers.

  5. I heard you would have to have the new national id or accept a COVID-19 vaccination which will contain your new RFID chip and tag you are it. Thanks Uncle Sam but NO THANKS! Govt. has done enough to US already claiming it was for US.

    1. For clarity, would you please expand on ...
      "...the new national id..."

      Thank you
