Many people have been asking me, "Well, how do I
cancel Powers of Attorney that I may or may not even know exist?" You record
your Cancellation of all such Powers and make it another Extension of your Deed
of Re-Conveyance.
Here is a bare-bones example of how it needs to be
set up and what it needs to say:
"All prior Powers of Attorney granted by Anna Maria
Riezinger are removed, cancelled, and permanently revoked effective June 6,
1956.
Anna Maria Riezinger is Attorney-in-Fact for all
purposes related to the administration of her estates and all correspondence
should be addressed to: Anna Maria Riezinger, c/o Box 520994, Big Lake, Alaska
99652."

Alaska
Matanuska-Susitna County
I____________________, a Public Notary, was visited
today by the woman known to me to be Anna Maria Riezinger, and she did affirm
and sign this Cancellation of All Powers of Attorney in my presence for the
purposes stated.

Not the State of Alaska, not County of
Matanuska-Susitna, Not a Borough. Not a City. Or any other incorporated entity.
And also note, that because this is taking place in
the land jurisdiction "State" and in the land jurisdiction "County", this is a
Public Notary function and not a "Notary Public" function.

Your address has no P.O? How did u do that? For example I have as one of my addresses:

Although it's been a few weeks since the address topic came up, I'd like to add my two cents. I was advised by Monty Montgomery (nom de plume: Augustus Blackstone) to state my "address" without any abbreviations:

in care of Post Office Box 872
City, State
in proximity to federal postal zone 97498
I need to use "in proximity to" because the land the P.O. uses is leased, not owned.
My understanding of how to present your " address is :

DeleteI got the first one recorded and a reasonably knowledgeable kind clerk read the document and showed my a way to record is for less. New needs of the incorporated county have spawned charges of 100 dollars per name if recorded in the land records so it is recorded their as a notice, public now and kinda hard for em to say it does not exist or that I have not made the claim for my own property. Who owns or has claimed your name and associated names for profit purposes? Do you think if your neighbor claimed your name and made up other names billed out to you as well you would be stuck even though the property does not belong to him?
