All federal agencies are hired foreign subcontractors. For example: the Bureau of Land Management is a sub-corporation of the UNITED STATES, INC., a private foreign-owned off-shore corporation since its last incorporation in 1925, copyrighted, trademarked, and registered in Puerto Rico.  Under the Reorganization Act of Washington, District of Columbia, and according to its private business charter, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has no authority, jurisdiction, or interstate nexus within the 50 state geographical landmass.  The Bureau of Land Management is classified as an “Agent of Foreign Principle” under the Intergovernmental Personnel Act and is a franchise of the British Crown Corporation. 

The BLM is a hired caretaker of public lands belonging to the states of the Union.

All federal and federal state of state franchises are foreign commercial entities under contract.  They are not our government and they have no special rights.  They have a job to do which does not include disposing of the property entrusted to them nor the bringing of improper claims against the landlords who are their actual employers.  The IRS, BATF, FEMA, FBI, CIA, NSA, and all other federal and federated State of State agencies are in similar status and are hereby given lawful notice of the limits of their authority on our soil.

Citizenship is a form of indentured servitude to a government. It must be voluntary, it must be proven, and it must be equitable or it becomes unlawful peonage.

Foreign commercial corporations merely under contract to serve the American states and people have falsely claimed that we are all citizens and/or wards of their States of State franchises.

This is a gross, deliberate, and obvious falsification of the public records.

Absent proof of a federal paycheck that is earned in actual federal employment or in payment of an unearned federal dependency --which does not include retirees receiving military pension or Social Security payments---  no claims of federal citizenship are credible. 

The American states and people are the Paramount Security Interest Holders and Priority Creditors of all federal municipal and territorial corporations.  There is no motivation for us to voluntarily donate our interest as landlords or freely agree to subject ourselves to indentured servitude without payment or abandon all our children to the care of foreign corporations. 

Any such enslavement --- voluntary or involuntary--- is strictly forbidden under both national and international law.  

All members of the American Bar Association, the Territorial and Municipal Congress, the State of State federal franchise legislatures and all federal bankruptcy trustees are under demand to correct their operations on our shores and return the missing land assets.  Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents and Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals.

Public and Judicial Notice – Number 3

The actual Constitution of this country is a tri-lateral international trust, treaty, and service agreement and is a public covenant of guarantees owed to and by the sovereign states operating in international jurisdiction.  These guarantees include the Bill of Rights.

No private contract of any kind can abrogate, legislate, or stand against these public covenants and no right guaranteed by them can be waived or voided. All processes, procedures, acts of legislation, federal regulations, state statutes, and agency administrative codes, must be in full compliance or they are null and void and without enforcement on American soil.

This Notice has been necessitated by the finding that: (1) the Municipal United States has trespassed upon our jurisdiction; and (2) the federal judicial oath has been undermined and invalidated by deceptive legislation rendering it null and void since October of 1991 and (3) bankruptcy trustees named by Secondary Creditors of the Municipal and Territorial government corporations have trespassed upon our states and people.

The Municipal United States is in fact strictly limited to the ten square miles of the District of Columbia.  The compromised federal judicial oath shall be immediate Cause to void all proceedings which have violated any right or prerogative owed to or by the states. Federal bankruptcy trustees have no authority to address the states or people or make any claim against them; we, the American states and people, are in fact the Paramount Security Interest Holders and priority creditors of all federal corporations.

Public and Judicial Notice – Number 2

The actual Constitution owed to this country is still in full force and effect despite the bankruptcy of the two major federal corporations doing business as the UNITED STATES and USA.

In November of 2015, the unincorporated United States of America took action to re-issue Sovereign Letters Patent and to secure new federal service providers under the express trust conveyed by The Joint Declaration of Sovereignty issued at that time.

The American Native Nations subscribing to these published agreements are our federal service providers.

Notice and copy of our action was provided to the Principals and the Principles of the Higher Contracting Powers worldwide including Pope Francis, HRM Elizabeth II, the United Nations Secretary General, the World Court, President Obama and numerous other parties of interest. 

We are and we remain competent to conduct the business of the organic states and people, and we can and do exercise all non-delegated powers.

Clarifications About Bonds and Birth Certificates

1. Individual people don't have to find two qualified guarantors to complete their own Private Registered Indemnity Bond --- just two Witnesses.  It's better if you can find two such guarantors, but the process can be done one by one, with a couple living witnesses.   To save time and protect property quickly, you can forego doing your own separate bond for now and place it under your state's already posted indemnity bond---- "AMRI00001 RA393427640US -- California"-- for example.  

2.  It takes ninety (90) days for individual bonds to take effect, and it may take longer than that for the Treasury to process them, because the Treasury is absolutely swamped. 

3.  The reason that I recommend that people get their Birth Certificates verified by the State Secretary of State prior to sending to the Treasury is related --- the Treasury has to go back and check all the BC's, which adds time to the processing.  You can expedite things by doing this step for them and producing the already confirmed record.

The Meeting of the Grand Poobahs

Immediately after the Revolutionary War each one of the new nation states began issuing money. Those that issued coinage of gold and silver fared all right, but struggled with supply. Those that issued paper "script" were almost immediately beset with counterfeiting problems.

It turns out that the British government (yes, this is after the end of the Revolutionary War) deliberately flooded the market with counterfeit script to "confound" the newly formed states' economies.

People started saying that things "weren't worth a Continental! (dollar)" as a result.

It was substantially because of this British counterfeiting fiasco, that the states delegated their right to issue money to a national authority--- their own land jurisdiction Congress.

After the so-called Civil War the British-based interlopers craftily substituted their own private corporate "Congress" and proceeded to substitute and counterfeit our currency for profit.

Stay out of investments you don't understand!!!!

I cannot stress this enough! 

There is all sorts of wild speculation and weird "offers" being made related to foreign currencies and foreign government bonds.

There are all kinds of bonds-- savings bonds, construction bonds, government bonds, payment bonds, insurance bonds, transfer bonds, performance bonds, bid bonds-- I am tempted to say "bond bonds". 

Except in the case of cured bonds known as payment bonds -- for example, matured savings bonds-- all bonds are promises to pay in the future given this or that condition or eventuality. 

So consider the meaning of what you just asked me.  The government of Zimbabwe is offering to bond itself to pay back a certain amount of money in the future in exchange for you investing a certain amount of money today, if and when certain conditions are met.

So first of all do you have faith in the honesty and stability and ability of the government of Zimbabwe to pay back the bonds as stipulated?

A Personal Note

I realized today that for the third year in a row, I haven't even had time to make a batch of homemade jam for my family. It's such a simple thing. Indeed, I always took it for granted. Of course, you "put by" tomatoes in season and picked your strawberries for syrup and jam and red raspberries, too... apple butter and plum butter and pickles, too. The familiar smells and tastes and the jars lined up on the pantry shelves in the fall. My pantry shelves are bare, folks. It's been this way for three years.

I've had no life of my own at all. It's all been given to you and for you, to dig this country and its people out of the morass of ignorance and gullibility and apathy into which so many have fallen----and which poses such a clear and present danger now. 

My husband and I don't regret it. We'd do it all again. But sometimes I just sit down and cry and rage.

Rat Roping and the GCR

People often ask me, "What does the military have to do with it?" 

Everything.  

The day before Abraham Lincoln bankrupted the original United States trading company, he issued General Order 100, otherwise known as the Lieber Code. The Lieber Code, variously re-stated, is still in effect today.  It made the U.S. Army, at that time, the Grand Army of the Republic (G.A.R.) responsible for the safety and security of our money and our country.  

The United States as a political entity has never been at peace since April of 1861 and it still isn't.  The nominal excuse for this is that there has never been a land jurisdiction (civil) government properly composed and competent to order the military to stand down.  

We have to note that the military has done absolutely jack-diddly to promote the resumption of normal government in this country, and that instead, its first move after the so-called "Civil War" was to put their favorite General, Ulysses S. Grant, in as President.  

What did they do after the Second World War?   They put their favorite General, Dwight D. Eisenhower in as President.  

Caution About Bonds

There are fraudsters out there trying to float huge bonds with the Treasury with absolutely nothing to back the bonds up.  This is, of course, fraud of a high order and people get in big trouble for doing it.  

Before you can issue a bond you have to have your own political status corrected and all the public records in place and complete.  There have to be at least three of you in that correct status to complete the bond, one indemnitee and two guarantors. 

We are able to do this correctly because members of our group have done the due diligence, made the proper claims and gone through the right procedures, and have established the basis for issuing such bonds.  

The Simple Fact of the Matter

All cases in America are decided on the basis of public records.  Period. 

We amassed the public records to claim and re-convey our names and estates and put all the Due Process and Liens needed in place.

And then the long-lost heirs showed up at the ESTATE sale. 

When the long-lost heirs show up, the debts that the "presumed" beneficiaries accrued against the ESTATE have to be discharged. 

All the debts. 

The M1 Bond Scam

Yes, it's a trick.  If you use their "M1" bond, you are indemnified by them and not by your self and not by your native states of the union.  That then gives them permission to "claim" you and your assets as security backing their bonds.  It is a major scam.

When you use the bonds I established for each one of the states of the Union, you are indemnifying yourself and your native organic state, which you own and control.  

So, would you rather belong as property owned by whatever potentate in Indonesia (Barack Obama's old stomping ground) or would you rather (1) take back your actual status as the landowner and force the rats to discharge the odious debts you don't owe anyway? or (2) shelter under the indemnity owed to your own state of the Union and be responsible for taking care of that?  

Just say, "No" and keep on pushing.

All birth certificates issued to Americans between the years 1837 to date are suspect and may be fraudulent documents representing false and undisclosed claims of settlement entered into the public record.

Absent proof of actual and factual federal municipal or territorial employment or actual federal dependency, no presumption against the standing or identity of any American born within the borders of one of the organic states can be made on the basis of having a Birth Certificate, licenses, participation in the Social Security System or any similar documentation. 

In the majority of cases, all such documentation is null and void for fraud. 

Another Quick Explanation

The entire Great Fraud was carried out in the international jurisdiction of the sea and under the auspices of commercial law. 

Under commercial law the governmental services corporations issued securities based on the names of people merely presumed to be franchisees and their assets. 

The DTC, Depository Trust Corporation, acted as the Holding Company and "Trade Depot" for all these government issued securities.

Both Flags Belong to Us

There seems to be some sort of cognitive disconnect going on, created by "either/or" thinking and deep indoctrination. 

The international jurisdiction belonging to our states was first united via agreement between the states, and then it was divided by delegation of powers. 

As a result of this partition between delegated and non-delegated powers, there have always been two flags representing our country in international jurisdiction. 

The Civil or Peacetime flag with vertical stripes represents the retained powers of the states and people, which includes all international land jurisdiction (postal roads, post offices, postal district courts, etc.) and all non-delegated powers in the international jurisdiction of the sea (such as the power of private international trade).

Two hundred and forty-one years ago, if the history books are to be believed about anything, the original organizers of the government of this country were hard at work in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was overcast and the dank, damp air rising from the squalid city streets combined with the heat of summer made John Adams describe the atmosphere as "fetid".  The unanimous vote of the men representing the original thirteen Colonies in favor of The Declaration of Independence had -- despite everything standing against it--- passed.  It was a shock, even to them. 

How had it happened?  Nobody was quite sure.  Everyone had, for one reason or another, bet against it.  The South would never agree to that, and the North would never agree to another bit; Massachusetts would fight to the bitter end and so would South Carolina.  Nobody expected The Declaration to be accepted, and especially not after John Dickinson of Pennsylvania, a Tory and one of the great orators of his day, succeeded in requiring that the vote on The Declaration be unanimous.  

Even its most avid supporters sucked in their breath and gave The Declaration of Independence a wink and a prayer.

The Great Fraud of Today - Part Two: Corporations Are Not Governments

During the 1990s alert financial analysts working for the Department of Defense discovered an odd thing.  Numbers weren't adding up.  A vast amount of public money was being embezzled. As the members of what came to be known as "The Paradigm Project" dug deeper, something even more astonishing appeared.  Almost all of the governments on Earth were being run as private, for-profit governmental services corporations chartered under the auspices of the UNITED STATES, INC. 

All these franchises named things like: FRANCE, ITALY, UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRALIA, GERMANY, JAPAN, etc., were in turn being controlled by the UNITED STATES, INC. municipal government, an oligarchy run by members of Congress and originally limited to the "plenary" governance of the Washington, DC Municipality.  

So first shock-- almost all the governments on Earth aren't governments.  They are merely for-profit corporations in the business of providing government services. 

The Great Fraud of Today - Part One: The Corruption of the Judicial Branch

We've uncovered the Great Fraud of the so-called American Civil War, which was never a war but an illegal commercial mercenary action on our shores.  We've dissected the Great Fraud of the 1930's executed by FDR and his minions.  And now, we need to face the Great Fraud of Today even as it is taking place.

The past few days have been rocked by disclosure after disclosure.  Smoking guns abound.  The extent of the travesty is now becoming clear -- and along with it, the identities of those responsible and the nature of the current reality.

Out of Texas we have the Lufkin Case, where the subversion of our federal judicial system has been unearthed.  In 1991 the Congress entered a change in the Judicial Oath, altering the Oath required by the corporate Constitution in a subtle but devastating way which served to remove the judicial officers from the judicial branch of our government and place them solely under the control of the municipal legislative branch of government--- that is, under the rule of the members of Congress acting as the oligarchic municipal government of the District of Columbia.

International Trade Bank? What?

I think there has been a misunderstanding -- internationally -- about the United States of America v. United States, and that confusion has led to a vast confusion about banking here, too.  Please let me take a few minutes to go over the situation as it stands.

The international jurisdiction naturally belonging to the now-fifty sovereign organic states of the Union is split between two entities, the United States of America and the United States. 

The United States is a corporation that has nineteen delegated and enumerated powers that it exercises in behalf of the unincorporated United States of America.

Medical Licensing, Yankee Doodle, Inc., and the Way Things Work

Licensing means that you are being given permission to do something that is otherwise unlawful for you to do.  Licensing also implies the existence of a king who stands over you and who decides whether or not to grant you the privilege of doing whatever that illegal business or activity is.

For example, acting as a pirate is against the law.  However, in England, if the King gave you Letters of Marque to act as a privateer (a pirate) then it was perfectly legal for you to engage in smuggling and robbery on the High Seas,  or wherever else the King said you could do it.   The King as Law-giver could also suspend the Law at will and grant you the privilege --  a license -- to kill as per James Bond, or to pillage or any other thing.

So, since when has it ever been against the law to be a doctor or to practice medicine in this country?  

To The Leaders On The Earth

I shall place two angels, one before you and one behind you.  

The one before shall guide your steps and light the way you are to go and clear the way so that nothing shall stop you nor impede you for very long while you walk on the path I shall show you. 

The one behind you shall watch your every thought and step and prod you to do what is right as a master goads his ox, but if you are stubborn and will not yield, and continue on your own way, this following angel shall strike you down and end your power. 

This is the rule of the righteous: they act justly and walk humbly, in accord with the Will of Your Father and The Lord Our Righteous Savior, from now on.  

You shall not worry nor hunger after earthly things, nor ask yourself, "What am I to do?" or "What am I to say?"   The favor of the Lord shall be upon the righteous, and He, Himself, will guide you so that all men marvel and ask--- "Who is this, who brings this message to us?"

Without putting too sharp of a point on it, gentlemen, every day that you chase your tails little old ladies are being evicted from their homes under false pretenses, children in America (and elsewhere) are going without food for no good reason, and criminals continue to reign supreme in our courthouses, imposing foreign law and working every possible infamous fraud scheme to rob, impersonate, and press gang Americans that you are morally, lawfully, and in front of the entire world contractually obligated to protect and defend.  

No functionary agent acting as the President of the United States has any power or ability to interfere with our execution of private domestic policy in behalf of the actual people of this country.  Read the actual Constitution.  All powers, including the delegated powers, ultimately remain on our hands.  

The UNITED STATES is in Chapter 7 involuntary bankruptcy and is being liquidated.  The USA is in Chapter 11.  We have international bankruptcy "Trustees" named by Secondary Creditors swarming in on us--- the Paramount Security Interest Holders---- and there you all sit, like great lumps of fat, "discussing the situation".

I am writing to make sure that you heard about and received confirmation of our offer to purchase all of Puerto Rico’s debt and to release the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and its people from this burden as a free gift from the actual United States of America to all of you.  

When the bankruptcy first came up, we offered to pay off the $120 billion and to commit considerably more to upgrading and improving infrastructure, employment projects, and new family health initiatives.  This is part of our state-by-state campaign which will renew and restore every part of America.

Very shortly after that, the Royal Family in Britain cashed out a Super P Bond and we were told that they exercised the option to pay off the debt for the Commonwealth. 

Four Unions. Two Are Bankrupt. How to Handle Obstructive Clerks

Let's go over this again.  

There is the actual, factual union of fifty (50) geographically defined states of the Union.   This is the "Terra Firma" level of national identity and organization that defines each sovereign state's borders and which also determines your nationality as a Wisconsinite, Virginian, Texan, and so on at birth. 

There is the union of unincorporated body politics that represent and do business for the states and people composed of fifty organizations named like this: California State, Oregon State, and so on, that are member states of the United States of America.  These are the doing-business-as names of unincorporated business entities organized by the people in each state to exercise the land jurisdiction and undelegated portion of international jurisdiction belonging to each state.  These entities are all land jurisdiction republics. 

IRS Claims of "Frivolous Return"

[This is a reply to a woman who revoked her election to pay federal income taxes and received back a snooty, threatening letter accusing her of having made a "frivolous return"--- when in fact the IRS was admitting her right and ability to claim her exemption by sending her a Voucher in the same letter.  Read on.]

This [sending out "frivolous return" responses] is standard practice with the IRS, which is just a private bill collection agency.  

Anything that you send back to them can be considered a "return" in a sense, and it is in that sense that they are using the word.  You have not sent them a "Tax Return" at all and cannot be accused of having done so.  

Your right to revoke your election to pay is tightly bound to your citizenship or lack thereof.  It is also tied to your new found awareness of what a "Withholding Agent" is---- and that is, a Warrant Officer on a Merchant Marine vessel.  

Some little known history of Ham Radio

I was doing some research today to further both my knowledge of Ham radio operations for August license testing and to compile information for the communications plan I am writing for my chapter.  In that research, I found an absolute gem of a document published by the FCC during May of 1943. As I believe you like American history as I do, I have attached a PDF copy from the FCC website for you on this email.  I’m almost tempted to print and frame this for hanging in my office, and I may do just that!

We both know of course, that this document was made during the years of World War II, and that 1943 was a year when victory for our country didn’t look promising. From everything I have read in terms of after action reports by battlefield commanders and like information (I focused on this part of history during college for my minor in American history), we were pretty much getting our butts handed to us on all fronts! 

What makes this document relative to us however, is how much Ham operators contributed to America and Allied forces during war years, both at home and abroad.

EXPLANATION In this lesson St. Peter teaches that if we would be exalted we must humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God. This necessary humility shows itself in us by giving ourselves and all our cares up to the providence of God who, as St. Augustine says, provides for one as for all. We should not fail, however, to be sober and circumspect, and not think ourselves secure from the lusts of the world. The devil like a lion seeking prey, desires the ruin of our souls, tormenting us by temptations and afflictions. International Commercial Obligation Lien status

This lien is being turned over to competent collectors as part of a massive claim and collections effort which we hope is soon consolidated and administered in each and every state of the Union.  We have definitive proof of collusion between the Bar Association members and foreign governments and banking interests that have enabled them to foreclose on the Municipal United States ESTATE assets (all the names like JOHN MICHAEL DOE) with one hand, and then use the value of the actual assets claimed by the Territorial United States Foreign Situs Trust franchises as beneficiaries (all the names in the form John Michael Doe) to borrow funds to buy the same homes that they foreclosed on.

Update on the Internet Effort for Anna Von Reitz and America

Most of you know that I am the webmaster for the www.annavonreitz.com website and the owner and moderator of this blog, which features Anna's writings and offers a platform for people to question and comment on her ideas, and once in awhile my own ideas as well.

Today (June 23, 2017) I want to give you a sort of progress report and some statistics on the traffic and other aspects of this Internet endeavor for America.

When we started this almost 2 years ago, I knew it would be a challenge just from reading the articles Anna was writing at the time. I knew her perspective was unique and she had some information that no one else was writing about. I scoured the Internet to find every article she had written at that point and tried to arrange them in chronological order on a single page index at the domain name annavonreitz.com so that people could actually do one search on a search engine for her name and find everything she was writing.  As time went on we gradually improved the website to include search features and products, and a few documents.

For this end He made use of a feeble, obscure instrument, that all the world might know that the devotion to His loving heart; previously almost entirely unknown, was His own work. This instrument, disregarded by the world, was one who shone before God in all 'the radiance of the most sublime virtues; the nun Margaret Alacoque of the order of the Visitation of Mary, at Paray, in Burgundy. In the year 1675, whilst she was one day in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament; our Lord appeared to her, and pointing to His heart which He showed to her, surrounded with flames, surmounted by the cross, encircled with a crown of thorns, and pierced with a gaping wound, He said to her: "Behold this heart, which has loved mankind so much, and which receives only ingratitude and coldness in return for its love. In several subsequent apparitions our divine Lord repeated this injunction, and made the most unbounded promises in favor' of all who would apply themselves to this office of reparation to His Sacred Heart. The Four Kinds

There are those who are deceived by Satan and his minions and who in helpless delusion fail to embrace the Truth, and so, are lost.

There are those who through horrible adversity are overthrown and unable to seek and find the Truth, and so perish---like the seeds sprouting on stone. (Luke 8.)

There are those who, though they hear the Truth, are too beguiled by the pleasures of the world, and so, they become entangled and choked by the proliferation of the vanities surrounding them. And they, too, are lost.

Among all the rest are those who possess, as Jesus said, a "good and noble heart" and these overcome all the deceptions, the circumstances, and the temptations, not by their own strength, but because they bear witness to the Truth. They become shining lights and sources of hope and comfort for the whole Earth.
