Three Public Trusts -- Only One of Them is Yours

There are, or have been in the past, three intestate public trusts created using some version of your name. 

Only one of these trusts, the American Infant Decedent Estate Trust is yours, and the Perpetrators are trying hard to hang onto that, and keep your estate under their control.  

They propose to use the British Seaman's Estate Trust as the lure and distraction, to attract you and fool you into accepting the small amount of money left in that account as settlement for what they owe you.  

Meanwhile, they have returned all the substantial assets and assignments to your American Infant Decedent Estate Trust, hoping that you will be fooled and stop short of pursuing this prize --- for if you do, you will leave huge amounts of assets and credit under their control, and content yourself with pennies. 

The plain fact is that you are an American and have always been an American and any attempt to illegally latch onto you and change your political status to that of a British Subject is just that --- a crime. 

Make up your mind to come home and to come all the way home.  Don't stop and don't be deflected or attracted to any red herrings on the way.  

The only true peace, power, and protection lies in returning to your original birthright political status as an American State National.

International Public Notice: More Confirmation

During the first Trump Administration when Charlie Ward and some of the Q Anons first aired the idea of "restoring the Republic" by hijacking it, I told them that no, they couldn't do that, because they, as British Subjects, don't have the standing required. 

The Federal Republic was created by the States of America which was created by and through the States of the Union which are created directly by the people of this country, not the federal "persons" of this country. 

British sailors have an annoying habit of stumbling ashore and trying to claim land assets for their King, even though they have no standing to do so.  Even after the "Doctrine of Discovery" has been thoroughly debunked, they still give it the Ye Olde College Try.  

I told them the truth -- several times -- and watched while they continued to try to snowball this Substitution Scheme into reality. 

They didn't listen to a single word, until this week, when the U.S. Supreme Court told them the same thing that I told them almost a decade ago: you don't have the standing of a lawful government, and so, you can't possibly restore the American Federal Republic.  

On top of that, you are British Subjects and British Subjects can't staff American institutions without a specific delegation of authority, which you lack.

Their question: who would have authority to give us that delegation? 

The same poor people who hired them to provide enumerated services under The Constitution of the United States of America: 

the American State Citizens, Officers of our State Assemblies, who are known collectively as "the People" of each State.

Key among the decisions facing our State Citizens and their Congressional Delegations, will be reform of the Federal Government, what to keep, what to lose, and what to change.  It's a daunting prospect.  

The Federal Republic and the States of America Confederation both failed; can we recognize the weaknesses that caused their collapse and avoid these in the future? 

Can we analyze the strength of the Federation that allowed it to survive for a hundred and sixty years --- and build that strength into the rest of our government during our long-delayed reconstruction process?   

Ultimately, will we reconstruct, deconstruct, or start over and do something that has never been tried?  

This is uniquely American business and it remains for Americans to decide, no matter how eagerly our British Territorial Service Providers leap at the chance to do it for us--- and charge us for this new service, of course.   

The foreign Federal Subcontractors have defaulted upon their service contracts by failure to provide the services we agreed to receive from them, and just as importantly, have imposed services upon us that we never asked for, never needed, and never wanted.  

Our Final Judgment and Civil Orders issued in April of 2014 sums the situation up nicely; after seven (7) years of Due Process, both the British Crown Commercial Corporations and the Roman Municipal Corporations were found guilty of Gross Breach of Trust and Violation of their Service Contracts, together with their Principals. 

This was established by unrebutted sworn testimony that was widely published and distributed to all three branches of their "federalized state" and federal government administrations over a period of seven years, and also by abundant public records. 

The only thing that has changed since 2014 is that the power of that Due Process and the findings related to it, are finally catching up to the institutions and personnel responsible for defrauding, impersonating, and misrepresenting the people they were hired to protect and serve in "good faith".  

There have been numerous trials for treason executed by military tribunals acting under British Admiralty Law, taken against Federal Dual Citizens; reportedly, some have suffered capital punishment which is always the dread and summary result of martial law in any jurisdiction, especially the sea.  

It wasn't our desire or even intent that anyone should die over this. We did not mandate summary judgement or capital punishment. We sought administrative correction and invoked our own Common Law to accomplish that end, returning our Final Judgment and Civil Order to the U.S. Supreme Court as a foreign court judgment from our concurrent jurisdiction(s).  

In our view, the crimes against us, though grievous in the extreme, are property crimes in the nature of illegal impersonation, illegal confiscation, credit theft and illegal takings prohibited by both remaining federal constitutions --- and property crimes should not be paid in blood or with the loss of human life.  

In our reasonable and peaceable view, the administration needed to be corrected, restitution made, and all brought back within the bounds of the traditional Constitutional framework, with our own Federation of States (the "Delegator") performing the duties of the Federal Republic (the absent "Delegatee") until the lawful State Assemblies and State Citizens can address the greater questions summarized herein. 

This is not only the logical solution, it's the solution mandated by contract law and common sense. It is, in fact, an Operation of Law: if one acting under delegation is unable to perform, the duty reverts to the delegator, and does not in some magical way, become the duty of other parties. 

The true treason was committed by Abraham Lincoln acting in April of 1863, when he assigned the duties of our Federal Republic to the U.S. Army and the U.S. Federal Congress, thereby pretending the lack of a competent civilian government -- and ultimately resulting in the adoption of a foreign municipal subcontractor to fulfill the role of a civilian government -- a role naturally belonging to and usurped from the American People. 

In our view, Abraham Lincoln is dead and beyond the judgement of this generation; let the dead bury the dead, and let us now take honest stock of the situation. 

The idea of a British Crown incorporated version of "a" Federal Republic replacing our failed American Federal Republic has been definitively shot down. That's good.  That's the way it ought to be.  Whatever else comes forward, the fate of the American Federal Republic lies with the Americans, not British Subjects. 

The Municipal Corporation serving as a substitute civilian government has been bankrupted. That's also as it should be, though they arguably don't deserve the protection of the corporate veil and their debts should be assigned to their Principals, not ours. 

From our standpoint, their debts are Odious Debt: that is, debts created by some means of fraud, of which the victims were unaware, and did not benefit from. 

We, and our People, were the scapegoats and victims from April of 1863 to today. 

Although the situation is still largely confused in the minds of the general public and even among many federal officers, the U.S. Supreme Court is beginning to bow to the facts and the Law, and to ineluctable logic. 

The same logic that led me to tell Charlie Ward they couldn't gin up a new "Federal" Republic using British Crown actors a decade ago, has prevailed.  And it only took ten years to reach that conclusion.

I Am a Political Prisoner

The Trump Administration either doesn't understand the difference between lawful and legal government or is desperately trying to cover up the difference.  Either way, ignorance or corruption, both are singularly unhelpful in terms of solving problems. 

The Lawful Government of this country is the only Government that has the right and ability to unlock the resources that are needed to prevent the sort of chaos and misery that will otherwise erupt.  

We, the Lawful Government of the Federation of States, stand ready to save the day and put an end to the horror show that is bearing down on us like a freight train, but we need the freedom to act and assistance, not obstruction.  

Trump's corporation is dependent on the Municipal Congress to make appropriations. The Municipal Congress connected to Trump's organization is bankrupt --- both unable and unwilling to extend any more credit.  This doesn't mean that the country is bankrupt.  

We have the resources to feed everyone and make this ugliness go away and it can be accomplished in a number of ways. 

Trump can get out of his own way and allow us to release the needed resources via other means than those that have been used in the past by the Municipal Congress.  

The Municipal Congress can help itself by explaining the circumstance.  

The military can remove the members of Congress that are under foreign influence and AI interference and make the necessary announcements. 

The military can do what it should have done in 1865, make a clean breast of it with the American Public and help us prepare for public rather than private elections.  

The entire administration can be moved into lawful gear and this engine can rumble into life, and function the way it is supposed to function.  

Instead of welcoming the change and the unprecedented (in their lifetimes) opportunities that operating the actual American Government holds, the various parties have been reacting in fear. 

There's nothing for anyone to fear, except their own ignorance. 

God knows I have done all that I possibly could to fully, freely, and with Grannabytes demonstrations explain it to all who need to know, but in their pride, some people haven't been listening. 

That pride is about to be dashed on the rocks if they don't move in the next 48 hours -- not because of anything I said or did, but simply for failure to humble themselves and do what is right.

Status Update

I am, in effect, a political prisoner.  The justices agreed to receive my closing summation via teleconference video.  I will make a video separately of my remarks, as it will be a written statement read into the record, to share with everyone. 

It's a summation, not a hearing.  

Many of you have been frustrated trying to help and finding Cash App blocked. They only accept a small number of deposits each day even though they describe my account as unlimited.  It is exactly because of this kind of behavior that we must have our banks up and running and not fall victim to a monopolized banking regime again.

Each team costs a considerable amount to support each day, so it is a special and large expense we are having to bear on top of all the other normal expenses.  I am thanking everyone who has been helping defray this and putting muscle into getting this done. 

Certain people around the world are jealous and think this is a "plum" I don't deserve; I would agree with them, but it is more in the sense of not deserving any further burden and work. 

If I could avoid the responsibility for what I started, I would; but, as it is, things have to be seen through and finished and arranged and ordered and wrapped up with a bow. 

So here I am.  Both feet planted.  Still serving.  

Just like the thousands of military and civil service workers who are still showing up and working without pay.  

We are going as fast as we can to bring relief to this situation and food to those who depend on food stamps.  Meantime, it's time to bring food to our neighbors.  

It's important to understand that the bankrupt UNITED STATES, INC. can't "appropriate" any more money, and the struggling USA, Inc., has to retain as much as it can to fulfill its own performance obligations.  

So.  They don't have the answer, because they don't have the standing to make the claims and release the funding on the American side of the ledger.  The oral arguments have been heard and we are at the summation stage of the process that will allow us to heal the economic hardship of the people of this country and living people around the world 

The Vermin have been busy already this week, placing undersea explosive charges in preparation for trying to break lose the Las Palmas edifice, which would cause a tidal wave that would take out much of the East Coast of the United States and could also cause flooding deep into the interior of the country and down the Mississippi River.  

Join our National Prayer Circle and pray for peace over the Earth, and especially peace over the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Coast of The United States, which are being threatened by these evil men and their evil technologies. 

The geo-forming that has been done so far has lifted California and thrust it upward so that the Ancient Permian Shield is pressed down and tilted toward the Atlantic Ocean, like a dinner plate tilted up and to one side. If the Las Palmas complex gives way, it can easily cause a gigantic undersea subsidence and a tidal wave that would rush into the heart of our country, assisted by the tilting of the Great Plains toward the Atlantic and the sinking of the Eastern Seaboard states which has been going on for some time.  

Pray against this and against them; recall the promise of the justice of God and his vengeance.  Don't let the innocent suffer with the guilty.  We have a voice.  Raise it! 

We are doing all that we can to avoid the nightmare scenario promoted by the Death Cult and to soften the transition -- the very birthing process of what the Hopi tribe calls "the Fourth World". 

In their ancient prophecy, the birth of the Fourth World is heralded by the appearance of a Blue Star in an otherwise (and specific) empty space in the night sky --- the Blue Star is there now. 

Those who keep faith with the Earth, those who are humble and who shut their eyes, and who love the truth, will live to see the New Earth.  

So don't be surprised. Remember the scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark, when Indiana Jones tells his spunky girlfriend not to look, to close her eyes and not open them no matter what?  Remember when the living God told Moses that no man could look upon him and live?  

The cleansing of the Earth is coming, and so also its renewal. This is a great blessing for those who yearn for peace, for joy, for plenty, for kindness, for companionship of like-minded souls.  

Sniff the wind and watch the signs of your deliverance coming.  

When the darkness comes, as it surely will, accept it; close your doors and your windows, bar the openings of your house with salt sprinkled in memory of the living God's covenant, then rest within your house like a baby in the womb and pray with thanksgiving that the Angel of Death will pass over you and yours.  

Prepare. Think.  Remember.

International Public Notice: Our Office of the Fiduciary

The question has arisen-- why a "fiduciary"?  Why not a president or a queen or, or, or.... the humble word "fiduciary" seems to reek of the taint of crooked banks or some low bureaucratic office. 

People have been casting around for a more snazzy title for me.  I suggested, "Grandma".  

Our American Government has always required that those acting on behalf of the Public Interest operate as Fiduciaries or as Fiduciary Deputies.  

At the level of the Federation of States in the American Government we have the Office of the Fiduciary. 

At the level of the Federal Government, the American Subcontractor operating under The Constitution for the united States of America, elected Fiduciary Deputies to their own Congress. 

This is why when you start rooting around in the elderly documents, and depending on which archives you delve into, you find record of six (6) different Congresses.  

Three American, three US Congresses.  They mirror each other, because the Delegators delegated Powers in each of the three international jurisdictions, air, land, and sea.  

All three American Congresses are populated by Fiduciary Deputies, not Trustees.  

The American Federal Subcontractor that ran the American Federal Republic under The Constitution for the united States of America (1787) also ran under elected Fiduciary Deputies.  

Only the British and the Holy Roman Empire Federal Subcontractors had Trustees.  

All other elements of our government have operated under the Office of the Fiduciary (American) and elected Fiduciary Deputies (Federal Republic). 

So that's why we have a Fiduciary; it's our custom and tradition that those who act on behalf of the Public Interest must act under the Prudent Man Standard. 

What's the Prudent Man Standard?  It simply means that the Fiduciary is obligated to act in good faith, to do their best to take care of the Public Interest the same way they would take care of their own assets. 

It's a simple, humble concept. 

We have public assets and private assets.  

Each man is responsible for taking care of his own self, his own family, his own house, but we each also have public assets. 

Someone has to take responsibility for public assets and private assets that have somehow wound up in public possession.  

When this whole Mess came to light, our Fiduciary was by Divine Providence in the right place and at the right time, to claim back all the property and infrastructure we think of as Public Assets, and also to save the individual private property of the living people.  

This is why her claims always name herself as Fiduciary acting on behalf of the unincorporated United States of America and naming the living people -- those with hands and feet and blood that flows -- as the creditors and beneficiaries.  

She did not act for herself.  She acted for her country and her countrymen --- and this is what a Fiduciary does. They act in good faith to protect the property of the people, for the people.   

We maintain that a government has only one valid purpose -- to protect the people and their property.   The Fiduciary role may require protecting both at once, and this is what happened here. 

The people were in danger of losing both their public and private property, so, our Federation Fiduciary stepped in and claimed it all back for them.  

Nobody can object to this, as the Federation of States was always the proper authority to do this, and our Fiduciary is the proper Officer.  

Let us comment briefly on the difference between "Federation" and "Federal".  

The Federal entities are called "Federal" because they received their delegated powers from the Federation of States, which is uniquely endowed to operate the mutual powers of the States in international jurisdictions.  

The Federation of States doing business as The United States of America is an unincorporated instrumentality of the combined State Governments.  When operating under the Head of State, the Federation is one of the three (3) Summoning Powers that can require the States of the Union to assemble and conduct business, the other Summoning Authorities being the elected President of the Federation or a two-thirds quorum of the States of the Union.  

Let us also briefly say that our Fiduciary laid claim to all  property assets belonging to both the States (public property) and the people (private property).  This has sometimes been misunderstood and misrepresented as an attempt to "steal" property belonging to individuals instead of preserving their property interests for them. 

Understand that all assets within the borders of this country were up for grabs due to claims that the American Government was "missing" and "in interregnum" and long-planned fraud schemes misrepresenting Americans as British Subjects and Municipal citizens of the United States.  

So our Fiduciary claimed it all back, both public and private, and thereby raised an objection to the idea that our country was vacant and without a government, and also the false presumption that the people were "stateless" and had to adopt some form of foreign citizenship as British Subjects or Roman Municipal citizens of the United States.  

Our Hereditary Head of State then Summoned the States of the Union to assemble, and administered a process to rebut the False Claims of foreign citizenship obscuring the identity of the American people as heirs of this country.  

The people duly expatriated from any presumption of foreign citizenship and assembled their State Assemblies, so the public infrastructure and material interests and rights were saved.  

At the same time, the wheels were set in motion to begin a process of reclamation for each American to receive back their private property interests -- their land patents and their homes, their businesses, their Good Names, their records, their freedom, their money--- set free of foreign public trust interest claims.   

As we have described it: imagine a mountain of mittens piled up on the floor of the local school gymnasium..... it's the responsibility of the people to come forward and claim their own "mittens" out of the pile.  

The Fiduciary did her duty by claiming all the private property back and preserving it, but the individual people have to step forward and claim back their private assets on a one-by-one basis. 

We call this reclaiming your birthright political status, a process of declaring your correct political status as an American either born in one of the States or naturalized to them.  

Years of effort have reduced this process down to a simple one-page declaration backed up by two credible Witnesses.  

Completing this process identifies you as an American State National who is owed the release of your property from any foreign State of State trust or claim.  

It also marks you as one of the "people" and not a foreign "person" -- and identifies you as one of those who are owed all the protections and guarantees of the Federal Constitutions.  It sets you free of foreign taxation and licensing and most statutory laws --- unless you voluntarily and knowingly choose to engage in federally regulated activities or enter a federal facility like a post office or naval base. 

These substantial benefits have been preserved for you, along with your identity as an American, by the timely and determined actions of our Fiduciary Office. 

What about all the Americans working for foreign Federal Government contractors?  

In the past, they have had to adopt one of the two federal citizenship obligations as a condition of employment, but they could still retain their American State National status as their alternative political status. 

Going forward, we expect that the vast majority of federal workers will happily reclaim their political status as American State Nationals.  Those who consciously wish to adopt the status of British Subjects or affiliate themselves with the Holy Roman Empire will still be able to do so, with the knowledge that they can't own land in this country and that any land holdings they secure for themselves on a temporary basis as a personal residence may be held in a public trust benefiting the British Monarch or the Pope.
