China And Russia Are Ruthlessly Cutting The Legs Out From Under The U.S. Dollar Posted: 11 Sep 2012 02:52 PM PDT The mainstream media in the United States is almost totally ignoring one of the most important trends in global economics.  This trend is going to cause the value of the U.S. dollar to fall dramatically and it is going to cause the cost of living in the United States to go way up.  Right now, the U.S. dollar is the primary reserve currency of the world.  Even though that status has been chipped away at in recent years, U.S. dollars still make up more than 60 percent of all foreign currency reserves in the world.  Most international trade (including the buying and selling of oil) is conducted in U.S. dollars, and this gives the United States a tremendous economic advantage.  Since so much trade is done in dollars, there is a constant demand for more dollars all over the globe from countries that need them for trading purposes.  So the Federal Reserve is able to flood our financial system with dollars without it causing a tremendous amount of inflation because the rest of the world ends up soaking up a lot of those dollars.  But now that is changing.  China and Russia have been spearheading a movement to shift away from using the U.S. dollar in international trade.  At the moment, the shift is happening gradually, but at some point a tipping point will come (for example if Saudi Arabia were to declare that it will no longer take U.S. dollars for oil) and the entire global financial system is going to change.  When that tipping point comes the global demand for U.S. dollars is going to absolutely plummet and nightmarish inflation will come to the United States.  If such a scenario sounds far out to you, then you have not been paying attention.  In fact, China and Russia have been working very hard to move us toward exactly such a scenario. China and Russia are not the "buddies" of the United States.  The truth is that they are both ruthless competitors of the United States and leaders from both nations have been calling for a new global currency for years. They don't like that the United States has a built-in advantage of having the reserve currency of the world, and over the past several years both countries have been busy making international agreements that seek to chip away at that advantage. Just the other day, China and Germany agreed to start conducting an increasing amount of trade with each other in their own currencies. You would think that a major currency agreement between the 2nd and 4th largest economies on the face of the planet would make headlines all over the United States. Instead, the silence in the U.S. media was deafening. At least there were some reports in the international media about this.  The following is from a Reuters article about this very important deal.... Germany and China plan to conduct an increasing amount of their trade in euros and yuan, the two nations said in a joint statement after talks between Chancellor Angela Merkel and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao in Beijing on Thursday. "Both sides intend to support financial institutions and companies of both countries in the use of the renminbi and euro in bilateral trade and investments," said the text of the statement. By itself, this deal would not be that alarming. However, the truth is that both Russia and China have been making deals like this all over the globe in recent years.  I detailed 11 more major agreements like the one that China and Germany just made in this article: "11 International Agreements That Are Nails In The Coffin Of The Petrodollar". In that article I listed a few of the things that will likely happen when the petrodollar dies.... -Oil will cost a lot more. -Everything will cost a lot more. -There will be a lot less foreign demand for U.S. government debt. -Interest rates on U.S. government debt will rise. -Interest rates on just about everything in the U.S. economy will rise. So enjoy going to "the dollar store" while you can. It will turn into the "five and ten dollar store" soon enough. Okay, so if you are China and Russia and you are working hard to undermine the dollar, how do you get prepared for the fiat currency crisis that your hard work will eventually create? You guessed it.  You hoard gold and other precious metals. And that is exactly what China and Russia has been doing. A recent MarketWatch article detailed the massive hoarding of gold that Russia has been doing.... I can’t imagine it means anything cheerful that Vladimir Putin, the Russian czar, is stockpiling gold as fast as he can get his hands on it. According to the World Gold Council, Russia has more than doubled its gold reserves in the past five years. Putin has taken advantage of the financial crisis to build the world’s fifth-biggest gold pile in a handful of years, and is buying about half a billion dollars’ worth every month. Of course Russia is not alone in hoarding gold.  According to Zero Hedge, China has quietly been importing gigantic mountains of gold.... In July, Chinese gold imports from HK, after two months of declines, have picked up once more and hit a 3-month high of 75.8 tons. While it is notable that this number is double the 38.1 tons imported a year prior, and that year-to-date imports are now a record 458.6 tons, well over four times greater than the seven month total in 2011 which was 103.9 tons, what is far more important is that in the first seven months of 2012 alone China has imported nearly as much gold as the total holdings of the hedge fund at the heart of the Eurozone, elsewhere known simply as the European Central Bank, and just as importantly considering the import run-rate has hardly slowed down in August, which data we will have in a few weeks, it is now safe to say that in 2012 alone China has imported more gold than the ECB's entire official 502.1 tons of holdings. And all over the world Chinese companies are buying up gold producers.  China National Gold Group Corporation has put in a $3.9 billion bid to buy African Barrick Gold PLC, but that is only one example. A recent Fox Business article listed a bunch of other similar transactions that have taken place recently.... Zijin Mining Group Co. (2899.HK), China's second-largest gold producer by output, said last week that its subsidiary has acquired more than 50% of Kalgoorlie's Norton Gold Fields (NGF.AU). That deal gives it a foothold in the Australian market, the world's second-largest source of gold output after China itself. In 2011, Zijin bought 60% of Kazakhstan-based miner Altynken, which has access to a gold mine in Kyrgyzstan. Since 2008, Chinese companies have completed 10 US$20-million-plus acquisitions of Australian gold assets, worth a combined $1.6 billion, according to Dealogic. Half were initiated since last year. In November, Shandong Gold-Mining Co. (600547.SH) launched a bid to acquire Brazilian gold miner Jaguar Mining Inc. (JAG.T) for $1 billion. You would have to be blind to not see what is happening. Other big names have been hoarding gold as well.  In a previous article I detailed how George Soros, John Paulson and central banks all over the planet have been hungrily accumulating gold. So what does all of this mean for the price of gold? That's right - it is likely to keep heading up. In fact, Citi analyst Tom Fitzpatrick believes that the price of gold will likely hit $2500 within 6 months. Personally, I believe that there will be times when precious metals both fall and rise in price dramatically.  It is going to be a wild ride.  But in the long-term I believe that all precious metals will be going up as fiat currencies such as the U.S. dollar fail. Sadly, most Americans have no idea just how incredibly vulnerable the U.S. dollar really is. The following is an excerpt from a recent piece by investigative journalist Bob Woodward.  It shows just how worried our leaders are about a crash of U.S. Treasuries.... Another possible outcome, Geithner said, was perhaps worse. “Suppose we have an auction and no one shows up?” The cascading impact would be unknowable. The world could decide to dump U.S. Treasuries. Prices would plummet, interest rates would skyrocket. The one pillar of stability, the United States, the rock in the global economy, could collapse. What happens someday if the rest of the world decides to reject our currency and our debt? Right now we are able to trade our dollars for the things that we "need" such as oil from the Middle East and cheap plastic consumer products from China. But what happens if the Federal Reserve keeps printing and printing and printing and the rest of the world eventually decides that the U.S. dollar is not even worth the paper it is printed on? The truth is that the amount of printing the Federal Reserve has been doing and the amount of borrowing the federal government has been doing are both completely and totally unsustainable. At this point, Moody's is threatening to cut the credit rating of the federal government if a deal is not reached soon to reduce our debt to GDP ratio. And Moody's is not the only one concerned about our exploding debt. German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble recently stated that he believes that "there is great uncertainty about the course American politics will take in dealing the U.S. government's debts, which are much too high". Just because the economy is relatively stable right now does not mean that it is always going to be that way. If we keep debasing our currency like this, at some point the rest of the world is going to decide that China and Russia have been right all along and that we need a new global reserve currency. That day is coming.  It might not come tomorrow or next week or next month but it is definitely coming. Once the U.S. dollar loses reserve currency status, that will be a major turning point in the history of our country.  We will never fully recover from that, and we will never get back to the same level of prosperity that we are enjoying today. So enjoy spending those dollars while you can.  The party is almost over.

Gold broke $1700 per ounce this morning, and Silver is going up with it.  Silver spot this morning is $32.79

Just a few weeks ago silver was BELOW $30 per ounce.

These spot prices are what the biggest dealers pay for large quantities of silver bullion in 1000 ounce bars they can melt to make smaller bars and one ounce rounds.

The spot price is highly manipulated by the big players in the stock market and big banks, and they are in trouble.

The ratio between silver and gold is also going up again. For decades it took 15 or 16 ounces of silver to buy one ounce of gold. Right now it stands at 52 ounces of silver. Does that say "manipulation" to you? It does to me.

What drives the silver price down?  Everyone agrees that there is much more Gold above ground and available than silver. In fact 10 times as much. One would think that the laws of supply and demand would make the prices reverse.   There is virtually NO industrial demand for gold, but the demand for silver is extremely high. It's used in virtually every electronic product in the world, and once used it's almost irretrievable. So it  gets used up and discarded. What is going to happen when the Federal Reserve Note looses more of it's value? Silver will continue to go up, and as the price goes up, so will the price of every electronic device.

So with such a high demand and low supply why are the prices on silver so depressed? Because of manipulation of the price by the big banks to keep you from thinking silver is a good investment, when in fact the fundamentals on silver right now are as good or better than they have ever been, and are the best reasons to get into the precious metal market over any other metal.

It seems that people get excited about silver only when it's going up. I get excited about silver when it goes down because I know I can buy more. Silver is a long term protection, more than a way to make short term gains. Silver is your best hedge for a dollar collapse, and if you think the dollar isn't on the way to a full collapse, then you might just as well stop reading this right now, because I don't have time to argue that point with you. It should be obvious that the US federal reserve note has NO intrinsic value and is on it's way out as the world's reserve currency.

So, the question to you is this.  Are you going to stand there, and wait, while all your hard earned wealth just disappears because you have it in paper or digits in somebody's computer? Or are you going to do something that makes absolute sense to protect your wealth before it's too late?

All commercially available pairs of radios like FRS, GMRS operate in the UHF (Ultra High Frequency) radio spectrum.

Usable range for all good quality UHF two way radios is about the same.

Don't expect differences in range performance based on advertised range claims.

All good quality UHF radios are capable of operating over hundreds of miles under optimal or ideal conditions, but range on Earth is limited to much less by the physical environment and conditions of use. Prayers to beg for peace

In times like these where people are fearful of their future and that of their children and grandchildren there is only one way that brings true peace of mind and heart, and that is to pray. But our prayers must be correct and true to the way God wants us to pray. I read and pray these prayers often and I think if the whole country adopted these prayers it would make a huge difference in our future. We could be losing the US dollar reserve status soon

If Gold goes to record highs silver will outperform gold again!

If the US Federal Reserve Note falls as the world's reserve currency for trade as this article suggests, and gold becomes the standard the price will have to be extremely high. What will the price of silver be then? With Gold at $1694 today and silver at $32.23 that makes the ratio over 52 to 1. Even at that ratio silver would be $192 per ounce with $10,000 per ounce gold, but the ratio will change. If the manipulation stops, which it surly will in a scenario like we are talking about, the ratio will go back to what it was for decades to about 16 to 1. At that ratio with $10,000 gold silver would be $625 per ounce.

The ratio could easily go lower than 16 to 1. At one point it was 10 to 1, and right now there is much more useable gold above ground than silver.

The use of silver in industry guarantees that it will be in very short supply indeed.

There can be no doubt that the US dollar will soon be history. China is recasting all of their gold reserves into small one kilo bars in order to issue a new gold backed global currency. This is surely a strategic part of their recent push to sign new trade agreements with Russia, Japan, Chile, Brazil, India, and Iran. The cat is now out of the bag, the US will be given the bums rushby the largest trading nations in the world and the dollar will go down in flames. GATA now estimates that 80% of the gold that investors believe they have in allocated accounts is long gone, the majority of it probably wound up in China.

China is well along an ambitious plan to recast large gold bars into smaller 1-kg bars on a massive scale. A major event is brewing that will disrupt global trade and assuredly the global banking system. The big gold recast project points to the Chinese preparing for a new system of trade settlement. In the process they must be constructing a foundation for a possible new monetary system based in gold that supports the trade payments. Initially used for trade, it will later be used in banking. The USTBond will be shucked aside. Regard the Chinese project as preliminary to a collapse in the debt-based US Dollar system. The Chinese are removing thousands of metric tons of gold bars from London, New York, and Switzerland. They are recasting the bars, no longer to bear weights in ounces, but rather kilograms. The larger Good Delivery bars are being reduced into 1-kg bars and stored in China. It is not clear whether the recast project is being done entirely in China, as some indication has come that Swiss foundries might be involved, since they have so much experience and capacity.

The story of recasting in London is confirmed by my best source. It seems patently clear that the Chinese are preparing for a new system for trade settlement system, to coincide with a new banking reserve system. This film, “Dreams from My Real Father,” explores in detail the relationship that Obama had with Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist Party member suspected by the FBI to be a Soviet agent.

Flathead Valley "Civil Support" training this week by Northcom

It has been verified that the training exercise talked about in the last few emails scheduled for the Flathead are actually going on right now. The vehicles were spotted at the Red Lion in the Gateway complex in downtown Kalispell and at another hotel south on  Highway 93 this morning.

August 28th 2012.

What follows is internet research by one of the people who observed the vehicles, and this will be followed on my blog soon with pictures and an in depth article.

Much of this is from the northcom website, but you can see a definite influence in their training scenarios that make patriots out to be the bad guy in some ways.

In any case the training is real and is verified in the flathead valley right now. It would be interesting to ask these guys that are training if they intend to keep their oath to the US Constitution and see what their reaction would be.

One thought that comes to mind is this. If indeed these exercises are intended to intimidate the public we need to show them that we are not alarmed, but we insist they keep their oath. It's one thing to be preparing for some kind of attack on American soil, and entirely another to be trying to target people who might disagree with the current administration in DC about how the country is being run. DHS is already swallowing the propaganda from the Southern Poverty Law Center and passing it on to all of these Federal outfits.

It's up to us to show a level head, and nothing to hide, when dealing with these units. In the mean time get prepared because although this is the largest exercise of it's kind to date, it's only the beginning of military presence in our country. It's going to get much bigger as time goes on.

USNORTHCOM, National Guard leaders: Partnerships key to domestic response

"One of the most valuable things about the Guard is our ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships," said Air Force Gen. Craig McKinley, chief of the National Guard Bureau. "Partnerships are what make the National Guard what we are – whether it's our partnership with our parent services, … our partnership with foreign nations in the State Partnership Program … or our partnership with local authorities and civilians in communities across the country.

ATTENTION: There is a new Martial Law Legal Technique that is being used and has been used. It is called: Dual-Status Commander Program This is where a Governor of a State signs over his authority to the NorthCom Commander during an emergency. This is one of the most alarming revelations. The CST's are essential role players in this process.

September 11, 2001 was a watershed event for homeland security. Within a year, sweeping changes

in both civilian and military organizations were made to address perceived vulnerabilities within the

homeland. Through the establishment of United States Northern Command and currently emerging joint

doctrine, the Department of Defense has redefined its role in providing domestic civil support.

Concurrently, the newly established Department of Homeland Security has become the lead federal agency

for all homeland security issues.

Given that DHS will continue to build capability across the homeland security mission spectrum,

the Armed Forces contribution should proportionally diminish. In order to support this thesis the

paper explores the emerging operational constructs that define how NORTHCOM will utilize joint forces

when executing the civil support mission. Analysis will identify key problematic issues associated

with current and future mission execution with specific emphasis on manpower, training, and

redundancies that effect both DOD and DHS. Problem areas are addressed via recommendations to

Some people are better at searching than others, I was called today by some very concerned and true patriot guys roaming around Hwy 2 near Browning looking for the CST's coming from North Dakota. I said did you know they are stationed in Helena not North Dakota and most likely will be traveling up HWY 83 not HWY 2? They had no clue, but they wanted to burn 20 gallons of fuel and 6 hours of their time looking for the convoy. I found in a two minutes of Internet research that it was a Public Notice given that North Dakota's CST's and Emergency services are having the same drill there as we are having here.

People need to get on board with research first, Drive after. We must recon the Internet first before taking off in all directions looking for a needle in a haystack. Military train all the time, the recession has not hurt their budgets. We need to not just know when, but why and what scenarios they are training for. When I was in the military we were training in small elite units to take down militia groups in Yugoslavia two years before that war broke out. We were training for mass Special Op troop formations to take out Iran or Iraq 6 years before that war. The game planners always put out the best scenario for the units to train with. That is key to why we need to be better at not just finding them but understanding them. We need to survive the next 9/11!

These 10 zones had the formations of what we can call a COG, Continuity of Government/ Military. In reality a Martial Law Zone, run by Generals and insiders of the Secret Government.

By 2001 they were fully funded and operational. Each Zone had it's own covert ops, intelligence gathers, hunter teams and spooks. They also had Army, Air force and other branches designated units, battalions, divisions and wings to each Zone if their was a need. So some of top secret, some of it plain Jane Military, a good mix.

It was a training exercises of the 10 Zones that was taking place on 9/11. The COG was in control that day. The no fly and no shoots were being ordered by the likes of COG Commanders like Dick Cheney. That is one reason that it has been and will remain out of the mainstream media. COG is in control.

After 9/11 2001 they began implementing Homeland Security and the Joint Task Force concept under NorthCom. JTF's are multi-jurisdictional, multi branch and multi national units formed for unique missions. Civil Support Teams are a concept of a JTF team.

Right now the best picture I can see is that their is a multi level training op being run right now. That means COG is running it through it's subordinates in the JTF's NorthCom, Norad and so on.

Unfortunately some idiots are out their on the net blabbing off their mouths about things they know nothing off. Maybe I am one of them, but my research is solid. I mainly am frustrated with people like Lee Ann playing into the fear tactics and "Let's Get our guns, kick some tail ... Redneck talk!" What a tool!

People need to realize, their will be another terror attack. By who?????? But their will be. We need to be vigilant to what COG is preparing for so we can survive it. The idiots who think they can roll with Delta, or Seal Team Six, or one of the highly specialized JTF teams is a FOOL!!!!
