I just read your call out for help with the Todd Engle and Greg Burleson  cases and the falsification of evidence and criminal misconduct of the prosecutors that occurred.

The fastest way out is to appeal directly to President Trump for a pardon. These men should never have been arrested.  They are not federal employees nor are they actually federal dependents; they have not knowingly or willingly "volunteered" to act as federal citizens.  Mr. Trump now knows the essence of the problem and should not have much to say about it, except to grant relief. 

The only unfortunate thing is that a "pardon" implies guilt being forgiven, when in fact it is the runaway federal government that needs the forgiveness in this case.

1. The Federal District Court today is a hybrid that was never intended to be. 

2. Every Federal District Judge takes his oath to uphold the Constitution ----- 5 USC 3331.  (Bear in mind that you cannot use CFR, USC, or any other of their private statutes in their courts, with the single exception of the United States Statutes at Large, which are public. The most you can do is remind them of their oath and accept it.) 

3. March 9, 1933 martial law was imposed by Proclamation 2040 on both the federal and state government franchises organized as the United States of America, Inc. and its "states" doing business as the "State of California", etc.  The "Trading With the Enemy Act" of October 6, 1917 (50 USC App. 5(b) was amended by the "Emergency Banking Relief Act" of March 9, 1933 (12USC95a) ----2040 continued Emergency Proclamation 2039. 

4. On April 25, 1938, the US Supreme Court demolished federal general common law civilian due process and the military common law jurisdiction was imposed. 

5. In September 1938, new Federal Rules of Civil Procedure were introduced "as authorized by Section 17 of the Trading With the Enemy Act".  Four years later, in 1942, new Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure followed. 

6. After that, there has been no distinction between suits at law and suits in equity--- they are constitutionally created courts, but sitting in a foreign, statutory, emergency war powers military jurisdiction.  Civilian "U.S. citizens" are now treated as "enemy combatants" subject to military due process of law--- i.e., international martial common law.

 Ann Aiken, Chief Judge of the United States District Court of Oregon 9th Circuit, is no stranger to accusations of inappropriate relationships regarding her Courtroom. She is not a stranger to willfully failing to disclose those relationships and has even allegedly illegally ruled in her own favor to attempt to hide those relationships. In one recent complaint filing, a visiting out-of-circuit judge was requested by motion because the Defendants, including Ninth Circuit judges who are a member of the Oregon State Bar, had several political, business and social ties to Judge Aiken who was to be the presiding judge in the case. These ties constituted a very real potential conflict of interest against the Plaintiff’s interests. There are specific guidelines to be followed when requesting inter-circuit visiting judges and Judge Aiken refused to follow those requirements. Only the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court may decide such matters and Judge Aiken refused to follow those guidelines and the federal statute by ruling on these matters herself. Judge Aiken ruled on the motion against her in her own favor. Already brought to light is Judge Aiken’s potential inappropriate working relationship with Hammond terrorism re-sentencing lead prosecutor Amanda Marshall. Prior to being appointed U.S. District Attorney Amanda Marshall worked for the Oregon Department of Justice in Child Advocacy Services, a State Agency overseen by the Child Advocacy Services Board, a Board Judge Aiken has been President of since 1998. Judge Aiken was the Chief Justice that oversaw Amanda Marshall’s Oath of Office and swearing in and in conclusion to that ceremony instructed Marshall to “now hit the ground running”.

Are You Aware - This is crucial for Ammon Bundy

This letter was sent late this afternoon to Ammon Bundy's attorney.  I believe Mike Arnold is a well-intentioned man, but like most American Lawyers, he probably hasn't ever been taught these facts.  So I told him and left the door open for him to ask more and to do the right thing in securing the release of all those who were attacked by the FBI  in Oregon for lack of jurisdiction.

Most lawyers trained in American law schools in the past fifty years have NOT been trained about land jurisdiction, nor have they been properly trained about the jurisdiction of the air, either.  

But prior to that time, those who are now late 70's, 80's, and 90's knew the Federal System and knew it well. 

Ammon Bundy is being mischaracterized as a "Domestic Terrorist"--- "Domestic" that is, with respect to the Federal United States, but he is not now and never was a Federal United States Citizen.  He is a native of the Continental United States. The false presumption otherwise was created by fraud against him and his parents when he was just a baby to enrich the British Crown Corporation and pump up the war effort during WWII. After WWII they just continued press-ganging Americans into the foreign international jurisdiction of the sea.  That fraud is about to come down on top of the perpetrators 

You would do well to avoid any implication in their misdeeds.

Ammon Bundy has never knowingly or willingly operated as a "person" in his life.  He has never operated a merchant marine vessel in any capacity whatsoever. He never knowingly volunteered to be a franchisee or sought any benefit of incorporation. Any action taken against him on the basis of these absurd and self-interested presumptions is an act of personage and those bringing these charges against him are actively involved----whether they know it or not--- in barratry.

He is a plain old American Rancher and his Constitutional guarantees are being violated.  Now that you know these facts it is up to you to bring it to the attention of your brethren in the court and to stop this travesty in its tracks.

As you will see if you look at Amendment VII of the Constitution of the United States (which says verbatim the same as the actual Constitution through Amendment 12) you will see that living people are owed Common Law and Ammon Bundy is owed Common Law and a trial by jury of his peers--- meaning men and women like him who are aware of their guarantees and their position as "free sovereign and independent people of the United States" ---- not British Subject "inhabitants" here to provide essential governmental services.  

Ammon and his co-defendants are not subject to the jurisdiction of the sea nor to any "Special Admiralty" court venue.  They are non-Domestic, non-resident aliens with respect to you and your entire Court System and you have been duly advised. We require actual justice, not just an appearance thereof.

You've agreed to be his attorney, but you can't be his attorney because you are a Bar Member. At best you can be a faithful Counselor, but I doubt that the Court will pay your share of the performance bonds if you do.  

I know you don't want to hear this, but it is true. Your United States Grand Jury is welcome to bring an indictment against the Bundy family and our Federal Grand Jury is welcome to bring an indictment against all the foreign agents masquerading as "FBI" and "BLM" and also against those members of the "US District" Court System who are pretending to be operating within their charter. 

I will leave it to you to figure out whether the tail really wags the dog or not.  We are here to answer any questions you might have.

Looks like LaVoy Finicum is shot while his hands in the air before he reaches in his vest

Update: Here is an enhanced video of the shooting. Sam Culper of Forward Observer Mag said on his personal Facebook page that he thinks Finicum was first shot with his hands in the air. 
Here is what Sam had to say. "I saw this new, enhanced video and it actually might appear that LaVoy was shot while gaining balance in the snow, trying to keep his hands in the air. And then shot again while holding his side, probably the wound. Make up your own mind."
Watch this video and decide for yourselves.  I have watched this over and over. Right at the beginning, when LaVoy has his hands in the air, it seems to me he was shot, and only then did he reach into his vest. This video is very poor, filmed from a helicopter, and would NOT be acceptable for court evidence because of the poor quality, but what would you bet they will try to use it anyway and say he was reaching so they shot him.   I agree with Sam. I think he was shot immediately and then reached into his vest so was shot again.   What do you think. Look at Finicum right when the video starts. It looks like he is struggling to stay on his feet. Watch the guy in the bottom right side when the video starts. Please comment below.



Please remember that NONE of this would have happened if the Hammonds had not been railroaded into jail by a crooked BLM working with a crooked judge and prosecutor who were hiding evidence from the defense.  Evidence that the BLM actually set the fires the Hammonds are in jail for, AND THEY KNEW IT AHEAD OF TIME according to eyewitness testimony of two who came forward during the occupation and recorded audio affidavits of this.  I heard this during the occupation and that evidence needs to be put before the public right away.

Just my opinion of course.  They can try to defend their actions, but I will bet money that millions of people are NOT BUYING it.

We should have heard it at Ruby Ridge, and somehow, despite the facts, did not.  A young Mother shot to death along with her baby and young son and the family dog for no reason by FBI Agents.

We should have heard it again at Waco, Texas.  A private community of people invaded, gassed, fire bombed--- again, with no credible reason by federal agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. Exactly where were the stockpiles of alcohol,  tobacco, or  firearms at Waco?

The recent statement released by the Harney County Sheriff’s Office on January 21, 2016 further attempts to discredit the lawful presence of the PPN and our continued efforts to support the community. Rather than address the grievances of the community, Sheriff Ward and Judge Gratsy continue to ignore the growing support within the community, and would rather engage in fear mongering to push a false narrative. Ward also continues to ignore the deep level of corruption surrounding Judge Steve Gratsy, the FBI, and officials within the county.
The Facebook post by the Sheriff’s Office claim the references to federal individuals caught posing as militia are inaccurate. However, intelligence confirms that the vehicles associated with these individuals are in fact registered to a government agency. Ward is selectively releasing information to the public regarding the PPN’s presence which illustrates an inaccurate portrayal of the PPN’s attempts at negotiating a peaceful resolution. Statements made in a previous Press Release by the PPN can be verified through and through.
Furthermore, Sheriff Ward continues to prove himself as an unconstitutional Sherriff by not only ignoring the underlying issues of federal overreach, but by removing a reporter for exercising his 1st Amendment right during a recent open assembly. During this assembly, Oregon State Representative Cliff Bentz read a list of laws which are supposedly being broken by the Occupiers. These biased interpretations of the law are gross misrepresentations of the Constitution and completely ignore the illegality of BLM behaviors. After hearing this list, a reporter asked “What about the Constitution?” He was immediately led out of the building for “disrupting the assembly”.
Ward has also failed to mention or publicly acknowledge his push for excessive use of aggressive police behavior is conducting unnecessary traffic stops of local supporters and PPN members in an attempt to intimidate. Officers have reportedly conducted traffic stops with no probable cause and without having established necessary driving patterns to justify these traffic stops. These instances are professionally inappropriate and can be verified by several local witnesses
The PPN will continue to maintain a neutral presence within Harney County to encourage open dialogue, a peaceful resolution, and to expose the dishonest conduct of Judge Steve Gratsy, the FBI, and officials within the county. The misinformation tactics being employed the Sherriff are distasteful and misleading. The refusal of Sheriff Ward to address community grievances, his restrictions of 1st Amendment rights, ignoring corruption within the county, and pushing a false narrative must be exposed so that a peaceful resolution can be attained.

There Is No “Interregnum”

Everyone needs understand that our government is not in any “interregnum” as the result of a governmental services corporation going bankrupt. 

That is a problem for the owners and operators of that corporation.  It is not a problem for the lawful sovereigns of this country.  We are able and willing to appoint new federal entities to act as our agents in the international venue and we have done so.

This is the equivalent of dropping the employment contract of a criminal housekeeper and hiring someone new to do the job.  The IMF owned and operated UNITED STATES is insolvent.  It presumed upon us, stole our identities, racked up our credit accounts to the moon --- and we have repudiated the entire circumstance and the associated odious debts.

Everyone on Earth can plainly see that the sovereignty of this country is fully vested in the unincorporated people and organic states and has never been vested in any incorporated legal fiction entity at all.   Ms. Hudes’ presumption that this country is in any kind of “interregnum” is the height of self-interested wishful thinking.

I have lived here in the high desert ranching community since Ammon Bundy was learning how to walk. I have known the Sheriff David Ward since his kids were small. They were over at my house all the time. He helped build fence on our place. His oldest son and daughter still live next door.

I have been in contact with people on the ground since before this began. Some locals brought the occupiers food the very first night of the occupation and I hear about a lot of local support. But there is a lot of irresponsible media out there saying false and foolish things, looking for conflict in order to get headlines and sometimes to promote their own agenda.

Although it may come as a surprise to many Americans we have been mischaracterized and misidentified as British Crown Subjects for the better part of a hundred years.  This travesty has never been corrected; instead, the British Crown, a commercial investment organization, has kidnapped and press-ganged American land assets into the international jurisdiction of the sea and has pillaged our labor and our resources without mercy in criminal conspiracy and contempt of our Constitution.   They have been aided and abetted in this activity by members of the American Bar Association and the Internal Revenue Service acting as licensed privateers.

These vipers nurtured in our bosom pretending to be our “Friends” and our “Allies” and even our “Trustees” have practiced identity theft against the American people, have involved us in their own private bankruptcies as sureties obligated to pay their debts; they have pretended that because of their fraud against us, we have “abandoned” our property including our land patents, our bank accounts, and our organic states. They have usurped against our lawful government, enslaved our people, and acted as criminals in our midst. 

The corporations responsible for this behavior are no different and no better than Walmart or Sears or Burger King; they have used names like “Bureau of Land Management” or “United States Department of Agriculture” and so on under color of law.

The “Bureau of Land Management” is not an actual unit of the American government.  It is a foreign corporation whose only business here is to provide us with “essential governmental services”.

Hammond Family Physically Threatened by Federal Agents for Speaking Out Dear Friends, Yesterday I received a phone call from Dwight Hammond (74). He said that he was very afraid for his life and for mine as well.  He informed me that federal agents contacted his attorney. They told Dwight's attorney that if Dwight and Susie did not end all communication with Ammon Bundy, that they "would detain the Hammond's early for federal prison and that they would transfer pain to the Hammond family".  He further said, that he believed "they would bring misery to the whole family". Steven Hammond's attorney also confirmed that federal agents contacted him and hinted a raid on the Hammonds home if they did not end all communication with Ammon Bundy.
