International Public Notice: What Is Actually Happening With the Judges

We pushed back.  

That is what is happening, and no, the "we" here has nothing to do with innocent Americans taking to the streets to protest rampant government craziness or misguidedly protesting Donald Trump as if he was "the" problem.  

Donald Trump is on the receiving end of a situation that started during the Obama Administration, so please, don't blame him for what he inherited, and we will try to maintain the same mercy toward other politicians and bureaucrats. 

Including all the Federal and State of State and District Court justices and judges who are suddenly stepping down.  

What is actually happening is that these justices and judges are all running Administrative Courts under colorable Admiralty Law.  And they haven't been administering justice; they've been administering foreign estate trusts that shouldn't exist in most cases. On top of that, they've been doing what they do incorrectly.   And profiting from their "mistakes".  

The only other courts operating at this time are British Equity Courts that shouldn't be addressing Americans, and our own American Common Law Courts that are just now being restored at the State Assembly level. 

These Administrative Courts have been accepting cases and mis- administering them, resulting in violations of trust law and aggravated identity theft --- and not only are they bungling the administration of these cases and taking part in the crimes, by not doing the accounting owed to each one of these cases, they are the ones making it look like the creditor is the debtor. 

Then, using this "lapse" on their part to: (1) front false claims in commerce against the victim, they (2) evade their own tax debts for the unjust enrichment they receive as a result of this criminal activity. 

This has been going on since 1865 and went into hyperdrive with the Sixteenth Amendment (which was never ratified by our States of the Union).  

So all these judges and justices have been acting as bankers and not doing their jobs, is what it amounts to. Worse than that, they have been promoting a form of fraud and racketeering. 

When they don't do their jobs, and instead promote property crimes against the American people, they get fired, they get jail time, they are looking at a career change big time, they are looking at the loss of their pensions, and they and the courts and political subunits they work for are looking at fines.  Lots of fines.  Big fines.  Huge fines. 

The size of the fines coming back to us doesn't make us feel good, because these yahoos are cutting the checks from our own trust funds and managing a trust that shouldn't even exist. 

That's another whole problem.  

But all these sudden departures from the bench?  It has nothing to do with Trump or his Administration.  It has to do with them and the "judicial courts" they run being caught racketeering and evading the IRS --- and unlike the rest of us, these guys actually do owe Federal Income Taxes.  

You will see a lot of District Attorneys disappearing, too.  You will see a lot of court cases being dropped, exonerated, and disappeared as the rats try to cover their tracks and reduce the fines they owe. 

None of it has to do with Trump.  He isn't bringing the actions against them. They are just using him as a convenient scapegoat and excuse for their own dishonesty and/or lack of competence.  

As we have and will put it to the government employees at all levels -- there are only two (2) choices: (1) you knew about the fraud and pillaging and did nothing about it, becoming an accomplice to it, or (2) you didn't know and you're incompetent. 

They are getting the same choice they have given us every two, four or six years since they substituted the political party system for the public elections we are owed --- would you like raspberry or chocolate @#$%3? 

Given that choice, and the likelihood that they will go to jail and/or be bankrupted if they don't -- or even if they do, based on their past performance -- they are stepping down. 

We aren't sorry to see them go.   

These prosecutions of the judges and judicial courts and district attorneys are part of why the Internal Revenue Service and the US Tax Court are still around --- to assist us in prosecuting these crooked federal and state-of-state court officers. 

Expect to see entire courts vacated and locking their doors, and then entire administrative court systems vanishing like circus acts.  

It's okay.  The only valuable service they were providing was renting space in office buildings and we can use the space ourselves for our own courts.  And we can find other tenants.  

This country has suffered under the scourge of these "carpetbagger courts" operated by British Crown commercial corporations since May of 1865. 

Take a deep breath. Try to imagine how much they have embezzled from average people and from our legitimate government.  Just try. 

They have only one choice -- do the accounting and do it right, so that the living people occupy their rightful place as the creditor and are not harmed by the charges brought by the administrative courts, or quit, go back to England or the District of Columbia, and stay there.

International Public Notice: For the International Court of Justice About Armorica

Yesterday we explained the military history--- the relatively recent military history--- of that part of North America known as The United States.  

Once the American Government (1776-1783) secured victory over the British Empire, progress Westward was via a Territorial Government process set forth in the Northwest Ordinance, with the British Territorial Government taking the lead in exploration and initial settlement as a result of treaty provisions mandating this arrangement.  

The Native Nations that were not conquered in the French and Indian War were successively met in battle with the British Territorial Government operating as the United States of America, Incorporated, a rogue service vendor of the actual American Government.

Our American Government has been at peace since 1814 and flies the peacetime flag.  

Anytime that what appears to be the American war flag has been seen between 1814 and today, it was a Title IV flag being flow by the United States Government.  Not the American Government. 

So, the Native Nations thought they were fighting us, when in fact they were fighting British Territorial Mercenary forces. 

While we are cleaning up these "mistaken identity" issues, let us also clear up the genesis of the name "America" associated with our country and two continents, both North and South America.  

The name "America" comes from "Armorica" a Celtic Kingdom of far western France that has more generally come to be known as part of "Normandy".

Armorica has played a central part in the Norman Conquest of Britain and the trade and colonization of North and South America, but as Britain desperately wanted to keep this role hidden, they have spread a popular tale about the name, "America" coming from Amerigo Vespucci, an Italian mapmaker -----and mum has been the word about the ancient and honorable Kingdom of Armorica. 

Armorica is an actual and factual historical Celtic Kingdom and it should be self-evident that this is the origin of the name "America". 

British attempts to avoid French claims superseding their own property claims in England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, as well as North and South America, notwithstanding, the claims are valid and they exist.  They are the basis for the Norman Conquest and the American Revolution, too.  

The Brits don't want to admit the Norman Conquest, either, but even long prior to that, if anyone was paying attention, it should also be obvious that the very name "Britain" is a transliteration of "Breton".  

The French Celts have an ancient and honorable claim to Britain and all British property interests, which they enforced during the Norman Conquest and the American Revolution.  This is why Marquis de Lafayette showed up and spent the equivalent of millions of dollars in support of the Colonists. 

The continents and the countries that bear the name "America" are named after "Armorica" one of the ancient Celtic Kingdoms.  

So, whether you look at it in terms of military conquest by the Americans, or conquest by the British Empire, the Brits are owned by the French Celts anyway, and James Clinton Belcher, "the" Belle Cher, is the hereditary leader of the French Celts --- the Armoricans and thus, the Americans, too. 

This is why the Belcher family coat of arms is self-evidently the foundation of the Great Seal of this country.  

Let us all dispense with the lies and avoidance and childish misinterpretations of fact and history, and simply admit what is true: the French Celts have owned "Britain" since the Dark Ages; they owned it again during the Norman Conquest, and on a different continent, they owned it during the American Revolution.  

It's our Kingdom's name attached to this country.  It's our Kingdom's name attached to two world continents.  It's our right by military conquest to own Britain (Breton) and it's our name, "Armorica" that is the basis of "America".  

It's our Great Seal that stands among the nations.  

All this other craziness by the Brits trying to chisel and defraud everyone is not something we condoned, and all their efforts to obscure the actual history notwithstanding --- Armorica exists, it's one of our ancient Kingdoms, and we claim it and all that exists in its name.  We have welcomed the Native Nations as brothers and we have Blood Treaties going back centuries that we honor. 

To be family should always be sufficient, and we believe it is.

International Public Notice: At Sea for 300 Years

Britain, which hasn't actually operated properly under its Constitutional Government in 300 years, is suffering a "constitutional crisis".

In order for Britain to operate under a Constitutional Monarchy it is necessary for the Monarchy to be run as a lawful government and not as a commercial corporation.  

The Constitution in Britain is framed under Land Law, and just as it has done in America and throughout the Commonwealth, Westminster has been operating under the Law of the Sea, instead.  

So it's rather silly to speak of any other "constitutional crisis" until the British people wake up and realize that they have been cheated out of a constitutional monarchy from the get-go and that is the more important "constitutional crisis" ---- but the present situation is worth 

looking at. 

Under British law the Monarchy is to keep its paws off politics and not engage in political influencing and debate.  They've done a fairly good job at that over the years, but the present situation pushed things over the edge as the uber-liberal Labour Party government under Prime Minister Starmer actually and openly promoted undermining the monarchy, stripping it of its remaining powers, and beginning a process of incremental seizure of Crown estate land. 

This is a serious breach of the quid pro quo allowing both the government of Westminster and the Crown to co-exist.  This was an open declaration of intent to get rid of the monarchy entirely in favor of some ill-defined "modern" government totally under the control of Parliament and the political parties. 

Starmer might as well have set off a grenade under his own chair. 

At last report, the Labour Party has lost more than half of its support in the past 48 hours and the voters have not been migrating to the conventional Conservative Party --- they've mostly skipped right over to Nigel Farage's Reform Party.  

Chaos reigns.  Starmer stepped down -- was forced to do so by circumstances beyond his control, and the process is engaged to seat a new governmental body.  Most of Britain seems to be heaving a sigh of relief and appears eager to put the Starmer Government in the rearview mirror, with some kicks and boos on their way out.

Starmer advocated stripping the monarchy of its remaining powers, replacing the Privy Council with an elected body, dissolving the House of Lords, and seizure of royal estates for development of things like cheap housing projects.  

The Labour Party in Britain just committed suicide and did so with aplomb.  Leaked documents indicate that Starmer had a well-planned three-part assault on the traditional government all worked out, but he wasn't disclosing the complete destruction of the monarchy to the Public.  He was trying to sneak it incrementally using a bait-and-swap strategy.  

If Starmer had been successful all the guarantees of the Constitution and all checks and back-ups on the power of Parliament would have been erased.  Britain would have switched its allegiance from a monarch to a political party, instead. 

Starmers' move is widely interpreted as a violation of public trust and the letter of the law.  There's talk of bringing treason charges against him, personally, and outrage that he had "nothing better to do" than attack the Royals when the people of Britain face an overt invasion of immigrants, rampant unemployment, lack of adequate affordable medical care, and in many cases are going without adequate heat and lights and food. 

These grim conditions are not overall being reported in the international press but the cost of the political party system and the secretive setting aside of the land jurisdiction government(s) and the 

constitutional monarchy along with them, is having its due effect --- funneling more and more money into elite pockets at the expense of Britain's working class and retirees has a cost.  

The British Government, like the United States Government, has not actually been running under a Constitutional government framework, because it hasn't been operating on the jurisdiction of the land. 

We've detailed exactly how successive monarchs have given the appearance of upholding the Christian religion and operating as a Constitutional Monarchy, while operating "the Firm" as the actual government and profiting from an unholy trade in baptismal and birth certificates. 

The present "crisis" is, therefore, calling forth an effort to change the color of lipstick on a pig, without dealing with the deeper and more important malfunction of the overall government for the past 300 years. 

Who knows?  Perhaps someone will finally notice that, hey, there's something here that goes deeper and wider than Starmer and his Labour Party allies.  There's a dozen generations-worth of operating the British Government outside its constitutional limits, an evasion of contract, trust, and duty, that has decimated the population of the British homelands, taxed the British people to death under False Pretenses, and made a mockery of the justice system.  

And now, this has finally resulted in lack of heat and lights and food and medical care for the British people, in the midst of an immigrant invasion created by failed corporation policies.  

The owners of the Firm, the Royal Family and their Allies, the Committee of 300, have shown Starmer the butt end of the real power behind the throne --- a commercial empire, not a constitutional monarchy --- which has sacked the Labour Party in a single night. 

We're not sad to see Starmer go.  He's like a mini-skirt in an era of Edwardian hems, still trying to push the Globalist Agenda and seemingly unaware that it's already dead.  

The British version of "free trade" --- free trade for Britain, that is, everyone else pay through the nose --tamped down with plenty of lies and new excuses to promote still more taxation via the Green New Deal, has run its course. 

We are all left with a Britain that is confused and woozy and way off course, solving the wrong problems and still failing to do anything that can solve the actual problems. 

Let's all just observe one thing, one ineluctable, observable fact of great importance to the people of the Home Islands:  Britain as a whole -- England, Scotland, Wales, and even Ireland --- have been in a free-spiraling population collapse since the Crimean War.  

The native populations of the British Isles have failed to replace themselves for over a hundred years, thanks to declining health, severe ravages of war, poor quality food, increased sterility, and other factors brought about by corporate policies too insane and self-serving to contemplate.  

To serve it off, the British public is being warned and harangued about the dangers of overpopulation and suffering waves of de facto repopulation via immigration, without which the housing market would collapse along with the British domestic economy, because there simply wouldn't be enough demand for houses and enough people to fill jobs without all those immigrants. 

The British Government is now in the position of a farmer who has culled and slaughtered its best and brightest and is left with a decimated "herd" --- but instead of minding their business at home and caring for the remainder and building back, they've launched off on the globalist Quick-Fix of importing labor and using this artificial source of demand for goods and services to limp a semblance of any economy along, at the cost of a huge increase in public assistance payments. 

The only way that they've been able to sustain this has been via access to the United States and Commonwealth welfare funds, which is causing a domino effect in which they are, indeed, to paraphrase Margaret Thatcher, "running out of other people's money" -- a dilemma that she was able to foresee developing in the 1980's. 

With the political parties now turning on the monarchy and trying to identify it as the problem, and the monarchy biting back on the political parties, there is one other knotty domestic problem.  

Lady Diana Spencer had her own claim to the throne through Mary Tudor which is why the anti-monarchy forces are spreading all these rumors to the effect that the princes don't know who their Daddy or Mummy is.  The constant rumble in the British Press about "DNA tests" that always fail full disclosure are the smoke from this fire, as Diana protected her sons, both of them, and gave them a valid claim to the vacated throne quite apart from their Father, there are continuing rumors that Diana was not their Mother.  

We view it this way --- William and Harry have a valid claim through their parents, period, however things sort out, and the Royal Family would do best by just being honest and letting everything sort out according to the truth --- and then, finally, sit down on the throne of England and the throne of Scotland and the throne of Ireland and everybody occupy their own land jurisdictions again.  Finally. 

Three hundred years away from home is long enough.
