Done with the Republican Party

This email is my official resignation from the Republican Party,

and as the State Committeeman from Lincoln County effective immediately. Today is August 29th 2012.

The Republican Party has been completely taken over lock stock and barrel, by the same elite one world goons that are backing Obama. It's just a different clique that wants power in their hands. This is the same outfit that Bush senior et al belonged to, and they will never relinquish their power to the people. They will pull every dirty, unlawful, immoral trick and method they think they can get away with, and I won't be a part of their so called "party" ever again.

After the way the Ron Paul people were treated at the Montana Republican convention and now the national Republican convention I believe there will NEVER be any hope to return the party to the people, and I am sick and tired of wasting my time and money in trying to do so.  I believe that Romney can NOT win against Obama because he is too much like him. I will NOT be voting for Romney. I can NOT vote for the lesser of two evils. I will be writing in Ron Paul's name or voting for someone else. I don't really care what people think about that. What I really care about is what God thinks about my vote.

I have much more important things to do to prepare for what I believe now is an inevitable battle for freedom that will be won or lost at the local county level.

I will be focusing my efforts on Lincoln County in making veterans, and active duty service and law enforcement personnel realize their duty to uphold the oath they took when they got the job.   www.oathkeepers.org

And I will be holding local candidates feet to the fire about that same oath and many issues that are NOT receiving the attention they deserve such as Agenda 21, and local loss of land and water use and property owner rights, and also the comprehensive annual financial report that shows Lincoln County to have lots of money salted away for retirement funds that could have been used to rebuild our roads and bridges and finance education.

I will also be educating the people of our county and state about how to keep their oaths of office, and urging attendance at the next convention of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association in Las Vegas in September.

I will also be spending a significant amount of time at the local gun range with my family and a few friends practicing the skills I learned at Front Sight Firearms Training in Pahrump Nevada recently. I have come to the conclusion that we are NOT going to preserve freedom in our country without defending it at some point. Notice I said DEFEND not aggress.  I won't be starting anything, but I will be teaching people how to be prepared to defend their families, property and freedom.

I will also spend quite a bit of time teaching people how to communicate during any such emergency using ham radio and other more secure radio communications, for the safety of our families and neighbors.

Holding "Republican" feet to the fire

Will Montana Republicans stand on their own platform?

This is a report an analysis of the possible fallout from the "Republican" convention held in Missoula in mid June. Why is it important? Only because it might decide the future of freedom in Montana. Our state is being looked at as a pattern for power takeover by the socialists, and they are dumping millions into Montana campaigns to keep their lacky Democrats in power, but are the "Republican" candidates much different?

Step 1 is to read this report by Gary Marbut on some of the events that took place at the convention.

Step 2 is to read the new platform put in place the same weekend by the platform convention. I was a voting delegate from Lincoln County, and this is probably one of the best platforms the Montana Republican party has ever written, which is NOT to say that it couldn't be vastly improved, but people who study the founding principles of our country are in the minority in these kinds of meetings, and that is sad because freedom hangs in the balance, and most people's understanding of what has made us free and kept us free falls far short of the understanding people had in the days of the founders. That is not to say it's not improving. People are waking up fast because they are feeling the pain of loss of freedom and loss of prosperity, and that is what enabled us to get the planks into the platform that can make a difference.

The key to this is to get the candidates and office holders to conduct themselves according to the platform.
In recent years it seems Republicans who hold office, by and large, ignore the platform and just go on their way and do whatever they want, and NOBODY calls them on it.

This article is a call to action. If you call yourself a Republican, then you should live by the platform of the Republican Party, which was put in place by the official platform convention consisting of duly elected representatives from every participating county central committee, which should be recognized at the state level by every Republican in Montana, and should be promoted by every Republican at every level in Montana. I am not saying this platform doesn't have errors and faults. I would eliminate anything that smells of redistribution of wealth, including everything that uses government to force people to do things that an individual would not be morally right in doing.

Here is a listing of some of the really important parts of the new platform that some candidates are downplaying or downright running away from in an attempt to "sneak" into office.

1. The private ownership of property is a fundamental principle of our constitutional republic and government’s only function is to secure such rights.

2. Minimum interference by government in employer employee relations.

3. Jury rights to judge the law as well as the facts in a case, and that juries must be fully informed.

4. Parents should be allowed to "reasonably discipline their children" without legal consequences.

5. Universities can not deny 2nd amendment rights.

6. Parents rights to choose how to educate their children including home schooling.

7. Life begins at conception.

8. Repeal of Obama care.

9. No amnesty for illegals. Deportation of illegals. Demand the Feds enforce the current laws.

10. Growth policies are NOT regulatory documents and shall not be viewed as such.

11. Protect the property rights of owners from environmental  policies that interfere with their right to use their property as they see fit.

12. Oppose and expose United Nations Agenda 21.

13. Encourage local government to invoke the coordination process with all Federal government agencies.

14. Reaffirms States rights,  individual freedom, and unalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all individuals.

15. Marriage ONLY between one man and one woman.

16. Sheriffs first. No federal action without the written permission of the local sheriff.

17. No federal takeover of water in Montana. Any such action a violation of states rights.

18. 10th Amendment vigorously defended by executive branch.

19. Strong defense of the Montana Firearms Freedom Act, and all gun rights of the individual.including the prosecution of any agents of government violating that law. Oppose any "gun free zones" except prisons.

20. No US troops under UN command or UN troops on US soil. Get the UN out of the US.

21. Against the indefinite detention provision of the NDAA and against the USA Patriot Act.

22. Supports a full audit of the Federal Reserve, and a sound money system rather than fiat currency.

23. Stands against government control of the internet.

24. Supports the entire RNC resolution against United Nations Agenda 21.

There is much more not listed here but you get the drift. In my opinion all but a few sentences of this platform, with some minor wording changes would be supported by most of the founders of our country if they were around.

So there is the challenge to the candidates who call themselves Republicans. If you refuse to support these provisions you could run the risk of exposing who you really are. Are you really with the majority of Republicans in Montana who have adopted this platform, or should you really be running as an independent or maybe even a Democrat?

Voters, here is your chance to hold the candidates feet to the fire of truth. Make your candidates identify themselves. Ask lots of questions of these people who want to be on your payroll.

'Tis the week before Christmas and all through the land, not a freedom is safe from Obama's hand. Bankers, bewildered, before him now bow, while auto-makers, thankful, praise his cash cow. With energy and health care nearing control, his grasp on the nation is as he foretold. The people are stirred by his escapades, and are somewhat shocked by the history they made. Obama is not what he promised to be; he brings, instead, tyranny.

America's great experiment in freedom was designed by our Founders to create a new kind of government consisting of the very people for whom the government was made. The first purpose of this new government was to protect the freedom of the people against all enemies both foreign and domestic, and especially from governmental tyranny. To keep the federal government under control, the designers limited the power of the new federal government to those very specific areas set forth in Article 1, Section 8.

These limitations are now routinely ignored by both the House and the Senate.

The one mechanism in our system of government designed to rid our government of those who abuse the Constitution is the biennial elections.

America stands at the brink of a Marxist abyss because Americans have elected a majority of officials who do not honor the Constitution, who do not respect the value of individual freedom, who crave personal power and perks more than the prosperity produced by free people operating a free market.

A majority of disappointed non-Democrats allowed this congressional majority to be elected by staying home on Election Day.

If the United States created by the Constitution is to survive, Americans must mobilize and remove the current majority in Washington. Actions by the Washington majority have stirred deep-seated anger and patriotic enthusiasm across the countryside, but there is a very real danger that this anti-majority fervor will be splintered.

Tea Party activists are battling for leadership while Glenn Beck's 9-12 groups compete for attention. Third Party promoters vie for support in the face of waning Republican influence. This is a guaranteed formula for failure in 2010.

Victory in 2010 is not necessarily determined by party label. There Are Democrats who believe in the Constitutional limitation of Congressional power, and Republicans who do not. The challenge faced by voters is finding candidates -- regardless of party affiliation -- who are strong advocates of the U.S. Constitution, as demonstrated by deeds, not rhetoric. Sadly, many of these candidates labor fruitlessly in third-party campaigns.

Rush Limbaugh's advice to third parties is sound: take control of the Republican Party and make it the Party of the Constitution.

In the last hundred years, third parties have done nothing but help elect the candidate they most wanted to defeat. Theodore Roosevelt was the most successful third-party candidate in the 20th century. His 27% of the 1912 vote assured the election of Woodrow Wilson, who gave the world the League of Nations. Robert LaFollett's third party received 17% in 1924; George Wallace drew 14% in 1968, and John Anderson got 7% in 1980. Multi-millionaire Ross Perot mustered 19% in 1992, and 8% in 1996, both times, just enough to insure the election of Bill Clinton.

This is not the year for another failed third-party effort; this is the year to save the nation. The best way to do that is for conservatives to converge on the Republican Party and take control. Democrats who are sick of seeing what their Marxist leadership is doing to the nation may want to consider siding with the conservatives in the 2010 election -- to help keep Republicans honest.


The argument that insists that a vote for either a Democrat or Republican is casting a vote for the lesser of two evils is, at best, superficial. A party label does not evil make. Evil exists in every political party -- granted, more in some than in others. The challenge is to elect candidates who demonstrate their respect for the Constitution. The tragedy will be conservatives getting caught up in a power struggle that paves the way for another Marxist majority to march into Washington.

Ten months is barely time to find and fund the candidates who will reverse the wreckage wrought by this Marxist majority in Washington. This great American experiment in freedom is wholly dependent upon the desire of free people to stay free. America's freedom is at greater risk than at any time in history. Just as our forefathers fought off those who would impose tyranny in the past, this generation is called upon now to cast off another threat to freedom. This time, the enemy is already in Washington.
