Paul, I'm glad to see you're on top of this. I was going to send you parts II and III and now I won't have to. I want to repeat what Mexican revolutionary Emiliano Zapata once said and I'm going to add-lib my own words to it in brackets: "It is better to die on your feet, [like men and women of Christ,] than to live on your knees [as slaves to Satan]".
