A Call to Mankind -- Action in Vancouver

 By Anna Von Reitz

While Kevin Annett and I continue to have our differences, we also have our similarities. Both of us are against genocide and especially against the genocide of children.

He has just announced a continuance of the action against the various churches that have been complicit in the residential schools genocide against Native children -- this time, the action is in western Canada, Vancouver, though we know that these crimes happened throughout Canada and in The United States, too.

You can learn more about his current efforts here:

This genocide against innocent school children and their Native cultures is, in my view, the same as all the other similar genocides, including the pandemic genocide and the genocide on Maui.  It's all about those who worship death, sex, drugs, money, and lies promoted via blackmail --- people who only pretend to be Christians or Jews or Muslims, but who are in fact "none of the above".

Call them Satanists or worshipers of Baal, devotees of the other "Queen of Heaven'' or Molloch, the Devourer -- they have hidden in plain view for centuries.  The Bible calls them "Mystery Babylon" and describes their practice of burning people, especially babies and young children, alive.

That's what it is talking about in the Bible where it references "passing your sons and daughters through the flames" and what was taking place in the Valley of Hinnom.

In the Second Century BCE, priests of the cult were brought to Rome as prisoners leftover from the Punic Wars, where they became tax collectors for Caesar.

They wore black robes and white wigs and castrated themselves in honor of their goddess-of-many-names: Semiramis, Ashtoreth, Astarte, Isis, Cybele, Columbia, Justia, Athena.

Barristers in Britain still wear the priestly robes and white wigs.

Centuries later, the devotees of these same death cults were still acting as the tax collectors of the Holy Roman Empire and the British Empire and they eventually came to the District of Columbia, too.

Why wouldn't they?  The District is named after their goddess: District of Columbia.

During the Inquisition, these same players were hired as Lay Members of the Dominican Order, to oversee the tortures and trials of those who didn't pay their taxes --- especially income taxes that were due every April 15th

This institutionalized Terror continues even in the modern age, wherever the Laws of the Spanish Inquisition continue to be enforced in places like Puerto Rico and the Mariana Islands.

Joe Biden just moved to hire 87,000 more IRS Agents to continue the practice, under the same contrived and evil auspices, driven by the same criminals and the same profane religion of the Idolaters and Liars.

Nothing much has changed in thousands of years, but it is starting to, because we all woke up. We can now identify them. We know who they are. We know what they practice. So look sharp.

One of the things they do is to snatch babies and young children for use in their profane ritual sacrifices and sexual orgies.

Anywhere that children are left unchaperoned, even for a moment, are likely places for the Vermin to attack --- playgrounds, schools, orphanages, swimming pools, parks, airports, stores, and parking lots.

Using your tax money and other equally illegally purloined sources of wealth, they hire procurers who aren't members of their "elite" religious cult to kidnap your children and extort labor from you and no end of other abuses.

Kevin Annett urges "direct action" -- get off the bleachers and into the streets, evict the churches from their palatial properties, shame them for what they have sheltered, punish them for their breach of trust.

Most of all, and more to the point, put an end to these horrific abuses.  Put an end to the institutions that have been used like a dog carrying fleas, to infect the whole world with this abomination.

As for me, I don't see this in terms of any socio-economic-political struggle.  I see it as crimes promoted by a gigantic crime syndicate.

I see the failure of the law as a failure of our institutions, all human institutions, that are supposed to exist for the Public Good and promote Public Safety.

Is it not clear that murdering children for any reason is a crime?

Have we not paid literally billions of dollars for police and military protection of every shape and kind?

Endured every kind of surveillance of our innocent occupations in a purported effort to detect and derail psychopaths?

Pardon me, shouldn't we be sending pink slips?

The Defund the Police movement isn't about defunding good police, it's about defunding bad police. Police that don't do the job we hire them to do.  And it's the same with the military, too.

Give me a shotgun and a pack of well-trained cadaver dogs.  We'd soon get to the bottom of their drug trade and their rituals; it wouldn't matter to me if the Vermin were operating out of a Cathedral or an Arby's.

Either way, we'd have a little exorcism, with or without the benefit of holy water.

As long as we are thinking about brass tacks and wasted money, shouldn't we be leaving the churches of failed men for the church of God within?

Do our own good works and due diligence?

Stop giving our money and support to evil ends?

After all, and in all cases, it's not a matter of what they say.  It's a matter of what they do and what they fail to do.

In all cases, the churches should be up and doing.

The churches should be busy as bees in high summer, examining their ranks, pitching the rotten apples, and getting ready for action.  Because when we get done asking what they've done, we will move on to what they have failed to do.

In this case, both the military and the various quasi-public police forces have failed to protect the public, and most especially the most vulnerable members of the public --- our children and the elderly.

Give the people of Lahaina a whole $700 each while sending billions to Ukraine to fight a proxy war?

Hey, Joe, hey, all you creatures of the Beltway, it's time to hire new marketing professionals.  And get ready for the rest of us to get off the bleachers, from Vancouver to Virginia.

Public Notice: Wake Up and Die Right

 By Anna Von Reitz

This old saying means that before you kick the bucket, get things straight.

One of the basic things that Americans (and other people, too) need to get straight is that we aren't, generally speaking, citizens of any kind.

Look up the legal meaning of the word "citizen".

The vast majority of us aren't citizens and we don't live in a democracy, either.

Those words apply to our Federal Employees.
Not to us.

The only "citizens" we Americans have are State Citizens.

Our State Citizens have to be qualified and have to be members of our State Assemblies.

Our State Citizens are Fiduciary Deputies, not "Representatives".

So when you hear about "Citizens Grand Juries" as opposed to simply "Grand Juries", you know for sure that those are grand juries being run by our Federal Employees, not by Americans acting as Americans.

Specifically, those people touting about their "Citizens Grand Juries" are Tories acting as British Territorial U.S. Citizens.

If they are calling themselves "Citizens" and acting outside of our Assembles, there is nothing else for them to be.

Maybe they are waking up and realizing that their "contract with America" is in lapsed condition and that they are themselves in danger of not having a "residence" here anymore.

Maybe they are finally motivated to clean up their act?

We could hope so.  That would be rational.

Especially as their Employers are back in town and mobilizing to straighten up their mess for them.

But make no mistake and don't mistake them for us.

Just because they were born and raised here among us doesn't mean that they are part of our population. They are Subjects of the British Monarch, instead.

So tell Liberty Alliance and Ron Vrooman and all these other groups sprouting up and claiming to be "Citizens Grand Juries" that we know who they are and we know the capacity in which they are operating.

We know their limitations, too.

We are not confused and not deceived and not part of their movement because we are not Tories and not Subjects of the King, thank you, very much.

If they want to clean up their operations, good.

That doesn't mean that the issues we have with them are resolved to our satisfaction.

The theft of our identities, the abuses of our credit, and the purloining of our assets remain at issue.

Their bad faith and practice of registering our persons and our property so as to secretly and unlawfully convert our political status and evade their duties under contract are all at issue.

Their practices of forced integration and assimilation
are also at issue.

Promotion of the practices of feudalism and colonialism in the modern age, promotion of enslavement and indentured servitude, both, in modern times, are all equally reprehensible and repugnant to our law and our customs.

All Parties have cause to know this, yet they have pursued these ends, just the same.

Pledges of allegiance, which are promises of serfs to a sovereign under feudalism, have no place in our tradition, nor do we, Americans, espouse democracy as our form of government.

Such are the conditions of ignorance promoted by the perpetrators who have "administered" our public school system, that millions of people have been confused about their own identity, their law, their government and their traditions.

We can have no faith in the authority of those promoting any grand juries apart from the grand juries of our properly constituted and declared State Assemblies.

A grand jury without a properly declared and organized State Assembly behind it, and without general jurisdiction, is just a mob with an opinion.

Justice Scalia famously described our Grand Juries as a "fourth branch of government" -- which is true when exercised by the American Courts of General Jurisdiction -- but not when exercised by our Federal Employees and their Dependents in a mockery of our Grand Jury process.

We object to the proliferation of all these so-called "Citizens Grand Juries" and the promotion of confusion that results from presenting these foreign organizations as if they were part of our State Assemblies and their "Citizens" as if they were our State Citizens, when they are not.

We appreciate the effort of our Employees to clean up the mess and support that effort; however, our approval comes with a caveat to cease and desist any misrepresentation of their "Citizens Grand Juries" as our Grand Juries.

Our courts are courts of general jurisdiction and we claim general jurisdiction.

Good News for Common People!

 By Anna Von Reitz

The Organic Act of 1871 was repealed in 1874. And, strangely enough, the end result of creating a second Municipal Corporation operating within the District of Columbia, achieved in 1877, was totally legal.

That said, the more important thing is that as of July 27th, 2023, we, average Americans, are back under International Land Law. The American General Public is being recognized by the courts again, and our remedies due under the respective Constitutions are being honored again.

This has been a long time coming.  Six generations of Americans have suffered and been unable to assert their Constitutional Guarantees in courts that they paid for.

The courts are obligated to hear and provide remedy under the Constitution(s) --- if you are a member of the General Public.

The big question is --- are you? A member of the American General Public?

If you are like most Americans, you assume that you are part of the "General Public" and you will wrinkle your forehead in consternation, wondering what else you would be?

So listen carefully:

You've been "registered" as a British Territorial U.S. Citizen and misidentified. Then, that "person" has been declared legally dead and a cestui que vie ESTATE trust has been created in your name.

Your identity has been stolen, you've been declared legally dead, and all that is left of you is a public trust named after you.

The American "you" has long since disappeared, whereabouts unknown.

So you have been treated as a stateless beggar in your own country, suspected of being an "Enemy Combatant" and dependent on the mercy of foreign corporate tribunals and the "discretion" of individual judges.

But come back through the door, prove your provenance as an American, claim back your lawful identity, inhabit your lawful jurisdiction on the land and soil of your birth state, join your State Assembly, and guess what?

You are still owed everything you were ever owed. That includes the entire suite of guarantees provided by Article IV of all three Federal Constitutions.

Take a moment to read Article IV and look up any unfamiliar words or concepts.  This is where the protection of your "persons" --- including your Lawful Person --- is provided for.  This is what sets you free from bills of attainder, mask mandates, etc., etc.

Those of you who have been following along know that there were originally three Federal Subcontractors -- one American, one British Territorial, and one Holy Roman Empire Subcontractor.

These three (3) Federal Subcontractors all operated out of the District of Columbia and they each operated under a separate Constitution --- that is, they operated under their own contract that obligated them to provide services, and exercise delegated powers, etc. They all had offices and addresses in the Federal Capitol, Washington, DC.

The American Subcontractor was the Confederation of States operating as the States of America.  They received The Constitution for the united States of America in 1787.  This is referred to as the Organic or Federal Constitution.

The British Territorial Subcontractor operated as the United States of America (a very similar name to the doing-business-as name of the Federation of States: The United States of America) received The Constitution of the United States of America in 1789.

The Holy Roman Empire Subcontractor operated as the United States(the same name as the name of the original Union of States) received The Constitution of the United States in 1790.

The American Subcontractor known as the Federal Republic ceased operations in 1861, because the Confederation of States that operated it ceased operations in 1861.  As a result, the Federal Republic has been dormant and vacated ever since, and its Constitution, The Constitution for the united States of America, has also been moth-balled.

The Powers delegated to the Federal Republic and the Confederation, both reverted by Operation of Law to the Federation of States that delegated the Powers and the People running the Federation of States.

However, following the armistice created by the surrender of Lee's Army, Grant's Union soldiers put on civilian clothes and began an unlawful, illegal and immoral terror campaign against the Officers of the Federation, with the result that the Federation ceased to function, too.

It was only with the utmost effort that those remaining Officers of the Federation of States persisted in restoring and rebuilding the lawful government.

The "mutually held powers" that the States combined were all held initially by the unincorporated Federation of States, dba The United States of America, beginning in 1776.

The Federation conducted all international and global business and diplomacy for a period of almost five years.  Then, in 1781, commercial business affairs began to be handled by the Confederation of States.

Still more "mutually held powers" were shared out to the respective Federal Subcontractors in 1787, 1789, and 1790.

The Confederation of States subcontracted as "the States of America" to receive an additional grant of Delegated power for the Federal Republic.

Picture a stair step water fountain, with descending pools pouring one into another.

The Mutual Powers from each State collect in the Holding Company pool provided by the Federation of States, and pour over to fill a pool of powers shared out to the Confederation; from the Confederation, more delegated powers are shared out again to the Federal Republic.  From the original Federation pool, still other mutual powers were shared out to the British Territorial United States Government, and the Holy Roman Empire Successor doing business as the United States (later the United States, Inc.)

So the Mutual Powers flow from each State to the unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States of America.

From there, certain powers were separated out and further delegated to the Confederation of States as of 1781.

From there, the Confederation of States further delegates and shares "powers" out to the Federal Republic-- if the Confederation is operating.

The United States of America Federation directly shares out specific powers with the British Territorial Government Subcontractor and the Holy Roman Empire Municipal Subcontractor.

It is apparent that one-third of our government has been dormant, vacated, ever since the Civil War. It is also apparent that a Great Fraud against the American People has been pulled off by European Subcontractors.

That being the case, we have moved to restore our lawful government to its full functions and taken action to correct the situation.

We are the inheritors of the peace and the contracts--the last men (and women) standing.

So, welcome home at last.

Go to: TASA, The American States Assembly, online, to find out more.

If you are engaged in any struggle with the government subcontractors, and are not a Federal Employee, assert your standing as a member of the General Public, owed all Constitutional Guarantees including those provided by Article IV.

Unless you are accused of actually injuring someone or their property, or are directly engaged in a federally regulated activity, all charges should disappear and you should be set free without further action by the court.

Fifteenth Sunday After Pentecost

 Rev. Fr. Leonard Goffine's

The Church's Year

The Introit of the Mass is a fervent prayer; which may be said in every necessity and adversity:

INTROIT Bow down thine ear, O Lord; to me, and hear me: save thy servant, O my God, that hopeth in thee: have mercy on me, O Lord, for I have cried to thee all the day. Give joy to the soul of thy servant: for to thee, O Lord, I have lifted up my soul. (Ps. IXXXV.) Glory etc.

COLLECT Let Thy continued pity, O Lord, cleanse and defend Thy Church: and because without Thee it cannot abide in safety, govern it ever by Thy gift. Thro'.

EPISTLE (Gal. V. 25, 26.; vi. I-Io.) Brethren, If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be made desirous of vain-glory, provoking one another, envying one another. Brethren, and if a man be overtaken in any fault, you, who are spiritual, instruct such a one in the spirit of meekness, considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another's burdens, and so you shall fulfil the law of Christ. For if any man think himself to be something, whereas he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. But let every one prove his own work, and so he shall have glory in himself only, and not in another. For every one shall bear his own burden. And let him that is instructed in the word, communicate to him that instructeth him, in all good things. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for what things a man shall sow, those also shall he reap. For he that soweth in his flesh, of the flesh also shall reap corruption: but he that soweth in the spirit, of the spirit shall reap life everlasting. And in doing good, let us not fail: for in due time we shall reap, not failing. Therefore, whilst we have time, let us work good to all men, but especially to those who are of the household of the faith.

EXPLANATION This epistle is taken, like that of the Sunday before last, from the epistle of St. Paul to the Galatians, in which St. Paul shows them the insufficiency of the Jewish law, and that they can only be saved by a lively faith in Christ, but now he admonishes them to the performance of good works. You now live, he tells them, in the Spirit, that is, the Holy Ghost animates your heart by His grace, enlightens, confirms, and inflames you, admonishes and teaches you, impels your heart to do good; you must, therefore, also regulate your external conduct accordingly, and in particular devote yourself to the practice of humility and charity, as the foundations of a truly spiritual life. Humility must teach and move you to think little of yourself, to avoid vain glory, and not to confide in your own strength. But charity should impel you to be meek and compassionate to all, even sinners, to correct them charitably, and lead them back to the path of virtue; since he who is harsh to the erring, despises and treats them roughly, is often permitted by God to fall into the same, nay, even into greater sins.

Particularly you must show your charity one for another, that one bears the burdens of the other: that you bear the faults and imperfections of others just as patiently as you wish others to bear with your own imperfections; thus you will fulfil the law of Christ, which commands us to love our neighbor; you will prevent many sins which are occasioned by considering yourself perfect, raising yourself above others, criticizing their failings, and causing disturbance. True glory consists in knowing ourselves, our faults and evil inclinations, and in eradicating them. Be grateful to those who instruct you in the word of God, and give to them willingly of your earthly possessions. What you sow, you shall reap; if you only follow the dictates of the flesh, do not mortify yourself, do not correct your failings, and indulge your sinful appetites, you will one day reap death, destruction and damnation, whereas, on the contrary, if you follow the dictates of the Holy Ghost, you will reap of the Spirit of life.

Let us obey this doctrine, for it is of interest to us, and impress deeply on our heart that without mortification of body and soul we cannot be saved.

ASPIRATION. O. St. Paul! beg of God the grace for me, that I may always walk in humility, and the love of my neighbor, particularly in bearing with his imperfections and failings, and thus fulfil the law of Christ in this as in all things.

Tenth Sunday After PentecostGOSPEL (Luke VII. 11-16.) At that time, Jesus went into a city called Naim: and there went with him his disciples, and a great multitude. And when he came nigh to the gate of the city, behold a dead man was carried out, the only, son of his mother, and she was a widow, and a great, multitude of the city was with her. Whom when the Lord had seen, being moved with mercy towards her, said to her: Weep not. And he came near, and touched the bier. And they that carried it stood still. And he said: Young man, I say to thee, Arise. And he that was dead sat up,. and began to speak. And he delivered him to his mother. And there came a fear on them all; and they glorified God, saying: A great prophet is risen up amongst us, and God hath visited his people.

Why did Christ show compassion to this widow?

To convince us that God takes sorrowful and destitute widows under His protection; and is to them a consoler and helper; and to teach us to do the same. Woe, therefore, to those who oppress them and cause them to weep. The tears and cries of widows will ascend to God, who will terribly punish the injuries inflicted upon them. (Exod xxii. 22. 23.)

Christ had still other reasons for compassion, for He saw in this deceased youth the death of sinners, and in the afflicted mother the pain which the Church experiences at the spiritual loss of so many of her children. Should this not also awaken our sympathy since it wad the principal cause which moved our Saviour to compassion. I£ we are faithful children of our mother, the Church, it is impossible for us not to share her sorrow, and we would surely not be her children, if we could contemplate without sorrow the multitude who daily die the death of sin, and thus separated from the living body of Christ, hasten to eternal destruction. O let us with the Church unceasingly, ask Jesus, that He raise sinners from their spiritual death, enlighten those in error so that all recognize the truth, find, and walk the path Which leads to life !

Why did Christ say to the widow: Weep not?

He wished to moderate her excessive sorrow, and to teach us that we should not mourn for the loss of our relatives, like the heathens who have no hope of resurrection to eternal life. (Thess. iv. I a.) Resignation to the will of God, with prayer and good works, will be of more use to the dead than many tears.

What else do we learn from this gospel?

That no one, however young and healthy, will escape death, wherefore we should always be prepared to die.

INSTRUCTION CONCERNING DEATH

IF there were locked up in prison several hundred persons, on whom sentence of death had irrevocably been pronounced, yet who knew not the day or hour of their execution; if one after the other, and often he who least expected it, were taken out to be executed; would not each one's heart tremble, whenever the prison door opened? Now the irrevocable sentence of death is pronounced on us all; we are all locked up in our bodies, as in a prison; (Ps. cxiv. 8.) one after the other is called hence, yet we do not regard it. We live as though we could live forever; we think only of the body, but for the soul nothing is done, except that we load it with sins and vices.

Is this rational? The body will be food for worms, but the soul (without knowing when) will travel into the house of eternity, to which place she must bring treasures of good works, in order to live happy for ever. Who would, therefore, be so foolish as to care only for the body during life, and neglect the salvation of the soul?

O man, says St. Francis of Sales, (Phil. part. i. chap. 13.) represent to yourself in lively colors, that at your death the world will cease to exist with respect to you. In that last hour the pleasures, the vanities, the riches, the honors, the friendships, and all that was dear to you, will disappear before your eyes as so many shadows. O fool that I am! you will then say, for what trifles and fooleries have I lost all! On the contrary, piety, good works, penance, etc., will appear pleasant to you, and you will exclaim: O, why did I not travel on this blessed road? Then the sins which you now consider as mere trifles, will seem to you like mountains, and all that you thought you had accomplished as, great things, with regard to piety, will seem to you very little.

What terrible fear will then seize your soul, when she must travel alone into the bottomless abyss of eternity which, as St. Bernard says, devours all possible, imaginable ages, and of which St. Gregory says, that we can easier say what it is not than what it is. What terrors will befall her, when she must appear before the tribunal of that God whom she never really loved and honored in her life-time and before whom she must now give the strictest account, and hear an irrevocable and just sentence!

Should not these thoughts make an impression upon you? How can you escape this terrible future? By living now, as you would wish to have lived at the hour of death. Die daily with St. Paul by crucifying the flesh and its lusts and by voluntarily withdrawing your heart from the world, its pomps and vanities, before death will do this by violence.

RESOLUTION O world! because I cannot know the hour, in which I must leave you, I will not be attached to you. O you dear friends and relatives, you, too, I will in future love only with a holy inclination, directed to God, which will not cease with death, but remain forever. O Lord! help me, that I may die totally to myself and the world, and live only for Thee, and partake of eternal happiness.

INSTRUCTION ON THE CEREMONIES USED AT FUNERALS
Behold, a dead man was carried out, the only son of his mother, and a great multitude of the city was with her. (Luke vii. 12.)

OF these people who accompanied the funeral of the youth, we should learn to pay the last honors to the dead, and follow their bodies to the grave. This is a meritorious work, one pleasing to God, if it be not performed from vanity and self-interest, but for love of God and the deceased, with the charitable intention of assisting him by prayers. Therefore those do very wrong, who from worldly motives either omit this good work entirely, or during the funeral procession indulge in idle talk and deny the deceased even a short prayer.

Why is a cross carried before the corpse?

By this is indicated that the deceased during life professed Christ, died believing in Him, and hoping for resurrection through Him.

Why are lighted candles carried before the bier?

To represent the desire of the Church that the deceased through the grace of God may be received into eternal light. This custom is very ancient; wax-candles and torches, together with prayer and great solemnity were made use of at the burial of St. Cyprian who was beheaded for Christ's sake, in the year 258 after Christ. (Ruinart.)

Why are the coffin and the grave sprinkled with holy water?

In order, as St. Thomas of Aquin (Lib. iii. art. 21.) remarks, to implore God, on account of the prayers which the Church says when she blesses the water, that the souls of the faithful may be cleansed from all stains, and may receive consolation and refreshment in the tortures which they may still have to suffer.

Why are the body and the grave incensed?

By this the Church indicates that the deceased by his Christian vocation was a good odor of Christ, (ii Cor. ii. 14, 15.) and admonishes the faithful that their prayers should ascend like incense to heaven for the deceased.

Why are Psalms and other sacred canticles sung?

This is done to remind us of the teaching of St. Paul, (i Thess iv. 12.) not to be excessively sorrowful for the loss of the deceased, like the heathens who have no hope of eternal life. We also signify, thereby, that we congratulate the dead for the peace which they now enjoy. (Apoc. xiv. 13.) This custom, as St. Jerome shows, (Ep. 53.) is derived from the apostles, who interred St. Stephen, singing Psalms and hymns of praise.

Why are the bells rung?

To invite the faithful to the funeral and to pray for the dead who, during lifetime, was called very often by the same bells, prayed with and for us during religious worship, and who is not separated from us by death.

Why art the bodies of the faithful buried with the head towards the East, and those of the priests towards the West?

The faithful are buried towards the East, whence the sun rises, to indicate, that they are waiting for Christ who is called the Orient from on High, (Luke i. 78.) and whose voice they will hear at the end of the world, when He calls them to the resurrection; the priests towards the West, as a sign that on the day of judgment they will be placed opposite to the souls confided to them, to give an account of their charge and to bear judgment for or against them.

Why is a cross or monument erected aver the grave?

To show that the deceased was a follower of Christ, the Crucified, to admonish the passers-by to pray for him, and to remind us of the solemn moment of death.

Why is the body laid in consecrated ground?

This is done through reverence for the bodies of the dead which are, by baptism, temples of the Holy Ghost; to show that, even in death, they still belong to the communion of that holy Church, in which they were embodied during life by baptism, and to which they clung in faith even until death; to inspire the surviving with a holy fear lest they profane graves.

Why is the solemn funeral service of the Church denied to heretics?

Because they would not belong to the Church during life, and despised the holy customs and prayers of the Church for the dead. How should the blessing and prayer of the Church be useful in death to one who despised them during life.

Why does not the Church permit criminals and suicides to be buried on consecrated ground?

In order to express her horror for the crimes perpetrated by them, and to deter the faithful from committing similar actions.
