The Municipal GOVERNOR OF OTTAWA was the officer responsible for paying Prince Philip $950 Trillion Dollars worth of "Life Force Value Annuities" in April of 2017. This marks the Pay Off Moment in a reprise of one of the worst insurance debacles of the 18th Century, or any other century, the infamous Bottomry Bonds Scandal.
At a time when the private insurance industry was being born at the hands of Investor Clubs in England and France, the Bottomry Bonds Scandal threatened the entire future of private insurance by proving how easy it was, potentially, to misrepresent asset interests, insure them, and then fake a loss, make a claim, and secure unjust enrichment.
Instead of outlawing private insurance, Parliament subjected it to regulation instead.
So now, we have a private corporation, the Municipal entity, OTTAWA, and its GOVERNOR, head of a commercial corporation franchise, paying Prince Philip private insurance annuities on the "Life Force Value" of British Subjects in North America.
The very idea of the Crown holding an insurable interest in the "Life Force Value" of British Subjects is in itself so scandalous that we could safely stop here and allow you to take in the view.
In order to insure something, you must have an ownership interest, so Prince Philip or his Predecessors and Associates alleged an ownership interest in the "life force value" of Canadians and probably of American mis-registered as British Subjects -- implying peonage or enslavement or both.
And thereby admitting that they were purloining an illegal and immoral condition of serfdom or slavery applied to living people -- the only ones having "life force" -- not just applied to commercial corporation franchises named after living people.
Then we get to the staggering amount of the pay-off, presumably 40% of the liquidation interest in the lives and labor of living people that was owed to the Crown when the UNITED STATES Municipal Corporation was liquidated along with its CANADA franchise.
Former Canadian Defense Minister, Paul Hellyer, called us up in the middle of the night and said, "My God, what have they done?"
Bilked, branded, and bonded six generations of mankind, was our short answer. Unjust enrichment on a scale that would shame Midas.
The collateral interest in all those Municipal bondslaves had to be sold out, and as a result, Prince Philip invoked the insurance clause underlying all the nice "annuities" he and Bessie had been receiving all their lives.
It was all laundered through Canada and this was hardly the only thing they laundered. That pay off in 2017 was back end of the Municipal Birth Certificate scheme; they laundered the front end of it through Canada, too.
The Black Money they received from seizing upon American babies and redefining them as British Subjects was routed through Mellon Bank to the Vatican Bank (subtract 60% after paying Mellon) and then back to the Bank of Canada (subtract 40% of what's left) and then send the remainder to the Bank of America.
Mellon's portion was the kickback to the American Tories that set all this up for them, a "Thank You" skimmed right off the top. Bank of America got hind tits because it represents a lesser group of investors.
We call them all "pirates", which is their correct name -- not "investors". They come in two species, pirates on the sea, and inland pirates, like Vikings, who come from the sea and prey upon the innocent people of the land.
Canada has long been Britain's North American Bag Man, and still serves that dubious function today. Canada is also Britain's only likely means to make a strike against The United States, which has been long-planned, as Hellyer confirmed before his death.
So no surprise that Mr. Carney, with his attachment to the Inner City of London, has been building up exactly those old plans to invade The United States over the past several months, building airfields where there is no commercial need, deploying industrial capacity to Free Trade Zones, increasing inflammatory anti-American rhetoric, and deftly shuttling new shipments of high tech armaments, especially Israeli-made drones into the Great Lakes.
The only nasty bit from Carney's side, is that a war would interrupt their very, very lucrative "Great Lakes Trade" which dumps nearly as much tonnage of illegal drugs across our Northern border as what comes in over the Southern border, and does it's part in making 8 million American children disappear every year. They also run in huge amount of alcoholic beverages, but that's so taken for granted that nobody appears to care anymore.
The Great Lakes is a huge, bleeding, obvious security risk for both The United States and Canada as separate countries. To date, both have preferred to cooperate in making advantage of it to promote drug and human trafficking for profit, but that could change, as Carney's moves seem to indicate.
The Brits don't give a damn either way. They think they will finesse any "North American Conflict" by saying, "tut, tut, these Colonists...."
and looking, politely, the other way.
The members of Parliament should understand that the very first strike, either as a False Flag attack from Canada, or as an act of self-defense from The United States, would hit Rome, Geneva, and London in that order.
Forget about Montreal. Nobody here is going to fight any proxy war.
If it's going to go, it's going to go full on, and it's going to hit those actually responsible for all the deceit and misery in the world.
Right now, we have a uber-liberal "progressive" government criminal in charge at the State of Michigan, Incorporated. Her primary concern is graft and grift using NGO's and the King's Bench system to defraud people and illegally confiscate American assets. All those rackets understandably focus in the capitol city and a few industrial towns adjoining or containing railroad hubs.
This kind of criminality has been going on for decades. We know what to do with them and with it; the more concerning situation occurs in the Michigan "UP", the far less populated section of Michigan between Wisconsin and the upper end of Lake Michigan.
This forms its own little No Man's Land, and so, it has become the base of operations for two violent groups spun off from military and intelligence operations, plus, most recently, gold-seeking mercenaries.
We are bringing this forward into worldwide comprehension so that the plight of American and Canadian civilians is known, on the record, and exposed for everyone to see.
Murder and disappearance rates in the UP and in Canada in those areas most adjacent across the water, are up over double and in some areas, quadruple, compared to just five years ago. The white collar crime is spreading out from Lansing and Detroit to a more militarized and blue-collar variety in the hinterlands.
The military presence began with members of Douglas MacArthur's staff who purposefully migrated to Michigan after World War II to form a paramilitary and populist militia presence in the State, especially the UP, purportedly as a safeguard and as a political force to assure the continuance of the British Territorial U.S. Government MacArthur served.
Even though the rank and file members of this group were not given the whole story, the upshot seems to have been to preserve the British Territorial "United States" Government under the guise of being "patriots"--- but actually acting as Tories.
In the event of war with Canada, they would be there to open the backdoor, and any members who were confused by this, would be shot dead. Collateral damage.
Then, add to this well-entrenched group of misguided "patriots", a more modern and criminal mixed-intelligence agency group that is engaged in funnel Black Ops money and material throughout the Great Lakes Region on both sides of the lakes and the St. Lawrence Seaway.
This is a much more sophisticated and international group with operatives from exotic places, many of whom are simply in place to ensure honor among thieves and keep shipments of contraband moving smoothly. These people have direct, current, and numerous contacts within both the U.S. military and the Canadian military. They keep mothership bases in Free Trade Zones, undeveloped or abandoned military facilities, and a few commercial installations.
Over the past few years since news of Trump bringing back shipments of gold used to bond the labor of Americans in the Birth Certificate scheme, these two paramilitary forces have been joined by treasure hunting mercenaries as well as a smattering of archeologists, who tend to die or disappear when they find anything.
The white collar racketeering, graft, fraud, and illegal confiscation operations under the State of Michigan Governor's Office are connected with the more modernized and international paramilitary faction trafficking people out of the American Heartland and trafficking drugs, alcohol, and other contraband in.
These apparently represent domestic and international arms of the same overall crime syndicate. The Governor's Office of the State of Michigan occasionally cracks down on the older "patriot" group or uses it to fearmonger, but because they are all more or less on the same side these altercations are not serious or prolonged.
Ironically, the crooked Governor's Office and the FBI and the intelligence agency goons and even the treasure hunters are trying to dog pile in on The Michigan Assembly and its members, the only American state-nationals in the State, and mischaracterize them as "sovereign individuals" and "stateless persons" and so on.
These hypocrites, our erstwhile public employees, are running all these criminal operations defrauding and disserving their employers, and they have no delegated authority to do any of it. There is no actual "war" -- only an illegal and immoral mercenary conflict ginned up by the people who own both parent corporations involved in this conflict.
The people of Michigan have an absolute right to self-determination guaranteed under international law and under the service contracts of both of the "warring" commercial corporations. Their right to declare their political status and state nationality, like their right to "peaceably" assemble, is ironclad, guaranteed.
Yet their public meetings have been infiltrated and interrupted by members of all the above identified factions of criminals, fraudsters, and freebooters. Individual people have been subjected to false arrest and harassment because "the Memo" regarding the Birth Registration Scam and all the rest of it, hasn't reached the Scum Layers of the U.S. Government.
The members of The Michigan Assembly who have publicly declared their identity as state-nationals are the people that absolutely all these government agencies and departments and subcontractors both military and civilian, are, purportedly, here to "serve and protect".
It's high time they protected the American people from their own operations and Canadian operations as well.
Far from being "stateless" the people of Michigan are the natural population of the State that gives any meaning or authority to the "States of State" also known as "Confederate States" at all, a fact that has missed the rather dim cognizance of our public employees including Governor Whitmer.
These Americans are not British Subjects, not Municipal persons, and they are not unidentified or stateless. They are the Employers, the Missing Owners, returned "from over the sea" and we are the Federation of States representing all the other States of the Union, including Michigan.
These Americans own their Good Names, their land, their cars and trucks; any and all undisclosed and purloined "registrations", misapplied "titles", purloined "copyrights" and "descriptions" notwithstanding, they are standing in and upon the land and soil jurisdiction of Michigan and no foreign legal presumptions apply to them.
This includes and is not limited to any presumption on the part of the State of Michigan Highway Patrol or similar agents, that any man or woman on their way to work or school or any other private activity, is instead engaged in interstate commerce.
Coerced registration of cars and trucks as "commercial vehicles" imposed by the State of Michigan, Incorporated, and other state-of-state franchises, is a form of fraud under force that cannot be tolerated, as it leads to false arrest, public endangerment, and commercial racketeering.
This is just one example of how an undisclosed set up and demand to register an asset under color of law results in an inequitable material interest that the State of Michigan, Inc., did not earn, in assets the State of Michigan, Inc., does not legitimately own, and how it creates a false legal presumption that a car or truck is engaged in interstate commercial business, and is subject to commercial regulation, when absolutely none of this self-interested tripe is true.
People have been forced and coerced under color of law to falsely register their cars and trucks as commercial vehicles to their own material detriment and deprivation of their rights.
Read that: the State of Michigan, Inc., the State of Michigan, LLC, the STATE OF MICHIGAN and MICHIGAN and all their various franchises are engaged in strong-arm racketeering under color of law and Mr. Trump and Mr. Rubio and the Parliament and the Roman Curia and the White Pope and the Grey Pope and the Black Pope are all profiting themselves from this and doing nothing to obey their own "laws" and "policies" and "service contracts" at all.
Instead, they are actively evading their laws, policies, service contracts, and commercial obligations by the simple device of forced undisclosed registration of people and material assets under color of law.
Our jails are full of people who did nothing wrong, people who simply recognized that they aren't engaged in any commercial business, and therefore aren't driving for any commercial purpose, and don't need to register their car or truck as a commercial vehicle.
And this is obvious and clearly stated in both Federal and State of State law for all to see, yet they continue to operate in fraud and complicity in organized inland piracy against their employers.
People in Michigan and throughout this country have been harassed, arrested, brutalized, beaten, fined, and illegally incarcerated using the above roster of false presumptions resulting from incorrect registrations obtained under conditions of force and color of law.
The revenue from these unlawful, illegal, and immoral practices and the collateral advantage of appearing to own millions of cars and trucks free gratis has been sufficient motive for organizations like "the State of Michigan, Incorporated" to engage in these filthy, criminal registration and enforcement practices against their own employees and their actual employers, too.
Americans have been forced and coerced under color of law to "register" their cars and trucks, just as they have been coerced without full disclosure to "register" their babies and accept "titles" for their land and pieces of paper for their money.
There is nothing lawful or legal about any of this. Its pillaging, plundering, and piracy carried out by persons and organizations that are purportedly here in this country serving under either The Constitution of the United States or The Constitution of the United States of America.
The "State of Michigan, Incorporated", is a British Crown franchise corporation holding a deliberately fraudulent and undisclosed "Constitution" written between British Territorial U.S. Citizens and Municipal citizens of the United States, and together these foreign populations of "federal" employees and employees of deceptively named state-of-state franchises, have imposed upon the actual people of this country as if we were subject to their contracts.
We have our own pre-existing contracts and both the British Monarch and the Pope have cause to know this.
The Roman Curia which owns the majority interest in both the British Crown Corporations and the Municipal Corporations that have pretended to be at (commercial) war all these years is responsible along with their partners in crime, the so-called European "nobility", for these conditions in this country and other countries throughout the world.
It's way past time to kick Pepe Orsini and the Illuminati in their collective asses and force them to honor their actual contracts owed to their actual employers. They are supposed to be here "protecting and serving" us, not protecting and serving themselves.
It's time to shut SERCO down. Time to name an American Paymaster --- not a Tory Paymaster, an American Paymaster.
It's time for these franchise operations to stop harassing and pillaging and plundering and start cleaning up their own disgraceful Mess, stop pretending that they are nation-states, stop pretending that they have state immunity, and including but not limited to de-weaponizing the QFS which is otherwise a "system" in the criminal and monopolistic sense, releasing all the False Registrations, and ending the False Impositions of commercial and statutory law against Americans who are minding their own business.
Leave our State of the Union Assemblies and their members, the actual declared Americans, alone. Protect them. Honor them. They are your employers and they are owed the Law of the Land.
Finally, return the houses mischaracterized as "homes" and the land mischaracterized as "property". You can all start by obeying Chief Fast Horse's demand to return my house(s) and land(s) which were illegally seized upon in Big Lake, Alaska, and elsewhere.
At the same time, you can ramp up efforts to clear your scuzzy personnel out of the UP of Michigan and fully inform every highway patrol and cop in this country that they cannot presume state-of-state ownership and commercial activity based merely on registrations.
Clean up your own "intelligence" agencies and paramilitary goon squads and misinformed controlled opposition operations, including the FBI and DOJ and the groups currently terrorizing innocent people in Michigan and elsewhere.
If anyone starts shooting, God forbid, don't pretend its a civil war.
If any such thing happens, it's going to be a False Flag or self-defense against pirates. And it would be the fault of those entrusted to maintain peace and sanity in the world, "just taking orders" and operating in breach of trust.
