The battle of jurisdictions, fact against fiction, living flesh against corporations, truth versus lies, is in full swing. And we are all part of this "war" in the Jurisdiction of the Air, where belief is the battleground, and intellectual property is foisted off as factual interest, and people come perilously close to killing each other over literally nothing.
Strange, but true.
Not counting our remaining United States Silver Dollars and our new American Federation Dollar, there is no actual money.
Under international law and buried in Federal Code, see 31 USC 5118 (d) (2) and surrounding sections, the circulation of debt as a currency is a felony --- and yet, that is what these yahoos acting as our Federal Subcontractors and their State of State franchises and their "Agencies" have done since 1913.
What they have been using "as" money is not only worthless, it's actually a negative value.
Any time anyone demands payment in Federal Reserve Notes, they are demanding that you pay debt with more debt, an obvious act of racketeering and fraud.
Like being forced to give Cousin Vinny a "loan" you know he will never pay back, you are being forced to extend more and more and more of your credit to crooks. Because your credit is based on your assets, this means that more and more of your assets are being put at risk, too.
The same crooks established coercive monopolies on the money, the debt notes they used to enslave you at no cost to themselves, and on the transfer system used to exchange these "notes".
It's all fabricated and fraudulent, but you didn't stop to really think about it or investigate it, because you believed and were led to believe that it was "your" government doing all this.
See what we mean about a battle of beliefs?
Nobody told you that, no, ever since the so-called Civil War, this country has been illegally occupied by two foreign commercial corporations, government subcontractors in the business of providing "essential government services" --- acting under color of law and misrepresenting themselves as your actual government, while pulling the wool over your eyes in collusion with central banks.
Central banks are all in the business of rigging commodities. Money is just another commodity. Commodity rigging is, of course, unlawful and illegal, but since they were foisting off all this other bunko on us, these same governmental services corporations assumed that they had the power to license the central banks to rig commodities, too.
Got the picture? Two crooked foreign-owned and foreign-operated commercial corporations give permission (licenses) to crooked banks to commit crime. Isn't that sweet? They "legalized" commodity rigging, but they actually had no power of state to do any such thing. No actual state power and no delegated power to do it, either.
They also presumed the power to license "Medical Doctors" -- a "professional title" they just dreamed up and the power to register nurses to create "Registered Nurses" and the power to regulate and redefine and license other Occupations of Common Right.
They have no actual lawful or legal standing to do any of this. They are commercial corporations like EXXON and Burger King, International, Ltd.
You've been the targets of this gross scam, like your Fathers and Grandfathers and Great-Grandfathers before you, but bear in mind that the longevity of the crime doesn't matter. Fraud has no statute of limitation.
Fraud and attendant lies and misrepresentations have polluted and ruined all aspects of public and private life, not only in this country, but throughout most of the western world.
They rig their own corporate elections that are hosted by political parties ---lobbying groups that choose the candidates--- and nobody is arrested because the "elections" aren't really elections, either. They are popularity polls, instead. And twerking a popularity poll isn't illegal.
Are you all getting the drift? Criminals, actual criminals, have crept in under color of law, and illegally occupied your country and illegally seized control of the government bureaucracy. They've been chiseling you in gross breach of trust and violations of their service contracts ever since Lincoln.
You've been so loyal, so unquestioning, so law-abiding that the arrogant bastards have gotten used to talking about you like farm animals, "culling the herd", "getting rid of the useless eaters", and so on --- while they inflate the phony money supply and destroy your buying power, while they restrict the phony money supply and put you out of your jobs.
And all the while, they are just criminals, neck deep in fraud and Monopoly Money-- like Judge Patrick Hanley today, trying to brush off self-interested fraud as a difference of opinion.
Your faithful Fiduciary, one day after her husband's death, was summoned to appear -- with less than three days notice -- at an eviction hearing, where the worthless criminals offered to evict me from my house based on the idea that I was responsible for paying their property taxes.
Obviously, I didn't accept their offer.
Here's how they work it.
They send a clueless employee out to "assign" numbered street or road designations to sections of public road easements, for example, 2390 South Park Road. They use this as a device to illegally "latch" onto your actual adjacent private land parcel. They copyright their description -- their label -- and they also create and copyright other forms of fanciful land descriptions that are never based on any actual physical features -- for example, "Lot 12, Block 2, Birch Park Subdivision, Seward Meridian, Palmer, Alaska" --- which is nothing more than a copyrighted mapping scheme.
This has nothing to do with you or your actual land. It has to do with commercial corporations trying to force arbitrary undisclosed and unilateral "service contracts" on you and obligate you to pay them whatever they charge for whatever services they want to provide -- at your unquestioning expense.
They try to justify this gross strong-arm criminality on the concept of "the Greater Good" -- which simply means their unjust enrichment and their twisted vision of whatever they consider "good". Over the years the vermin have gotten away with so much for so long, that they are arrogant and shameless.
They summoned me because they were busy evicting a Federal PERSON named after me from their copyrighted map and vacant road easement.
Why should I care? I went to collect the prosecutor's bond, but, reliably, she had no bond --- and no validated claim, so I demanded immediate exoneration and dismissal of the matter.
They can delude themselves into believing that their names for things give them a legitimate ownership interest in actual physical assets --- but such is not the case.
If you call your dog "Riley" and someone else draws a cartoon based on your dog and calls the cartoon dog "Sputnik II", the actual dog is still yours, even if the cartoonist owns the copyright to "Sputnik II".
The same applies to the game they are playing with land assets in this country.
The now-defunct MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH, INC. copyrighted a map description of my land and called it, "Lot 12, Block 2, Birch Lake Subdivision, Seward Meridian, Palmer, Alaska" and they sold me this description (in my callow youth), and included the public road easement designator, 2390 South Park Road, under the False Pretense that this map was the land and their arbitrary copyrighted street name and number attached to the adjoining public road easement was part of the parcel they sold me.
This is called a "public interest encroachment" where these predatory commercial corporations pretending to be the government dupe people into accepting responsibility to pay their taxes for them, and also dupe them into believing that they bought land, when all they really bought -- and all that the MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH, INC. had to sell -- was a worthless fictional land title and a map.
The actual land is in a State Trust managed by foreigners and it can't actually be sold to anyone.
So all these incorporated "Counties" and "States" and "States of States" and "Boroughs" and "Municipalities" are engaged in a gigantic fraud and racketeering scheme, in which they pretend to sell something that doesn't belong to them --- the land assets of your State of the Union -- when what they are actually pawning off on you is a copyrighted map and a copyrighted label that they just drummed up out of thin air.
They sell you "Sputnik II" and pretend they sold you "Riley".
It gets worse. They don't actually sell you "Sputnik II" -- they license it to you under the condition that you pay their public road easement taxes for them and accept whatever "taxes" they want to assess for their "services" -- which of course, they determine with no actual contract and no actual set service fees.
When the MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH, INC. went bankrupt and was liquidated along with its parent corporation dba the UNITED STATES, the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustees sold off all this "intellectual property" -- the road easement names and numbers, the copyrighted map scheme -- to whoever and whatever would buy into the swindle and try to continue on as the new operators.
Of course, being wise to this by the time it was all going down, Grandma had taken action.
(1) I issued an Act of State clearly establishing my identity and political status and rejecting all attempts to change or redefine my birthright status; I explicitly expressed my trust as of the eighth day of July 2014 -- and thus, I and my assets came under the protection of the actual States of the Union and there is no equivocating about it;
(2) Next, I contacted the United States of America DEPARTMENT OF STATE and secured their "good faith and credit bond" -- which is a Guaranty Bond they have to issue in order to legalize their use of our assets for their benefit. I received this bond, # 15036455-3, signed by Secretary of State John F. Kerry on the twenty-sixth day of May in 2015. It guarantees my total exemption from levy and charges brought against me in the name of Federal Public Persons including PERSONS operated in my name. Read that -- if any public person -- meaning a Federal CORPORATION, such as "ANNA RIEZINGER" has a debt, the good faith and credit bond obligates them to pay it, no questions asked;
(3) I issued my Private Registered Indemnity Bond, AMR10001 RA 373-427-640 US package and lodged it in the U.S. Treasury 1789 Account, so even if the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA went bankrupt (which it did) any charges brought against Federal Public Persons operated under my name were still covered.
I presented these documents and the State of Alaska Land Recording of my reconveyed, re-surveyed actual physical land parcel which excludes any public road easement or other "attachments" and which I renamed "4711 Birch Wood Road" ---- to a man pretending to be a Judge operating something calling itself the DISTRICT COURT FOR THE STATE OF ALASKA -- and he claimed in open court that this was all just a difference of opinion, and he "offered" to evict me and to sign an order requiring the same by September 15th. I also fully informed this "COURT" that my husband was dead and I was in possession of his estate and his equal protection.
So, according to Judge Patrick Hanley's version of reality, he has the right to impose a "tax sale" of his corporation's fictitious intellectual property asset consisting of a copyrighted map and a label applied to a vacant public road easement, and misapply the consequences to me.
He proposed to evict me from my fully paid off and independent parcel --- all based on the False Claim in Commerce that a Federal PERSON called "ANNA RIEZINGER" owed "property taxes" and that was my responsibility, long, long after I washed my hands, discovered the fraud, claimed my land, claimed my exemption from levy, reconveyed everything to the actual State Trust, gave notice and record of this to the State of Alaska, provided an actual physical survey of my land and soil, claimed the underlying United States Land Patent, and established the identity and nature of true Debtors on the records of the State of Alaska, as well as my position as the true and preferential Creditor of the whole shebang.
Okay, folks, this is what I have dug up about the "DISTRICT COURT FOR THE STATE OF ALASKA, INC and the rest of the fictional players engaged in this filthy international crime and con game:

These are all foreign commercial corporations actively and collusively engaged in fraud, racketeering, assault under force, inland piracy, illegal confiscation and phony taxation claims on American soil; these scams are being deployed against Americans in Gross Breach of Trust and in violation of the Public Law and International Commercial Law.
As I fully informed "Judge" Patrick Hanley this morning, that little girl, Anna Maria Riezinger, who was born on the land and soil of Wisconsin so many years ago, is exempt from levy and not responsible for any charges brought against any Federal Public Persons operated in her name by commercial or municipal corporations of any stripe.
Commercial law follows the old Roman Maxim, "Let him who will be deceived, be deceived." --- I was not deceived and took appropriate action to make sure that my exemption from levy was officially guaranteed and indemnified prior to the bankruptcies. That is not just a "difference of opinion".
The Perpetrators making this "offer" to evict me and making these False Claims in Commerce to the effect that I could or ever did owe any "taxes" to the MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH, INC. were fully informed on the public record of their own private COURT, so they are 100% individually and personally and commercially liable.
I am issuing an Arrest Order as an actual State Justice (Alaska has been officially enrolled as a State of the Union since October 1st 2020) for the arrest, apprehension, and prosecution of the Offenders listed above. It will be a Joint Arrest Order issued in tandem with the appropriate international commercial court judges, supported and enforced under Martial Law.
As I write, President Trump has ordered full scale military intervention in several major American cities which have been run as criminal cabal operations for the better part of a century and a half. The so-called "District" Courts of all flavors, which are not authorized to function outside the District of Columbia nor supposed to address rank and file Americans, together with the corrupt Bar Association members and other perpetrators running these scams, are being shut down.
The Alaska Department of Public Safety is being provided with a copy of this International Public Notice and will be provided with a complete packet including the Foreign Court Order for enforcement upon my signature and that of my international commercial court counterparts.
It's time for these phonies to suck wind. I expect that by Monday, the British Territorial forces under President Trump will be declaring "victory" in their police actions against the grossly corrupt commercial corporations masquerading as "our" city governments. We intend that they will be circumspect and obey the law themselves and not try to foist off a British Territorial "Republic" -- which would be nothing but another substitution fraud.
In these wild, turbulent times it is more necessary than ever that we join together, know who we are, and take appropriate action. The average Americans reading this are the legitimate inheritors of this great country, and the only actual source of government.
