150 Years of Non-Performance

By Anna Von Reitz

Immediately after the Civil War, the Democratic Party led the attacks on the freed plantation slaves. The history shows that they systematically resisted the drive to give black men the vote, resisted the effort to distribute homestead land to blacks, and ultimately spearheaded the plot to "confer federal citizenship" on the former plantation slaves, thereby making them the first victims of the corporate franchise system that has all but overtaken the whole country today.

Now, I don't believe in political parties any more than I believe in Federal Reserve Notes, so let's begin by saying that I openly despise the "Two Party System" --- with the emphasis on "System" and just because I am anti-Democrat does not prevent me from being anti-Republican as well.

Both the modern political parties that have dominated and decimated our public life for a hundred years got their start in my home state--- Wisconsin. Why Wisconsin? Because a large number of German Communists who were kicked out of Germany following the 1848 Worker's Rebellion eventually settled in Wisconsin and brought along the "Hegelian Dialectic" and the political party system with them.

Regarding “Political Action” – by Anna von Reitz

I note all the poor people rushing in and pleading, oh, no, no, no! We have to participate in the electoral process!
The electoral process of what? A private, for-profit, mostly foreign owned commercial corporation run amok?
They say, we have to get so-and-so elected and the Republicans have to take back the Senate….
They don’t yet perceive the insanity of what they are saying and doing.
We’ve been playing this set up board game for a hundred years. There’s no difference between “Democrats” and “Republicans” anymore, if there ever was. Both are representatives of criminality, corruption, incompetence, and enslavement of real people to serve their corporation. They are the two cattle prods, one right, one left.
It’s important to understand that the Roosevelts, Teddy and FDR, set up this mental box with malice aforethought and were also the authors of much of the semantic deceit and fraud that has engulfed America for three generations. Should it surprise anyone to learn that they were also at the bottom of the development of the present “two party system”?
Will it sound strange to you that both modern “national” political parties got their start in Wisconsin, of all places — and that neither of these parties bear any resemblance to their historical antecedants? For example, did you know that after the Civil War, it was the Democrats that blocked black Americans from being able to own land and vote, and it was the Republicans who championed that cause and finally pushed it through?
Perhaps you will wonder why such an odd thing exists?
Because in 1848 Wisconsin received a large number of German immigrants who were cast out of Europe for being “Freethinkers and Communists” — a result of the 1848 Workers Rebellion. These people brought their foreign ideas to Wisconsin, settled in, and promptly began setting up the favorite implement of all Communists — a divide and conquer strategy. All things are dualistic in this world and people naturally think of things as “good” or “bad”, so it is relatively easy to use this unconscious prejudice and default in our logic systems to our detriment. Unscrupulous politicians just set up “the poles” — or as in this case, “the parties”— and they just drive the sheep from one side of the spectrum to the other.
In very short order they have us wasting our time and energy and passion taking actions which get us nowhere.
Meanwhile, they are pursuing their real agenda of fraud, more deception, and enslavement.
As if this were not obvious enough, in recent years they have instituted the use of “Diebold Voting Machines” — so they don’t even have to worry about the inconvenient evidence of real election results posed by paper ballots. They can just pay off the private companies and union workers who build and service these machines, then sit back and grin and “wait for the election results to come in”.
Are Americans really as stupid as Barack H. Obama supposes?
Please note that even without these nefarious provisions, the ‘votes” of “voters” decide nothing. They are just popularity polls, serving to tell the slavemasters what “sells” to the sheep. “Electors” are the only ones who decide “elections”.
In fact, “Voter Registration” is one of the chief means these rotters use to claim that we are “US citizens” and subject to them and their corporate rules. Any time that you see the words “registration” or “application” be aware that you are giving up something precious in exchange for something either worthless or downright damaging. When you “register” as a “voter”, you automatically identify yourself as someone claiming slave status, and you give up your birthright to function as an “elector”.
So, all of you with ears to hear, get busy and write to the local “Voter Registration Office” and tell them that you made a mistake. You aren’t a “US citizen” nor a “U.S. Citizen” — you are an American State Citizen — and you rescind your signature on their records and forms accordingly.
If you continue to feel any unreasoning urge to vote in their private corporate elections, please be advised that Section II of the Fourteenth Amendment of their most recent public charter known as the “Constitution for the United States of America” makes it illegal for anyone who is not a “US citizen” — that is, a federal employee, civil or active duty military, Negro, foreign welfare recipient, or natural born inhabitant of a “federal state” like Puerto Rico or “enclave” like Washington, DC — to vote in THEIR elections.
You’ve most likely been breaking their law all these years and never knew it, and they have gladly let you do it because it gives them an excuse to lay claim to you and your assets and boss you around and hypothecate their debts against your credit and all sorts of other juicy advantages to them at your expense. It also gives them an excuse to arrest you any time they like and charge you for this “crime” secretly in their very own corporate tribunals. What could be more convenient?
So not only do you need to tear up those “Voter Registration Cards” and stop being fooled by all the “political process” hurrah — that is, drop out of political parties, because they, too, are strictly associated with the corporation masquerading as “your” government — you can also stop giving money to THEIR candidates and wasting time spinning your wheels.
If you want the abuse and theft and deceit to be over, you have to re-create your own PUBLIC offices on the land jurisdiction of your States. Run for THOSE offices. Support THOSE candidates. Just like we have to rebuild the American Court system and the American monetary system, we have to rebuild the American government institutions — because, surprise, surprise — the banks took over the corporation providing you with “governmental services” a long time ago, and they haven’t been doing a good job for you.
A Republic doesn’t run itself and it can’t depend on outside “help”.
If you want to be free, now is the time.
Stop being hoodwinked by these fraud artists and driven “like dumb driven cattle”.
Just say, “No!”

Holding "Republican" feet to the fire

Will Montana Republicans stand on their own platform?

This is a report an analysis of the possible fallout from the "Republican" convention held in Missoula in mid June. Why is it important? Only because it might decide the future of freedom in Montana. Our state is being looked at as a pattern for power takeover by the socialists, and they are dumping millions into Montana campaigns to keep their lacky Democrats in power, but are the "Republican" candidates much different?

Step 1 is to read this report by Gary Marbut on some of the events that took place at the convention.

http://marbut.com/GOPReport/

Step 2 is to read the new platform put in place the same weekend by the platform convention. I was a voting delegate from Lincoln County, and this is probably one of the best platforms the Montana Republican party has ever written, which is NOT to say that it couldn't be vastly improved, but people who study the founding principles of our country are in the minority in these kinds of meetings, and that is sad because freedom hangs in the balance, and most people's understanding of what has made us free and kept us free falls far short of the understanding people had in the days of the founders. That is not to say it's not improving. People are waking up fast because they are feeling the pain of loss of freedom and loss of prosperity, and that is what enabled us to get the planks into the platform that can make a difference.

Read the new platform here:
http://www.mtgop.org/index.php/about/party-platform.html

The key to this is to get the candidates and office holders to conduct themselves according to the platform.
In recent years it seems Republicans who hold office, by and large, ignore the platform and just go on their way and do whatever they want, and NOBODY calls them on it.

This article is a call to action. If you call yourself a Republican, then you should live by the platform of the Republican Party, which was put in place by the official platform convention consisting of duly elected representatives from every participating county central committee, which should be recognized at the state level by every Republican in Montana, and should be promoted by every Republican at every level in Montana. I am not saying this platform doesn't have errors and faults. I would eliminate anything that smells of redistribution of wealth, including everything that uses government to force people to do things that an individual would not be morally right in doing.

Here is a listing of some of the really important parts of the new platform that some candidates are downplaying or downright running away from in an attempt to "sneak" into office.

1. The private ownership of property is a fundamental principle of our constitutional republic and government’s only function is to secure such rights.

2. Minimum interference by government in employer employee relations.

3. Jury rights to judge the law as well as the facts in a case, and that juries must be fully informed.

4. Parents should be allowed to "reasonably discipline their children" without legal consequences.

5. Universities can not deny 2nd amendment rights.

6. Parents rights to choose how to educate their children including home schooling.

7. Life begins at conception.

8. Repeal of Obama care.

9. No amnesty for illegals. Deportation of illegals. Demand the Feds enforce the current laws.

10. Growth policies are NOT regulatory documents and shall not be viewed as such.

11. Protect the property rights of owners from environmental  policies that interfere with their right to use their property as they see fit.

12. Oppose and expose United Nations Agenda 21.

13. Encourage local government to invoke the coordination process with all Federal government agencies.

14. Reaffirms States rights,  individual freedom, and unalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all individuals.

15. Marriage ONLY between one man and one woman.

16. Sheriffs first. No federal action without the written permission of the local sheriff.

17. No federal takeover of water in Montana. Any such action a violation of states rights.

18. 10th Amendment vigorously defended by executive branch.

19. Strong defense of the Montana Firearms Freedom Act, and all gun rights of the individual.including the prosecution of any agents of government violating that law. Oppose any "gun free zones" except prisons.

20. No US troops under UN command or UN troops on US soil. Get the UN out of the US.

21. Against the indefinite detention provision of the NDAA and against the USA Patriot Act.

22. Supports a full audit of the Federal Reserve, and a sound money system rather than fiat currency.

23. Stands against government control of the internet.

24. Supports the entire RNC resolution against United Nations Agenda 21.

There is much more not listed here but you get the drift. In my opinion all but a few sentences of this platform, with some minor wording changes would be supported by most of the founders of our country if they were around.

So there is the challenge to the candidates who call themselves Republicans. If you refuse to support these provisions you could run the risk of exposing who you really are. Are you really with the majority of Republicans in Montana who have adopted this platform, or should you really be running as an independent or maybe even a Democrat?

Voters, here is your chance to hold the candidates feet to the fire of truth. Make your candidates identify themselves. Ask lots of questions of these people who want to be on your payroll.

COURAGEOUS NOT CONSERVATIVE Tea Party Takeover

By Coach Dave Daubenmire

NewsWithViews.com

I am afraid the Tea Party movement is in danger of being high jacked by “mainstream conservative” Republicans. Both parties have their fingers in the air trying to figure out how powerful of a storm is on the horizon. Can’t you see them paddling their boats to the right…hoping to ride the waves to victory?

Will the Republicans Save Us?

by Laurence M. Vance

Now that the Democrats have regained complete control of the government, many conservatives are looking to the Republicans in Congress to save us from the socialism and fascism of the Democrats. As we saw when Clinton was president, many Republicans have started talking, and some have started acting, like the conservative advocates of liberty and less government they claim to be. Will the Republicans save us?
Don’t count on it.

So why am I so pessimistic? Because I actually check how the Republicans in Congress vote instead of just listening to their free-market, limited government, and anti-Democratic rhetoric, that’s why.
