Your Government

By Anna Von Reitz

Take a blank piece of paper.  Fold it in half, top to bottom, so that the fold provides you with a straight line in the middle of the paper.  Now, unfold the paper and lay it out flat again, take a ruler and draw a big, fat line along the fold so that the top half of the page and the bottom half of the page is clearly separated and defined.

At the top of the page write:  "Non-Delegated and Unincorporated Powers"

Under that, write:  "The United States, a union formed by The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776."

Under that, write:  "The United States of America, a Holding Company formed by Congressional Act, September 9, 1776, to hold and control all jointly held powers."

Then.... on the bottom half the paper, right under the fat line, write:  "Delegated and Incorporated Powers".

Under that, write:  "Federal United States doing-business-as "the" United States. Missing in action since 1860, moth-balled and controlled as a trust."

Then under that, write:  "Territorial United States, British-controlled usurper doing-business-as "the" United States of America."

Then under that, write:  "Municipal United States, Congressional oligarchy."

What you should have on your paper is a list that looks like this:

Non-Delegated and Unincorporated Powers

The United States, a union formed by The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776.

The United States of America, a Holding Company formed by Congressional Act, September 9, 1776, to manage all jointly held powers.

Delegated and Incorporated Powers

Federal United States doing-business-as "the" United States. Missing in action since 1860, moth-balled and controlled as a trust.

Territorial United States, British-controlled usurper doing-business-as "the" United States of America.

Municipal United States, Congressional oligarchy.

**** This, above, is the basic structure of the American Government.****

You will notice that it is neatly divided between "Non-Delegated and Unincorporated Powers" and "Delegated and Incorporated Powers."

There are two principal unincorporated entities that hold sovereign power --- "The United States" and "The United States of America", both with a capital "T" and a definite article, "The",  included as part of their names.

"The United States" holds all sovereign powers related to the soil (national) jurisdiction owed to the combined states and people.  "The United States of America" holds all sovereign powers related to the international jurisdictions of the land and sea.

It had to be organized like this, because The Definitive Treaty of Paris, 1783, demanded a further apportionment of "powers" known as the "Delegated and Incorporated Powers"----and our Forefathers were determined that Britain was never going to get it paws on one cubic centimeter of our land and soil jurisdiction, so The United States holds the soil, and The United States of America holds the land underlying the soil   ("Soil" is defined as the top six inch layer of dirt, and land is everything underlying the soil.)

Now look at those "Delegated and Incorporated Powers"....

There is a Federal United States which is meant to exercise the powers delegated to it by The United States of America via "The Constitution for the united States of America".  This Federal United States was originally doing-business-as the "States of America".  As you can see, the word "united" in the title of its Constitution is being used as a descriptive adjective, not part of the name.

When we look deeper, we find that the "States of America" were members of the Confederation of States formed in 1781 under The Articles of Confederation.  These then, from the get-go, were "confederate States of States" that belonged to the States of the Federal Union.  For example, The State of Maine belonged to Maine.  Again, notice that the definite article "the" is part of the name of The State of Maine, and it is capitalized.

In the wake of the Civil War, this part of our government and the States of States belonging to it, disappeared.  This is the portion of our government that Ms. Hudes and the World Bank rightly insist has been in "abeyance" all these years.

The British-backed Territorial United States usurped upon the delegated powers entrusted to the Federal United States and secretively substituted unauthorized Territorial "States of States" and imposed new "State Constitutions" under deceptively similar names.

"The State of Maine" was replaced by "the State of Maine" and people then, as now, didn't know the difference.  There was a State of Maine before and a State of Maine after, so they just trusted the fine points to the lawyers and legislators--to their everlasting detriment and the detriment of the entire world.

This Territorial United States now has 57 states --- it's fifty "state of state" franchises, plus seven actual territorial "insular states" including the District of Columbia operating as "The State of New Columbia", Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, etc.

It does business as "the" United States of America or more recently, simply, "United States of America".  This deceptively similar name causes a lot of confusion as people naturally mistake this British interloper for The United States of America, and vice versa --- which is the crux of the British fraud being practiced against the people of this country and the rest of the world.

The Municipal United States was created by Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 and was meant only to provide a local municipal government for the District of Columbia, which was to be operated as a common turf for the states to conduct their business.  Congress was given "plenary" --- that is, complete control, of the District, and it was fully formed by 1801.

In 1871 the Territorial United States Congress (there hasn't been an actual Federal Congress since the Civil War) started a move to set up its own for-profit government services corporation.  It took several years, but by 1877, the object had been achieved.

They began their own municipal franchise operations soon afterward, taking over the "United States" name the same way the Territorial United States organization commandeered the "United States of America" name, with the same object and result --- confused identities and fraud upon the American people and the rest of the world.

So the Territorial United States operating in Gross Breach of Trust has made use of our sons and daughters as gun-fodder enforcing British commercial feudalism abroad, and the Municipal United States operated by the Territorial United States Congress has promoted the same oppressions at home.

And all of this is utterly, absolutely, completely lawless. The British Crown and the British Government have masqueraded successfully as the American Government for a 150 years, using their willing dupes and proxies in the Territorial United States Congress to pull it off.

We and the entire rest of the world have suffered accordingly.

Please note that the entire "Federal Government" --- Federal, Territorial, and Municipal, was created for the sole purpose of exercising the Delegated and Incorporated (that is, Commercial) Powers.  It has never had any delegated power related to our land or soil, nor does it have control of any power not strictly granted to it and "enumerated" in the constitutional agreements.

Now the question becomes --- what to do about it?

I will take that question up in the next post....

  1. Re: September 9, 1776 I found:

Where in the above does it indicate "a Holding Company formed"?

  2. Before computers made us all homebodies we used to get together with other very bright patriots that understood all this ... and did a good classroom type of presentation to us...One came in with transparent plastic paper with the 50 states clearly marked out...then he would put another transparent plastic paper on top of that one that was divided into ten zip codes....the Federal United States...It was a very good demonstration between the Real U.S and the Federal U.S...!! 10 Districts instead of 50 union states...!!

But we should have never declared our independace from Great Britain because that was a declaration of war that called them to action....Instead of trying to unfile all the paperwork they have against us, its easier just to declare you independence again, and the reasons why...that should suffice enough to expatriate from this system again...but we risk the same response from them like we got before...!! America has to break away from England and let the whole world know that they were never our allies....!! Let England fight the world if they want it that bad...!!

    1. James, yes those are called overlays. And they are quite interesting.
How true it is that we talk less face to face, since computers, but at the same time I've made some very long lasting friendships via computer. And they have been more mutually rewarding and beneficial than most in-person interactions in the past decade or so. Especially since my little neighborhood has changed so much, and most acquaintances I had here over the past 20 yrs. have moved to other areas or bought homes and moved on.
But I have learned much via computer, love research, and get alternative news. We can get a larger overall pic of the entire world from this thing, lol. Best of all, shopping on line has been the best thing; now not only do my feet not have to do the walking, but neither do my fingers.
Got car problems? Go watch a youtube how to fix it, order the parts on line at huge discount, and wallah! Fixed. We did that just last week with our AC fan; Cool, huh?

    2. There is no doubt that if you use the computer and the internet for knowledge and truth, it can indeed be a "real asset"..!! However, it rubs the other way to if all you want to use it for is social media just for "gossip" or trying to destroy someone's life....!! And it was the only way all of us were going to learn the truth about our country and the "great deception" that has been perpetuated on us and the world...!! But for such an important piece of equipment to be used for stupid things like spiteful "twittering" and watching things with absolutely no moral value to it is just a toy for more distraction...!! But I do agree with you about meeting people ...safely..!! And getting people to communicate all over the world...that way it's much harder to be conned out of money this way also....!!

    3. james, we have never signed up with any of the social media sites, so we were smart there. Its just unfortunate that so many people use it for the wrong reasons.
I've made several long time friends, one in the carolinas, and a lady in calif. We have some very meaningful discussions, and plan a get together down south. Help each other with health issues.
My son cannot be considered a mechanic, but he fixes some things just by watching video instructions on youTube; he changed our serpentine belt in a couple nano seconds, did the fan last week, and will change out the coils soon as they get here, lol. Saves us hundreds of dollars and he gets a sense of accomplishment when he makes a repair on his own like that.
We take the good parts of the Internet and leave the trash for the dumpster divers, lol.

  3. Chef-doctor, you have to realize that on this site, queen ann has her own personal private definitions that have no basis in reality!!! Here is an example she wrote: Human= HUE MAN= Monster!!! I looked at several professional definitions in several dictionaries and not one of them state this!!! ALL of them state that "human" means a person of the human species or similar wording. But the brain dead toads on this site will hop at anything presented here as the gospel truth and the moderator will not demand that his idol state only FACTS as that would mean he would have to go back living his lonely mediocre life so he hops on to the coattails of crazy people so he can have a meaningful existence and publishes this tripe. There might be a little bit of "truth" on this site but it is far and between what usually gets posted here. Sad really!!!

    1. Speaking of lonely mediocre life, dear ever-anonymous yet persistent contributor, do you have any life apart from your daily vitriolic posts on this blog you pretend to despise so much?

    2. monster. A plant or creature terribly deformed. A human-being by birth, but in some part resembling a lower animal.
"A monster . . . hath no inheritable blood, and cannot be heir to any land, albeit it be brought forth in marriage; but,
although it hath deformity in any part of its body, yet if it hath human shape, it may be heir." 2 Bl Comm 246.
being a lazy bastard is no excuse for making false claims unknown...

    3. Thanks Marc....I was getting bored spanking trolls

  4. English is the deceptive language of choice.
England is a queendom. Donald J. Trump is no queen.
Q: When is a consort not a prostitute?
A: When married to a queen.

    1. Meanwhile the bottom half of the paper has been very busy.... How the elite get kids from Haiti to USA (& other locations just TOTALLY exposed!)

    2. Leland, its more like a travesty; the bottom of the barrel of Immorality. Sickening to say the least. Nothing 'elite' about such animals as they are.

  5. Well, I am no monster and back when it was originally posted, I thought it was a most derogatory thing to say about the human race; I don't think our children would appreciate it either.
