Our Position on "Indigenous Land Claims" Under Ecclesiastical Law: Pillar Three

As noted in Pillar One and Pillar Two of this brief rebuttal and objection to the land settlements proposed under the so-called Pactum de Singularis Caelum: under Ecclesiastical Law, there is no recognition of any "indigenous" versus "non-indigenous" people.  

The only distinction between people under Ecclesiastical Law is the distinction between the children of Satan and the children of Eve.  

All other labels applied by men seeking to create new or different groups by conceptualizing people in terms of race or religion or cultural background or any other basis of identity are merely legal fictions (lies). 

The contest between the two actual groups is established and fully delineated in the Book of Genesis, and is rooted in nature and genetic heritage.  

Despite endless attempts to create what appear to be other groups of people via a process of labeling and relabeling, there remain only these two groups -- the children of Eve and the children of Satan -- and the contest between them has already been decided, despite determined efforts by the losers to overturn and marginalize the decisive victory at Golgotha.  

Thus there are in fact no "indigenous people" separated from "non-indigenous people" and no valid land claims can be attached to fictions (lies). This remains true under Ecclesiastical Law, Natural Law, and Roman Civil Law. 

The resulting Pactum de Singularis Caelum is merely a self-interested attempt to usurp control of the land jurisdiction owed to all the children of Eve, while maintaining the benefits of a corrupt and vicious system of enslavement, partisanship, and colonialism promoted under a new brand name. 

The Perpetrators seek to serve themselves by enriching those who are already enslaved to them ---and already obligated to pay them tribute. 

Having demonstrated the true nature of the only actual difference between people --- being children of Satan or children of Eve --- and having observed the outcome of the contest for custodianship of this planet over three thousand years ago (not two thousand as the Liars would have it) we demand that the outcome at Golgotha must be honored and the Liars must be removed. 

Similar issues of Fraud (Lies) apply to the Doctrine of Discovery, conferring special arbitrary privileges on Christian Monarchs and tribes owing tribute to Rome, and more excuses for rebranding the Colonialism that results from these practices. 

The same issues apply to the fictional creation of "indigenous" people, the Pactum de Singularis Caelum predicated on this fiction, and the creation and misadministration of such legal fictions in the form of corporations throughout the world. 

A similar theme of continued colonialism and enslavement under a different brand name exists in the effort to form a "new' global government composed of legal fiction entities -- corporations and corporation franchises, which also function as slaves owned and controlled by the Perpetrators of these schemes. 

In this, our Pillar Three presentation, we review the fraud under Ecclesiastical Law promoted by the process of creating corporate and incorporated entities which are again, legal fictions, created for the purposes of trade and commerce. 

As all these things, like the concept of "indigenous people" are fictional and arbitrary in nature, the end result of invoking them is fraud; using them as an excuse to claim property, or coercive power over living people, or any other unlawful activity, is strictly forbidden under Ecclesiastical Law.  

In recent days an attempt has been fostered to again redefine the Roman tribute system and colonialism in terms of despotism enforced by corporations that are themselves the slaves and creatures of fictitious entities that are owned, ultimately, by the Roman Curia and the Pope.  

The same principle of enriching the Perpetrators by enriching those enslaved to the Perpetrators, has been followed, whether the slaves are tribes of people arbitrarily labeled "indigenous" or corporate entities given form out of thin air. 

At this time, the sacred government and hierarchy of the Roman Catholic Church and the veiled Roman hierarchy of its secular administration are being rebranded as the United Nations and UN CORP respectively. 

A new form of Corporate Feudalism is being developed by the Perpetrators in the form of associations of corporations, most notably, those corporations that are members of the World Economic Forum.  

Under Ecclesiastical Law, all such organizations, either Corporate or Incorporated, are legal fictions and subject matter of the Air Jurisdiction -- required to perform in a lawful manner as a condition of their existence. 

A pernicious and quite purposeful and prolonged failure to prosecute these corporations for crimes committed against the Public -- particularly crimes resulting in unjust enrichment for the Perpetrators of these schemes and equally unjust coercive power -- has resulted in the creations attempting to overturn their creators in violation of Ecclesiastical Law, Natural Law, and Roman Civil Law.  

Whether we are discussing the fiction of "indigenous people" and the Pactum resulting from it, or the fiction of "Australia, Incorporated" and the imaginary association of these legal fictions in the equally fictional World Economic Forum, we are dealing with lies.  

And lies have no standing in the factual world. 

The only people now having any right, standing, provenance, or interest in the Earth and the resources thereof, are the children of Eve; it follows that there are no rights, standing, provenance, or interests available to the children of Satan, to which we add all of Satan's legal fictions and other lies.   

These "thought children" are progeny of Satan in a different sense than the physical progeny of Satan and Eve, and are lesser manifestations; as we have seen, the victors in the primordial contest are the children of Eve, so it doesn't matter that Satan has conceived all these thought "children" of a different and lesser substance; they are all his progeny by creation and nature, and all disqualified. 

They cannot inherit, they cannot dispose of, they cannot reclaim, and they cannot dictate the fate of anything on this planet. It's not theirs, and this has already been decided.   They cannot give our assets to their slaves as payment for their debts, whether those slaves are tribal nations or corporations.  

The true and living God has maintained his promises throughout all eternity.  He has promised that we are not the ones responsible for this removal of the Evil Ones. He has pledged himself to do this work and decreed its outcomes.  

We are not, therefore, investing our time and energy focusing on these Evil Ones or plotting their demise. We are not interested in their lies and attempts to defraud, nor are we seeking any vengeance. Our Father will attend to all of that for us, and do a much better job of it than we can imagine. 

We are therefore minding our own business and peaceably going about our business armed with the knowledge of who we are and what we are owed, secure in our position as the caretakers and therefore, owners of this planet.  

We are putting our faith in the living God, in his competence, and his will to bring these issues to their fulfillment.  We are assembling together, the living children of Eve, united in our goodwill toward the Earth and each other.  We will not be bullied, fooled, or deterred by any nonsense.  

The time for Satan to be removed from the Earth, together with his progeny, has come. We have been told and prepared as best as we can for this; we are busy doing our appointed work, repairing the planet, promoting health, truth, and compassion, and undermining the reasons and motives for war.    

We do not pay attention to nor honor any false identities or labels seeking to create unnatural fabricated divisions between people, such as calling them "indigenous" and "non-indigenous", "Palestinian" and "Israeli", "black" or "white".     

We recognize that the only true division exists in the physical form and nature of the children of Eve and the children of Satan, and we know that this contest is already won and decided in favor of the children of 

Eve. 

The land belongs to the children of Eve along with all other assets; the children of Satan must be removed and we have been promised that this will be done for us.  

So let it be done as the Ecclesiastical Law demands and as common sense demands, recognizing that the children of Eve come in all kinds, colors, and creeds and that their identity among the tares and weeds is shone by their fruits and their intentions and their deeds--- not by the color of their skin, their religious beliefs, their culture, their nationality or their mission statements --- but sheerly according to their hearts and minds and works upon the Earth. 

No artificial category such as "indigenous" or "non-indigenous" can be used to deny the nature and inheritance of all Eve's children. 

We conclude our three-part presentation of the Pillars denying the so-called "Indigenous Land Claims" and the resulting Pactum de Singularis Caelum that seeks unjust enrichment for Satan's kind via manipulation of pre-defined slave populations, and similar schemes seeking to impose a system of Corporate Feudalism in favor of these insubstantial thought-form "children" of Satan over living men and women. 

We will briefly observe that no Southern States were involved in the Civil War and that the Parties engaged in that illegal Mercenary conflict were self-admittedly all "Confederate States", that is, states-of-states, within the meaning and definitions still found today in the Uniform Commercial Code. 

Such so-called "States" had no ability to form land treaties or contracts, and therefore, no means to invoke and enforce promises and gifts embodied as part of the Pactum de Singularis Caelum.  It's just another example of people trying to give away something that doesn't belong to them.

More fiction brought to us by Satan's children. 

Enough of this craziness and delay.  

It's time.  Indeed, in our view, it's past time for all of this to be resolved and for peace to reign--- and not the "peace" of death, but the peace that comes from living life as it should be lived, with self-knowledge, honesty, love, abundance, humility, and goodwill.

Our Position on "Indigenous Land Claims" Under Ecclesiastical Law: Pillar Two

As we noted in Pillar One, there is no such thing as "indigenous" versus "non-indigenous" people. There are only the children of Satan, versus the children of Eve.  

The children of Satan have been copiously described throughout the Bible -- liars, tricksters, idolaters, thieves, murderers, trespassers, oath-breakers, selfish, unfeeling, disrespectful, lacking natural conscience, controlled (and blackmailing others) by lust, avaricious, deceitful, ruthless, uncaring, war-mongering, poisonous, polluting, unnatural, cowardly, gluttonous, lazy, adulterers, faithless, cruel, cunning and the list goes on.  

Except that they put on a good front and pretend to be the exact opposite, this variety of people is not hard to identify, and if we have any doubt, Joshua told us how we were supposed to identify them: by their fruits.  

What is the end result of all their activity? 

Peace and plenty for all? Brotherhood, kindness, compassion, respect? A thriving healthy planet? Well-cared for animals? Happy children? Loving families? 

It's apparent which group has been cracking the whip, and for far too long, given that they lost the contest. 

They have only succeeded this long by deceit, treachery, and secrecy, disguising themselves as 
"angels of light" and using good people and good institutions as storefronts to hide their evil nature and evil activities. 

Thus, even though we have the Ecclesiastical Law and the Natural Law set before us, these Laws have not been followed by those in leadership capacities, with the result that the whole world is in constant turmoil, confusion, and decay. 

Indeed, everything is upside down as a result of the activities of these brigands.  Even such attempts as have been made to correct the situation, like overturning the "Doctrine of Discovery" have been twisted to serve corruption. 

The Doctrine of Discovery was founded on the idea that whichever Christian King's agents discovered a new land first, could claim it as new property belonging to his realm and subject to his laws and administration. 

The Doctrine of Discovery was the underpinning of Colonialism.  It was the excuse used to culturally and physically genocide non-Christians and the practical basis for such insanity as Ignatius Loyola's "killing for Jesus" and the gross land grabs and property thefts and acts of peonage and enslavement that quickly followed. 

Central to the Doctrine of Discovery was the fact that non-Christians and non-Christian countries didn't count.  They didn't have standing to bring claims or complaints against their new Christian rulers.  Only by converting to Christianity and paying tribute to the Bishop of Rome could they -- somewhat -- overcome their destitution and enslavement and denigration.  

As we are talking now about Doctrine espoused, implemented, and enforced by the Roman Catholic Church, it becomes necessary to observe that in the administration of its secular affairs, the Roman Catholic Church employed the exact processes, laws, and customs of ancient (and very pagan) Rome. 

The Christian rulers of Rome even hired the same foreign cult members -- Babylonian idolaters -- to act as their tax collectors and judges and bankers, that the Romans had employed.

So when we are talking about the Roman Catholic Church we are talking about a peculiar kind and brand of Christianity that was highly infused with traditions and practices and ideas carried forward from the ancient (and decidedly pagan) Roman Empire.  

Now that we understand that connection, we are prepared to consider the meaning and position of "tribes" and "tribute" and "tribulation" in the Roman Catholic scheme of things. 

A tribe is a subject nation or group of people obligated to pay tribute (taxes, slaves, food, etc.) to the Bishop of Rome, and the collection and accounting of such "tribute" is a "tribulation" as in "Great Tribulation".  

So when the Christian Monarchs claimed all these new colonial empires for themselves (and the Bishop of Rome) the people who suffered their incursions became designated as "tribes" and as "tribal members" and their "tribal governments" were made subject to the tribulation (taxation) and regulation owed to the government of Rome--- which was vested in the Bishop of Rome acting as the Roman Pontiff. 

This whole complex system of colonial and social and economic pecking orders and organized thievery was founded on the Doctrine of Discovery, so you might suppose that the overturning of the Doctrine of Discovery and the liquidation of the Pontifex Trust and the Office of Roman Pontiff, might imply the end of Colonialism and a new era of Christians acting more like Christians are supposed to act, at least according to their advertisements. 

Instead, the same Liars and Apologists of Liars, have attempted to use the overturning of the Doctrine of Discovery as the basis for new injustices and as a means to continue the old evils under new brand names--- and a system still firmly in the control of Satan's children. 

Under the new system established under the replacement for the Doctrine of Discovery, the Pactum De Singularis Caelum, the land claimed under the Doctrine of Discovery is placed in a trust for the benefit of the "indigenous" people who are members of recognized tribes.  

This has been affirmed by the Municipal United States Supreme Court --- which means that the perpetrators are once again standing in sole judgement of themselves in their own court, and are offering to give what belongs to others in settlement of their debts, while making their own tribes -- those obligated to pay them tribute -- the beneficiaries of this scheme.  

By astronomically enriching those still held under the tribute system, they hope to astronomically enrich their own power and influence, and come out of the whole debacle of the Doctrine of Discovery better off than when they went in.  

We couldn't make this up if we tried. 

Self-evidently, we are not deceived and object to any such settlement of land claims in favor of fictitious tribal entities and people merely being labeled as "indigenous", similar to the mind games involved in creating "Palestine" and then dubbing Arabs living in the area "Palestinians".   

As noted in Pillar One -- there are no indigenous versus non-indigenous people present.  There are only the children of Satan and the children of Eve, that is, those who propose to profit themselves by lies and predation, versus those who prosper by honesty and fairness.

Our Position on "Indigenous Land Claims" Under Ecclesiastical Law: Pillar One.

We love people of all kinds, creeds, faiths, sizes, ages, and colors.  We love the diversity and creativity of mankind. We love the power of each individual to become kinder, wiser, and more spiritually aware. And this is why we believe that humanity has a chance of fulfilling its destiny in spite of being deceived and dumbed down and distracted by Evil. 

We were each blessed with the ability to discern Evil, so let us discern Evil now. 

The Bible, the ultimate source of Ecclesiastical Law in the western world, tells us at the very beginning, in the Book of Genesis, that there are really only two kinds of people and two groups contending for the ownership of the Earth: the sons and daughters of Satan and the sons and daughters of Eve.  

What happened to Adam?  When faced with his sin, he refused to admit it and take his punishment.  He blamed his wife, instead.  So he was bypassed as irrelevant.  He lost his job.  He was too weak to stand the most basic test.

By confessing and accepting her punishment, which included taking care of Adam like a handicap burden on her back, Eve stayed in the running to regain the ownership and possession of planet Earth, through her children.  

The essence of this contest and the nature of the enmity between the children of Eve and the children of Satan is spelled out in the Book of Genesis for all to see, handed down through innumerable generations, freely stated to all mankind.  

By my count, this is the eighth time that we have stood on the precipice of self-destruction.  Each time the result is the same:  

In a flash of fear and bad-temper, people choose to destroy each other instead of loving each other.  They destroy the civilizations they have labored to build, they destroy the Earth, and they destroy each other, both good and evil alike. 

And then the "remnant" is left to rebuild. And the story begins all over again.  

It doesn't matter if the result is brought about by war or by the hand of God, the slate is wiped -- pretty much -- clean, and we begin again, similar to what happens when we are reincarnated and given another life to live.  

It may have not been pointed out to you, but yes, the Bible affirms reincarnation and it is an official tenet of the Roman Catholic Church, even if they never mention it to Joe Q. Parishioner. 

We have been "here" before, and the Bible affirms that this is true, so there is no point in going through all the pain and destruction and rebuilding again--- especially when all possible questions have been answered and the contest between Satan's spawn and Eve's children has been decided.   

Eve's children won. 

This was decided at Golgotha more than three thousand (not two thousand) years ago.  Of course, being the Liars that they are, Satan's children have pretended that this definitive throw down never happened.  They've even claimed that they made it all up, but their lies don't change anything. 

Eve's children won the bet, and as a result, the custodianship -- that is, the ownership of the planet, belongs to them.  

Since then, Satan's progeny have struggled desperately to overturn this decisive victory by Yeshuah (that's Joshua in English) and tried every possible narrative to do it. 

They have even infiltrated the Church and ascended the hierarchy of its leadership, all in an attempt to win back control of the Earth.  They've redefined and relabeled and omitted and obfuscated and created all sorts of narratives, and at the end of the day, the fact remains that they lost the contest.  

Their Father bet the farm against Joshua and lost. 

So, the situation and issue we actually face now is the expulsion of Satan and his brood.  

They don't want to go, and are kicking and screaming and scheming to avoid that fate---- and the Bible is conveniently silent on the details of how and when, exactly, their deportation is to take place. 

The Revelation of John of Patmos describes all sorts of unrest and various degrees of destruction, as indeed, Joshua himself described: earthquakes, famines, floods, wars, interference by the Great Abomination standing in a place where it ought not to be (like New York Harbor), and tribulations of all kinds, as the children of Satan try to lie their way out of this situation and resist being removed from the Earth.  

Thus we set the framework in Ecclesiastical Law and establish the context.  There are no "indigenous" versus "non-indigenous" people here in this country or anywhere else. That's just another divisive lie and false distinction being promoted by the Liars. The only contest and only two groups are the children of Satan versus the children of Eve.  

And that contest has already been decided.  

Eve's children won. Satan's children lost. 

End of story and here comes the mop up.
