Catholic Church Exonerated; Bankers Implicated

Let me explain why I -- a card-carrying Lutheran since 1963 -- don't jump on the bandwagon and decry the Roman Catholic Church.  

Part of it is because of my own experience as a critic of the Church's secular administration.  When we brought forward evidence of the vast corruption and criminality infesting the incorporated governments, Pope Benedict took immediate, actual, practical steps to deal with the problems we exposed.  

He responded as any honest and good man would. He got out his mop and bucket and went to work. 

Later, Francis continued the work Benedict began, albeit, in his own fashion, and with an obvious concern to protect the Church and its interests.  Given that the Pope is the head of the Roman Catholic Church, his concern in that regard did not surprise me or seem inappropriate. 

So, although I could wish for faster responses or actions taken in a different order, I can't criticize the Church for lack of response or inappropriate response to the issues raised.  

Francis, like Benedict, has picked up his mop and bucket and soldiered on.

What other human institution has taken a stand against the wholesale murder of babies, deceitfully disguised by the word "abortion" as if that magically transformed murder into something else?  

What other institution blocks and guards the slippery moral slope that, having once discounted human life on the basis of age, prevents the next logical mis-step and permits the murder of the elderly and infirm?

Dwight and Steven Hammond - Pardoned and Released from Prison

DWIGHT AND STEVEN HAMMOND PARDONED BY PRESIDENT TRUMP by Shari Dovale On Tuesday, July 10, 2018, President Donald Trump granted a Full Pardon to Dwight and Steven Hammond. The Hammonds were convicted on June 22, 2012, of starting two small fires under the 1996 Antiterrorism Act, which carried a 5 year minimum sentence. The presiding judge, Michael Hogan, overruled the minimum terrorist sentence, commenting that if the full five years were required it would be a violation of the 8th amendment (cruel and unusual punishment). Dwight was sentenced to 3 months and Steven was given 12 months. They fulfilled these sentences. Dwight was released in March 2013 and Steven, January 2014. The government appealed this ruling and in October 2015, the 9th District Court “re-sentenced” Dwight and Steven, requiring them to return to prison for several more years. The “re-sentencing” of the ranchers from Harney County sparked a protest that led to the Malheur Wildlife Refuge Protest which lasted 41 days beginning in January 2016. The protest, led by Ammon Bundy, ended after the shooting of LaVoy Finicum by law enforcement, during what they have called a “traffic stop”. The traffic stop was set up in advance on a remote highway in Rural Oregon while the protesters were traveling to the city of John Day to participate in a public meeting. The set up was known as a “Deadman’s Roadblock”. FBI Supervisory Special Agent W. Joseph Astarita is said to have fired his weapon at Finicum during that stop. He has not been charged with that crime, however, he is facing 5 charges for his actions during the incident, including obstruction of justice and giving false statements to investigators. His trial is scheduled to begin in Portland later this month. Read more at Redoubt News STATEMENT BY STEWART RHODES: Justice has finally been done in the Hammond case, which outraged Americans not just out West, but across the nation.   Not only were they political prisoners prosecuted/persecuted by an Obama [In]Justice Department openly hostile to ranchers, but that same Justice Department was outraged when the trial judge dared display having a conscience and compassion – can’t have that!  As the Trump White House statement put it: At the Hammonds’ original sentencing, the judge noted that they are respected in the community and that imposing the mandatory minimum, 5-year prison sentence would “shock the conscience” and be “grossly disproportionate to the severity” of their conduct.  As a result, the judge imposed significantly lesser sentences.  The previous administration, however, filed an overzealous appeal that resulted in the Hammonds being sentenced to five years in prison.  This was unjust. Exactly. It was unjust. And that injustice has now finally been corrected. Now, the same thing needs to be done for the men who stood at Bundy ranch who have since been convicted, such as Todd Engel, who is scheduled to be sentenced on July 19, 2018, or those who were coerced into taking plea bargains after being threatened with long prison sentences if they dared go to trial (such as Jerry DeLemus). All of those prosecutions were politically motivated, and all of them are political prisoners. We will support such efforts in any way we can. The pardon power is built right into our Constitution, in Article II, Section 2, Clause 1: “…he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” That power is there for a reason, and such executive clemency is also a power in the hands of the state governors for the same reason – so that injustices can be corrected in particular cases. It is similar to the power of the jury to acquit even in the face of the law, as was done in the Bundy Malheur case in Oregon. The jury acquitted in that case because the jury could see that those prosecutions were an injustice. Imagine if that had been a bench trial (by judge) instead of by a jury. The jury can stop injustice on the front end, through acquittal even in the face of the law, and the executive can correct an injustice on the back end through executive clemency (pardon, commutation of sentence), again, even in the face of the law, and despite conviction. Both serve as “safety valves” in our legal system to ensure that justice is done and that injustice is corrected. Obama gave executive clemency (pardon or commutation of sentence) to 1,927 people, including a convicted terrorist who planted bombs in occupied buildings. Trump Pardons the Hammonds ---- Another Step Forward

An elderly man and his son, who should never have been addressed nor arrested by federal "citizens", two Americans out of millions who have been railroaded under unconscionable contracts merely "presumed" to exist, put through courts that are by definition incompetent --- have finally been pardoned by President Donald Trump:

It's long overdue, and a very sad statement about the conditions of lawlessness and ignorance in this country that a President has to use clemency to do simple justice and enforce the actual Public Law.

Let me also draw attention to the plight of Steve Curry in New Mexico, another victim of Territorial and Municipal over-reach and false legal presumption.  Curry's case is extremely exacerbated and involves what can only be described as a "double identity theft". 

Steven Duane Curry, a native Coloradan, exercised his reversionary trust interest in 2014, published his "return" to the land and soil jurisdiction of Colorado, and peaceably set about the business of restoring his State as a Justice of the Peace and one of those voluntarily enforcing the Public Law owed to this country. 

Now, enter "Stephen Duane Curry", a willo-the-wisp Whistleblower in the Uranium One scandal, officially "born" in another state in and on another day, but nonetheless confused with Steve Curry of Colorado.  Nobody knows who he is or where he is, thanks to being in the Federal Witness Protection Program.

Now, enter the brain-dead illegally operating STATE OF NEW MEXICO police.

Six "brave" officers acting on a warrant for "Stephen Duane Curry" attacked Steven Curry on his way home to Colorado.  He was just passing through New Mexico with his wife on a vacation trip. 

The ignorant pigs slammed Steven Curry, a sixty-plus year-old unarmed Senior American to the ground and even though he was not armed and not resisting, put him in a choke hold so severe that he passed out and suffered a stroke.  They also crushed fingers and bones in his hand and wrist by stepping on them ---- and they carted him off to jail, congratulating themselves on having apprehended "Stephen Duane Curry".  And they lied through their teeth in their reports afterward, claiming that they apprehended a dangerous felon resisting arrest. 

And they proceeded to deny Steven Curry medical care, refused to listen to the simple fact that he isn't the "PERSON" they had a warrant to arrest, and have instead attempted to claim that he is mentally incompetent. 

He is mentally incompetent? 

They can't tell the difference between "STEPHEN DUANE CURRY" and "Steven Duane Curry" ---- and he's the mentally incompetent one in this story?

Every single one of those six arresting officers and their supervisors and the judges and clerks responsible for this outrage deserve to be fired, not eligible for rehire, fined for 3 times all the damages suffered by Steven Duane Curry and his wife, jailed for not less than ten years, and publically shamed for their performance.

And the victim of all this unconscionable fraud and abuse most certainly does deserve a "Pardon" as in "Pardon, me, Sir,  we made a dreadful, inexcusable mistake...." from Donald Trump.   

It isn't Steven Duane Curry or the Hammonds that need a "Pardon" --- its the employees of the Territorial and Municipal United States corporations that are in desperate need of a pardon. 

To date, this outrageous case of mistaken identity, false arrest, and abusive mistreatment has still not been straightened out despite objections addressed to the Governor of New Mexico, the Adjutant General, the Provost Marshals, and others responsible for this incredible Foe-Pah----most likely because those responsible are seeking to avoid the inevitable exposure of their incompetence and liability.   

Ditto that with the "Colorado Nine" --- Stephen Nalty, Bruce Doucette, and Company.  These men also exercised their reversionary trust interest and published the fact in 2015; thereafter, there can be no reasonable cause to "presume" that they were acting in the capacity of "federal citizens". 

Yet that is precisely what the STATE OF COLORADO and State of Colorado have contrived to presume against native Coloradans.

Imagine the situation.  Suppose  that you hired the French corporation dba  "Target, Inc." to provide you with a security service (police) and street cleaning service and vendor operations service. 

Now imagine that they screwed up royally, and attempted to enforce their own foreign law on you, didn't clean the streets, and messed up all your vendor contracts. 

Now imagine that you went to them in Good Faith to draw their attention to the situation and issue a complaint --- which is all that the Colorado Nine intended to do --- and though you acted honorably and peacefully, they continued in their false presumptions, failed to recognize your status as their employer, arrested you under false pretenses, railroaded you through their foreign private corporate court system, and now propose to keep you incarcerated for thirty years or so? 

Can you figure out who in this scenario needs a "pardon"?  Or else a mental competency hearing? 

Well, it isn't Stephen Nalty and it isn't Bruce Doucette, though Mr. Trump could speed up his clemency and reduce the liability of the corporations he is trying to clean up by immediately pardoning the Colorado Nine, too. 

These men were wrong in that they had a misunderstanding about who and what they were dealing with and didn't quite grasp "territorial jurisdiction"---- so they trespassed against my advice and reaped the consequences, but in truth and in fact, both the Territorial United States and the Municipal United States are guilty of far, far greater transgressions against us in general and against the Colorado Nine in particular.

It's the STATE OF COLORADO and the State of Colorado that need to be pardoned for gross criminal Breach of Trust and violation of commercial contract, violation of international law and treaties, and willful violation of the constitutional guarantees these men are owed. 

If Mr. Trump is the competent executive I believe he is, he is not going to miss the points being made in terms of corporate liability.  And corporate bottom lines.

Every day that goes by, the Colorado Nine are each owed a minimum of $1500 of "involuntary service time" in addition to damages for all that they have already suffered --- the loss of their homes and assets, their time on Earth wasted, their physical injuries, the slander against their Good Names and reputations -- all suffered simply for delivering a complaint against the service vendors in Colorado. 

Let's see, the guy who cuts your lawn does a lousy incompetent job of it, mows down your prize rose bushes, whacks your herb garden, grossly overcharges the expense account you gave him at the local lawn and garden center --- and when you complain, he arrests you and shoves you into a cheap hotel for foreign laborers and pretends that you are some other guy who just happens to be impersonating you and using your name? 

Hello?  Earth to America!  Earth to Donald Trump!  Hey, we've got a real problem here, Houston.... 

There are millions of pardons to sign and millions of people these corporations have wronged--- but as CEO of the Offending Entities, President Trump might as well start with these men who declared their political status on the public record prior to these false arrests and bogus trials being foisted off on them-- because in these cases there is no doubt that they were not acting in the capacity of Federal Citizens and there can be no excuse for any presumption otherwise.

The Purpose of the National Assembly and Continental Marshals

Once again, confusion reigns supreme.  I suppose that is what our enemies cherish most of all, when they can muck things up so badly with their word-play and their deceptions that we are all left chasing mirages and our tails.

So, once again---- the purpose of the State Assemblies is to restore the Federal State of State organizations which are supposed to be running "our" Federal Government. 

The Federal Government operates exclusively in international jurisdiction under delegated power. 

Say that sentence over and over until you all have it embedded in your brains as a permanent point of reference.

The Federal Government is composed of Three Branches: Federal, Territorial, and Municipal. 

(Not what you were taught --- the branches of our Federal Government are not "executive, legislative, and judicial".)

The Federal Level of our Federal Government  was usurped by the Territorial Level of our Federal Government beginning in 1863. 

Say that over a few times, too. 

The "Secret" of 1954....

Once again, the hive is buzzing and people are astonished by the revelation that in 1954 all the courts in America effectively shut down and stopped hearing Common Law Pleas and instead started hearing only Statutory Pleas--- which means that they are not our courts and that the "Defendants" and "Plaintiffs" in such courts can only be business entities or incorporated entities, not people at all. 

So let us briefly review what happened in 1953-54 and why this happened.

In the aftermath of the Civil War a group of Territorial United States (British Sympathizers - Tories) Congress members conspired to overthrow the actual United States Federal Government via the use of legal chicanery, similar names deceits, unlawful conversion and "other means of art" to replace the Federal States of States with Territorial States of States, and to also convert from the use of lawful United States Money to Corporate Fiat Currency.

This is, of course, merely identity theft on steroids, a crime, and a fraud.

Status Report -- Grandma's New Shoes

What have I been doing?  Working. Hard. 

What's the status?  We and our allies are in every national and world court and we are pinning down a dozen "administrative agencies" besides.  We have come from all sides and from many nations to expose the global crimes.  

At home, we are commissioning our Marshals Service, setting up our international trade banks and state credit unions and other services.

Others among us are busily setting up the County and State Jural Assemblies.

And always, day by day, we are chiseling away at the injustices on every side: the private collection agencies masquerading as courts, the misrepresentation of marriages as business Joint Ventures (with the State of State owning the controlling interest), the endless demands to license rights, the illegal and immoral foreclosures, and so much more.

Everyone is working with a sense of urgency and mission, and going as fast as we can with the resources we've got.

When I view the immensity of the task, even I don't know how we are doing it ---- but we are.

Larry-- the Law of these United States is the American Common Law.  As of 1954 the courts that we now deal with stopped accepting Common Law pleas and started accepting only statutory pleas. There is no more sure or binding proof of the nature and jurisdiction of these courts than the nature of the pleas being heard by them. So we may conclude with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY that: (1) these are not the courts the people of this country ordained and are owed and (2) that these are Maritime Courts. 

From these  facts then we can conclude that every "Plaintiff" and "Defendant" being addressed by these courts is not a living "Person" and that our most basic identity as one of the living people has been unlawfully and unconscionably converted to that of a business. We have been "impersonated"-- literally.  And when we face charges  in these courts we are suffering barratry because of these false presumptions.  

A Tragic "Misunderstanding" -- Number 2

The second great error that we are heir to, is thinking that the United States Supreme Court is the Supreme Court for the Union States.  It's not.  It never has been. The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania holds that honor --- and notice that I said "Supreme Court of Pennsylvania" not "Supreme Court of the State of Pennsylvania".  

The United States Supreme Court is the Supreme Court for the Federal Government --- all three branches: Federal, Territorial, and Municipal.  It's job is to tell the President and the Congress when they have overstepped the limitations imposed by the constitutional agreements.  They are present to "interpret" the Constitutions and render their "opinion".  

Comment on "Natural Law" and "Indigenous" Claims

The "Natural Law" is that we are all here NOW, and we are the current proprietors--- all of us, black, white, brown, copper, yellow, pink---- and it doesn't matter where our ancestors came from or how long ago they arrived on these shores. All these "indigenous claims" are just more bullshit and excuses for one group of people to claim a hammer over other groups of people and I am sick of it. 

We are ALL "indigenous" to this soil who were born here. Our Mothers all took up the nutrients and atoms to form our bodies from this same soil. How dare anyone pretend otherwise? 

So we are all "indigenous" to this soil and this country and we are all alive right now, having an equal standing and claim to be part of it all. Stop all this whining about what went on in the past. The past is past. Get your heads screwed on tight and make ready for the future which you all get a chance to help decide.

For a Young(er) Lawyer

Our courts have not, generally, operated in any of the States of States since 1954.  The pleadings all changed from Common Law to Statutory at that point.  You are not old enough to remember that, but numerous members of my team lived through it.  Nobody much questioned it at the time, but now we know how and why it was done to our eternal detriment. 

For more information on this I suggest you read Melvin Stamper, JD.,  The Fruit From a Poisonous Tree.  

Dr. Stamper was an early researcher into these matters and he got some of the history and implications wrong, but for the most part, he accurately describes what happened to convert our courts into THEIR courts.  

Milligan Ex Parte, then, does not apply, because Milligan Ex Parte is talking about how we may get rid of the usurping quasi-military tribunals by restoring and running our own courts, but instead of restoring our own Common Law courts we let them slip away and "vacated" them, so that all that typically now remains are statutory courts and military tribunals.  Thus you can now see how your quote   "martial rule can never exist when the courts are open..."  does not apply; our courts--the Common Law Courts that the Justices assumed to exist in Milligan Ex Parte-- are not open.   They closed in 1954.

Our "Great Work" Versus THEIR "Great Work"

The Real Story of the Star-Spangled Banner

The naval bombardment of Fort McHenry near Baltimore was one of the most fierce naval bombardments in modern world history, if not "the" most ferocious. The bulk of the entire British invasion fleet was centered on Fort McHenry for the simple reason that if they could make the Fort "strike colors" they could use it and the harbor of Baltimore as a center for invasion of the rest of the states.

This profound strategic importance and the terrible might and ferocity of the bombardment which inspired Francis Scott Key to pen the words of "The Star Spangled Banner" are not reflected in the verbiage of such sources as Wikipedia:

It is best known for its role in the War of 1812, when it successfully defended Baltimore Harbor from an attack by the British navy from the Chesapeake Bay on September 13–14, 1814.

It was first built in 1798 and was used continuously by the U.S. armed forces through World War I and by the Coast Guard in World War II. It was designated a national park in 1925, and in 1939 was redesignated a "National Monument and Historic Shrine".

The first misconception we are heir to is the idea that the federal Constitutions were ever created to rule over us.  In fact, the Constitutions (multiple) were established to rule over our Federal employees, and to create, define, and control subcontracting organizations that provide “essential government services” under a delegation of powers agreement. 

Big Time Message here --- the Law “of” the Land is not the Law “for” the Land. 

The Constitutions are often referred to the “Law of the Land” because the Federales all function exclusively in the jurisdiction of the sea. 

They are obligated to obey the “Law of the Land” when they come “ashore” and enter our jurisdictions.

Once you lift the lid on the dumpster called "Washington, DC" it quickly becomes evident that financial crimes are very popular. 

We reported the fact that during the Obummer Administration printing presses, currency paper and engraving plates were exported to various locations in foreign countries and billions of dollars worth of Territorial "US Dollars" were run off which are indistinguishable from any other such "dollar".  It finally stopped once Donald Trump got in office---required air strikes to put an end to it---  and is the single largest example of state-sponsored counterfeiting in world history.  Prior to that, international bank officials had to step in and mandate the issuance of new "US" hundred dollar bills in an effort to distinguish between official versions and counterfeits. 

To the uninitiated, this looks like it accrues against the credit of America and Americans, but as we have also fully disclosed, the Territorial "United States" is a separate and foreign entity with respect to us.  The Territorial "US Dollar" has nothing to do with our actual currency, the silver "United States dollar".

EXPLANATION The apostle here teaches that in consequence of our baptism we are made members of Christ's body, and must, therefore, die to sin; as Christ by His death died to physical life, but has risen again, so must we bury sin, by constant renewal of baptismal vows, and by self-mortification rise to a Christian life. As members of Christ's body we should in a spiritual manner imitate Him. As He permitted His body to be nailed to the cross to atone for our sins, so should we crucify our corrupt nature by self-denial, and as He after His Resurrection lives always, because having risen He dieth no more, so we, risen from the death of sin, should lead a pious life conformable to that of Christ.

ASPIRATION I trust, O Lord Jesus, that by the merits of Thy passion I have risen from the death of sin: grant me Thy grace, that as Thou diest no more, so may I die no more by sin, but live for God, according to Thy law.

GOSPEL (Mark. VIII. 1-9.) At that time, When there was a great multitude with Jesus, and had nothing to eat, calling his disciples together, he saith to them: I have compassion on the multitude, for behold they have now been with me three days, and have nothing to eat; and if I shall send them away, fasting, to their ,home, they will faint in the way: for some of them came from afar off. I just read your call out for help with the Todd Engle and Greg Burleson  cases and the falsification of evidence and criminal misconduct of the prosecutors that occurred.

The fastest way out is to appeal directly to President Trump for a pardon. These men should never have been arrested.  They are not federal employees nor are they actually federal dependents; they have not knowingly or willingly "volunteered" to act as federal citizens.  Mr. Trump now knows the essence of the problem and should not have much to say about it, except to grant relief. 

The only unfortunate thing is that a "pardon" implies guilt being forgiven, when in fact it is the runaway federal government that needs the forgiveness in this case.
