By Anna Von Reitz
The American people are living people and operate as Lawful Persons.
United States citizens of any kind are Legal Persons.
They live under a "condition of personhood".
This means that they have agreed to operate as indentured servants for a term of time ("tour of duty") or as slaves (bonded men) or as elected or appointed officials of corporations providing government services. So they adopt artificial personas, offices, and titles:
Mister, Mayor, Congressman, Sheriff, Agent, Alderman, Clerk, Registered Nurse, Medical Doctor, Esquire.....
Citizenship means that you have an obligation to serve some form of government (national, territorial, municipal... etc.)
So do you have an obligation to serve a government or not? And if so, which government? If so, which duties do you have to perform?
This is not a trick question. You have many types of government that you may or may not serve.
In the British system, people are assumed to be "Taxpayers" --- British Merchant Marine Warrant Officers who collect taxes for the King. In the American Government, you may serve your State or your County.
In every country on Earth, you may serve as a Post Master or Postmaster, when you handle mail and apply stamps, etc. You may also function as a banker when you exchange currencies for commodities, keep accounting ledgers, or transfer money.
Lawful Persons operate under Law; legal persons operate under codes, regulations, and statutes.
Different countries have different traditions. Some countries, particularly those hosting traditional monarchies, enslave the people from birth, obligating them to pay the debts of the government and donate their labor to the government, including military service.
In America, Americans born in one of the States of the Union have no citizenship obligations and cannot choose to adopt any citizenship obligations until they reach the age of 21.
If you are a British Subject you are immediately seized upon at birth as chattel property backing the British Crown; the Crown takes out a copyright on your name, and uses that to latch upon all your other assets. Your land goes into a trust benefiting the Queen or King, the value of your labor is "securitized" to back the common currency, you are pretty much obligated to pay any taxes, fees, or licenses presented to you, your performance obligations (to pay the debts of the government as a "taxpayer" and provide military service, etc.) is bonded and forced.
Other countries have other customs and traditions about citizenship and its obligations, but from the foregoing, it's easy to see the great advantage that the British Crown has had over the British people, and the "legal" but ultimately unlawful means they have employed to extract the wealth and energy of the British people for their own wars for profit and to pay taxes actually owed by the Crown.
This is also probably the reason for the lies that have become the stock and trade of the British Governments and Agents over the course of the past 300 years. While talking endlessly about freedom and democracy, they support neither. While trying to convince their victims that their victims are free, they will even sing Yankee Doodle and play lip-service to "American idealism" --- while stealing the bumpkins among us blind and using "private security forces" to replace local sheriffs.
Are you ever obligated to act as a citizen in America?
No, you are not.
That is the fundamental freedom you enjoy, to never be a slave to your own government, to have and own your private property, and enjoy the benefit of your own labor.
It should, however, not come as a surprise to learn that in view of the massive benefit potential to the Crown, millions of Americans have been misidentified as British Territorial U.S. Citizens and also, therefore, as British Subjects ---- and all those Americans have been seized upon in the way described above, and all their assets have been seized upon (illegally, immorally, and in violation of the already existing British Crown Service Contract known as The Constitution of the United States of America) by the British Crown.
For Americans: If you didn't know that you have been misidentified as both a British Subject and a Municipal (Roman) citizen of the United States, it's high time that you set the record straight and reclaimed your birthright status as an American State National.
Exercise your right to expatriate from British Territorial U.S. Citizenship under the Expatriation Act of 1868 and that automatically destroys any presumption of Municipal citizenship of the United States, because that additional obligation depends on the existence of a British Territorial Estate Trust and does not attach to Americans.
Go to: https://tasa.americanstatenationals.org/ to join your State Assembly.
Go to: https://globalfamilygroup.com/lrps/ for your new bank account and services as well as to claim your birthright as an American.
Go to: https://bucoliclivinglaw.com/ for publishing your individual land patents and to correct your political status "back" to being a plain old American.
All other countries have differing citizenship customs and laws and traditions; you will have to dig deep into the early immigration and naturalization laws and customs and may have to invoke the traditions of tribal governments to establish your birthright status.
Each country will be different, but everyone can use our international land recording services to record and publish their individual claim to their nationality and status as one of the living people --- apart from being a citizen of any kind.
We suggest that everyone signs up for a bank account with our America-chartered Global Family Banks and secure your lawful birthright political status recording at the same time. We encourage all Americans who have been misidentified as foreign citizens to check in with your State Assembly and support it.
