We read with alarm and interest the announcement that the "Russian Sanctions" have
spurred you to invoke a Trade War with the United States.
Please remember that the United States is not the same as the
unincorporated United States of America, and that we are not broke and not
obligated to pay their debts above and beyond those few service charges that
they can legitimately charge to our accounts. We are in fact the Paramount
Security Interest Holders and Priority Creditors of the entire rest of the
world.
Also please remember that the population of the United States is very
small, not more than a few million total and concentrated mostly in the ten
square miles of the District of Columbia. The rest of us are Americans and not
"US Citizens" of any stripe, so please leave us out of your calculations and
plans for reprisals.
