I recently had the pleasure of sitting down for a personal interview with icon Red Beckman.  Red was passing through town on family business and was gracious enough to sit down and chat with me for 15 minutes or so.  If you consider yourself a member of the Liberty or Patriot movements, you can thank Red Beckman for the work he has done over 40+ years.  I have included a bio for Red from his website, and a link to the interview below.

M.J. 'Red' Beckman is a concerned American. He is a businessman involved in a number of various enterprises. His preferred lifestyle would be as a rancher-farmer, but the present political situation, in the United States of America, has dictated a change of priorities.

Red has been involved in religious activities and study most of his life. Now, as an author, lecturer, TV producer, farmer, and businessman, he is actively participating in the political process of our nation.

Securing the right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness for his and your children and grandchildren, has now become priority number one. This change in lifestyle has resulted in several books, production of numerous TV shows, radio talk shows and a reputation as a public speaker. Extensive travel across the nation and wide distribution of his books, has given Red, and his wife Earlene, great satisfaction and many new friends.

Red Beckman is an optimist who is convinced that our country can survive this present wasteful, inefficient and corrupt government. All that is needed is for we, the people, to enforce the laws written to control government. If our government is forced to obey the Supreme Law of the Land, we will have good government.

Has Satan Pulled a Fast One on Us?

wife of 60 plus years and I have really enjoyed hearing from fellow patriots. Since we started this I had a very bad fall and spent 10 days in a local hospital. Getting old creates some problems, but I am now on the mend. I fell on the 23rd of March, and it has now been three weeks. Now I will get back to work.

I and two of my brothers all served in the U.S.Army during the Korean War.We took the same oath many millions of others have taken when we become military. We swore to defend the Constitution for the united States of America from all enemies foreign and domestic.We did not swear to defend the government.We were taught how to fight and kill foreign enemies but we were given no training on how to defend the Constitution from domestic enemies. I am convinced the federal government has become an enemy of our united States Constitution. Those who read AFP, like myself, should always read anything written by Paul Craig Roberts.

In a recent issue of AFP Roberts stated that Evangelical churches in our country are responsible for much of our nation’s failures and so much of the death and damage that has been done in Iraq, Afghanistan and places where we don’t belong. I have been saying the same thing for a long time and have been criticized severely.

Theological error is nothing new on planet Earth. Millions of innocent men, women and children have been abused, plundered and brutally murdered by religious gangsters. Jim Bakker, Jimmy Swaggart, Oral Roberts family and others have conned our friends and families out of millions of dollars. This is just a short list of people who in my lifetime have been exposed as religious outlaws. My guess is there are perhaps 50 to 60 million Americans we can consider to be Evangelicals. A predominant belief of these religious people is that people known as Jews are the chosen people of our Creator God. This is very serious theological error.

I was taught at an early age that Jewish people were special because the Holy Bible told us they were God’s chosen. As I became an adult I believed what I had been taught in Sunday School and Church. I never questioned what I was taught.When I finally did my own research I discovered the truth.

The children of Israel are God’s Chosen people. If God has a chosen people, Satan will have his chosen people. The grandson of Abraham was named Jacob and he became the father of people we know as children of Israel. There is not one place in our Bible that tells us a Jew and an Israelite are the same. Israelites are a special race of people and Jews are those who have accepted Judaism as their religious belief system. Judaism is a religion that worships Lucifer (Satan) as their god. 

The Babylonian Talmud is the bible of Judaism. Lucifer is the god of Judaism and if you don’t know that, I know you have never asked a Jew whom they pray to. If you think I'm wrong, I know you are as gullible as I was the first half of my life. 

I will give a short list of scripture you must read. John 8:44 is where Jesus the Christ told Jews they were of their father the Devil. Matthew 23:15 Christ told us the leaders (Scribes-Pharisees) of Judaism were proselyting and their proselytes were sons of hell.You must also read 1st John 2:22 and 4:3. The religion of Judaism denies that Jesus the Christ is the only begotten Son of our creator God. I was a Sunday School teacher, church board member of an Evangelical church, and then I discovered that I had believed a lie.

Voters who have found truth will not vote for candidates who support Judaism. Jesus the Christ told us in John 8:32:YE SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH SHALL MAKE YOU FREE.

“We the People” are searching for truth and we are finding it.

Possibly the Worst Crime in History!

It has been 28 years since the first copies of The Law That Never Was, Vol. I came off the press. This book should have put the Internal Revenue Service into the history books. It didn't work that way but the story is not complete. Twenty-eight years ago we knew that Federal Courts and Federal Judges were not dispensing justice. Judges at all levels of government have demonstrated their lack of integrity and good character.
Federal Judges have created a great mass of Case Law as they have tried to excuse and cover up another government created crime against “We the People.” I would like to say the Federal Income Tax is the worst crime in history but that may not be true. Don't forget the 50 to 60 million murders of the unborn.

Those orders, decisions and legal papers signed by Federal Judges will now become the prima facia evidence that will stop the IRS in their tracks. I now know of cases that have taken place in the past several years that have stopped the IRS thugs as they tried to extort and plunder productive people.

I will put a sample letter here and you will understand what I'm saying:

Greetings,

I am in receipt of a letter from your office dated last week.

If you are creating a controversy between me and the IRS, I do hereby put you on LAWFUL NOTICE that the 7th Article of the Bill of Rights is the only access I have to Constitutional Due process. Rule 38 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provides me access to a common Law Court and Common Law Jury Trial. I want to make sure you understand my situation. I am a productive, hard working American who will not allow you or any other agent of criminal government to use administrative procedures to steal and plunder any of my wages or investments. I have been investigating, researching and documenting evidence that proves our Constitutional Republic has been high-jacked, subverted and replaced by an unlawful, evil, majority-rule democracy.
I have in my possession a copy of the book The Law That Never Was, Vol I. This book is an analysis of certified copies of how State Legislatures debated and voted for or against the ratification of the 16th amendment. As you know, the infamous 16th is known as the Law which supposedly gave Congress the Constitutional authority to tax the incomes of “We the People.”

The Law That Never Was, Vol. I was first printed April of 1985. Since that time there have been many controversies where this book has been entered as evidence. The evidence of the fraudulent ratification of the 16th  has never been presented to a trial jury because criminals in black robes will not allow a jury to hear or consider the evidence. The Judges that made findings of facts and conclusions of law which they used to obstruct justice have an undeniable CONFLICT of Interest if they preside over an Income Tax controversy. Judges, prosecutors and IRS agents are paid their salaries from tax monies, and that makes them beneficiaries of the tax laws.
Judges, prosecutors, IRS agents and the Court House Janitor are all government agents. Federal Judges have been violating their Judicial code of ethics, obstructing justice, and sending to prison honest hard working Americans.

Federal Judges are given lifetime judicial appointments as a political payoff. They are political outlaws who are now being called to account for their crimes against “We the People.” They have signed hundreds or perhaps even thousands of documents that will be used to bring them to justice. Just as I have, millions of patriotic concerned Americans are reading history, researching and documenting what has happened to this the greatest most powerful and rich nation in history. Grand Juries and Trial Juries are going to become independent checks as “We the People” restore lawful government. Federal Judges will no longer be able to protect your abuse of
“We the People.”

This will be the third ad I have bought in AFP. My wife Earlene and I, traveled the united States of America for about thirty years trying to warn our fellow Americans of what is happening to our great nation/home. When we began to speak out in 1975 we were considered to be radicals, kooks and stupid. After all wasn't the united States of America the richest most powerful nation in the world? The major media lied about us and the preachers in their pulpits said we would go to hell if we didn't render unto Caesar. We were outnumbered but if you are still here in 2013 you will have to admit we were right. I really wish we had been wrong but what we were saying twenty-five years ago has come true. We are living in a nation which is self destructing. Some of our countrymen are beginning to wake up and pay attention to our nation's mistake..

The 2008 general election had a new player in the political game. They called themselves the TEA PARTY and they made enough noise to win some congressional seats in 2010 . Those Tea Party candidates made the same mistake Republicans and Democrats have been making for many years. The Tea Party people tried to make the system work the way they were taught in their government school education. They listened to the media talking heads and believed everything they heard on CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN and FOX news. They wanted nothing to do with radicals like Red Beckman. If the media said tax protesters were bad, they believed it. They believed the preachers who told their parishioners that government is a higher power and we must submit to the laws created by politicians. If Morris Dees, of the Southern Poverty Law Center, said Red Beckman was anti-semitic and a hate peddler, they believed him. If the Law school professor said our Constitution was too old and needed to be brought up to date, they believed it.

Now it is my turn to speak. I too had a government school education. I believed it when they taught we have a majority rule political system. When I checked our history and ancient world history I discovered that Democracies have been tried by many nations and they always self destructed. The Roman Empire was warned by one of its great men that when people learn they can vote themselves benefits from the public treasury that political system would fail. The media in my lifetime have become propaganda machines. In the past the people behind the media curtain decided who would be the presidential candidates. The Tea Party people never asked for my views. When I wrote my 1^st book in 1980, I said that Satan was the god of the religious world. In all the years since I wrote those words I am more convinced than ever that I was correct. Morris Dees says that Red Beckman is anti-semitic. Saying this will come as a major shock to most church people but read John 8 in your Bible. If you read verse 44 of the 8^th chapter of John you will notice Jesus the Christ was also anti-semitic. If Jesus the Christ, said they are of their father the devil I won't argue with them.

I was born into a religion that taught Jews were God's chosen people. I became a church board member and the teacher of the senior adult Sunday School class. When I was recruited into the Tax Protest I did my own theological research. It was not easy to find that my Evangelical Church was teaching false theology. Romans chapter thirteen told me every soul was to be subject to the Higher Powers. Our Presidents, Congressmen, Senators and Judges were all souls that were to be subject to the higher laws. Man made law is not higher law.

The Tea Party people haven't discovered the second and third votes of 'We The People'. Grand Juries and Trial Juries can keep politicians out of government. Bad law can be trashed by properly educated Americans. The Tea Party of 1776 would not approve of the modern day Tea Party.

'Red' Beckman Speaks #2

Most of us were born with a minimum of three very important gifts LIFE -TIME – POWER. These gifts are given by our creator. This short essay is about our power. You need to be very careful that the wrong people don't misuse your power. In other words we must jealously protect and control our personal power. There would never be a politician if every person would protect their personal power. Religions would not be a problem if they do not have access to the power of people. Labor Unions, public schools, colleges/universities, media monsters and other entities are dependent on how people allow their power to be used.

How and why do people let others use their power? Political parties and denominational religions are masters of deceit and deception. If you have membership in a denominational religion, the power of that religion will be determined by how many people have made the same mistake you made. Politicians will use lies and propaganda to deceive people and allow a political party to use their power. Our great united States of America was created by men who understood the principles you are reading about in this essay. Those Statesmen who gave us the Constitution for the united States of America gave us a Republican form of government – not a Democracy. A Republican form of government (see Art4,sec. 4) is dependent upon the people retaining their power as individuals. A Democracy empowers politicians to control, misuse and abuse the power of anyone who believes their rhetoric.

When the IRS recruited me into the tax protest I thought our political system was a majority rule Democracy because I had been taught that lie in a government school. I had almost no power because I thought my election day vote was the only control of government available to me. I had never been taught that in our Constitutional Republic I would have three votes to control politicians and government. In our lawful form of government, our vote at the polling place is not as important as our vote on a Grand Jury or Petit (Trial) Jury. You must be a registered voter to be called for Grand Jury or Trial Jury service. In a Constitutional Republic, the Juries are separate powers that are to be a CHECK against the Congress, President and Judges. The Common Law Jury of the 7^th article of the BILL of RIGHTS is the highest Court in our nation.

Where did the unconstitutional IRS get the power to destroy, rob and jail our fellow Americans?

Twelve people on a jury believed our lawful government to be a one vote majority rule Democracy. In an IRS criminal trial the judge, prosecutor and IRS agents are all beneficiaries of the present tax laws. They all have a conflict of interest and will lie to get a conviction. You must use your Jury vote to protect your power and your countrymen from criminals calling themselves government. 'WE THE PEOPLE' can send a message to the Congress with our 'not guilty' votes if we want to get rid of any bad law. When a jury votes NOT GUILTY in an income tax trial every working, producing American WINS.

'WE THE PEOPLE' need to use our Grand Jury votes to investigate the corruption that we know is costing the taxpayers billions. We cannot trust the US justice department to investigate itself or any other part of government. The sitting grand jury is not the servant of justice department attorneys. The grand jury is not a rubber stamp to be used by a government lawyer. The grand jury consists of sovereign Americans who need to jealously protect their creators gift of power.

Our present government is self destructing but the land mass we occupy will still be here.

Governments are temporary. The junk heaps of history are piled high with political wrecks. Democracies have never survived their lies, dreams, hopes and theories. In my lifetime I have seen the sorrow, pain, death, and defeat of many political systems. Will your children, grand and great grandchildren survive the political trauma 'WE THE PEOPLE' are responsible for. Believing lies and propaganda is no substitute for truth and facts. WHO IS USING YOUR POWER?

'RED' BECKMAN SPEAK'S #1

I was born on a South Dakota ranch in 1928, just in time for the crash of 1929. My parents left the dust storms of South Dakota when I was five years old and moved to a very green valley in the State of Montana. I spent twelve years having my brain programed in public schools. My teachers were teaching what they were taught in public schools. At least four generations of Americans are victims of government controlled schools. If you are reading this little essay you are probably one of the victims of a propaganda machine. Government schools do not educate students. If you are concerned about what is happening to this once most powerful and rich nation in history you are not alone. At eighty four years of age Red Beckman has seen and experienced the failures of my fellow Americans to diagnosed and remedy the economic and moral deterioration that is now so visible.

Great nations are never conquered or destroyed by foreign enemies. Great nations self destruct. Most of my countrymen know there are major problems such as multi-trillion dollar debts, no win wars, a do nothing Congress, corrupt judiciary and an unidentified President. I was very fortunate after high school to not have enough money for college. The Korean no win war disrupted my life and the love of my life (a North Dakota school teacher) did not become Mrs. Beckman until 1952. Back in Montana I became a contract logger and was successful enough to attract the attention of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). That was 1957 when my true education began.

As an inductee becoming an army private, I had taken an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution for the united States of America from all enemies foreign and domestic. No one taught us anything about domestic enemies but we were taught how to shoot and kill foreign enemies. Anyone who has been harassed and terrorized by the IRS learns how to identify a domestic enemy. When the IRS put me in their sights, it became very obvious that our Federal government is the most dangerous enemy of our Constitution. The North Koreans, Vietnamese, Iraqis or the Afghans are no threat to the Constitution for the united States of America.

We should now be able to understand why politicians who become government employees want to control our education system. Now we know what domestic enemies do if they can keep the people mentally disabled. They can live off the productivity of hard working patriotic people. Political outlaws buy the votes of people who have been mentally crippled by propaganda, false religions and media owned by domestic enemies. I know what happened to me when I was mentally adjusted by lies and propaganda and they called it education. I am not blaming my teachers because they had spent twelve years of their lives going through the same process I experienced and then four or more years of college to qualify for a teaching job.

When we get to the bottom line we need to identify who to blame for our present national distress. If we are honest it is 'We the People' who have failed to maintain a political system that puts a high value on honesty and integrity. Those who gave us our Declaration of Independence won the war that terminated our connection to the tyranny of King George III. The Statesmen who gave us our Constitution and Bill of Rights told us ETERNAL VIGILANCE was the price we must pay if we wish to secure our liberties. We did not pay the price and now our votes are for sale to the politicians who promise the most goodies from the public treasury. We trusted politicians with our votes and now our trust is being violated.

Was the 17th Amendment to the US Constitution properly ratified?

While you read this think about how out of control Max Bacus and Jon Tester are on this health care monstor, and think about how we can get back the power to reign them in or fire them for it!

The 17th Amendment turns over the Election of US Senators to popular vote where before that the State Legislatures had control of who the two US Senators are.  The Senate is supposed to represent the States, not the people.  WHY SHOULD YOU CARE?

THE SHORT ANSWER IS NO, the 17th amendment was NOT ratified. It's NOT part of the Constitution. It never was. It is wholey null and void, is not law, and is as if it had never been.

Background:  Bill Benson working with Montana's own Red Beckman, travelled to all 48 States involved in the ratification process of the 16th Amendment, (the income tax amendment) and collected from the archives of those state legislatures over 17 thousand (17,000) certified (notarized) documents proving once and for all that the 16th Amendment was never ratified. Bill and Red then published a large hardbound book called "The Law That Never Was" in which they outlined the process they followed to get that certified evidence, and some of the evidence itself.
Bill has spent over two decades trying to get that evidence in front of the American People. He is a true American Patriot and has sacrificed everything, including spending time in jail over these issues. BENSON GOES TO SUPREME COURT FOR ALL OF US

Over the years, I have written about many court battles. Bill Benson's has been going on for many years and now is headed to the U.S. Supreme Court. For those not familiar with his case, it is about the First Amendment. It is about YOUR First Amendment rights. This is one of the most important First Amendment cases to go to the U.S. Supreme Court in the last 100 years. The government's arguments in this case have been so frivolous as to border on absurd. The lower courts have deliberately ignored the main issues because they don't wan to deal with this and that is why it now must go before the "high" court:

"In this historic 16th Amendment litigation, the Government has sued Bill Benson seeking an injunction prohibiting him from falsely telling people the Sixteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution was not ratified and therefore people are not required to file an income tax return. The Government contends it is entitled to an injunction because Benson is promoting an abusive tax shelter, conduct made subject to a penalty per 26 U.S.C. Section 6700."

This case isn't about tax evasion or "paying your fair share." Benson has never promoted any form of abusive tax shelters. It is about the First Amendment. It is about oppressive government deciding they can change the language of the First Amendment to suit their own totalitarian needs. It is about real men who have sacrificed their freedom (Bill Benson), good times and forget getting paid big legal fees (Becraft and Dickstein) the whole way to stand and fight for what is right. Now, we must fight with them with our support.

Just got a call from Red Beckman

Red Beckman, just called. He is one of the pioneers of the Patriot movement and author of Walls In Our Minds.
He will be speaking in Hamilton Montana at 7 PM on September 15th at the fair grounds pavilion.
Entering Hamilton from the North turn left at the first stop light and go one block straight east through the fairgrounds gate and look to your left. You will be in the parking lot.

Come early and attend the pot luck or just buy a hot dog and visit.

Red will give a 58 minute presentation on the solutions to take our country back from the radical leftist agenda and the monetary terrorists who are driving our economy into the ground.

If you really want some solutions instead of  meet, eat and retreat, come and listen for yourself.
