International Public Notice: Those Most Offended

 By Anna Von Reitz

Those most offended by the vicious and pernicious frauds involved in being denigrated as a  "citizen of the United States", were the supposedly freed plantation slaves who were re-enslaved within a very short time by the British Territorial U.S. Congress.

The initial solution proposed to solve the "Negro independence problem"  authorized by the same U.S. Congress was made famous as "Forty Acres and a Mule".  Freed slaves could, upon qualifying, receive this basic grubstake from Uncle Sam and work as "shareholders" --- de facto sharecroppers, subject to taxation by the U.S. Government.

This offer was made before a disreputable Northern Privateer and former slave trader hit upon the idea of public slave ownership as a means of promoting and enriching the government --- which at that time was being "represented" by a Scottish Commercial Company in the business of providing essential government services ---- The United States of America, Incorporated.

The expenditures involved in the Forty Acres and a Mule offer were summarily suspended in favor of the rich income available from redefining the former slaves as "citizens of the United States" and using them as human chattels backing the debts of the United States of America, Incorporated.

Slavery in this country, as we have pointed out before, was not a matter of race, it was always a matter of money.

The Union Army and later, the Administration of President Ulysses S Grant, considered that as their blood and substance had been spent to free the slaves, the former slaves had become indebted to them and owed the "war reparations" claims being exercised against the Southern States by the Union Government.

This attitude, apart from the greed involved, is more understandable  when you know a few facts about the history of slavery in America.

The first slaves who arrived on our shores were Irish.  White slaves and indentured servants continued to make up the backbone of laborers for basically two hundred years, until an influx of colored slaves began to flood in from the Caribbean and Africa in the early decades of the 1800's.

This later slave trade was fueled equally by the Pope's avarice and by the British Monarch's avarice, as each had products to sell in Africa --- the Pope was selling religion and exporting Bibles printed in the Northeastern States to Africa; on the way there, the slave ship captains stopped and took on cargoes of rum to also sell in Africa for the benefit of the British Monarch.  Having arrived and disgorged their load of Bibles, they traded the rum for enough slaves to fill their ships for the backhaul to Charleston Bay.

This so-called "Triangle Trade" went on for decades and resulted in a large and seemingly permanent population of black slaves throughout the Southern United States.

There is the equivalent of an Academic Myth that these plantation slaves were enslaved because of the color of their skin, but no.

They were enslaved because they were assumed to owe a debt for their passage and support and whatever was paid to the African tribal chiefs who sold them to the Dutch and British traders; until that debt was paid, by someone, they were held responsible for it and had to work it off.

Their new owners paid off these costs and thus acquired the ownership interest in the slaves.  These owners, who received a Bill of Sale and Cargo Receipt also inherited certain obligations imposed by law; they had to provide food, water, clothing, shelter, and whatever education the slave would need to perform their work.

Similar to the IRS scam that forces the Employers to collect the taxes, and thereby enforce the tax as a condition of employment,  Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation didn't free a single slave.  Instead, he made the slaves responsible for their own material needs and released the Southern Plantation owners from their legal and lawful obligation to provide for their slaves' support.

Honest Abe was a crooked man and fond of legal deceits, puns, double-meanings, and dubious wordsmithing of all kinds. Only the educated men, then and now, would realize the actual mechanism and meaning of the Emancipation Proclamation.  Generations of black Americans would miss the point entirely and idolize Lincoln, who never actually spoke a word against slavery, but did go on the record saying that slavery or not, wasn't really the issue.

Lincoln knew something the rest of us didn't know and which we were never taught.  The so-called Civil War wasn't about slavery per se; it was about cotton markets and the purportedly unfair advantage that the slave labor force gave to Southern Cotton in the marketplace in competition with Egyptian Cotton --- a commodity and investment venture that the Bank of England and members of Parliament were losing their shirts on.

Foreign commercial interests and their need to control cotton supplies and increase cotton prices were at the heart of the so-called American Civil War.  The Perpetrators could do neither of these things as long as the Americans protected their Cotton Market and had the advantage of slave labor.

Once the dust settled, the "extra" population of unsupported and unemployed Negroes became a problem for the military and the British Territorial Government stuck providing for their support.

The whole "citizen of the United States" and Fourteenth Amendment fraud  enabling the U.S. Congress to lay claim to the victims as human collateral --- literally,

The end result is that the vast majority of former plantation slaves were reenslaved as slaves belonging to the U.S. Government, and went more or less from being owned by private slave owners to being owned by public slave owners and forced to pay "public debts" owed by what we have known as the UNITED STATES, INC.

Obviously, none of this had anything to do with the American States, The United States, or our American Government. This was entirely a British Territorial fraud scheme and enslavement racket based on crimes of personage and fraud carried out under color of law.

For those of us familiar with the facts, the Bait and Switch fraud offered by a new generation of the same Pikers in 1968 to young Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., was especially outrageous and offensive.
While the great-grandsons and great-granddaughters of plantation slaves marched in the streets demanding "Equal Rights", the British-schooled Vermin twisted this into "Equal Civil Rights" instead.

The Equal Rights the marchers referred to were the Natural and Unalienable Rights inherently belonging to men standing under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence; the Equal Civil Rights they received were not "rights" at all, but "privileges" extended by bureaucrats sitting in the British Territorial U.S. Congress -- privileges that the same Congress could take away, or that could be suspended by the stroke of a Presidential pen--- just as Donald Trump did toward the end of his first term in office.

Perhaps MLK, Jr., caught on to the Bait and Switch toward the end, and was prepared to tell his followers that they were still enslaved and that the Pikers had offered them a Bait and Switch --- not rights, but privileges.

In the simmering heat of 1968, such an announcement coming from Dr. King might have touched off the final firestorm of indignation needed to end slavery in America.

As it is, we are still waiting for justice to be done and for all the sacrifices of so many lives, black and white, civilian and in uniform, to be honored. We visited a Civil War Museum some years ago and looked closely at the heavy, slow velocity munitions, musketballs an inch and a half in diameter, and canon loads of chain -- mute testimony to the crude destructive power unleashed on those battlefields.

We wondered what kind of men had faced such weapons.

Today, people of color are still enslaved and millions upon millions of Americans of other races bear the same yoke, thanks to having the same old Fourteenth Amendment scam and "citizenship of the United States" misapplied to them.

There can be no doubt that we are here to end this -- to put an end to bondage, peonage, and slavery once and for all, and to deal with those who have promoted this evil in our midst and on our soil.

Someone asked how angry we are; we replied that we are beyond anger.  A cold and absolute determination lives within us,  We have come to make an end of it, and claim our victory at last; we are not deceived. We know who to blame for this.  The Primal Creator has been roused from slumber and will not sleep again, until these accounts are balanced.
