A lie is spreading. That lie is the rumor that "we" are asking for the death penalty for all the hired jurists and attorneys that have created and administered the crooked court system in this country.
We faced this issue several years ago. Jim spent an entire month deeply searching his heart, thinking about his ancestors and everything they endured -- did he have the right to forgive any of that?
We had nightly discussions about exactly this topic.
The Law these attorneys live under and which they administer demands the Death Penalty for what they have done. They know that.
Yet, nobody alive today set up this system. The men and women responsible are all long dead and gone. What we are left with are their inheritors and successors, those who walked in and were handed a Money Machine that was already running.
Most of them walked out of Law School innocent as the flowers in May, not having any concept of what their profession would mean, what they would actually do day to day, and certainly, almost none of them, had the faintest idea why.
The phony mercenary "war", the impersonation scheme, the switch of jurisdictions, all of it, was not disclosed --- at the beginning.
For most of these men and women, disclosure began with a faint unease, a sense that something wasn't right, followed by an incident that ripped the top off and exposed the criminal implications of what was going on in the courts -- several years after they started their "practice".
Jim and I had a close friend of the family who was a former State of Alaska Supreme Court Justice --- a man who quit that role and went into private practice. This caused no end of consternation among his fellow lawyers and the community at large. Why?
He would never say.
But many years later, on a summer afternoon, when he was nearing the end of his life and we were sitting on a porch swing looking out at the beautiful blooming world, he told me.
He was taken aside when he was elected to the post as Supreme Court Justice and the whole thing was explained to him, how he was expected to rule "in the King's favor" at every turn, how he was to use "his discernment" to "detect the criminal element of those who refuse to pay their taxes" and all the protocols and excuses why he should deliberately assume that all Americans were guilty of crimes related to commercial dealings.....
After he finished throwing up in the Executive Bathroom, he looked in the mirror and realized that he had six kids, a wife, a house mortgage, and an entire life devoted to law as a profession. Not to mention a whopping monthly bill for the education he pursued.
Leaving the bench and advocating for the Little Guys as best he could from then on, was all he could do, so that's what he did for the rest of his days.
He was just a Pawn, like all the rest of us, dealing with a situation he inherited and wasn't in control of.
I was there the night Jim decided on offering amnesty to the attorneys and judges instead of requiring the Death Sentence for treason, inland piracy, and other acts of criminality.
It wasn't easy, but as he said, "Better to err on the side of mercy."
So if anyone tells you the lie that we are demanding the death sentence for over two million people in this country, look at them and explain that no, every jurist and attorney in America has been given a choice.
It's the Law they serve that condemns them, and they have the right to leave that Law behind. They can come home like anyone else and claim amnesty and practice the Law of the Land, instead.
The Amnesty Proclamation was issued in public three (3) times by James, and Eric has accepted and honored all his Father's work. So the Amnesty remains unchanged by any election or executive action.
