You have received my written Diplomatic Testimony describing the horrific criminality we have all suffered at the hands of two giant corporations, both in the business of providing "essential government services".
You have heard how they seized upon American babies in their cradles and "redefined" them as corporation franchises, mere things that could be subjected to peonage and enslavement under foreign laws designed for business entities, not people. You have heard how they have created giant, hidden, illegal banking services monopolies and used this for purposes of control and coercion. If not, here it is again:
It should not surprise you that these corporations are under investigation by the International Criminal Court. They got away with the British and Roman Bunko for sixteen decades by keeping everything secret and pretending that they were our government--- not mere service vendors of our government.
But the truth, however obscured, veiled, and tattered still shines through. There are telltale signs everywhere.
For example, all their loud, aggressive ranting about "our democracy" and "saving democracy" and "bringing democracy to the world" -- when every American who has ever read either The Constitution of the United States or The Constitution of the United States of America can clearly see and knows that we are owed "a republican form of government" --- not a democracy.
Former President Obama standing behind a podium and referencing "fifty-seven states" --- whoops! Where did those seven (7) extra states come from? Since when did the US Territories and Possessions plus the District of Columbia become "states"?
Franklin Delano Roosevelt's first Inaugural Address where he used some odd, religious language "consecrating" things and talking about "sacrifices"..... and "clearinghouse certificates". What or who was he consecrating and sacrificing? What's a clearinghouse certificate?
What kind of religion is this? And what's any religion got to do with our government? What happened to separation of church and state?
The large, obviously differently proportioned American flag hanging in the "struck" position in the House and Senate chambers. What's that about? Our flag should never appear in the struck position! And why are we constantly flying a wartime flag, even when no war has been declared and nothing is going on?
What was Karen Hudes, former attorney for the World Bank and the Global Collateral Accounts talking about, saying that our government was "in interregnum"?
What are "district" --as in District of Columbia-- courts doing all over this country in the States of the Union? Right where, according to the Constitutions, they should never be? What's this record in the Federal Register of May 1865 setting up "military districts" in the Southern States and setting up "military district courts"?
Where's the proof that Congress declared war during the "Civil War"? It doesn't exist. If this was a "war" where is the peace process and peace treaties ending it? That doesn't exist, either.
Hey, wait a minute, all these induction and muster rolls during the Civil War were serving states-of-states, not States of the Union!
Who are all these goons lurking in the hallways of our hospitals, going around bed to bed, harassing new mothers to sign "routine paperwork" that says their babies are either "US citizens" or "citizens of the United States of America" or words to that effect --- without explaining what a citizen is or which "US" or "United States of America" is being referenced?
What's this "Naval Dispositions Act" that the Parliament drummed up in 1864 naming the United States Secretary of State as the officer responsible for carrying out their bidding? What's this Scottish commercial corporation formed in 1868 calling itself "The United States of America" -- Incorporated?
We and our lawful government have been usurped by our employees for 160 years, and the abuse and mistreatment, the pillaging, and the corruption has gotten steadily worse until nobody on this planet can stand the name of "America" --- but it's not America waging all these wars for profit. It's the US, Inc. and the USA, Inc. working together like sticks and carrots, good cop and bad cop all the way.
So here's Marco Rubio, the self-same Secretary of State mentioned by the British Parliament as their Executive Officer in the matter of Naval Dispositions, passionately ranting about how the International Criminal Court is imposing itself in "our" business, and how the big, bad International Criminal Court is imposing on "our" sovereignty:
The International Criminal Court is trying to address the fact that Mr. Rubio is representing an usurping British commercial corporation, not our sovereign government. The ICC is trying to get down to the heart of the matter and asking why it is that absolutely every war and conflict features Americans being paid by British controlled paymasters? The ICC wants to know what a "Federal Reserve Note" really is?
The ICC isn't pushing anything against our sovereignty. It's pushing against the false claims of "sovereignty" put forward by foreign corporations acting as proxies of the British Government maintaining an illegal mercenary occupation of our country for the past 160 years.
The ICC is finally investigating and taking action against the criminal violence, human trafficking, lawlessness, bank fraud, racketeering, and corruption --- that our Federal Service Vendors have poured out on us and the entire rest of the world.
Get a clue, folks. The "war" in Iran wasn't a war. It wasn't declared. It wasn't lawful. It wasn't legal. Neither was what went on in Gaza.
The history of our country for the past 160 years hasn't been anything glorious. We've played the role of good-hearted fools, people so trusting and deluded that we didn't know our soldiers and sailors were being used as dirt cheap mercenaries by commercial corporations just calling themselves "the United States" --Incorporated and "The United States of America" -- Incorporated.
We were trusting and dumb enough to let these pikers take our gold and silver in exchange for their worthless paper. We were confused. We thought they were our government, so we obeyed. And they acted in breach of trust and violation of the "good faith service" provisions of their service contracts.
You know --- those old fashioned and long-evaded service contracts known as The Constitution of the United States and The Constitution of the United States of America?
Even worse, they lied and said injections of poisons and nanotech were "safe and effective" and coerced us to take them, like Jim Jones pushing Kool-Aid.
The snakes we have mistaken for our own dear government made our own cells produce snake venom to slowly kill us, and millions of Americans are still so clueless.... but the ICC has rumbled awake, aware perhaps that if "law" is to have any meaning or effect, if they are to have any relevance, these corporations have to be destroyed and the people actually responsible for their misadministration --- not us --- have to be held feet first to the fire for all of this.
If you want your country back, tell the ICC the whole story. Tell them how your patents on inventions were stolen and suppressed by the "US" Patent and Trademark Office under pretense of "National Security" interests being served.
Tell them how these same arrogant criminals passed their "Buck Act" in 1940 and illegally press-ganged and conscripted Americans in their "draft" and kept on drafting more young people to fight and die in places like Korea and Vietnam until our Federation Officers realized the truth and threatened to expose it.
Those men paid with their lives for it, but they stopped the draft.
Tell them how these crooked commercial courts have run an entire institutionalized fraud scheme to impersonate you and deprive you of your identity, your assets, everything including your lives --- and all under color of law.
Tell them how remedies like the Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemptions that were promised to your Grandfathers were never announced to the General Public, how no program or instruction to allow access to the American Public was ever made available. The debt swap remedy just sat on the books, window dressing that overlooked the armed force and fraud and illegal confiscations taking place here amid their deliberate efforts to "redefine" Americans and deny all remedy to them.
And all the while they knew that our States of the Union weren't even part of their "civil war".
The ICC is addressing these commercial corporations for what they are, no longer confused and thinking that these things are our sovereign government. No longer snowed under by assumptions and rhetoric like Marco Rubio is trying to pass off.
It's time we all woke up, too.
