Here are all the articles on my blog having to do with the gun grabbers in chronological order from oldest to newest.

This is coming to a head nation wide and right here in Montana, and I don't see the sheriffs and county commissioners, let alone the state officials, doing anything to stop it. They are just setting there and letting it happen.  So have they already broken their oath? You Decide!

1. They can't purport to "pass a law" that will effect your rights under God and the US Constitution.

2. No process will change the 2nd Amendment except the Constitutional Amendment Process

3. The gun grabbers know they can't get the 2nd Amendment repealed so are trying unlawful means like "executive orders" to get around that process, and trying to make you think it's "law" for you to follow. IT'S NOT.

4. The outlaw congress might cave and help the gun grabbers, OUTSIDE THE LAW, with no force and effect. See why below.

5. The real supreme law is the US Constitution, in full force and effect. See the Mack/Printz decision of the Supreme Court

6. Therefore you will still have the God given right to self defense with any firearm you have regardless of configuration.

7. Their so called "laws" are null from their inception according to supreme court decisions.

8. Their so called "laws" are null and void in God's eyes. They are NON Law.

9. The 2nd amendment was about stopping tyrannical government, not hunting.

10. The American people know most of this, and are not getting ready to go hunting, at least for 4 legged critters.

11. Gun sales are higher than at any time in the history of this nation. Nobody has any stock left, and the prices are totally out of control. There is almost no ammo left, and all of this with the manufacturers in 24/7 full production.

Get into Ham Radio NOW while you still can.

At some point the communists running for your guns and silver will probably want to shut down ham radio also. Get your gear now while you still can.  Find the links at the end where you can get your gear.

Hi Everyone,

Tonight at 5:30 PM our new round of Ham classes start at the new meeting room upstairs in the new Glacier Bank building in Eureka.  Park in the parking lot or on the street and go in the door behind their lighted sign and turn left up the  stairs.

The Bank is on the east side of Highway 93 right downtown. You can't miss it. The door is on the south side of the building.

We will be having these classes every Tuesday at 5:30 PM with March 5th as test night. There will be radio gear on display, and Don Johnson will be doing some demonstrations of various equipment and showing some videos.

These classes are designed to give you a working knowledge of ham radio in addition to getting you ready for the Technician class test.

The test is only 35 multiple choice questions. You can get 9 wrong and still pass. You will get all the answers in the pool up front.

We are giving this test to kids as young as 8 and getting good results. My grandson Cordell Stramer is 13 and has the callsign KF7UQD and has had his license for about a year now. It's a great family hobby. He studied with his dad Michael KF7UQC  last year and both tested on the same night.  Look up any ham license here:  http://www.qrz.com

Having your Ham license will get you very familiar with operation so that in an emergency you won't be fumbling around and messing things up.

In other words you will be a very effective communicator and useful to your family and neighbors as a safety and emergency provider.

I consider that one very important skill to have considering what might be coming to our country soon.

The Technician class license lets you use all the bands above 30 MHz. So you can use all the repeaters on 2 meters, and 70 cm. There are about 18 different repeaters around western Montana that we use. There are probably more by now that I don't know about. Some of these repeaters are connected to our statewide safety net called MRLA  (Montana Radio Linking Project)  See it at  www.wr7mt.org  I can us 11 of these repeaters including the repeater on black tail mountain above Lakeside, while sitting in my ham shack at home. Some of these repeaters have up to a 150 mile footprint.

The license is free for 10 year spans. Just renew free each 10 years on line.  The book is $30 and will be available at the classes, or you can study on line at www.hamtestonline.com for the same money for a 2 year subscription.

If you can't attend the classes (highly recommended) you can study on line and just show up on test night, or attend whatever you can while you study on line at home in between. 

In addition to getting you ready for emergency communications, your license gives you some pretty advanced ability. In normal times you can run up to 1500 watts of transmit power. That is not a misprint. Fifteen hundred watts. You also have hundreds of frequencies you can use any time. Then in a real emergency you have the authorization to go outside of band or use whatever power is available when someone's life or property is in jeopardy.

There are close to 1 Million hams in the United States alone as of this year.  You are in good company because most of these people are pretty knowledgeable about what is really going on in the world. They are getting prepared. They know full well how ham radio can be used in any emergency. They know how to overcome obstacles and get through when the chips are down. They are generally freedom loving peaceful people who just want to be left alone to live and work and raise their families.

Generally the Hams I know are very tuned in to the whole globe for news and events as they happen, and have a different perspective of global affairs than your average TV watching couch potato, as a result of hearing from people around the world. They can be instrumental in keeping the peace and good order in our communities, and always have been available for special events and logistics in the communities around the country.

Gun Show in Kalispell - I am so disgusted I could spit.

I went to the gun show in Kalispell today, All Day.   I could not believe the disgusting overpricing on everything that even looked like a semi - automatic rifle.

I am really mad about this.  The stupid sheeple are finally waking up and are in full panic mode. They are panic buying every gun, magazine, part, accessory, and all the ammo, and paying ridiculous prices for ALL of it.

They are doing this in the big cities at the gun shows, and in every major gun shop across the country and driving the prices up for all of us who have been paying attention all along. Now, all of a sudden, they are worried about losing their guns. Where were they, when we asked them to help us STOP THE UNLAWFUL GUN GRABBERS with political action that could have made a difference.  Where were they when we told them that Obama and all their henchmen were gun grabbers. Where were they when we asked them to chip in with a little money to stop the illegal usurper from being elected, and when we asked them to help us educate the masses about their jury rights and unlawful, so called "gun laws".  They didn't bother to make any effort to stop this before now?

That makes me very, very angry. They have priced my family and I right out of the market!

I HAVE A RIGHT TO BE MAD AS HELL ABOUT THIS.

My family and I have kept fighting this evil, corrupt government every step of the way since 1967,
We have fought, and spent every spare penny, and homeschooled our kids, and worked ourselves to the bone, to stay out of the way of government. We have warned our friends and neighbors, and everyone we could get to, about what the true law in the United States is, and I even spent 13 days in jail in Billings Montana over the money issue, when the Montana Freemen offered to pay for a statewide radio system as a safety net for patriots, and the FBI and local cops and news media refused to tell the truth about why I was there. In fact they didn't even bother to ask me why I was there. They just made up their own story and put it out there as if it were truth.

I have a right to be mad as hell about this.

Where in God's creation are the local government officials who all took an oath to uphold, defend, and obey the Constitution for the United States of America. I say again, WHERE ARE THEY. Why the silence?
As far as I am concerned they have all breached their oath of office BY BEING SILENT on this gun grabber attempt to make criminals out of law-abiding peaceful people with the stroke of a pen.

Where are you Sheriff of Lincoln County? You are still collecting your paycheck are you not?

I was in the courtroom the day you took your oath Roby.  I have the signatures of 35 of Lincoln Counties' finest patriots who witnessed you taking your oath to the Constitutions of the USA and the State of Montana. Why are you silent?  WHY ARE YOU NOT LEADING to make Lincoln County safe against these government terrorists who are threatening the people with gun confiscation? Why are you not forming a posse, to stop the jack booted, black suited thugs of government while you can still stop them peacefully and without bloodshed.  Make no mistake Roby that by your silence on this issue, you are fostering a situation where people will get desperate. You need to be leading as a peacekeeper, and a peace officer. NOT as a "law enforcement" officer under orders from federal outlaw tyrants!.

If you don't believe that you have the duty to stop federal tyranny, then you don't have the requisite knowledge required by the duty of your station in life. We offered to send you to the meeting of sheriffs where you could have learned how to keep your oath. In fact it would have been an all expenses paid trip, but you didn't take advantage of that.

At least Ray Nixon had the backbone to come to Eureka and say to everyone that he would NOT enforce the Brady bill when it passed. And later he was proved right by the Mack/Printz decision of the Supreme Court that said the federal government does NOT have the right to order the states or the CLEOs to do anything at all.

And how about "We the People"?  How about it Joe Blow citizen?  You pay taxes don't you? Are you getting your monies' worth from your elected officials including your commissioners and sheriff? Are you getting any protection at all against the gun grabbers from the people who keep taking your money who have sworn an oath to the supreme law of the land? Are they taking your money and leaving you high and dry, and leaving it up to patriots like ME to stand up for you?

And now that you are in a panic, and see the gun grabbers coming over the horizon, are you paying way too much for guns in a desperate and selfish attempt to get all you can with the little money you have left because these gun grabbers have bled you dry with their UNLAWFUL taxation (inflation tax) without representation, when in fact you should have been fighting them with your mouth and your pen and your money all along?

Well YOU DESERVE WHAT YOU GET YOU DISGUSTING EXAMPLE OF A SHEEPLE!
If the shoe fits, wear it! You know who you are!

I am thoroughly disgusted, and I have all I can do to say this!

I will forgive you all of this, if you will just do one thing, and DO IT RIGHT NOW!

If you will just repent of this lack of action for your freedom, your family, and your neighbor, and start standing up for freedom, and telling everyone you know about the unlawful tyranny of the elite so called rulers, and start educating your family and friends about how LAWLESS the gun grabbers are, I can forgive you. Recent statements by radical politicians have inflamed the already tense political climate of the past few weeks.

Vice President Joe Biden has indicated that Barack Obama may attempt to circumvent Congressional opposition to the draconian gun controls Obama has always favored with one or more executive orders. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo screamed yesterday for the most restrictive gun control in the nation during his State of the State address. Iowa state Rep. Dan Muhlbauer called for the police-state confiscation of, “the semi-automatics, and all of them.”

In response, Speaker of the House John Boehner, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, and Reince Priebus, Chairman of the Republican National Committee are missing in action, along with moderate Democrats.

Sane and sober statesmen have fled the field. Only madmen remain.

The “happy few” on the national stage can be counted on one hand.

Judge Andrew Napalitano had the courage to remind Americans why we have a Second Amendment.

"The 2nd amendment wasn't written so we could go hunting. It was written so we could shoot at the gov if it was ever taken over by tyrants." 9 Jan 13

Washington Post columnist Charles Krauthammer noted that such calls for unconstitutional confiscation would lead to insurrection. And indeed, that shall happen if the worst shall come to pass. Men will chose to be free may steer no other course.

Being a responsible citizen in a irresponsible world is hard. Doing your civic duty in a world that values neither civics, nor duty, is hard. Pledging that last full measure of devotion to God, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, duty and honor, and respecting the individual rights of your fellow man in a culture that no longer respects any of these things is hard.

Hard, but necessary.

No good American wants war.

Defenders of liberty at home and abroad for every moment of the 237 years, 8 months, and 22 days since Captain John Parker told his militia formed on Lexington Green not to fire unless fired upon, Americans are slow to anger.

Indeed, even after the British cut down Parker’s men, the war did not begin in earnest. Nor were we fully engaged later in the day at Concord, as the Acton minutemen of slain patriot Issac Davis allowed the reeling British to withdraw from the North Bridge. It wasn’t until Mirriam’s Corner, when the the British rear guard fired a volley at some Americans who were merely following them, that the militia hidden alongside the road in the woods fired in retaliation, and the American Revolutionary War was well and fully joined.

Today, it seems that the would-be tyrants in distant capitols are almost attempting to goad us into a violent response to their inflammatory provocations, but that is not our nature.

We few, we happy few, are nor so easily bearded. We will zero our rifles, clean and oil them so that they are well-regulated for battle, put aside supplies, and dust off the knowledge of Morgan’s crew. But we will not strike without just and true cause in defense of liberty, for we know the horrors of war that those in far away capitols have never tasted.

We count within our numbers military veterans of Asian jungles and European plains, the Euphrates River valley and wind-swept deserts, and the jagged mountains of the Hindu Kush. We count within our numbers men and women that strap on their armor and badges to hold the wolves at bay, those who put on their bunker gear to rush towards the smoke and the flame, those blood-spattered first responders who breath life into the injured and dying, and who hold together broken bodies and torn spirits.

We count within our numbers architects and poets, welders and judges, clergy and computer operators. We count within our numbers white collar and blue collar and no collar, grandfathers and granddaughters of every color, creed, sexuality, faith, class, language, and size. Neither faith nor patriotism nor thirst for liberty has a container. It flows like water within us.

We demand our nation’s resurgence under proven principles forged in the heat of battle and quenched in the blood of tyrants. We will have our victory, for our children’s futures and that of our children’s children.

If we must be put to the test by those desiring our freedom, that victory, for our Republic’s continued liberty, must purchased at great cost. We have been chosen by God and the moment to make that stand if cooler heads fail and darker purposes come to the fore.

We few, we happy few, echo the spirit of those marched onto the misty morning field of Lexington Green against British steel, struggled in the trenches of France against German guns, buckled the screaming horde at Pusan and Ia Drang, Fallujah, and Kornegal, who now draw the line saying, “this ends here.”

Molon Labe. If you want our freedom, our liberty, and our Republic, come and take them.

We will not strike first, but we shall assuredly prevail as long as a single free American breathes to fight.

Heads up silver purchasers.

We always knew this would come some day.

The people doing this are CRIMINALS OF THE HIGHEST ORDER. They are seditionists and when it gets bloody they will be traitors.

Here is the definition of sedition:

"Incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority"

"Crime of creating a revolt, disturbance, or violence against lawful civil authority with the intent to cause its overthrow or destruction."

In the United States We the People, are the civil authority, NOT DC.  All power, according to the US Constitution, comes FROM THE PEOPLE.

Read the preamble to the US Constitution:

"We The People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

Notice it says "FOR the United States of America.  The Constitution was written (ordained) BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO FOLLOW, not the other way around.

So in consideration of that, when the gun grabbers are trying to disarm us, knowing that we will fight back, THEY ARE THE ONES inciting insurrection against the lawful authority of WE THE PEOPLE. The same now applies to gold and silver when they pass this bill.

They are OUTLAWS, Seditionists, and (once this comes to blood) they are then TRAITORS.

If the gun grabbers were not outlaws, they would be trying to promote a CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT rescinding the 2nd Amendment. But no, they already know that it would never work. So instead they buy the DHS over 1.4 BILLION cartridges and purport to pass some "law" that outlaws guns.

Now they want to terrorize the people and threaten them with the loss of their silver and gold. Does anybody really believe that once the silver and gold are registered that these criminals won't send their jack booted, black suited thugs with white letters on their backs to come and take your precious metals and guns at the point of a gun?

Look at what the US Constitution says about Gold and Silver.  This is still the supreme law of the land.

Article 1 Sec 10 Clause 1  No State Shall... make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts...."

So the Federal Reserve, a quasi-private banking cartel of criminals wants to secure their monopoly on controlling the economy because they now see many people exercising their rights to gold and silver and leaving their fraudulent paper worthless currency lay on the table.

Get all the gold and silver you can very quickly now, because they will do this, and then send their thugs, eventually, to knock on your door, saying "It's the law, It's the law, we have a law, so you must give up your gold and silver and guns.

Well it's NOT THE LAW.   Any law that breaks the US Constitution is NOT LAW AT ALL.

The Supreme Court has ruled on that over and over.

"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." Marbury Vs. Madison, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803). "Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." Miranda Vs. Arizona, 384 US 436 p. 491. " An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed." Norton Vs. Shelby County 118 US 425 p. 442

They want the Consititution GONE FOREVER and they are acting now like it doesn't exist. The courts are so corrupt they won't even hear a constitutional argument.

It is rapidly coming to a gun battle over freedom and liberty. They will NEVER let the people alone to live in peace. They won't be satisfied until we are either their slaves or dead. They will demonize everyone who breaths freedom and wants to keep what they worked hard to get.

They are willing to DESTROY PEACE and good order in our communities to get it, and it's up to US to stop them cold in their tracks.

How do we stop them? By flying in the face of their non law statutes which are all done by fraud, deception, threat, duress, coercion, and intimidation. They are thugs and murderers who are drunk on power and greed. They deserve our complete contempt and they deserve, one and all, to be arrested and charged with their crimes. They took an oath, don't you see, to obey, defend, and uphold the Constitution for the United States. They are oath breakers, one and all. They deserve the highest punishment given out for breaking that oath, and if they attack any of us over this NON LAW they then deserve the highest punishment for treason. 

My weapon of choice in this battle for our very lives, at this point is the pen. However if they try to criminalize me and my family like they have done before, and come at me with guns, I will be forced to respond with equal or greater lethal force. I am an oathkeeper, and I am a Catholic. I have a duty before God to protect my family against such lawbreaking criminal thugs.

I am also a very peace loving man. I am content to be left alone to pray and work and do my duty. My wife and I have been married for 43 years and have raised and homeschooled 8 children. That is just the first of many reasons they would want to shut me up.

Everything I do flies in the face of their treachery, and criminality. We are Catholics, who believe in marriage until death do us part. We are homeschoolers. We are pro freedom, and liberty within God's laws. We believe in God's 10 Commandments and the moral laws. We also believe in the absolute right to self-defense of one's life and property and those of our neighbors. We are in business, and sell all the right products for preparedness that these criminals hate, that help keep people independent of their unlawful grasp. We have fought, and spent, and exposed their lies and their crimes for decades, and WE WILL NOT STOP!

I will be selling silver until I absolutely can't buy any more, and I will NOT follow any so called "law" that says I have to keep a record of any sales of silver, regardless of any words on a piece of paper that says I can't.  They are following their normal mode of operation, by trying to criminalize law-abiding people with a stroke of their pen. THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY to do this, and it's up to you to help expose their lack of proper authority. They are only authorized to do what the supreme law says they can. Read the 9th and 10th Amendments.  Better yet read the Mack/Printz decision by the US supreme court.

Something funny happened on the way to tyranny

I dropped my car off this morning at my mechanic’s, as the clutch appeared to be on its last legs. Being a beautiful morning in the mid-40s, I decided to walk home, and soak in some of the small-town downtown ambiance along the way. The sleepy antique stores were not seeing much business, and I nodded to the painting crew who was outlining the wooden window frames of the bakery in brilliant blue paint as I passed by.
Most of the downtown shops, in fact, weren’t doing much business except the two gun stores. I’d been in one several days ago to pick a .22LR for an article I’d be writing for Shooting Illustrated, and decided to stop in at the other to see what the current political environment had left behind.
There were no less than six clerks working feverishly with the dozen or so customers, so I simply stepped to the side and walked the aisles. The cases of ammunition that typically lined the far wall were picked to pieces. There was a 100-round case of .50 BMG, and cases of European shotshells suitable for small game. The .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, 7.62×39, 7.62 NATO, and 7.62x54R had sold out long ago, along with the bulk 9mm, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP.
A few pump shotguns remained along with a smattering of deer rifles, single-shots, and longer double-barreled shotguns suitable only for trap or skeet. Even the semi-automatic .22LR rifles like Ruger 10/22s were gone, along with all but one BX-25 magazine.
The customers in the shop were picking through what remained; lever-action rifles, oddball shotguns, and the smattering of name-brand centerfire pistols. One man was attempting to trade in an antique double-barrel shotgun for something more current.
I did speak to one harried clerk, briefly.
They didn’t know when they’d be getting anything back in stock, from magazines to rifles to pistols. Manufacturers were running full-bore, but couldn’t come close to keeping up with market demand.It wasn’t just the AR-15s, the AK-pattern rifles, the M1As, and the FALs that were sold out. It really hit me when I realized that the World War-era M1 Garands , M1 carbines, and Enfield .303s were gone, along with every last shell. Ubiquitous Mosin-Nagants—of which every gun store always seems to have 10-20—were gone. So was their ammo. Only a dust free space marked their passing. I’ve never seen anything like it.
Every weapon of military utility designed within the past 100+ years was gone. This isn’t a society stocking up on certain guns because they fear they may be banned. This is a society preparing for war.
I wonder if this is what it felt like during the time of the Powder Alarm, and fear politicians both sides of the aisle are no more speaking the same language as most Americans as Gage was unable to think like the Colonials. There is an earnestness now on both sides, and a great chance for unintended consequences.
Tread carefully.

Revived! State law banishing D.C. gun rules

The case before the 9th circuit on the Montana Firearms Freedom Act can stop the gun grabbers cold in their tracks.

Gary Marbut, president of the Montana Shooting Sports Association, confirmed that the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has scheduled oral arguments in the MSSA v. Holder case for March 4 in Portland, Ore.

This is the perfect case to finish what Richard Mack and Jay Printz started when they beat the Brady Bill in the 90s.  

In perhaps the most recent and powerful Tenth Amendment decision in modern history, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Mack/Printz v U.S. that "States are not subject to federal direction." But today's federal Tories argue that the "supremacy clause" of the U.S. Constitution says that the federal government is supreme and thus, trumps the States in all matters. Wrong! 
The supremacy clause is dealt with in Mack/Printz, in which the Supreme Court stated once and for all that the only thing "supreme" is the constitution itself. 
Our constitutional system of checks and balances certainly did not make the federal government king over the states, counties, and cities. Justice Scalia opined for the majority in Mack/Printz, that "Our citizens would have two political capacities, one state and one federal, each protected from incursion by the other." 
So yes, it is the duty of the State to stop the Obamacare "incursion." To emphasize this principle Scalia quotes James Madison, "The local or municipal authorities form distinct and independent portions of the Supremacy, no more subject within their respective spheres, to the general authority than the general authority is subject to them, within its own sphere." 

The point to remember here is; where do we define the "sphere" of the federal government? That's right; in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution and anything not found within this section belongs to the States or to the People. So where does health care belong? The last place it belongs is with the President or Congress It is NOT their responsibility, and the States need to make sure that Obama does not overstep his authority. 
Just in case there is any doubt as to what the Supreme Court meant, let's take one more look at Mack/Printz. "This separation of the two spheres is one of the Constitution's structural protections of liberty. Hence, a double security arises to the rights of the people. The different governments will control each other..." What? The Constitution, the supreme law of the land, has as a "structural protection of liberty" that States will keep the federal government in check? No wonder it was called a system of "checks and balances." The States (and Counties) are to maintain the balance of power by keeping the feds within their proper sphere.

CO Sheriff: “I Will Protect Constitutional Rights…With My Dying Breath”
