Republican used to be the bad guys in the past, look up the history of Prescott Bush. He was a Wall Street banker and a politician. He was one of the legal architect changing American law from Common law pleas to legislative courts system (=tribunal =corp. judge, not ours!) through these days. Things started from 1937 slowly, all the way to 1954.
