International Public Notice: The Company Store Country

Imagine the silliness of thinking that a piece of paper could ever be worth an hour of your life?  It's loony tunes.  

Yet, for billions of people caught in the monopoly interests of the banks, this is reality. They are forced to keep chasing the "almighty buck" even knowing it is worthless, even knowing that even if it were solid gold coinage, yes, even actual money would still be comparatively worthless and inequitable. 

Why?  Because you can't compare a piece of paper, a gold coin, or any other object to an hour of life. Ask a millionaire who is dying.

Money is a game and it's a lie.  So, why enslave ourselves and consign our common future to nonsense?  Everything and anything that we have traded is something that was already ours.

In this country, a private consortium of banks calling itself "the Federal Reserve"  -- not even a government -- issued "debt notes" representing "government debt" and uses it as a private, monopolized currency known as a "bank scrip". 

Where have we heard that word "scrip" before?  During the Industrial Revolution, miners and others involved in industrial resource extraction work and factory workers were paid in "company scrip" -- basically coupons that could be exchanged for goods at the "company store".  

With a captured consumer market and control of the "value" printed on the monopolized scrip, abuses soon developed.  Goods available at the Company Store often cost several times more than the same goods on the open market.  And if the workers could live on what the company paid them, they became indebted to the Company Store.  

Once that happened, they couldn't leave the factory or mining job until they finished paying off this debt.  They were coerced into this system by their employer and victimized by this monopoly interest crime.  They were effectively enslaved. 

This is what Tennessee Ernie Ford was talking about in his iconic song, "16 Tons".  Remember the line, "I owe my soul to the company store"?  That song was written in 1948 by Merle Travis.  It wasn't about coal miners in the nineteenth century.  It was about coal miners in Kentucky just after the Second World War. 

Now imagine a whole country, this country, managed according to the same model?  A monopolized sole-source scrip, the Federal Reserve Note, issued by a Municipal Corporation calling itself variously, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.   A captive work force.  Being taxed to pay "government" debt, but which government are we talking about?  

The British Territorial Government operating as "the United States of America, Incorporated" --- a Federal services vendor.  Not America.  Not the actual unincorporated Federation of States called The United States of America.  

There you have the Federal Reserve System in a nutshell.  They used the same Company Store model used by Cecil Rhodes in South Africa, and secretly insinuated it in the confusion during and after the so-called American Civil War -- right here in America. 

They profited unjustly by misidentifying Americans as U.S. Citizens and/or citizens of the United States, misapplying all their taxes and mortgages to us, while purloining our assets as collateral backing all their "government" debts.  

But those promoting these acts and assumptions, aren't really a government at all.  

They are government services vendors, one a British Territorial Commercial Corporation, and the other, a Municipal Corporation calling itself some variety of "United States, Inc.". 

The Municipal Federal Reserve System was bankrupted in 2009, but its evil has lingered, and neither the people of this country or the people of other countries victimized by the British Empire responsible for this have ever received any of the remedies used to "legalize" this illegal bull crap.  

Even now, the Trump Administration is selling "badges" to identify loyal Tories and are trying to limit wealth distributions owed as restitution to all Americans enslaved by their corporations to their friends and cronies identified as U.S. Citizens, while at the same time, ripping off even their friends and cronies.  

Let me say this again, clearly, succinctly -- Trump Administration is trying to limit restitution to U.S. Citizens, but U.S. Citizens were not the only or even primary victims of this vile and illegal and unlawful scam. 

The American people as a whole bore the brunt of this and everyone born in this country or naturalized to it, deserves not only their share, but their full share.  

Which brings us to the second point of ripping off even their friends and cronies.  The Trump Administration proposes to return a few thousand dollars as restitution for the enslavement of millions over the course of the past 150 years.  They are offering this piddling "settlement" without disclosure, betting that their ignorant employees and political supporters will take this "offer" and leave billions sitting on the table for the Perps to swallow up as a "private matter". 

Get a clue, Gents, it's not private.  The crimes of the Committee of 300 and the British Empire and the Roman Pontiff are fully known.  All those people stuck loading 16 ton of number nine coal are due their remedy and recompense, too.  Not just the officers of the King's Navy who happened to be born here. 

Those who were and are owed Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemptions and who were never allowed to exercise this option---  that is, debt swaps to offset any tax or public mortgage obligations, are all owed full remedy and restitution, plus interest. 

Either that, or the whole Federal Reserve System has to be recognized as an illegal criminal monopoly conspiracy and the Federal Reserve Note recognized as an illegal currency, since 1934.

Now, we are told that the Federal Reserve has been absorbed into the U.S. Treasury and all sorts of collateral and assets have been discovered.  This is another ruse, trying to cast off the blame and the cost and the responsibility on the customer -- the U.S. Treasury -- and bilk the American people, again, by introducing "new owners" who are saddled with the undisclosed debts of the old owners -- whether they know it or not. 

This is the same ruse that George Washington and George II pulled on the Lenape and Delaware Natives, who had a firm treaty from the King, promising not to colonize beyond the Cumberland Gap. As soon as Geo. Washington, the largest landowner in America saw the land lying beyond the Cumberland Gap, he cut a deal with his Cousin, George II, to become the New Owners.  

This ploy is used over and over again.  However, since the British Crown has been at sea since 1702, they were and are acting as pirates, and under the International Law of the Sea, possession by pirates does not change ownership.  King George II and his descendants owe the Delaware and Lenape settlement in gold.  

The New Owners didn't owe the treaty obligation but George II did. 

Furthermore, in this present instance, giving over the assets of the American people that the Federal Reserve purloined along with the debts the Federal Reserve accrued against those assets to the U.S. Government headed by Donald Trump in no way settles the debt owed to rank and file Americans, nor does it achieve justice.  

Perhaps 10-12% of the assets purloined as collateral by the Federal Reserve belonged to U.S. Government and "United States" citizens ---- all the rest of the loot belongs to the American public, the people who are native to the States of the Union.  

The Crown Estate owes all of us the return of our Given Names and the copyrights they purloined, all the land titles they created when they illegally and immorally seized upon our land and trespassed on our soil under conditions of non-disclosure and color of law. It also owes us the return of our gold and silver, which was cashiered and used as collateral for their spending and luxuries and war-mongering through two World Wars and countless smaller incursions. 

This is not a debt owed by the British people who have been harmed as much and more than we Americans have been.  This is not a debt owed by any average man or woman in any of the countries that have been subjected to this heinous and illegal and unlawful and immoral scam which has promoted both peonage and enslavement under the Company Store model promoted and implemented by the British Empire.  

It has been suggested that we should be "emancipated" because we were enslaved by these criminals, but in fact, we are not slaves.  We were born free men and women and we still are and we always were.  Their gross betrayal of trust, their dishonor and disgrace, their violation of their service contracts, does not change who we are nor does it change what we are owed.  

Our freedom.  Our assets.  Our good names.  Our full share.  The return of our homes and lands seized to pay debts we never owed, is first and foremost, along with the payment of our credit, and return of our gold and silver. 

The debts of the Federal Reserve like the debts of the Inner City of London and the Roman Pontiff cannot be passed on to new owners. 

The assets have to be returned and the debts repaid as prepaid credit.  

We are launching the Heritage Dollar -- our prepaid credit currency. This currency is based on actual goods and services already paid in inequitable exchange for "Federal Reserve Notes" that have never been paid.  

This credit is humongous and already on the books, more than sufficient to discharge all National Debts, all mortgages, all credit card debts, all property taxes, and similar debts accrued under the Company Store model. 

Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents. 

We suggest that Mr. Trump and others who are responsible for returning the wealth of America to all Americans born in this country or lawfully naturalized in this country to the actual owners -- not only U.S. Citizens.  

No badges required.  

We have "returned" home despite all the efforts of the foreign bureaucrats to illegally ignore our standing on these issues.  

We claim our freedom, our Good Names, our land and our soil, our American Admiralty Law, our souls.  

If anyone had cause to argue or protest against the self-evident truth, they had seven (7) years of Due Process to enter their objections.  This protest period closed in 2014.  

The crimes of criminals do not surprise us.  The crimes of ordinary men against their fellow man are what surprise us.  When we should join in common cause to eradicate the common enemies of humanity, too often we try to "interpret" our way out of what is simply true. 

The Truth is that we have been robbed and grossly disserved by our Federal Service Contractors.  Their Principals are responsible for this.  Shifting the ownership of the Federal Reserve to the U.S. Treasury cannot be interpreted as dissolving the responsibility of the Principals, nor can it be used as an excuse for withholding remedies owed to the American people. 

Take notice and be advised.  We are exercising our prepaid credit and we have already issued our American monetary standards. The American Federation Dollar and the Heritage prepaid credit are both being launched and both are based on physical assets owed to us, as well as repayment owed for actual labor and services performed.

Mr. Trump --- an illegal and unlawful monopoly of both currency and commodity markets, coupled with a transfer monopoly in the banking industry, and illegal and unlawful securitization of living flesh, must be brought to an end with no more funny business. 

No more False Claims.  No more False Pretenses.  No more veiled undisclosed "offers" seeking to purloin settlement of debts that are also undisclosed.

The States of the Union are here.  The People are here.  We never left.  We claim our debts, our credits, and our heritage.  We claim our Good Names and our freedom, not just "liberty" from the King's Navy.  We claim our land and soil, and we order our Federal Employees to stand down, cease and desist from any other legal presumptions or claims to the contrary. 

Take notice. This claim is fully stated in the public records and corroborated fully in correspondence over the past 27 years.  

We are and we were always owed good faith service. 

Make it so.

Granna Bytes: The Final Word on Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation

While everyone knew "pay for play" was the order of the day in the Clinton Whitehouse and had no reason to expect any better when Hillary Clinton came to hold the Office of the United States Secretary of State, the reality was hidden behind a fence of entrenched corruption.  

Imagine the scene.  The U.S. Senate hearing has lasted longer than anyone thought it would.  There's a mad flurry as reporters and aides and lawyers are all in motion.  Hillary Clinton sits alone at a table in the front of the room.  Nobody, not even her own lawyers, look at her. 

Everyone is intent on getting heard or getting out, one of the two. 

Hillary sits alone, strangely isolated in all the activity, like a stage prop or empty podium left behind.  She is motionless. She stares at nothing.  Only C-SPAN, too old to be noticed, keeps the camera running --- not focused on her exactly, but still scanning the front of the room that Kash Patel exited a minute before.   

He did his job.  Boy, did he.  When he was done, the only question still lingering in the air was about an "ongoing" investigation related to the Epstein files.  Everything else had been placed methodically on the table, face up, unredacted.  

The pile of evidence is more than enough to convict Hillary Clinton and members of her staff and various other parties of felony level crimes from here to breakfast and back.  Not just the Russiagate Hoax, not just the hidden servers, not just the pay for play.  Patel brought a whole room full of evidence that had been hurriedly stuffed into "burn bags" at the FBI and then, miraculously, not burned. 

Someone, somewhere in the FBI, maybe one Agent, maybe just a File Clerk with access to an incinerator, took a detour in the maze-like building, dumped all those burn bags in an empty room, locked it, and left.  We will probably never know who, but someone did that, and because they did, the Truth has been preserved.  The whole Truth.  

Cynically, I could say --- what do you know, the FBI covered its butt. 

Just the same, someone risked their career.  Given the Clinton family history of mysterious deaths and disappearances, they risked more than their career.  Hats off.  

Granna hopes to hear the Truth about Benghazi, too, before this horrorshow is over.  She remembers our man in Benghazi getting butt-raped to death in the street.  She remembers General Carter Ham trying to rescue him.  She remembers the scum protecting Hillary Clinton. She remembers the serial numbers on the missiles.  

It all has to come out, like pus from a wound.   

Not just felony charges for contempt of court or destruction of evidence, no.  That's not the end of this story, nor any fitting summation of the crimes the Clintons, together, committed in and out of office for forty years, because to be fair, their crime spree began in Arkansas, long before Hickery and Dickery hit the Big Time in DC.  

Also to be fair, the Clintons didn't build the Machine of Corruption in DC.  It was already built and humming along and had been in full tilt operation for six generations before them.  They just showed up and made it their own.  

No, the Final Word, no matter what else comes up, like turds breaking free from a compost grinder, will be: corruption.  

What we are seeing is just the least of it, the beginning of it.  This is the "soft stroke" of a  cat's paw with claws visible, but retracted. Patel can sit back and let the evidence speak, which is what he will do.  Once that evidence has spoken for itself, Patel will release the second strike, claws extended.  

Hillary knows this.  Bill knows this. Treason charges could be supported on the basis of what Patel has exposed already, but it would be a weak case.  That's why he isn't bringing treason charges based on this evidence.  Patel is bringing the lesser charges to the Senate Committee -- charges that will disgrace Hillary Clinton in public, and put her in an orange jumpsuit, but not require a death sentence. 

That will come later, when her image is already debased, when the Democrats who supported her and Bill for decades finally have to face the facts and take responsibility.  

The more serious charges will come in the form of the Benghazi revelations and arms smuggling charges in front of a Military Tribunal --- and whatever else arises from the Epstein investigation --- which probably entails far more than illicit arms sales and leaks of National Security information.  

Remember those Clinton Foundation "rescue" operations in Haiti?  All the kids that disappeared?

First Sunday In Lent

This Sunday is called Invocabit, because the Introit of the Mass begins with this word, which is taken from the ninetieth psalm, wherein we are urged to confidence in God, who willingly hears the prayer of the penitent:

INTROIT He shall call upon me, and I will hear him; I will deliver him, and glorify him; I will fill him with length of days. (Ps. XC. 15-16.) He that dwelleth in the aid of the Most high shall abide under the protection of the God of heaven. (Ps. XC. 1.) Glory be to the Father, etc.

COLLECT O God who dost purify Thy Church by the yearly fast of Lent; grant to Thy household that what we strive to obtain from Thee by abstinence, by good works we may secure. Through our Lord, etc.

EPISTLE (II. Cor. VI. 1-10) Brethren, we exhort you that you receive not the grace of God in vain. For he saith: In an acceptable time have I heard thee, and in the day of salvation have I helped thee. Behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now, is the day of salvation. Giving no offence to any man, that our ministry be not blamed: but in all things let us exhibit ourselves as the ministers of God; in much patience, in tribulations, in necessities, in distresses, in stripes, in prisons, in seditions, in labors, in watchings, in fastings, in chastity, in knowledge, in long-suffering, in sweetness, in the Holy Ghost, in charity unfeigned, in the word of truth, in the power of God, by the armor of justice on the right hand, and on the left, by honor and dishonor, by evil report, and good report; as deceivers, and yet true; as unknown, and yet known; as dying, and behold we live; as chastised, and not killed; as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as needy, yet enriching many; as having nothing, and possessing all things.

EXPLANATION The Church very appropriately reads on this day this epistle of St. Paul, in which he exhorts the Christians to make use of the time of grace. A special time of grace is Lent, in which everything invites to conversion and penance, a time, therefore, in which God is ready to make rich bestowal of His graces. St. Anselm says, those do not use the grace who do not cooperate. Let us, therefore, follow St. Paul's exhortation, and earnestly practise those virtues he places before us, and especially those of temperance, patience, chastity, liberality, love of God and of our neighbor. Let us arm ourselves with the arms of justice at the right and the left, that is, let us strive to be humble in prosperity and in adversity, confident of God's help. Let us never be led from the path of virtue, by mockery, contempt, nor by persecution, torments, or death.

ASPIRATION Grant, O Jesus, that we may always faithfully cooperate with Thy graces, and employ well the time Thou hast again given for our salvation.

GOSPEL (Matt. IV. 1-11.) At that time, Jesus was led by the Spirit into the desert, to be tempted by the devil. And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterwards he was hungry. And the tempter coming, said to him: If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. Who answered and said: It is written: Not in bread alone doth man live, but in every word that proceedeth from the mouth of God. Then the devil took him up into the holy city, and set him upon the pinnacle of the temple, and said to him: If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down; for it is written: He hath given his angels charge over thee, and in their hands shall they bear thee up, lest perhaps thou dash thy foot against a stone. Jesus said to him: It is written again: Thou shaft not tempt the Lord thy 'God. Again the devil took him up into a very high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; and said to him: All these will I give thee, if, falling down, thou wilt adore me. Then Jesus said to him: Begone, Satan, for it is written, The Lord thy God shaft thou adore, and him only shaft thou serve. Then the devil left him; and behold, angels came, and ministered to him.

INSTRUCTION

I. Christ went into the desert by the inspiration of the Holy Ghost to prepare by fasting and prayer, for His mission, and to endure the temptations of Satan, that, as St. Paul says, He might be one tempted in all things such as we are, without sin, and so become for us a High-priest who knew how to have compassion on our infirmities, (Heb. IV. 15.) and to show us by His own example, how we should, armed with the word of God, as with a sword, overcome the tempter. (Eph. VI. 17.) – Let us, therefore, courageously follow Christ to the combat against all temptations, with His assistance it will not be hard to conquer them. He has certainly taught us to overcome the hardest ones: the lust of the eyes, of the flesh, and the pride of life, and if we overcome these, it will be easy to conquer the rest.

II. If Christ, the only Son of God, permitted Himself to be tempted by Satan, even to be taken up on a high mountain, and to the pinnacle of the temple, it should not appear strange to us, that we are assailed by many temptations, or that we should find in the lives of so many saints that the evil spirit tormented them by various images of terror and vexation. This we find in the history of the pious Job, where we also find at the same time, that the evil spirit cannot harm a hair of our head without God's permission.

III. From the coming of the angels to minister to Christ, after He had conquered Satan, we see that all who bravely resist temptations, will enjoy the assistance and consolations of the heavenly spirits.

INSTRUCTION ON TEMPTATION

To be tempted by the devil. , (Matt. IV. I.)

What is a temptation?

A  temptation is either a trial for instruction and exercise in virtue, or a deception and incitement to sin. In the first sense, God tempts man; in the second, he is tempted by the devil, the world or bad people, and the flesh, by evil thoughts, feelings, words, or work.

By what are we principally tempted?

By our own evil concupiscence and inclination to sin which adhere to us through original sin, (Fam. I. 14.) on account of which it is said, that the flesh lusteth against the spirit. (Gal. V. 17.)

Does the devil also tempt us?

He does, and is therefore called, in this day's gospel, the tempter. St. Peter teaches us this, having himself experienced it: Be sober and watch: because your adversary the devil, as a roaring-lion, goeth about, seeking whom he may devour. (I Peter V. 8.) Not all temptations are to be ascribed to the devil, however, they often come from our own corrupt nature, our own incautiousness, or looseness of our senses, by which we expose ourselves to the danger of falling into sin.

How does the devil tempt us to sin?

In a twofold manner: He incites the concupiscence of man to those sins to which he sees him inclined, and then seeks to blind and confuse his imagination, so that he neither reflects, nor properly sees the temporal injury, disgrace, and derision, nor the shamefulness of sin and its eternal punishment. Thus the devil seduced Eve, our first mother, and thus he tempted Christ, with whom he could not, of course, succeed, for He was incapable of sin. He tempts bad people to persecute us, or to try us by their wicked vanities, as he did by the friends of Job.

Can the devil force us to evil?

He cannot; “for as a chained dog,” says St. Augustine, "can bite none but those who go near him, so the devil cannot harm with his temptations those who do not consent to them. Like the dog he can bark at you, but cannot bite you against your will.” Not by force but by persuasion Satan strives to injure, he does not force our consent, but entreats it. Seek, therefore, to subdue your passions and your senses, especially your eyes, and you will either remain free from all temptations, or easily overcome them.

Does God also tempt us?

God does indeed tempt us, but not to sin, as St. James expressly teaches. (Fam. I. 13.) God either Himself proves us by sufferings and adversities, or He permits the temptations of the devil or evil-minded people to give us opportunity to practise the virtues of love, patience, obedience, etc. Thus He said to the Jews through Moses: The Lord your God trieth you, that it may appear whether you love him with all your heart, and with all your soul, or no. (Deut. XIII. 3.)

Does God permit us to be tempted by man also?

He does, and for the same reasons. Thus He permitted the chaste Joseph to be tempted by Putiphar's wife; (Gen.XXXIX. 7.) Job by his wife and his friends. (Job II. 9.) But He never permits us to be tempted beyond our strength, but gives us always sufficient grace to overcome and even to derive benefit from the temptation. (I Cor. X. 13.)

Are temptations pernicious and bad?

No; they are useful and necessary, rather. “Hard is the fight,” St. Bernard writes, “but meritorious, for although it is accompanied by suffering, it is followed by the crown;”

(Apoc. III. 12.) and Origen says. (Libr. Num.) “As meat becomes corrupt without salt, so does the soul without temptations.” Temptations, then, are only injurious when consent is given, and we suffer ourselves to be overcome by them.

When do we consent to temptations?

When we knowingly and willingly decide to do the evil to which we are tempted; as long as we resist we commit no sin.

What are the best means of overcoming temptations?

Humility; for thus answered St. Anthony, when he saw the whole earth covered with snares, and was asked "Who will escape?" "The humble;" he who knows his own frailty, distrusts himself, and relies only on God who resists the proud and gives His grace to the humble; (Dam. IV. 6.) the fervent invocation of the Mother of God, of our holy guardian angels and patron saints; the pronouncing of the holy name of Jesus, making the sign of the cross, sprinkling holy water; the remembrance of the presence of God who knows our most secret thoughts, and before whom we are indeed ashamed to think or do that which would cause us shame in the presence of an honorable person; frequent meditation on death, hell, and eternal joys; fleeing from all those persons by whom, and places in which we are generally tempted; fervent prayers, especially ejaculations, as:

"Lord, save me, lest I perish! Lord, hasten to help me!" finally, the sincere acknowledgment of our temptations at the tribunal of penance, which is a remedy especially recommended by pious spiritual teachers.

PRAYER O Lord Jesus! who spent forty days in the desert without food or drink, and didst permit Thy self to be tempted by the evil spirit, give me, I beseech Thee by that holy fast, the grace to combat, during this holy season of Lent, under Thy protection, against intemperance, and to resist the suggestions of Satan that I may win the crown of eternal life. Amen.
