I have not verified this information about commercial liens against the banksters, but this makes sense from what I know about UCC and the history of the Montana Freemen. These liens have teeth, and the very FBI agent that went around Montana collecting Leroy Schwietzer's instruments had one of these liens against him. In any case read this and decide for yourself. I present this to you just to keep you up to date on what is going around the internet about this.

I got a Wilcock update this morning you may wish to read. (link down below) I listened to a Drake interview a couple of days ago and got my first glimmer of hope that what he has been claiming might have elements of truth. In the interview he said something to the effect that the movement to restore constitutional government had hit a bit of a snag and they were having to make some adjustments and address some newly discovered facts. He said he got a heavy education on the FED and found they control EVERYTHING....he said he had not realized how extensive their control was and that the higher ups in the effort were having to work out some additional details on how they could sever those tentacles with minimal disruption to the country. (for those who are not aware of the Drake announcements of the past 2 or 3 weeks...he claims he is spokesman for a group representing a number of free states who have made international declarations of intent to return to free republics and that they are working with the military to arrest the criminals and restore our national republic.)
The explanation of that "snag" was the first thing I have heard that I thought gave them a degree of credibility. He claimed he had met some new high up in the movement and that some of their next steps had been explained to him but he was asked not to announce them yet. He also made it clear that they have him telling the things that he has revealed only to serve as a heads up and to help the process go along with minimal chaos caused by people caught off guard as there could be some disruptions of services in the process. No doubt that would be true.
Now, the Wilcock update declares the guys who filed the lawsuit against the FED last fall have now perfected COMMERCIAL LIENS ON ALL 12 FED BANKS. This is a process I understand and had suggested a couple of years ago as the way to take them down. It is a process using their own commercial laws against them; laws they violate consistently and do not follow except as it benefits their thefts. I never had a great deal of faith in the lawsuit making much difference...but commercial liens are serious. That starts the war in the view of the FED.
The liens and affidavits are in the Wilcock update. I have read them, and based on my understandings of the law and the commercial system....UCC...these are the real deal and make perfect sense...ie they are not make believe written to fool the uninformed. I remind you that it was commercial liens which caused the feds to take down the Montana freemen. I put no real hope in the lawsuit they filed last fall but these commercial liens are real...they are serious...and NOW, I think we are seeing evidence there is a real effort to take these pricks down.
It is no guarantee of success, but if the Drake claims are true and they are now working with the folks who have perfected the commercial liens we may have a joining of forces which may be the real deal. The link to the update, which is long, is below. The commercial lien info is way down the update. It takes about 60 to 90 days to perfect these commercial liens and the time frame fits as they have had just about enough time since the law suit was filed to draft and perfect the liens.
The government can possibly make the court case go away since they own the courts, but they cannot make the commercial liens go away easily. This is the first real reason I have seen to indicate we may indeed have some folks working to overturn what exists. It is, at least, reason for some hope. I have remained skeptical for some time, in spite of the prior claims by these folks, but I see these commercial liens as important. We still are not seeing arrests of the individuals involved but these liens are a major step in that direction. This is worthy of notice.

Open letter to Lincoln County office holders and candidates.
After a call from Steve Curtiss I have corrected a couple of paragraphs in this letter. He has NOT said he would work to abolish the planning board. I know he understands Agenda 21 and what it means in our county, but he can speak for himself in that regard and I stand corrected. I still support whatever he decides to do on this. because I know he has the depth of understanding of these issues to be able to deal with them effectively for Lincoln County to restore freedom and prosperity here. I still believe our county is better off with freedom and liberty instead of centralized planning by government. America didn't get to be the greatest country on the planet by a lack of freedom, but because of it.

The county commissioners of Lincoln County Montana need to do the same thing that the City of Colfax California did recently.
They threw out Agenda 21 in it's entirety.
The Lincoln county commission put this in without our consent and without even giving people an opportunity to vote on it, and it can be thrown out the same way.
My own opinion is there shouldn't be a growth policy, no county planner, and no planning board. There shouldn't be county employees running around the county persecuting local people when they start up a business. There shouldn't be government getting in the way of development, or in the way of freedom and liberty in Lincoln County.
And that my friends is what it will take to save this county from going under financially, and nothing less will work. We need freedom and prosperity, and we need people coming to start new businesses. That is how we stay prosperous. We don't prosper in Lincoln County by the county commissioners sucking up all the federal money they can get. How do you like the Hope and Change? Look around you and see what it gets us. What will Lincoln County do when the federal money runs out, which is inevitable now.
The only thing necessary for business to flourish in Lincoln County is for government to get the heck out of the way.
Look below at what Utah is doing to stop the encroachment of federal tyranny over the states and state land.
Then go below that article and see what the city of Colfax California did. People like this realize that we don't have much time left to throw these socialist power grabbers out or it won't be possible any more.
I challenge any candidate for Lincoln County Commissioner to refute these facts. I challenge any candidate to lay out a plan to make Lincoln County free and prosperous. IF YOU DON'T, AND THE STATUS QUO REMAINS, AND THE GOOD OLE BOY CLUB STAYS IN POWER

What are you going to do when the US currency melts down? How are you going to provide freedom and safety to our residents?
Or are you just going to cave in to the federal monster and deliver our freedoms over to the beast that is the Obama machine and tyranny called FEMA?

Every time a country went down to communism or fascism the first to be executed by the new communist regime were the people who sold out their fellow countrymen. Look it up. They won't, so they just kill them, especially the people in local governments in positions of power.
Without the help of local governments there can be NO TYRANNY. Without the help of the local law enforcement there can be no tyranny.
It's time for all the people collecting their pay from local government to stand up and take their oath of office seriously to protect and defend the freedoms outlined in the US Constitution or get the heck out of the way. If you can't live up to your oath, save us all a lot of trouble and just quit. Resign, so we can replace you with someone who will live up to their oath, and who will do the job they are getting paid to do according to their oath.
That is YOU county commissioners. That is you, Sheriff and deputies. That is you, all county office holders.
If you don't have a proper and correct oath of office on file YOUR OFFICE IS VACANT. That is Montana law. We will be checking up on that for every employee of Lincoln County. This is your last chance to stand up for freedom and liberty, and your county and country.

Utah intends to own the land within its state. The state legislature enacted and the Governor signed a law that informs the federal government that if the federal government has not turned over all federal land within Utah by the end of 2014, then the state will take the federal land by eminent domain. The City of Colfax, CA reportedly defeated UN Agenda 21 by a 4-0 vote and passed Resolution No. 12-2012.
Ken Delfino, one of the City Councilmen, reportedly wrote a letter describing what he learned about UN Agenda 21 and urges others to educate themselves about it too.

Dear friends, constituents and colleagues:
This evening the attached resolution was introduced and discussed...and was passed by a 4-0 vote.
This particular topic has been discussed in previous council meetings as more and more people are becoming aware of this United Nations program that has been hidden under a myriad of titles starting with the "New World Order" in 1992 and the addition of many of these restrictive and business-killing environmental initiatives that have been introduced and passed in the past 2-3 years.
On-line searches of anti-American U.N. bias and statements will show you just how much this organization despises the success of our country. We are railed against by the likes of Hugo Chavez, the Castro brothers, Daniel Ortega, Moammar Khadaffy and other anti-American leaders not just from their capitols, but worse, from the United Nations building in New York City!
The ultimate goal of United Nations' Agenda 21 is global governance with the U.N as the head agency.
Many of my council colleagues from other jurisdictions have gotten together to find ways to fight this cancer that has crept into our government. Dear friends, constituents and colleagues:
This evening the attached resolution was introduced and discussed...and was passed by a 4-0 vote.
This particular topic has been discussed in previous council meetings as more and more people are becoming aware of this United Nations program that has been hidden under a myriad of titles starting with the "New World Order" in 1992 and the addition of many of these restrictive and business-killing environmental initiatives that have been introduced and passed in the past 2-3 years.
On-line searches of anti-American U.N. bias and statements will show you just how much this organization despises the success of our country. We are railed against by the likes of Hugo Chavez, the Castro brothers, Daniel Ortega, Moammar Khadaffy and other anti-American leaders not just from their capitols, but worse, from the United Nations building in New York City!
The ultimate goal of United Nations' Agenda 21 is global governance with the U.N as the head agency.
Many of my council colleagues from other jurisdictions have gotten together to find ways to fight this cancer that has crept into our government. We all took an Oath to support our state and United States constitutions and protect our citizens and community against all enemies...foreign and domestic...and this is the statement our city made tonight to this effect.
We believe other cities and counties have made such stands and we hope others will join us.

Witness the Power of an Idea: Ron Paul Massive Rallies 2012
The lame stream media is ignoring Ron Paul and in their mental prostitution they have tried to make him go away, but the PEOPLE are anything but ignoring him. The people know there is something radically wrong with the country and with the media for not reporting the truth. The people are wide awake and their awareness is growing by leaps and bounds.
Watch the insiders in the "Republican" machine try to steal the convention and do anything they can to stop Ron Paul. That is the real reason Santorum quit. But it's going to backfire in their face. Romney can't beat Obama, but Ron Paul can, because he can attract blue dog Democrats and all the independent votes, which Romney can't do.
This is our last time around folks. This one is do or die trying. This will be the last election in Amerika, if we even make it to the election. unless we turn this around. Obama already sees his power slipping away, and he is getting desparate. The Supreme Court is about to shoot him out of the saddle on health care, and his birth certificate and eligibility are being exposed. He is being exposed for the illegal alien that he is.
Nothing is as powerful as a good and true IDEA. Truth always goes through three stages.
1. It is disbelieved and ingored.
2. It is violently opposed.
3. It is accepted for the truth that it is.
We are about to enter stage 2, and the violence they will bring will be horrendous to try to keep their power. They don't play by any rules. They are inspired by Satan and his minions. They will lie, cheat, steal, kill, rape, pillage and plunder, all under the color of their so called "laws", which are not law at all. It will be up to us to stop them. There will be no quarter given by them. They will not leave us alone to live in peace. They will never be satisfied until they "replace God" and His laws of nature and positive divine laws with their own rule.
Of course that will never happen, so we are left with their violence. But in the end we will win this by being fatihful to God and His principles.
Then and only then will the 3rd stage of truth happen.
Pray that enough people experience enough pain in the early stages of this right NOW before it gets violent, to get them fully awake and paying attention to what needs to be done.
Do everything you can to stop this BEFORE they get violent by educating your neighbors. The leftists in charge are trying right now to start a race war with the Trayvon Martin thing. What is going on in Greece will be what they want to happen here as well. They will trigger violence by destroying our currency first, then use the people on the government dole as cannon fodder when they start looting in retaliation for not receiving their welfare money. That will be how they will ignite the cities, and trigger their excuse for martial law. We MUST avoid that in the rural areas, and stay clear of violence as long as possible.
You must be in a strictly defensive posture. You must be prepared for the worst, and working and praying for the best solution without violence. Beg God for the grace to stop this short of harm to your family and community, but be prepared and ready to defend them if necessary.
Take heart because if it were not for what Ron Paul and the rest of the patriots in this country have done in the last few years we would already be slaves in a police state new world order.
Get on your knees and pray like it's all up to God, because really it is, then get up and work like it's all up to you, if for nothing else but to show God that you really mean it, and are willing to sacrifice and do penance for God's forgiveness and for freedom from His enemies and their evil plans.

Much to the chagrin of the Southern Poverty Law Center, a federal judge has cleared the members of a Michigan militia who were accused by federal law enforcement agents of conspiracy to commit sedition. Since you didn’t hear much about this ruling from the national press corps, here is one online version of the report:
“Seven members of a Michigan militia have been cleared of plotting to overthrow the U.S. government as a judge dismissed the most serious charges against them.
“In a shock defeat for federal authorities, District Judge Victoria Roberts said the group's expressed hatred of law enforcement did not amount to a conspiracy.
“The FBI secretly planted an informant and an agent inside the Hutaree militia in 2008 to collect hours of anti-government audio and video that became the cornerstone of the case.
“Senior officials had insisted they had captured homegrown rural extremists poised for war.
“But the judge said: ‘The court is aware that protected speech and mere words can be sufficient to show a conspiracy. In this case, however, they do not rise to that level.’'

My experience at Front Sight Firearms Training Center
Last weekend 5 of us from Montana and one of our friends from Farmington New Mexico went to Front Sight Firearms Training Center in Pahrump Nevada for some very intensive training for 4 days.
I took the 4 day defensive handgun course, and let me say that this was definitely NOT a vacation.
They work the living daylights out of you for four, 10 hour days, and test with timed exercises on the last day.
You are standing in the desert with the sun beating down and they want you tired on the last day since, as they say, you are only half as good in a gunfight as your best day at the range.
In the defensive handgun class ( ours had 37 students) they use the buddy system for training so you will always have your partner standing behind and to your right close enough to help keep you out of trouble.
The first thing you will learn is how much you DON'T know about handguns. The second thing is how good safe handeling of handguns is completely different than what you thought. And the third thing you will learn is how to listen and use humility to soak up a very safe and deadly method that will keep you alive in a surprise situation, and defend your life and the lives of your loved ones very effectively indeed.
We had 4 instructors and a range master overseeing our every move, and drilling us over and over in these innovative but successful methods that have been used and improved for over 16 years now.
About 25% of the class were women, and about 75% of the class were shooting Glock handguns.
Others were shooting 1911s, XD, H&K or some other brand. Front Sight maintains that the best defensive handgun ever designed is Glock in 40 S&W or 45 ACP calibers.
One lady about 35 years old had never shot a handgun before 3 days earlier, and by the end of the class was shooting within the top 30% of the class. Several of the guys were competition shooters, and you could tell it in their accuracy be they all said they learned a lot by coming to this training.
I highly recommend that anyone who carries regularly go to this training. Part of the training is in the classroom where you learn the consequences of shooting in self defense, legal, physical, and phsycological, as well as some of the choices one can make that will defuse a situation and make it so you don't have to use your new skills, (always the best choice if available).

Others were shooting 1911s, XD, H&K or some other brand. Front Sight maintains that the best defensive handgun ever designed is Glock in 40 S&W or 45 ACP calibers.
One lady about 35 years old had never shot a handgun before 3 days earlier, and by the end of the class was shooting within the top 30% of the class. Several of the guys were competition shooters, and you could tell it in their accuracy be they all said they learned a lot by coming to this training.
I highly recommend that anyone who carries regularly go to this training. Part of the training is in the classroom where you learn the consequences of shooting in self defense, legal, physical, and phsycological, as well as some of the choices one can make that will defuse a situation and make it so you don't have to use your new skills, (always the best choice if available).

Medical Marijuana: Firearm penalties used to force pleasThe March 14 Missoulian reports that four of Montana’s medical marijuana providers swept up in federal busts a year ago have pleaded guilty. It’s time, as Paul Harvey used to say, to tell the “rest of the story.”
It is estimated that over 90 percent of Montana households contain firearms, and that the average number of firearms per home is more than 20. Predictably, many of the medical marijuana providers busted by the feds possessed multiple firearms.
Because of that, those busted providers were also charged with multiple counts of firearm possession “during commission of a drug crime,” with each firearm count carrying a separate, multi-year, mandatory minimum sentence. So, federal prosecutors are stacking the firearm charges to force the accused into guilty pleas for the drug charges
When you see these guilty pleas in the media, remember that such pleas are extorted by federal prosecutors from people facing $100,000 in legal defense costs and a century in federal prison if they don’t roll over and plead guilty to federal “drug crimes.” To further undercut legal defense for these accused people, federal prosecutors have sought orders from federal judges to prohibit defense attorneys from mention to jurors that the accused believed what they were doing was legal because it was affirmatively sanctioned by state law, and that the U.S. Attorney General promised publicly that such federal busts wouldn’t happen.
While the media may make it look as if the accused have admitted to being criminals, the truth is the accused have been forced through the knothole of a process powerfully rigged by zealous federal prosecutors and complicit or federally-tolerant judges. While these federal machinations may be technically legal, they are definitely not any sort of justice, outrageously using otherwise-legal firearms as a club to force Montanans to accept federal criminal penalties.

This comment was left on the website of the regulatory body, the CFTC ( Commodities Futures Trading Commission) that is supposed to stop this kind of market manipulation and the fraud in the market. Hello, I am a current JPMorgan Chase employee. This is an open letter to all commissioners and regulators. I am emailing you today b/c I know of insider information that will be damning at best for JPMorgan Chase. I have decided to play the role of whistleblower b/c I no longer have faith and belief that what we are doing for society is bringing value to people. I am now under the opinion that we are actually putting hard working Americans unaware of what lays ahead at extreme market risk. This risk is unnecessary and will lead to wide-scale market collapse if not handled properly. With the release of Mr. Smith’s open letter to Goldman, I too would like to set the record straight for JPM as well. I have seen the disruptive behavior of superiors and no longer can say that I look up to employees at the ED/MD level here at JPM. Their smug exuberance and arrogance permeates the air just as pungently as rotting vegetables. They all know too well of the backdoor crony connections they share intimately with elected officials and with other institutions. It is apparent in everything they do, from the meager attempts to manipulate LIBOR, therefore controlling how almost all derivatives are priced to the inherit and fraudulent commodities manipulation. They too may have one day stood for something in the past in the client-employee relationship. Does anyone in today’s market really care about the protection of their client? From the ruthless and scandalous treatment of MF Global client asset funds to the excessive bonuses paid by companies with burgeoning liabilities. Yes, we at JPMorgan that are in the know are fearful of a cascading credit event being triggered in Greece as they have hidden derivatives in excess of $1 Trillion USD. We at JPMorgan own enough of these through counterparty risk and outright prop trading that our entire IB EDG space could be annihilated within a few short days. The last ten years has been market by inflexion point after inflexion point with the most notable coming in 2008 after the acquisition of Bear.
I wish to remain anonymous as of now as fear of termination mounts from what I am about to reveal. Robert Gottlieb is not my real name; however he is a trader that is involved in a lawsuit for manipulative trading while working with JPMorgan Chase. He was acquired during our Bear Stearns acquisition and is known to be the notorious person shorting in the silver future market from his trading space, along with Blythe Masters, his IB Global boss. However, with that said, we are manipulating the silver futures market and playing a smaller (but still massively manipulative) role in manipulating the gold futures market. We have a little over a 25% (give or take a percentage) position in the short market for silver futures and by your definition this denotes a larger position than for speculative purposes or for hedging and is beyond the line of manipulation.
On a side note, I do not work directly with accounts that would have been directly impacted by the MF Global fiasco but I have heard through other colleagues that we have involvement in the hiding of client assets from MF Global. This is another fraudulent effort on our part and constitutes theft. I urge you to forward that part of the investigation on to the respective authorities.
There is something else that you may find strange. During month-end December, we were all told by our managers that this was going to be a dismal year in terms of earnings and that we should not expect any bonuses or pay raises. Then come mid-late January it is made known that everyone received a pay raise and/or bonus, which is interesting b/c just a few weeks ago we were told that this was not likely and expected to be paid nothing in addition to base salary. January is right around the time we started increasing our short positions quite significantly again and this most recent crash in gold and silver during Bernanke's speech on February 29th is of notable importance, as we along with 4 other major institutions, orchestrated the violent $100 drop in Gold and subsequent drops in silver.
As regulators of the free people of this country, I ask you to uphold the most important job in the world right now. That job is judge and overseer of all that is justice in the most sensitive of commodity markets. There are many middle-income people that invest in the physical assets of silver, gold, as well as mining stocks that are being financially impacted in a negative way b/c of our unscrupulous shorts in the precious metals commodity sector. If you read the COT with intent you will find that commercials (even though we have no business being in the commercial sector, which should be reserved for companies that truly produce the metal) are net short by a long shot in not only silver, but gold.
It is rather surprising that what should be well known liabilities on our balance sheet have not erupted into wider scale scrutinization. I call all honest and courageous JPMorgan employees to step up and fight the cronyism and wide-scale manipulation by reporting the truth. We are only helping reality come to light therefore allowing a real valuation of our banking industry which will give investors a chance to properly adjust without being totally wiped out. I will be contacting a lawyer shortly about this matter, as I believe no other whistleblower at JPMorgan has come forward yet. Our deepest secrets lie within the hands of honest employees and can be revealed through honest regulators that are willing to take a look inside one of America's best kept secrets. "The income tax amendment and the Federal Reserve Act were passed in the same year, 1913, because they function as an essential team, and were planned to do so. The Federal Reserve districts and the Internal Revenue Districts are "new states," which have been established within the jurisdictions of legal states of the Union. But why were they so established, and why are they co-functional? The Internal Revenue Service has the duty of collecting large amounts of taxes from employed Americans, solely as an agent of the Federal Reserve System. It was not accidental, nor was it coincidental, that these acts coincided with the preparations of World War I. The necessity for income tax "collections" did not become obvious for some years. The U.S. Congress had awarded the Federal Reserve System the power to issue money, despite the fact that the Federal Reserve bank stock was entirely owned by private stockholders. The Federal Reserve System then began to issue large amounts of profitable interest-bearing "U.S. dollars," without control from any government agency. It became apparent that the Federal Reserve System must set up its own system of controls, which it did through the Internal Revenue Service. Here again, the "Service" was not a service to the U.S. Government, nor a service to the American people. It was a service to the Federal Reserve System. The IRS performed the necessary task of "sopping up" the enormous amounts of money issued by the private stockholders of the Federal Reserve System to finance their systematic acquisition of all the property of the people of the United States.
"If these billions of paper instruments remained in continuous circulation, they would become mere assignats, not worth a Continental. The money is controlled by confiscatory taxation through the agency of the Internal Revenue Service. The system was laid down by David Ricardo, son of Abraham Israel, an Amsterdam stock manipulator who moved to England and made a fortune with the Rothschilds in the Waterloo speculations. Ricardo developed the technique of controlling the people through taxation. His direct descendant, Rita Ricardo Campbell, now advises President Reagan on Social Security.
"As the largely worthless paper assignats are forcibly removed from circulation by the zealous activities of the Internal Revenue Service, the Federal Reserve System can then issue more billions of paper currency to the public. The constant flow of "new money" deceives the public into thinking these assignats have real value.
"The IRS also fulfills Ricardo's dictum that the worker must never be allowed to enjoy more than a bare subsistence wage. Income tax, withholding tax, Social Security tax and other taxes fulfill Ricardo's dictum. With no money beyond bare subsistence, the workers are effectively prevented from engaging in political activity. In effect, the IRS functions as the slave overseer of the great American plantation, plying the lash freely in order to keep the workers bent to their tasks. However, neither the function of sopping up paper money for the Federal Reserve System nor the controlling of the workers by robbing them of their wages is a proper function of the United States Government."

This article (link below) was written by someone who is well versed in what exits. One point not mentioned was that the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) we are operating under which makes all actions actions in "commerce" was written by these bar attorneys and NOT by congress or the legislature. The UCC was created at the behest of the creditors, because the nation is in receivership, to collect on the fraudulent national debt. They based it on international merchant law, which is the law of the sea, and brought it onto the land (due to the bankruptcy of the national federal corporation) to replace our common law and plunder the wealth of the people and the nation.
All so-called crime(s) are in fact strictly a commercial matter as stated in 27 C.F.R. 72.11 (Code of Federal Regulations).
We desperately need to take our country back from these thieves but until, or unless, the people find out and understand what is going on and what a criminal system has been foisted upon them we are not going to change anything. We cannot continue to think and do as we have been doing and survive as a country much longer.
The legal system is not law. We have been tricked and deceived into believing lies structured for piracy. It is worse than the mere theft of our wealth and productivity. It is worse because the stolen wealth is then turned against us as it funds the growth and expansion of the police state and our ultimate destruction from within. We pay for it all. According to Steve, if it is determined that Barack Obama was not an eligible candidate for President, that determination would not only nullify Obama but Biden also, and making House Speaker John Boehner the acting President of the United States until a new President is selected in November.

3. If any of the criminal financial acts of terrorism upon the American people are shown to be ACTS OF TREASON and conspired to systematically destroy this nation by covert means, then all those found guilty should be subject to the death penalty for their treachery.
