Uh, Duh.... Red Alert....Uh....

By Anna Von Reitz

Yes, people, you read it here first.
The British Government has been colluding with traitorous and/or clueless American politicians for decades to undermine our country --- and they have been doing it one baby at a time.
They have been falsifying our political status records and seeking to "genocide" all Americans on paper.
You are not recorded as an American baby. You are registered as a British "citizen" --- a subject of the Queen.
And if you don't wake to hell up and take action and I mean --- really TAKE ACTION NOW -- you won't have a country left. You will lose it all, everything your forefathers fought for.
We will be nothing but a backwater British Territory.
And you won't have a leg to stand on because you stood there like a dumb cow and didn't do anything about it even after you were told what was going on and how to correct the records.
I repeat.... I repeat....I repeat....
Go to my website www.annavonreitz.com and scroll down to Article 928 and use the examples given there to lay claim to your Good Name and birthright political status.
And then, get busy! Start your county jural assembly and get involved in your State Jural Assembly and do it ASAP!

    1. @ Chris: your claim to your name is in the state of your birth - in your case, Louisiana regardless of where you live now or since birth.

    2. Chris, I was told no by Anna. This is what she said: Record never "register"--- recorder's office, only. Land recorder.

You can record your claim anywhere and send certified copies to the Governor of the birth state along with notification that you are alive and well and wish to give Notice and Demand for correction of your records.

Don't ask others for answers you can get yourself while learning much in the process! Go right to the horses mouth and ask the relevant questions. Perhaps if they do not want to put it in writing, that might be what you are looking for?

    6. All the repatriation forms ask where we're born, if I put down prince edward island, I'm a brit according to Anna, my scottish progenitors who fought king edward and the stuarts would roll over in their graves. That would mean alot of the pioneers and founders would be considered brits, don't think they'd like that, we need to get this straight, we are not brits, I'll bet half of canada doesnt give a crap about the Queen and all that bs.

    9. Chris,
It depends on what it is that needs looked at. License, perhaps one may start at the department of transportation. What is it? By what authority does it operate, public law or contract? If the public law doesn’t apply, why were you forced into a contract to begin with, by what authority? If you do work for profit, does that license need to applied to private travel? What’s the process to keep capacities separated? All roads will lead you to the easement on your life, rolb. Just asking questions so you can be a lawful man seems reasonably sound. You will get some wake up call!

  4. I could be wrong here, but think of it like this:
If you are "driving", you must have a "license" because you are operating in "commerce". Different set of rules. But, you can still do everything to reclaim you status as an American National, But be sure to have copies of those papers with you even if you are "driving" that truck. When you are "on the clock" you are subject to the rules of commerce. When you are "off the clock", you are operating in trade. If you are stopped for a "violation" while "driving", because you were operating in their jurisdiction, you are subject. The thing to do is to do your best to never be in "violation". In other words, when playing in their field (commerce) follow their rules (law).

  5. Chris,

You do not hold a license, that license belongs to the State. Read what issued it, State of Ohio? Statues apply to fiction, State Citizen-ship is the record of live birth which we use legally or not. If not, when you go to court, the trustee de son tort is removed and then the action is administrated by the true trustee for the State. People were set up to fail, so they could be easy victims of piracy. We are heirs to the estate, nothing more. Any declaration separating the man from the myth/fiction is a great place to start, there is no special paperwork!

  7. Thus far my filing has not been made because I'm on social security (after paying into it for 50 years). I'm 72 now and, meager as it is, I depend on social security to pay some of my bills.

Will reclaiming my status as as a national cut off my social security payments and benefits?

    4. Anna once wrote that SSA is not a benefit, it is insurance. As such, receiving the payout upon maturity would not be contingent upon continued citizenship. Anna also stated that one can retire from civil service (presumed citizenship) at any time. Retirement doesn't cancel what is owed.

Conservatives call for constitutional intervention last seen 230 years ago

Lawmakers push for ‘constitutional convention’ to restrict federal government – and it’s not as far fetched as it sounds

It’s been more than 230 years since America’s last constitutional convention, but there is growing confidence in some conservative circles that the next one is right around the corner – and could spell disaster for entitlement programs like medicare and social security, as well court decisions like Roe v Wade.

“I think we’re three or four years away,” said the former Oklahoma Senator Tom Coburn on Friday, speaking at the annual convention for American Legislative Exchange Council (Alec) – a powerful rightwing organization that links corporate lobbyists with state lawmakers from across the country.

Coburn, a veteran Republican lawmaker, now works as a senior adviser for the advocacy group Convention of States, which seeks to use a little known clause in article V of the US constitution to call a constitutional convention for new amendments to dramatically restrict the power of the federal government.

Coburn, who retired from the Senate in 2010, said that the American republic is “failing”, and that such a convention is the “only answer” to the problems the country faces today.

“We’re in a battle for the future of our country,” Coburn told the assembly of mostly conservative state lawmakers meeting in New Orleans. “We’re either going to become a socialist, Marxist country like western Europe, or we’re going to be free. As far as me and my family and my guns, I’m going to be free.”

Convention of States, with Alec’s support, is one of three prominent conservative groups pushing for a new constitutional convention. Under article V, if two-thirds of state legislatures so choose, they can force congress to convene such a meeting. On the agenda for Convention of States: an amendment to require a balanced budget, term limits for congress, repealing the federal income tax and giving states the power to veto any federal law, supreme court decision or executive order with a three-fifths vote from the states.

“The only chance we have to restore this country, that is peaceful, is this convention,” said Jim Moyer, a Convention of States supporter and attendee at the Alec annual meeting.

It’s not as far fetched as it sounds. A coalition seeking just the balanced budget amendment currently has 28 out of the required 34 state legislatures on board, with active bills calling for a convention. Since Trump’s election, Arizona and Wyoming have both passed bills to join in the call while Maryland, Nevada and New Mexico have repealed versions they had previously put on the books.

We’re either going to become a socialist, Marxist country like western Europe, or we’re going to be freeSenator Tom Coburn

Convention of States and its more expansive to-do list doesn’t have as many states in play as the balanced budget group, but it does boast a big roster of well-known conservative supporters such as Sean Hannity, Sarah Palin, Bobby Jindal and Rand Paul, and a reported 2.5 million volunteers ready to mobilize: “double that of the NRA [National Rifle Association],” pointed out Rita Dunaway, the staff council at Convention of

    of States.

Their partnership with Alec makes success that more likely. No group in US history has been so successful at getting similar and sometimes nearly identical pieces of legislation passed in multiple states, often within a period of one or two legislative sessions.

Unity among conservatives seeking an article V intervention is paramount. For the convention to be triggered, all 34 states have to ask for the same thing. Once they do though, critics argue the floodgates open. “Once you call a convention literally anybody can bring up anything,” said Jay

Coburn and Dunway both bristled at the possibility of what is known as a “runaway convention”, where conventioneers go beyond their original mandate, perhaps so far as to write an entirely new constitution. This is technically what happened during the framing of the current constitution in 1787, when attendees were tasked with amending the Articles of Confederation, but wound upcrafting something new entirely.

Coburn cited the three-fourths barrier – three out of four states need to agree for any proposal made to become law – a firewall to concerns over “runaway”. “All it takes is 13 judiciary chairmen, in 13 states, to stop anything stupid that might come out of that,” Coburn said. “Nothing’s going to happen, I’ll stake my life on that.”

The panelists broadly tabbed “liberals” as the opposition to their hopes, but the politics of an article V convention aren’t so cut and dry. Some of the most virulent opposition to the movement has arisen in the far right John Birch Society which argues that a convention could “rewrite our constitution and destroy its protection of our rights”.

Conversely, some liberal groups have also pushed for an article V convention in response to the supreme court’s 2010 Citizens United ruling as a means to winnow back the influence of money in politics. A group called Wolf Pac leading that charge and has secured legislation in five of the 34 required states.

Tom Buford, a Republican state senator from Kentucky, said he’s been to both of the “simulations” that Convention of States has staged – including one held in 2016 at Colonial Williamsburg complete with period costumes and wigs.

“I support their thought, I’m OK with it, but I’m not the poster child,” Buford said. He thinks some of the proposals, like veto power over the supreme court go too far, and said that decades in state government have shown him the limitations of things like balanced budget amendments

“A balanced budget amendment is a nice idea, and it will make people feel happy if that amendment were to pass but it wont solve the problem,” Buford said. Kentucky (like every other state besides Vermont) has a balanced budget clause in its state constitution, but lawmakers routinely find ways around

Oh, that's right, he is a fraud just like that Michigan thing is a fraud as it hasn't done anything about anything!!! Yes, folks, get off your duffs and follow this pied piper to where ever and enjoy the fantasy she is giving you because nothing is going to change because paperwork means NOTHING to these evil miscreants, they only understand FORCE and until THAT happens, all of this is rote!!!
