We are never taught in our schools anymore about the American Government, but we should be, because the American Government is our lawful government. There are other nations that live here in this country that also have lawful governments, but the lawful government that was created to serve and protect all the nations gathered here, is the American Government founded in 1776 -1783.
We say that, because it wasn't founded all at once, rather, it was being founded during the War of Independence, bit by bit and piece by piece, by the Second Continental Congress. We know this because back when the Congressional Library was still open to the Public (as it still ought to be) we read the notes, minutes, letters, and other records of the Second Continental Congress.
Over the course of eight years, while fighting a desperate war, they closed out the business of the Colonies and assessed their debts, created the new "estates" that we know as States, and created three (3) instrumentalities to serve the mutual combined interests of the States: the Union, the Federation, and the Confederation.
After the end of hostilities, there was a prolonged peace process resulting in treaties-- treaties of Versailles, treaties of Paris, treaties of Ghent, treaties of Westminster, treaties of Utrecht, treaties with the Holy See, treaties with the Holy Roman Empire, at least fourteen treaties in all, and a process that took ten years.
The implementation of all these foreign treaties was embodied in the Federal Constitutions. Mirroring the three instrumentalities of the American Government, we had three Federal subcontractors working under power-sharing agreements known as delegations of power which were delegated as a result of the treaties.
The Confederation doing business as the States of America operated the Federal Republic under a Constitution called, appropriately enough, The Constitution of the united States of America.
This service contract gave rise to the Federal Republic in 1787, but didn't mean that the Confederation ceased to exist. The Federal Republic worked for the Confederation and under its direction from 1787 to 1861.
The Federation doing business as The United States of America (sometimes called "Major") worked with its counterpart, the British Territorial Government doing business as the United States of America (Incorporated) from 1789 to today.
The Federation didn't disappear just because some of its work got shared out to British Territorial Subcontractors.
The Union doing business variously as "the United States" and "The United States" but which has never been incorporated, worked with the Municipal United States Government that was also doing business as the United States, under The Constitution of the United States. This entity was later incorporated as a Roman Municipal Corporation.
The American instrumentalities didn't disappear just because they delegated some of their work to these foreign Federal Subcontractors.
They worked with these Federal Subcontractors and had oversight over them from 1787 to 1861 when both the original Confederation and the Federal Republic went down in flames, from 1789 to the present, when the Federation is back in Session and butting heads with the British Subcontractors, and from 1790 to the present, when the Union States are presented with a Municipal Government that is in freefall and shutting down.
We are going over this because if you don't know that the American Government preceded the Federal Government and gave birth to the Federal Government and delegated the only (limited) powers the Federal Government has, and continued to ride herd on the Federal Government long after the Federal Government was set up, you can easily think that the American Government disappeared, or otherwise mistake the Federal Subcontractors operating under delegated powers as the actual government. Which they are not.
If you stop a moment and think: if we are operating under delegated powers, who or what delegated them? It wasn't just the State Citizens voting in some kind of referendum. It was the States operating in international and global jurisdictions and establishing power-sharing agreements that were obligations of peace treaties.
And no, we are still here, by a miracle. The American Government embodied in the Union States and the States of the Union are still here, still viable, still have a Post Office, still are staffed, still have our seals, our flags, our customs and traditions, our Laws, and yes, we are busily rebuilding our courts.
The other thing you have to grasp is that the Constitutions are Service Contracts. All three Constitutions contract for services in international jurisdictions of Air, Land, or Sea.
None of the Federal Subcontractors have one word to say about our National Soil Jurisdiction, nor any duties related to it.
This last bit of knowledge explains why the Federal Subcontractors have been unable to steal our country from us.
The best they could come up with was to claim that we were "absent, whereabouts unknown", "in prolonged interregnum" and ----bring a specious "claim on abandonment" against us.
They should know that a government vested in its people --- not its persons --- can never die.
Even if they tell big lies about us and make assumptions about us and register us as British Subjects and Municipal citizens of the United States --- both, we are still here, we are still Americans and we still know who we are.
So how does all this come push-to-shove and impact the unlawfully converted American Armed Forces?
It puts them between a rock and a hard place.
They are under contract to protect us and defend our country and its borders, but the Great Fraud has gone on so long, things have gotten redefined and fuzzy. Their Paymaster, SERCO, is British, so even if SERCO is dishing out money that was extracted from all of us, this puts "our" military in an untenable position.
Right now, they are going without pay and beginning to get paranoid and wondering what happened.
What to do?
You realize which "civilian government" you are supposed to be working for.
It's not the Municipal United States Government.
It's not the Union State Government that holds our National Soil Jurisdiction secure, but doesn't get involved in international or global affairs.
It's the American Federation of States --- The United States of America, Unincorporated. Not the British Crown Corporation doing business as "the" United States of America (Incorporated).
The American Federation of States has always functioned in international and global jurisdictions, and for five years of its existence, 1776-1781, conducted all international and commercial operations for the American Government.
We didn't really need the Confederation or the Federal Republic to function, and still don't.
With the Confederation long gone, and the Union States dedicated to preserving our National Soil, our venerable Federation of States is the only American instrumentality left to do the job.
We shouldered it once, we can do it again.
The American Armed Forces are being restored to honorable status and need an American Paymaster, one that won't play coercive politics.
Our American chartered bank system is ready.
The American civilian government the American Armed Forces are bound to obey, is not to be found in the Municipal Government of Washington, DC, not to be found in the presidential offices of a British Crown Corporation, either.
The American civilian government is right here, right where it has always been, embodied in our State Assemblies and our remaining instrumentalities.
And as the Federation of States was the Holding Company that issued all the delegated powers, we are competent to ---as we have always said-- mow our lawn or hire help. We have a dormant American-controlled Constitution ready to go.
