The California Assembly has been called to assemble like all State Assemblies nationwide, yet three times already The California Assembly has been dissolved. Why? Because individual people tried to lead the whole process astray.
We are now facing a similar challenge. Again.
This is precisely why the Summoning Authority exists and why the Federation is responsible for guiding and overseeing the assembling process --- to ensure that when you start out to create an American State Assembly, you reach your destination.
In good faith, I recently named additional Coordinators to assist Michelle Ford. Now, those same people who were established by my authority propose to act against that same authority.
I have taught you all the truth that there are many ways to declare your intentions and choices about your political status. You may declare it in your own words. You may record it via publication in a newspaper. Or in a court record. Or a State of State Land Recording Office or a County Recording Office. You can do this via the Global Family Bank's international Land Recording and Publishing Service. You can do this via the new Bucolic Law Recording Service.
It must be in writing. It must be published so that the public is given notice of your decision.
There is absolutely no requirement that you must declare, record, and publish via an Assembly Land Recording Office (LRO). This is as true for officers of an Assembly as it is for anyone else.
Now, these renegades who have acted in Breach of Trust are trying to pretend that they, people appointed by the Federation to act as Co-Coordinators in California, can establish different rules apart from the Public Law and enforce their opinions on other Californians, requiring them to declare, record, and publish on the Assembly LRO.
They further propose that, once appointed by the Federation, they cannot be removed for cause by the Federation.
They have been removed, for Cause.
When these individuals came forward to act as Co-Coordinators they were given simple instructions. Those instructions were to bury any hatchets and seize upon a new start and a clean slate. Make it a new day and work together to create an effective team of Coordinators for California.
Nobody raised any objection to this and they were allowed to proceed.
It soon became apparent that these individuals were not following instructions and were instead engaged in an effort to find an excuse --- any excuse -- to sideline and get rid of Michelle Ford.
This began with a vacuous claim that because she has had to travel to visit her children in another State, she wasn't really a Californian anymore. Then, against my instruction, they dredged up two incidents where mistakes were made in the past and tried to make something of those --- against my explicit instruction to leave the past in the past. And now this completely whackjob demand that Michelle and other people in The California Assembly be forced to meet "their" requirements and publish declaration paperwork on the California LRO.
These people clearly are hard of hearing and not concerned with doing things the right way. They want to impose non-existent limitations on how people can "officially" express their political status choices and define what constitutes such a declaration and recording and publishing process.
If this were allowed, the California LRO would quickly establish a monopoly and dictatorship based on access to the LRO and meeting the "requirements" of the LRO. Having once established coercive control over the means to declare, record and publish, they would have the power to decide who can be recognized as a Californian and who would be blackballed.
They are trying to run The California Assembly like a private club and not following the clear instructions provided to them --- so I fired them.
I instructed that their Coordinator credentials and Federation emails be shut down --- and all for Cause. It didn't have to be this way. They could have made other choices, but it is what it is.
Each assembly has a big job to do and it must be approached in a serious-minded and even-handed way if we are to restore our traditional public government in this country. If the Federation did not hold the line, we'd have fifty completely non-aligned, squabbling, self-interested little principalities ruled over by petty tyrants, instead of the egalitarian, peaceful, and familial government we are supposed to enjoy in this country.
Nothing these people do or say has any remaining official sanction. Nothing undertaken by them will be recognized by the Federation and no organization that they try to form or which they commandeer will be recognized as The California Assembly.
Michelle will be calling for new volunteers to assist her as Co-Coordinators. People who are obsessed with blame and past errors need not apply. People who want to disrupt progress while screaming about lack of it, need not apply. Anyone who feels that their own opinion is sacrosanct and that they can ignore our reasonable and customary Public Law, need not apply.
We don't need people who can't follow simple directions. We don't need people who deliberately and with malice aforethought create drama and controversy. We need people of even-temperament and good judgement who are willing to work in good faith toward a common beneficial goal --- restoring public government in California.
Please ignore the call for a "Special Meeting" these failed would-be Coordinators have put out via abuse of Assembly mailing lists after they were removed as Coordinators.
As things stand, Michelle Ford remains the only competent and recognized Coordinator in California. If you really want to help your State, Californians -- stand up and help her get the job done.
There is a need for a Coordinator Team. Maybe this is your wake up call to engage as a Coordinator and build that team.
All other Assemblies, take heed. Our Assemblies work within an established framework of laws and requirements. If you don't discipline yourselves to follow these requirements, you will end up with an invalid result and all your work will be for naught.
It is the Federation's job to make sure that doesn't happen in California or anywhere else.
