Is Congress About to Start a Civil War in America?

Are the criminals in Congress who want to disarm law abiding Americans about to pass unlawful measures that will trip the trigger on a civil war in America, by hiding it in the next budget law?

We all know that any so called gun control bills would be totally treasonous, and won't stop any violence anyway because criminals are not the ones that will obey them.

It's the deluded so called "law abiding" Americans that will be tricked into believing that these codes and statutes have any weight of law, when in fact they are completely against the Supreme Law of the Land, and will be null and void from their inception.

Let's get real folks. Perhaps the Federal Corporation has the right to deny it's own employees the right to carry firearms, but they certainly don't have the right or authority to strip average Americans of the right to arm themselves to prevent government tyranny.

In the wake of the tragic mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida that left 17 dead and 14 others injured, gun control advocates on the Left, the mainstream media, and academia quickly shouted for more onerous gun controls and restrictions on Americans' Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. During a recent CNN town hall, neoconservative Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), a purported supporter of the Second Amendment, stopped short of calling for a so-called "assault weapons" ban but nevertheless teamed up with Democrats on the stage in supporting some gun-control measures. "I absolutely believe that in this country if you are 18 years of age, you should not be able to buy a rifle, and I will support a law that takes that right away," Rubio unapologetically stated on CNN's town hall event. Rubio also expressed consideration for banning high-capacity magazines or curtailing the number of rounds permitted. "I have traditionally not supported looking at magazine clip size and after this and some of the details I have learned about it, I am reconsidering that position," Rubio said.

Wolfgang Halbig Sued Over Sandy Hook: Will the Truth Finally Come Out in Court?

 Undoubtedly, one of the most controversial and investigated incidents related to school-shootings was, and still is, the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting of December 2012 in Newtown, Connecticut.  To recap, 20-year-old Adam Lanza allegedly entered the elementary school and fatally shot 20 children using an automatic rifle, before turning the gun on himself as police arrived.

Even though the description above would seem to be “cut and dry,” speculation as to the true events surrounding the incident would surface almost instantly.  The voluminous amount of evidence which counters the official narrative is too long to list here.  However, a cursory investigation into the alleged massacre should yield you some satisfactory results.

I have been thinking something for the past five years I would love to share with everyone in America.

Why is it that Obama and his Democrat friends are always calling on everyone else to give up their guns? If they are against guns, why are they buying millions of them, and billions of rounds of ammo to go with them?

Hmm?

Why not lead by example?

Why not turn in all the "federal agency" guns and all the commercial mercenary army guns that have been purchased with our tax money for starters?

After that, Mr. Obama and Mr. Biden and all their friends and cohorts all across the nation and all the people who are "afraid of guns" ---- can safely divest themselves of all those dangerous firearms in their possession.

Nobody will complain or try to stop them from disarming themselves.

I would be willing to collect all the Democrat-owned firearms in America and see to it that these orphaned firearms find good homes with new owners who appreciate the beauty and value of good, useful tools.

The entire argument about "gun control" needs to be turned on its head. If the Democrats are worried about being able to control their guns, by all means, they should be allowed to lock them up in a safe place or turn them in to the nearest American National Guard Unit.

The rest of us who feel competent to use tools only when appropriate don't have a problem with guns. It's Mr. Obama and his buddies who have their knickers in a knot about guns, so it would seem that they should be the first and willing ones to divest themselves of guns.

Right?

Makes sense to me.

Afterall, we aren't forcing a single Democrat-Flower Child- Nature Worshiping Demi-Urge or anyone else to own guns. We are just maintaining our own right and responsibility to do so---- and the words "shall not be infringed" are pretty straight forward.

The permit holder broke concealment.   It's one thing to suspect that somebody is carrying a gun. It's another thing to actually see the gun.

In Montana the person carrying could lawfully have carried the gun openly.  What would this ignorant person who tackled him have done then?

The prohibited places laws are INFRINGEMENT and make no sense whatsoever. 

The reasoning is completely faulty.  They want to disarm law abiding people in these places, to make who safer?

The criminals who carry guns unlawfully anyway!   It certainly doesn't make the law abiding person safer!

Gunowner revolt breaks out in another state

A sheriff in Fulton County, New York, is taking on that state’s anti-gun establishment by defying an attempt to have legal handgun owners “recertify” their right to bear arms with the state bureaucracy.

New York adopted the sweeping SAFE Act legislation in 2013 with most of the attention focused on a ban on “assault rifles” and high-capacity clips. But a little-known provision of the bill requires every handgun owner to recertify their permit with the local sheriff or clerk’s office by 2018. The counties are then required to upload the permit information to a statewide digital database that is being created. The process must be repeated every five years.

The state has sent out 500 “invitations” to gun owners in several counties asking them to participate in an early pilot program. They are asked to go online and upload their information on each gun they own.

Sheriff Thomas Lorey of Fulton County volunteered his county to participate in the pilot program, only so he could send a message to the bureaucrats in the state Capitol, including Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

“I’m asking everyone that gets those invitations to throw them in the garbage because that is where they belong,” Lorey said at a recent meeting with conservative activists. “They go in the garbage because, for 100 years or more, ever since the inception of pistol permits, nobody has ever been required to renew them.”

The state wants to roll out the new online registration database by February, Lorey said.

“I don’t think they’re going to be able to do it,” he said. “Let’s have everybody’s permit expire the same day and let ‘em see what they’re going to do with it.”

The want you dead!  They are coming to KILL YOU, and nothing less. They want us all dead so they can take our stuff and live high on the hog.  That is their only motivation, because they KNOW  they can never have heaven when they die, so they are trying to get their heaven here on this earth!

In a way they have a death wish. They think that by being just as evil as possible in this life, they can erase their very existence in the next life. SORRY traitors. That isn't what happens when you die outside of God's Grace.  What happens is that you get buried IN HELL forever and ever without end. You will reap the just deserts of your miserable existence on this earth REGARDLESS of how much to you try to avoid them.

As for us, we wish only for your conversion to the truth and your eternal salvation, but if you continue to persecute the faithful and you come at us with guns, and you don't believe in God, we will be happy to arrange for you to meet Him.

Lawmakers plot new strategy for defying gun law

More states are joining the effort to stop abuse of power by the Feds.
Nullification is the issue, and so is the commerce clause abuse of the last few decades, which the Montana Firearms Freedom Act seeks to end.  In the mean time other states are getting on the bandwagon, and the numbers are growing.

All gun grabbers are OUTLAWS. They hate the law, especially the US supreme law, the Constitution. If they were NOT OUTLAWS they would be proposing an outright repeal of the 2nd amendment according to constitutional process, but no, they know that won't fly, so they are willing to incite violence against we the people, who are the lawful civil authority in our counties with our lawfully elected sheriffs.

That makes them Seditionists. The definition of sedition is "to incite violence against the lawful civil authority". It's a felony crime. They should be arrested and charged with sedition the instant they throw any anti 2nd amendment bill in the hopper. It is NOT possible to change, abrogate, or replace the 2nd amendment with a mere statute. There is a constitutional process to do it lawfully. Get real everyone. These people are criminals, and need to be in jail the very instant they even PROPOSE such so called "laws", which are all null and void from their inception, and don't give me any noise about the so called "corporate government". It was all done with fraud, deception, threat, duress, coercion, and intimidation, which makes all their contracts UNILATERAL, making them all null and void also. NONE OF THIS WILL STAND BEFORE GOD. They are all liars, and the blind, leading the blind, and they will all fall in the pit of hell for doing this.

Yes the gun grabbers are the real terrorists and they fully intend to fight a war against the American people with all the ammunition they are buying. They are all monsters, and they are equipping their cannon fodder brown shirts to get slaughtered by we the people when they come for us and our freedom. They just can't leave peace loving free people alone to work and live and raise their families. They won't be satisfied until we are all either slaves or dead and they own the whole world. They have made up their minds that if they can't own it all, they are going to burn it to the ground.
