H.R. BILL 3166 THE EXPATRIATION ACT - MUST STOP THIS BILL! Charlie Dent, Joe Lieberman, Scott Brown and Jason Altire. 10/12/2011 - This bill is a very sneaky bill. It's far worse than sneaky, it's very deadly. Of course it's unconstitutional as hell and was intentionally written vague to serve their purposes; in Congressman Dent's mind, he doesn't have to draft a bulls eye, but a hand grenade is close enough to get the job done: which is to lock up Americans, strip them of their rights and then once stripped, Cong. Dent believes he can do whatever he wants to do to you. You name it. Enemy Expatriation Act - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to include engaging in or purposefully and materially supporting hostilities against the United States to the list of acts for which U.S. nationals would lose their nationality. Defines "hostilities" as any conflict subject to the laws of war.
