International Public Notice: A Source of Misunderstanding

Puerto Rico is and has long been counted among the United States Territories and Possessions, but it is still a British Commonwealth.  

And the people of Puerto Rico have repeatedly refused to enter the Union as a State, when this matter has been brought to a vote. 

How, you might wonder, is such a situation possible?  

In the same way that Canada was accorded equal status with Great Britain, and at the same time retained as a British Colony.  

Great Britain itself is a Company, a realm made of paper, inhabiting a foreign and legal jurisdiction apart from the associated land mass, and in the same way "Canada" as defined by the Statute of Westminster issued December 11th, 1931, is in the same papery realm as Great Britain --- as evidenced by the fact that this declaration of equal status is invoked by Roman Statute, not British Law. 

So, it is better to say that "Canada" was made equal to Great Britain, but not equal to England, Ireland, Scotland, or Wales.  

No wonder people -- including the Brits themselves -- are confused.  

Puerto Rico offers a similar situation. Originally part of the Spanish Empire, later taken over by Britain, it remains a British Commonwealth with Spanish Law. Yet, it is considered a United States Territory, because the settlement with Britain over its direct part in the so-called American Civil War required the relinquishment of "all territorial rights in perpetuity" according to the Treaty of Washington. 

Thus the "territorial" part of Puerto Rico was acquired by the United States, but its land mass remains part of the British Commonwealth and its legal system retains the Spanish Law of the Inquisition. 

This situation has resulted in Puerto Rico being (and remaining) an odd hybrid of Spanish, British, and American influences, with its government split in ownership and self-interest. 

Many people are not aware that while the British Territorial Federal Subcontractor doing business as the United States of America, Incorporated, fought on the side of the Northern States-of-States in the Civil War Conflict (for Mercenary Conflict it was), Britain itself openly supported the Confederate States (that is, States-of-States) of America -- the Southern component of that great struggle. 

Here is a very succinct recount of what happened, taken from a dissertation, "Alberta Has The Sovereign Right to Issue and Use Its Own Credit" by R. Rogers Smith, issued in 1937: 

"Great Britain had not only assisted the Confederacy from 1861 to 1865, but had
joined in a conspiracy with France, Spain and Austria to divide North America between
them. 

On October 31st, 1861 a convention was held in London attended by delegates from England, France and Spain ; they agreed to a joint intervention in Mexican affairs. 

Emperor Maximilian, brother of Franz Joseph of Austria, was to be placed on the throne of Mexico, (while) Louisiana, which extended at the time from the Gulf of Mexico to the Canadian border, was to be returned to France. The Northern States were to be defeated and returned to England as Colonies. The Confederacy was to be free and retain their slaves.

Great Britain floated the bonds of the Confederacy; the proceeds were used to build
the (Confederate Navy Ships)  Alabama, Florida, Georgia, the Shenandoah, fast sailing ships and their auxiliaries.

These were built in Great Britain and the headquarters of the CF Navy was in Liverpool,
as all the CF ports were blockaded. They swank (sank?)  $15,000,000 worth of United States
shipping without taking a prize into an Admiralty court, and without firing a shot at an armed enemy.

(That is, a Proxy Navy built by Britain, staffed by the Confederate States of America, Inc., personnel,  ravaged $15 million of our non-naval merchant shipping very, very quietly.) 

Great Britain also spent $5,000,000 on her own navy, and at the time of the Trent af-
fair embarked 8000 troops for Canada to attack Lincoln from Toronto.

(That is, Great Britain, a Territorial Investment Company, spent $5 million of its own money and sent 8,000 troops to Canada, preparing to invade our country from the North -- thereby hoping to open up a two-front offensive on the Union Army.) 

The Spanish fleet, at the time in Cuban waters, arrived to invest (invade) Vera Cruz Dec. 14th, 1861. The British and French fleets arriving Jan. 6th and 7th of 1862. 

France supplied 30,000 troops for this campaign.

(It's clear that these European Governments were allied in a conspiracy against our country and against our lawful government in all respects; they were the Investors bankrolling the United States of America, Inc., as an Ally of the Northern States-of-States, at the same time that they were preparing as a consortium of interests to attack our country and split it up along old Colonial lines. The Holy See in charge of the Federal Civil Service stood with the Southern States-of-States in an effort to retain the institution of slavery, upon which both it and its Roman affiliates depend.) 

Quoting again from R. Rogers Smith's account: 

"The Czar of Russia takes a Hand

Still smarting from the Crimean War 1854-1856, the Czar, to disrupt the scheme of the European Allies, sent his powerful Baltic squadron to New York harbor and his Pacific squadron to San Francisco. His action had the desired effect. Great Britain and Spain withdrew their fleets from Vera Cruz leaving the burden of supporting the Emperor Maximilian entirely to France. 

He (Maximilian) was eventually taken prisoner and with two of his Generals, court-martialed and shot.

When Lincoln won the Civil War, France was informed in plain terms “that the United States would not tolerate a French force or the existence of any foreign Monarchy in Mexico”. On Jan. 14th, 1866, Napoleon ordered his General in Mexico to withdraw the troops." 

You might think that this was the end of European meddling in our affairs, but sadly, owing to the fact that the United States of America, Inc. and its immediate Successor, the Scottish corporation calling itself The United States of America, Inc., continued to exist, we have suffered six generations of illegal British Territorial occupation of our country. 

It is interesting to note that absolutely none of this history is ever taught in any American Public School. 

So far as our children have known and grown up believing, Britain, France, Spain, and Austria have always been our firm friends, and Russia has been our enemy.  

In fact, Russia saved our bacon and honored the American-Russian Alliance of 1858, and has continued to keep faith with this country through two World Wars. 

The irony of this is not lost on the actual American Government, our unincorporated Federation of States. 

Everyone should recognize that the old European Monarchies and the Popes who granted the crowns of these Monarchs have deliberately sought to misrepresent Russia and to create enmity between our nations, for fear that if Russia, The United States, and China combine, the Monarchist hegemony in Western Europe and their cozy colonialist abuse of Africa, the Middle East, and the Commonwealth countries would be at an end. 

This is why our children have never been taught World History, nor even the history of our nearest neighbors, Canada and Mexico. 

It's also why Russia has been demonized, though in fact, it has been our closest friend and most reliable Ally.

International Public Notice: Why There Are No State Republics at This Time

There are no State Republics at this time --- there are only republican States. 

There's a difference.  Take note.  Also note that the word "republican" as used here has nothing to do with any political party.  

We are guaranteed a "republican form of government" -- not a republic form of government. 

In Latin there is a difference between "republic" and "republican" and that difference carries on when you translate to English.   

A State is an unincorporated business belonging to the people of each state.

A State-of-State is a corporate business belonging to the State referenced above.  

A State Republic is an incorporated business belonging to the State-of-State.  

There is a reason why, when you look around, you don't see a Confederation of States in operation, and you don't see a Federal Republic, either.  

States create Confederate States, Confederate States create State Republics.  

Without the States being in Session neither the American Confederate States nor the American State Republics could be reconstructed. 

Well-meaning patriots have mistaken republican States for the State Republics which were members of the original Federal Republic that functioned from 1787 to 1861.  

Those State Republics were incorporated entities owned and operated by the original Confederation of States that operated from 1781 to 1861. 

Both the Confederation operating as the States of America and the Federal Republic operating as the States of America, Inc., were rendered inoperable when the Southern delegates walked out and left both the Confederation and the Federal Republic without a quorum.  

The members of these long-lost organizations were American States-of-States and American State Republics respectively. 

The republican States have been called into Session and are now in General Session throughout The United States. 

The republican States have not yet addressed the need to form their own new State-of-State business organizations, and so, the new American State-of-State business organizations have not been present to create new State Republics, either.  

That's why there are no State Republics at this time. 

Many might assume that the State-of-State that they are familiar with is their State-of-State, but this, too, is not the case, either.   

Since the Civil War Era, the States-of-States that have been functioning here are British Territorial look-alike and sound-alike knock offs that have usurped against and been substituted for our American States-of-States and their State Republics on an "emergency basis".  

So, we have a lot of work to do to restore our lawful and intended government to full form and function.  There are many who would like to mistake and commandeer and misrepresent this process, but we are determined that neither we nor the rest of the world will be fooled again by criminals in nice suits, nor be misled by well-intentioned but ignorant patriots.  

This is a step-by-step restoration process with known requirements and just as a house may not appear without its foundations, neither can a new State Republic nor a mutually-held Federal Republic appear out of thin air.

Danke Gott -- Finally, What We Knew to Be True

The German people have long known about the vast genocide committed against German Prisoners of War and civilians by the Allies following the 1945 surrender. 

The Rhineland Meadows won't soon be forgotten. 

The horrible tragedy of it lingers like a bad smell that won't fade or go away.  Like the metallic tang in the air that still hangs over the ruined citadel of Verdun, some atrocities take on a life of their own.  

All those photos of German corpses labeled Jewish corpses, won't be forgotten, either.  

You haven't lived until you've had a full grown woman convulsed in tears draped over your lap for an hour, because she saw a picture of her younger brother in one of those mass graves. 

He was a German Lutheran soldier, last seen in the Battle of the Bulge, and surrendered there.  But Ike didn't honor the Geneva Conventions. Ike was worse than the Japanese commanders during the Bataan Death March, simply because with Ike, there were no survivors.  

Ike gave the orders.  

There were to be no witnesses to the American and British atrocities.  Prisoners were made to take the film footage and photos and then they, too, were murdered. Nobody escaped.  Nobody got out alive. 

But 37 million Germans went "missing", and ironically, all those publicity photos Ike had taken of the mass graves he created, somewhat backfired. 

Forensic photography and technological improvements like computerized facial recognition have left no doubt. The vast majority of the victims splayed grotesquely in those mass graves were Germans.  Six to one. 

General Eisenhower, an American of German descent, was responsible for six times more genocide than Hitler in Germany alone.  

Ike was too much of a gutless politician to do anything but go along with the plan to demonize the German people and murder them by the millions after they were disarmed and defenseless. Read it and weep:

Just like the Israelis are still murdering the defenseless Palestinians in Gaza right now.  

It's always their modus operandi, to play the victim while being the villain.  

These venomous excuses for men don't even take care of their own people.  

Have you seen the disgraceful ads asking people to donate to Holocaust victims, ancient Jewish widows, holding begging bowls in their outstretched hands?  

This, in a country that gets billions of dollars of aid and donations each and every year?  Far, far more federal aid than any of our own States?  And they can't feed a few 100 year-old widows on their own ticket?  Really?  

This is the kind of hypocrisy and diabolical nonsense that these people engage in all the time. 

Does it really go unnoticed, that while they are whining like whipped puppies and looking back over their shoulders like men who have seen a ghost, they are playacting?  

At the same time they are doing this, they are senselessly polluting the Arab homelands with "spent" nuclear waste, and they don't care that our military members are exposed to the radiation and dying from it, too. 

I would say that they are afraid because they know what they deserve, and that is what gives their performances such authenticity, but no, they could not possibly have a heart or a conscience and do what they have done. 

Their egotistical elitism, which is itself founded on lies and the ravings of evil men, has caused them to hold all other men in contempt.  They think we are too stupid to know what they've done. They think they will get away with it --- again. 

But the Primal Creator has been aroused, and has heard the outcry from afar, and according to their own words, they will be utterly consumed and destroyed. 

Meanwhile, while they are busy bombing and poisoning, polluting, aborting, infecting and injecting and experimenting on others and lamenting "overpopulation" I have one thing to say ---- "You first."

The Tree and Its Branches: Chapter Three

The Belle Cher tradition of developing both practical skills and academic/artistic skills was perfectly suited to Early America and remains well-suited to this day.  

It is, in fact, entirely harmonious with American custom and tradition, which eschews petty elitism and focuses on the individual rather than the social caste a man is born into.  

By forcing their sons (and to an extent their daughters) to tackle life at its roots, to use their hands, to manipulate tools, to produce valuable services and goods, the Belchers guaranteed not only a basis for a livelihood in good times or bad, they schooled their sons in social equality, fellow feeling, and the value of manual labor. 

This would, it was felt, forever safeguard the Belchers from the sins of pride and idleness encouraged by inherited wealth, and also safeguard them against hard times and social upheavals and accidents of all kinds--- circumstances that were abundant on the American Frontier, whether that frontier was defined as Boston in 1608, or the far edge of the Western prairie in 1840.  

The Belchers are traditionally both friendly and quiet, striking a balance between talking and not talking, that is most attractive, because it invites others to express their thoughts and feelings, and at the same time, shares enough to be comfortable and engaging. They are great companions, whether on a sea voyage to the ends of the Earth, or just walking around the park. 

"Neither a chatterbox nor a recluse be" might be the family motto, but as it is, the motto that has stood since the Dark Ages is: "Loyal unto death" in French, of course, "Loyale au Mort". 

This ability to commit ultimately and knowingly is relatively rare in the present era, as most people are never allowed to engage--- or never allow themselves to engage--- in the painful process of self-discovery.  

Such adages as "To thine own self be true." and "Courage is the first virtue" remind us of the journey and encourage us to make it, but in a Nanny State where men are conformed to a mold and a social caste, and a timeline for their life is established for them by an unseen but ever-present external government pushing an actuarial chart, it is increasingly rare and difficult for people to discover their own strengths and weaknesses, beliefs and moral character --- and so, also, impossible for them to commit their unknown Self to anyone or anything beyond the present moment. 

However, as a result of their own peculiar traditions, the Belle Chers are not likely to fail the challenge of finding out who they are as individuals and as members of a larger world.  Curiosity drives them onward once the Vision Quest is begun, and year after year, decade after decade, the process of self-discovery continues. 

The result is that these men and women have the ability to make a commitment based on self-knowledge and that commitment is not happenstance or "hope I can", but is grounded to the foundations of their souls and who they truly are.  

Another way to say this is that they are capable and have the will to be loyal unto death, because they already know themselves and know what they are capable of and can judge the situation accordingly. 

When they say, "I love you forever." --- they not only mean it, they can deliver on it. And they will. 

This knowledge of and command over the Self empowers the Belle Chers as if they were members of some ancient religious order living in the current day, but it is a matter of nature and nurture so ingrained that they think nothing about it themselves. 

They have themselves in hand, so they have themselves to give or to withhold, in ultimate terms.

As they have held the "Loyal unto Death" motto for centuries, we can be sure that this is not an accident. 

I count myself lucky to have found such a man in the modern age, for we were both attuned to the same standard, and knew what sacrifices our lives might require of us. 

We were nonetheless not dismayed, and were competent to make the commitments to each other, to our family, to our country, to our fellow man, and to the Earth -- that we have made.

This same steadiness of character and purpose based on self-knowledge pertains to everything we do. 

Once committed, we are committed, and may be relied upon like the seasons and the tides, to the best of our ability, and for all our lives. 

This doesn't mean that we don't fall on our noses from time to time, or won't openly withdraw our loyalty if it has been misplaced; what it means is that our intent, and our loyalty to our commitments, remains steadfast. 

This most elemental and essential aspect of the Belle Chers as a family has undergirded their courage and enabled their performance under conditions of adversity that are almost unimaginable.   

A man or woman, either one, has to know their limits and know what they are willing to live or die for, before they can make such commitments. 

This precept of individual growth and individual process of maturation is consistently applied and honored, and it makes no difference what the mainstream media and the Nanny State may promote.  

The entire rest of the world may complete school, marry, live, and die on schedules approved by others; the Belle Chers reliably turn a deaf ear and follow the ineluctable truth and timing of their own individual nature and heart. 

For example, if a woman is ready and willing to marry at the age of sixteen, having already grasped the essential role of wives and mothers and having measured herself against it, there is no stigma attached to her or her husband for marrying early. 

Equally, if a woman marries late or forgoes marriage entirely, none of the Belle Chers will call her names like "Old Maid" or "Spinster" or presume anything about her at all.  

Each life is sacred and on its own timeline.  

Each journey of the soul is its own.

International Public Notice: Our Government(s)

There is an American Government. 

There is also a Federal Government called the United States Government, which exercises certain enumerated and delegated powers of the American Government, on behalf of the American Government. 

These are, obviously, not the same things.   

There are supposed to be three (3) Federal Subcontractors providing the American Government with stipulated and enumerated services.  

There are presently only two (2) such Subcontractors --- and both of them are foreign. 

The American Federal Subcontractor has been dormant since the Civil War Conflict. 

The American Federal Subcontractor, known as the Federal Republic, was operated by the original Confederation of States (1781) doing business as the States of America. 

That's why the Federal Constitution of 1787 which was awarded to the Confederation is called, "The Constitution for the united States of America".  

See the name of the original Confederation (1781) echoed in the Federal Constitution of 1787? States of America?

That's because the Confederation of States (1781) was running the Federal Republic (1787), our American Federal Subcontractor. 

When the original Confederation of States dissolved in 1861 and the Federal Republic Congress adjourned sine die for lack of a quorum to conduct business, the Southern members of the original Confederation (1781) split off and formed the Confederate States of America (1861) with Jefferson Davis acting as the "President" of this new organization of "Confederate States".  

Always remember that a "Confederate State" is a State of State, a business organization that provides basic routine government services on behalf of the actual State.  

There's a reason that this name, "States of America" and references to "Confederate States" keeps showing up, and it's plain to see. 

The Union of States formed 1776, with Union States as members --- Union States are formed from the combined physically described Counties within the State borders. 

The Federation of States formed 1776, with our familiar physically defined States as members. 

The Confederation of Confederate States, meaning "States of States" like The State of Illinois, as members, formed 1781.  

The American Government is thus composed of Union States, States, and Confederate States, gathered together as the Union, the Federation of States, and the Confederation of States, respectively.

Our American Federal Subcontractor providing us with "essential government services" delegated under The Constitution for the united States of America was run by the Confederation of States (1781).  

When the Confederation ceased functioning for lack of a quorum, so did the American Federal Republic cease functioning. 

Both have been awaiting "Reconstruction" by the States ever since. 

(1) Only the States can reconstruct the American States of States (our "Confederate States").  

(2) Only the American States of States (our "Confederate States") can repopulate the vacated Confederation of States.  

(3) Only the American Confederation of States can operate the American Federal Republic -- the American Federal Subcontractor that is supposed to be operating under The Constitution for the united States of America (1787).  

Furthermore, Americans live in the physically-defined Counties of the Union States.  They stand upon the subsoil, the land, of the Federation States.  Our founding document is The Unanimous Declaration of Independence.  

We, Americans, don't live under any Constitution and never have.  Our States are the Principals issuing all three Constitutions as service contracts. 

Our States are the Principals donating all the "mutual powers" that are delegated first to our Federation of States and from the Federation of States to the Federal Subcontractors.  

It's from this transfer of powers delegated by the States to the Federation and from the Federation to the Federal Subcontractors that the "Federal Government" gets its name.  

Our Federal Employees live under one of the Federal Constitutions, and presently, only two of the Federal Constitutions are still functional. 

The Constitution of the United States of America is the foundation document for our British Territorial Subcontractor doing business as the United States of America, Incorporated.  

(Not to be confused with the Federation of States (1776) doing business as The United States of America, which is unincorporated.)

The Constitution of the United States (1790) is the foundation document for our Holy Roman Empire Subcontractor (City of Rome Successor) doing business as the United States, Incorporated. 

(Not to be confused with the combined Union States doing business as The United States, which is unincorporated.)

American Government institutions are all unincorporated, because they are either sovereign states or instrumentalities of sovereign states.  

The United States Government institutions are all incorporated.  

The States of America, Incorporated, acting as the Federal Republic, was incorporated by the States of America, unincorporated. 

The British Territorial entity, the United States of America, Incorporated, was chartered by the King of Scotland on behalf of Great Britain.

The Holy Roman subcontractor operating as the United States, Incorporated, was chartered by the Holy See.  

Study these facts and you will know all you need to know about the basic structure of the American and United States Governments, both.  

You will also see that the United States Government is ultimately subordinate to the American Government, first because the American Government is unincorporated and sovereign in nature, and second because the United States Government works under contract for the American Government. 

This is also demonstrated by the iconography and emblems of government.  

The Great Seals used by the United States (Incorporated) and the United States of America (Incorporated) are completely enclosed by a solid line circle, physically demonstrating that they are functioning under limited, circumscribed, enumerated and delegated powers.  

The Great Seals of the American Government are not enclosed by a solid circle, demonstrating that we exercise unencumbered sovereign powers. 

This is your Fair Warning and Notice that in the absence of our American Federal Subcontractor, the two foreign Federal Subcontractors have been improperly acting in its stead without revealing this circumstance to their Employer, and have been exercising delegated powers never vouchsafed to them. 

This is also your Fair Warning and Notice that these two foreign Federal Subcontractors have acted in Breach of Trust and in violation of their service contracts and have gone rogue, under color of law. 

This is also your Fair Warning and Notice that these two foreign Federal Subcontractors have acted in the interest of Foreign Powers, to conduct wars for profit and have committed other unlawful, illegal, and immoral actions in conflict of interest and contrary to the Law of Nations and International Law. 

This is also your Fair Warning and Notice that these two foreign Federal Subcontractors have used our wartime flag, known as the Title IV Flag, provided for their use when exercising our delegated powers in time for war, for misleading, improper, offensive, and mercenary purposes that are not allowed under our contracts with them.

This is also your Fair Warning and Notice that these same Foreign Interests have recently set up a new corporation styling itself as "the American Government, Incorporated".  This is obviously being done to further confuse their corporation's "government" with our American Government, so as to muddy the water and continue their predatory practices and impersonations. 

This is also your Fair Warning and Notice that our actual American Government has been officially and in fact at peace since the closure of The War of 1812 and we are flying our peacetime flag with vertical stripes in token of our peaceful intent and status.

This is also your Fair Warning and Notice that some hirelings of these foreign Federal Subcontractors, known as "Federal Agencies" and their corporation franchises have been misdirected to do dirty work for the Foreign Principals responsible and by the Federal Subcontractors themselves. These Agencies including the FBI, CIA, DARPA, DOD, DOJ, DHS, NSA, EPA, FEMA, BATF, IRS, USTPO, VITAL STATISTICS, DTC/DTTC, and others have been used as sock puppets and potential scapegoats to commit crimes under color of law at the direction of these foreign Federal Subcontractors. These crimes  start with unlawful conversion, impersonation, identity theft, fraud upon the courts, murder, genocide, crimes of state, conspiracy against the Constitutions, illegal warfare, embezzlement, racketeering, illegal surveillance, illegal detainment, pretense of war, inland piracy, illegal confiscation, and more. 

This is also your Notice and Fair Warning that these "Federal Agencies" are being misdirected and used for criminal purposes under color of law and are not imbued with any authority under our Constitutions. 

Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.

Touche, Matthew Tucciarone

Real Whistleblowers don't tend to be whiners in my experience, nor do they have vacillating moral convictions.  That rather discredits Matthew Tucciarone as a Whistleblower in my mind.  

More like an Off-tune Whistler, which is a different kind of bird altogether. 

He claims to have run hither-thither to any and all "patriot" groups and has apparently even mistaken me for a guru.  He claims to know me from way back, but I don't know him, which is another concern.

  

He claims that we, myself, David Straight, and half a dozen people I don't know, are all frauds and in it for the money.  Only two characters named Jack and Margy are good and true. 

That's rather interesting, as I have never charged anyone a dime for my work.  It has all been made available free gratis.  I don't even get a penny from the books available on Amazon -- they are published at cost. 

So, "in it for the money"?  

I can't speak for anyone else, but I outright deny that.  And any time Tucciarone thinks that donations to the cause outstrip the needs, I will share my "to do" list.  

So who are Jack and Margy?  I don't know them. They don't know me.  Their website-type materials show that they are using commercial law techniques to get people individual relief from the pirates, and if that's what you are focused on, fine.  

One by one, get some relief.  

But notice, I said, "some" relief, because the solutions that Jack and Margy are offering are like salve on an itch.  Fine enough, if you are content to spend your life in a battle with toenail fungus, but 

not serious about preserving your life as a whole. 

In order to exercise commercial solutions, you have to be operating in commerce, and part of the reason you are in trouble in the first place, is that there is a presumption (largely unjustified) that you are operating in federally regulated maritime commerce.  

Please focus --- if not for that presumption, you probably wouldn't have an itch to begin with.  

So, using Jack and Margy's methods, you can go in and have a maritime battle royale and you can use commercial means and arguments to win cases, but all that really guarantees is that you will continue to have commercial court fights. 

It also cements the fact that you ARE operating in commerce, and does not settle the issue of what kind of commerce you are engaging in. 

It doesn't set you free.  

It is just one more way of getting out of a legal jam, when there shouldn't even be a legal jam. The end result is that you get out of one part of the maze, but stay trapped within the maze itself. 

Is that what you want and need?  Just a one-time fix and everything is fine-fine?  Great.  Go see Jack and Margy.  God bless you, God bless them. 

But I'm in it to win.  

A lot of Americans are being unjustly accused of "statutory infractions" and dragged into foreign courts and fined and jailed and harassed --- it's revenue for the pirates, and this kind of activity fleecing people for corporate profits is just going to increase. 

So feel free to resist in any venue whatsoever. 

But I am not offering any "silver bullet" for speeding tickets or magic tricks to solve divorce settlements. 

That's not what The American States Assembly is about, and I am sorry if Matthew Tucciarone assumed otherwise.  Let's make it explicit for him and everyone else. 

My efforts and the efforts of all those with me, are aimed at long term solutions for everyone -- broad spectrum and systemic solutions brought about by the restoration of the American Government to its proper form and function. 

We are not concentrating on individual court cases; instead, we are concentrating on setting up our own common law court system, so that we all come under the form of law we are owed, and get permanent relief from 80 million possible statutory infractions. 

It's our right to do it, and we are exercising that right.

Think of it--- all of us permanently freed from the scourge these courts represent, because they will be replaced with American Common Law Courts, instead. 

No more Hired Jurists sitting like God on a bench (bank) making arbitrary decisions based on their "discretion". 

No more motive to pass more and more and more oppressive statutory laws.  

No more struggle and expense to enforce all these foreign "laws".  

No more millions of Americans being harmed everyday.  

No more pillaging and plundering of constructive public trusts.  

No more fights with the toenail fungus, because the fungus itself will be gone. 

What a concept! 

That's what we are working on.  

That isn't to say that the Admiralty and Maritime courts will disappear, but they will be, as they are meant to be, courts of strictly limited jurisdiction.  

If you don't understand the actual goal of an individual or organization, it's unfair to criticize them because you, personally, had other goals in mind or because you held your own incorrect assumptions about what they were doing. 

Like Matthew Tucciarone, who is, apparently, one of those people looking for a quick fix for his own problem and not thinking beyond that to fixing the whole problem. 

Unfortunately, there are a lot of guys out there with their head halfway into a cranial insertion, because they suddenly fetched up with a speeding ticket, a DUI, a divorce, a child custody problem, an insurance claim, etc., etc., etc. and they expect me, personally, or the Assembly process, to fix it for them.   

They don't want to analyze the problem.  They don't want to know the history of the problem.  They don't really want to fix the problem once and for all.  

They want out of their particular dilemma and they want it now, because their personal titty is in the wringer.  And as soon as they have relief, they are content to forget about their ugly experience with the "law", go back to their couch, and shut it out of their minds, leaving the actual problem fully functional and intact and ruining more lives every day of the week. 

Not so the rest of us.  We've had enough.  We've analyzed the problem.  We know the history.  And we are bent on ending the problem -- root, stem, and leaf, once and for all, for everyone. 

We know that the only peaceable and just solution is to restore our own courts to full function. 

So that's what we are doing. 

That's also what we are advertising about what we are doing.  

So, Matthew Tucciarone and all those like him have no excuse for expecting instant solutions for their individual problems. 

We aren't in the Quick Fix business. That's for people like Jack and Margy. 

That said, let me observe -- what we aim for with the Assembly process, is a far greater and permanent solution, bettering the lives of millions of people all across the board.  It's a solution that actually does fix the problem -- it just fixes the problem, permanently, for everyone. 

Matthew Tucciarone and all the guys like him just have to expand their hearts and their minds and then they won't be "disappointed" because they were looking for a quick fix and butted up against the greater challenge of a permanent fix, instead.  

So, I am disappointed, when I take my car into the shop for a front end alignment and find out that I need a new transmission instead.  Who wouldn't say, "Ouch!" to that? 

But I don't blame the mechanic.  I don't accuse him of being crooked and money grubbing because my first gear won't shift into second.  I deal with the actual problem, the funky transmission. 

It's the same way with the current court system. It's broken. It needs to be fixed.  It's going to be expensive. It's going to take a lot of effort. But at the end of the day, we'll be able to go where we want to go and do what we want to do again. 

People like Matthew need to focus outward on the far bigger picture and get beyond themselves and their needs and their petty suspicions and their pet peeves.  And get their oar in the water to help instead of being a detriment. 

At the American States Assembly, we are restoring our traditional and customary government, including the court system we are owed. That is what we are doing in the broad open air for everyone to see, and there should be no misunderstanding about that. 

 And no slimy unjust accusations, either.
