I am tired of arguing with ill-informed, well-intentioned Americans who have been lied to and deliberately confused for so many years they don’t know which end is up and can’t even read well. So I have boiled the Big Picture down to little couplets and sound bites.

Each one of these is critical to grasping both who we are and where we are in the current time.

The Old World Order, Or, Stop Being Stupid Part Two

Our actual government is in tatters.  It is hanging on by a ragged thread.  It exists mostly at the township and county levels and even those bulwarks are being undermined and downplayed and "enclosed" legally by "Councils of County Governments". 

If we don't wake to hell up and tend to our own knitting---- there won't be any knitting to tend, no Republic left.  Our enemies will claim that there are no actual American state nationals left.  They will point at all the bogus paper records and say---- all these people are United States Citizens or citizens of the United States..... there's nobody left.  All the American state nationals are dead.....their governments, the actual sovereign states and their land jurisdiction governments like the Wisconsin state and the Wisconsin State are no longer populated, no longer funded, no longer staffed by anyone.   

And then they will claim that everything that belonged to our grandparents is "abandoned property without known heirs" and they will claim that they have established "exclusive legislative jurisdiction" over us, and they will take over and that will be that.  We will be serfs serving the New World Order----which is just a name for the Old World Order wearing new suits. 

Their "new" order is nothing but feudalism imposed via legal chicanery.  What's new about that?

The M Word - Militia, What is it, really?

The militia is defined  by Wikipedia as: an army or other fighting force that is composed of non-professional fighters; citizens of a nation or subjects of a state or government that can be called upon to enter a combat situation, as opposed to a professional force of regular, full time military personnel. It was common for militias to engage guerrilla warfare or defense instead of attacking.

Our founding fathers felt so strongly about our natural right to self defense and the necessity of an armed militia for the protection of that right, that they wrote it right into our founding documents.

The modern militia movement began to gain serious ground after the Waco incident, as we began to open our eyes, as Americans, to just how far our own government would go to set up a pretext to demonstrate the so called need for our alphabet soup agencies and their accompanying funding. After the Federal Building was bombed and the start of an intensive mis-information campaign, the movement went largely underground.

Today, unfortunately, due in large part to the mainstream media, SPLC, ADL and other so called watch groups, the mainstream perception of the militia is so very far from the truth. Today we are called extremists, domestic terrorists, and you can be sure to throw in a few back handed comments about us all being toothless, back-woods, hillbillies and rednecks. While a good majority of us may indeed come from a backwoods background, we need to really look at what is the truth behind the demonization. Instead of being called the derogatory, dismissive names that we are, we need to start calling the good-folks that serve in the Citizen Militia what they really are; first responders, former Military, current military, fire fighters, EMT’s, doctors, medical professionals, small business owners, husbands, wives, sons and daughters, preppers, true American Patriots, and heroes.

My first experience, personally, with what I would consider a real, trained, competent, and professional citizen’s militia of today, was at Bundy Ranch. Since then, I have had the honor and privilege to work, train, and deploy on patriotic operations such as Sugar Pine Mine and Lincoln County Montana with some of these incredible people. Whether it is standing guard over our own military recruiters that are not allowed by their own government to defend themselves after what any sane thinking human being would call an act of terrorism, or standing shoulder to shoulder with these fellow Americans as they took time away from their jobs and loved ones to go to Bundy Ranch and say we will not let another Waco happen on our watch.

I implore every American who is buying into the mainstream lies to reach out to your local militia, 3% group, or Oath Keeper chapter, and see for yourself, from your own experience, just who it is that makes up the fabric of our modern American Militia Movement.

Allen Lardier, West Virginia Son’s of the Second and the militias that are in that area of the Appalachian Redoubt seem to be cut from that very fabric I am talking about. This past weekend during an aerial training session they took the time to put together this short video talking about these very subjects. Answering the confusion about the Bundy ranch militia infighting garbage.

I have worked closely with Stewart Rhodes for a long time now. I can't even Imagine him as anything but what his actions toward the Bundy family have indicated he is. He is CERTAINLY NOT a provocateur as the so called Ryan Payne says. I know his family, and the people around his family and I would trust them with my life any time..

He donated $12,500 in a check directly to the Bundy family to help with the expenses and logistics associated with the camp and guard details. He donated a full case of Baofeng radios for the camp and guards. He bought very specialized FLIR (forward looking Infrared radar) vision worth almost $10,000 for 3 units, and donated one to the camp militia (Jerry) and another was stolen along with the chargers for all three. We patrolled the AO for a 30 mile radius all night for 5 nights in a row after the drone threat. He set up a WiFi at the ranch for everyone to use. These were all made possible by members of Oathkeepers donating many thousands of dollars for this travesty the BLM caused in Nevada. 

I was there. We set up a system of radio communications and kept it running for almost a week, and would do it again if the Bundy family would just wake up to who their real friends are, The Oathkeepers, and tell this "Ryan Payne"? or "Jim Messina" or whoever he is to hit the road and not come back. Just the communications part of this mission was worth a bunch to the Bundy family not only as a deterrent, but for their actual safety day and night, and cost the Oathkeepers thousands of dollars.

I hate the infighting as much as anyone, but I will not tolerate being called a traitor or coward or deserter for not spending every minute of the day sitting around a camp in a tent and trying to sort out who is lying.  I KNOW what I saw, and what I saw was Oathkeepers members staying up all night on patrol to make sure that the Bundy ranch was a safe place, and to get them early warning if things went south. I personally spent a week of my life getting ready and performing this mission and I can tell you if it wasn't for the national Oathkeepers organization making it possible for me to be there I would not have been able to come to Nevada at all. I am really glad that I was able to bring Sheriff Peyman to the Bundy ranch, and for being able to meet and spend a couple of hours with Cliven and his family, and I am grateful for having met this great Sheriff with a backbone made of stainless steel, and for being able to spend almost the whole day with him. Some of the people I met at the ranch were very loving and kind, and some (not the Bundys) were as cold as ice when they found out I was the communications person for Oathkeepers.

That's just tough, because I don't get intimidated. I treat everyone kindly and at face value. If they were there for the same reasons I was, that's great, but if they were there for their own ego, or to blow their own horn like this Ryan Payne, if that is his real name, then God bless them, because He is the only one who can.

I hope and pray every day that the people who started this backbiting crap get exposed and have a change of heart. Mr. Pain should get a strong dose of humility, and realize he is NOTHING along side of our creator.  He said and did everything that an agent provocateur would do to drive a wedge between the people at the ranch and the Oathkeepers. That didn't do anybody any good at all except perhaps the government.  Regardless of what anybody thinks about their high and mighty military career, and military discipline, the ranch camp was NOT a military operation. It was NOT conducted under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, period. Those were private citizens and residents who were free to come and go as they darn well pleased. There was NO authority present to "command" anybody to do anything at all. Everything was completely voluntary, and even if they volunteered to abide by some kind of temporary order, what was Ryan Payne going to do as punishment if they decided to leave, walk up and execute them for desertion???   What a blow hard, egotistical maniac. What a self centered idiot. What a foul mouthed provocateur.

The best thing he could do for his country now is just cease and desist and disappear from the scene, or any other scene, but that won't happen, will it? He will keep on making himself the supreme "commander" of every incident he can find.

If you want to go to a real patriotic website don't visit this stupid Operation Mutual Aid website. In the first place the Mutual Aid terminology is a police term for frequencies used for inter agency communications at any incident. It's a mainstream police term. Where did they get this name? I surmise that someone who is still in such an organization suggested it, or someone who is under cover in one of the militias.   This is why we should be following Dr. Edwin Vieira's outline for the lawful unorganized militia of the several states, as outlined in his long book on CD rom entitled "The Sword and Sovereignty" instead of having every Tom, Dick and Ryan forming up some kind of ad hoc group and calling it a militia. IT'S NOT a lawful militia unless it's done right. Where does the lawful militia get it's power? From the popular elections of both the Sheriff and the Governor of a State.  Read the book. I bet you can't refute it.

The real patriotic website that scares the hell out of the leftists is www.oathkeepers.org, and that is why the left will try to infiltrate these militias and try to use them against the Oathkeepers.  Between the Oathkeepers and the CSPOA there is a real threat to the criminal enterprise that has hijacked the federal government, and they know it full well. They will stop at NOTHING to destroy those organizations, and they will spare no expense. I wonder how many of the so called militia at the camp in Nevada were actually on the payroll of the feds? Think about it.

Dave Hodges January 5, 2014 The Common Sense Show  America is on a collision course with a brutal civil war. We can argue if the coming civil war will be conventional or guerrilla. However, many of us feel that we have reached the point of no return and that civil strife is unavoidable. A political solution to our multiple issues would have been my preferred choice, but that ship sailed a long time ago. I know that the cognitive dissonance crowd will not believe this, however, nobody from that mindset can answer the most important question in the debate based upon the present circumstances:

If a civil war was not inevitable, then explain how the military and this administration are going to get past the fact that this “false flag” President has fired over 200+ military command officers?

And there is a second important question:

Why have 14 state governors restructured their respective state military organizations so that they are not under the control of Obama?

A Military Rebellion Is Unavoidable

Whenever 200+ leaders of any organization are fired in a short period of time, the person doing the firing has formed a group which opposes them. These military leaders had great influence and close ties over those that they have commanded. Obama just did not fire over 200+ military commanders, he alienated, tens if not hundreds of thousands of military personnel who based their professional loyalty to their military commanders and they will resist their foreign born Commander-In-Chief as a result of this betrayal of trust.

This is not a question of some of us in the media who desire for this happen. We have no say in the matter. And father time is defeating many of us, as several of us are too old to fight and too fat to run! It is not up to us as these conditions, which are ripe for a civil war, were forced upon our nation by Obama and his handlers.

Some Questions for the Fence-Sitting Sheep

Do you not think the executive officers under the command of the fired military leaders understood the issues behind the firing of their commanding officers? Was not the entire command structure in Afghanistan alienated from Obama when McChrystal was fired, largely over rules of engagement? Do you not think that all service personnel in Iraq and Afghanistan understand that this buffoon of a President increases their chances of not coming home alive, because of Obama’s treasonous rules of engagement which endangers American soldiers? Do you not think that if many of us in the alternative media can find evidence of a massive Russian troop buildup, including the presence of Russian heavy equipment on our soil, that the military is not already resentful of the fact that they have to wet nurse these future martial law enforcing troops and that they are from a nation that has repeatedly threatened to nuke America in the past 15 months? Do you think  our military commanders are looking forward to the participation of Chinese and Russian soldiers in the upcoming RIMPAC war games? Do you not think that the upper echelon of the military is not scared to death that in a time of civil unrest, or civil war, that we have 200,000 troops, stationed in foreign countries, who will not likely get home? Do you think the Generals in the Pentagon do not know the commanders in Afghanistan, or Iraq? Do you not think there are not close personal relationships in and among our military leaders stationed around the world and there is not an overall awareness in the military that the President is playing for the other side? Do you sheep really believe that the next time our noncommissioned officers send another young American home in a body bag because of the President’s rules of engagement, that the resentment towards this administration does not grow exponentially? Do you not think that present active duty personnel do not hear from their veteran friends who have come back home, that the Obama administration now refers to veterans, in DHS documents, as domestic terrorists and that Obama is going after their guns because he fears them? If we can find out about Obama’s fake birth certificate and his anti-American sentiment, do you not think that our troops have not learned these lessons a long time ago? Most American military commanders are loyal to each other and have been trained to risk their lives on behalf of their fellow soldiers. Why do you think that when someone from the executive branch flies into Afghanistan, that the troops must be disarmed because of previous shooting incidents? Does anyone really believe that our military enjoys sleeping with the enemy? And who do you think they blame? After considering all of these facts, do you sheep still believe that it will not take much provocation to get the troops to act against the modern day KGB in America (i.e. DHS)? Hell, even Ray Charles could see this is fertile breeding ground for a civil war! If this was Stalinist Russia, these military officers would have been shot in the back of the head. Fortunately for these 200+ deposed military commanders, our modern communications system would make it impossible for Obama to purge the military in the same manner as Stalin did without incurring the ire of an entire nation. However, the end result is the same. The military is being purged because it will not act against the American people and you can take that to the bank. The best we can hope for in the present set of circumstances, is a military coup and that, my friends, never ends well and I lose sleep over this possibility. If we do not change course, our greatest fears will be realized because the sides are already drawn and it will not be long until all hell breaks loose across our country.

An Epic Struggle Is Taking Shape

In one corner, we have the DHS led federal agencies accompanied by their muscle; the Chinese, the Russians and the Canadians. If this group prevails in the upcoming struggle, Mao will have to forfeit his title as the most murderous dictator in world history. There are members of the NWO who do not want two stones left together in this country. They want as many of us to die as possible (see the Georgia Guide Stones). They want to leave no trail of the traditional American notions of freedom and independence because these notions are a formidable roadblock to the lethal scientific dictatorship being installed on this planet. Americans are in the crosshairs of history. American Christians will soon become the most hunted game on the planet because we represent freedom, autonomy and obedience to God’s laws and not blind obedience to the dictates of genocidal leaders. In our corner, the other corner, we have a large segment of the American military and some of the American citizenry, largely veterans, who will oppose the attempts to finalize the tyranny being installed across the planet.  This is an all-stakes, winner-take-all battle. Soon, even the sheep are going to be forced to choose sides.

No Pleasant Alternatives

The coming conflict will not have a good outcome no matter who wins. If the military and the American citizens prevail, all we will likely accomplish is to replace one brutal dictatorship with another. If the other side wins, there is nowhere that will be safe. All of us will become, by definition, an endangered species.

Fourteen Governors Have Acquired Some Temporary Courage Against Tyranny

I have previously written that I have recently spoken with a high ranking military officer who was fired because he would not help DHS to completely control a fully integrated state-to-state national guard organization. He was unwilling to voluntarily hand the keys to the car to a communist such as Obama whom he perceived as someone who was dedicated to the destruction of this country. This officer’s resolve was shocking, but now I understand why. In retrospect, he was lucky that he was only fired. Why has DHS armed to the teeth? The answer is simple, Obama is facing opposition to not only his failed policies like Obamacare and he is facing the possibility of organized military resistance at the state level in several locations. There is presently an armed uprising directed at him by the select governors of 14 different states and that number is continuing to grow. To the previous point I raised as to why Obama is moving to nationalize the National Guard Forces, the answer is simple. Fourteen governors are militarily organizing against Obama. States such as Alabama, Georgia, Kansas, Minnesota, Tennessee, Virginia, Louisiana and South Carolina, are saying no to the increasing level of tyranny. These state military entities have been structured in such a way that they cannot become federalized. This is highly significant because the vast amount of federal/DHS resources used to federalize local police forces is now being undermined in these 14 states.

Obama Is Not Just Facing An Armed Rebellion From the Military

Fourteen state governors have reestablished State Defense Forces which includes any and all militias and the national guard. The authority over these troops does not rest with the President and he is furious. Obviously, these 14 governors are talking and planning amongst each other because their actions are so uniform and have happened in such a narrow time frame, that their actions are clearly an act of insubordination to Obama. In 14 states, the 10th Amendment still has life. These actions by the 14 governors are one short step away from armed rebellion. I am confident that any and all attempts on the part of the Hessian troops on American soil to move against dissident Americans and to enforce martial law will be militarily opposed in these 14 states. When will 14 governors militarily opposed to Obama become 30, become 40? I cannot overstate how significant this development is. We are “One shot heard around the world” from all hell breaking lose.

Conclusion

It is clear that the peoples’ closest elected representatives have had enough of this criminal organization as have our military. All citizens in the 36 states who are not militarily rising up against Obama, need to demand the same actions from their respective governors. Obama cannot act against a nation that is unified against him. However, this does mean that the bankers will push for WWIII to bring about their desired result if an internal takeover of America cannot be accomplished.

There is even a third wild card factor that has not been discussed anywhere in the media. Does anyone really think that the military industrial complex supports Obama’s desire to bring down the American military? Will the conquering hordes of Chinese and Russian troops allow these capitalist pigs to make as much as they are under the existing system?

MY Answer and comments to the question: 

I would very much prefer a less violent solution. I have always preferred political, social, and legal solutions to these problems. I am not trying to fool myself into thinking that it won't come to violence at some point, but I think we can head off a full blown civil war with the power that the people still have which is contained in the Grand Jury and the Petit Jury.  I fully believe that if it were not for vast resistance on the part of patriots nation wide over the last 10 years, we would already be slaves.

   He works FOR YOU, not the feds. If it takes numbers to convince him then go in numbers.

The Second Amendment is the Solution Against Corruption in Government

Yes the 2nd Amendment is the solution, BUT NOT HOW YOU MIGHT THINK.

Today we are faced with absolute corruption at every turn and the last few weeks have been completely insane with corruption and criminality by people in government agencies.

The solution is to reign them in with the 2nd Amendment, but not the way you might be thinking. The old adage of "keep your powder dry" is certainly true, but it's not the solution to the problems we face right now.

The radical leftist Montana Human Rights Network, along with the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Lee Newspapers chain, and some federal agencies, are involved in a borderline criminal conspiracy attempting to demonize, scandalize, slander and paint all law abiding and freedom loving Americans as criminal, or potential terrorists. They speak the same leftist, communist language as every communist agitator in history. They abuse their power of communication and free speech to promote lawless hate against law abiding, and freedom loving people nationwide and worldwide.

The reality is that they themselves are the real terrorists. They endorse the radical leftist agenda and threats of taking guns away from law abiding citizens, making everyone dependent upon a socialist or communist police state for their very lives, taking away private ownership of property, destroying freedom of speech and of the press with their so called "hate crimes" legislation, and destroying the most successful document of government ever devised by man and inspired by God, the Constitution for the United States of America, the SUPREME LAW OF THESE UNITED STATES.

These organizations, in effect, don't believe in the Rule of Law. They believe in the rule of men making the rules as they go, and their leader seems to be the person who claims to be the President, while hiding all evidence of his eligibility, and organizing "communities" of lawless street agitators like ACORN and SEIU and other highly paid subversives intent on destroying the rule of law and replacing it with total government control of every facet of your lives.

These organizations are feeding the Federal fusion centers, and all federal, local and state agencies with FALSE INFORMATION designed to create paranoia in the ranks of "Law Enforcement" and polarize them against anyone who talks against the radical left agenda. It's really mind-blowing that the local cops and sheriff's deputies are sucking this propaganda up like candy. They don't bother to even talk to people who love the Constitution and freedom to get their views. The Militia of the Several States

Oops : There is that terrible M word again.  The domestic enemies of our Supreme Law of the Land, the US Constitution, want you to believe that that dirty Militia is going to be responsible for other words they want you to believe are very bad, like "civil unrest", and "insurgency:".  Well one man's insurgent is another man's freedom fighter. To King George all the Americans of his day were "insurgents".  They want you to believe that to oppose their gun control so called "laws" is the next thing to treason, and that to talk about the US Constitution is the next thing to "overthrowing" the government. They will brand those who want law and order and peace in our communities, and want everyone to obey that supreme law, as old fashioned, out of date, narrow minded, behind the times, and many other stupid twisted backwards terms that they themselves have invented to demonize real American Patriots of our day, just like they did during the time of the founders. They have many mouth organs of hate like the Southern Poverty Law Center just to name one, who are only too glad to do their bidding, and get rich in the process. Yes they are willing to sell their soul to the devil to get what they want, and have, over and over.

It seems the freedom loving people in America can't find any progress in really taking back the power that the US Constitution is supposed to protect in their hands. There are many reasons for this, not the least of which is the lack of morality among many. In other words Americans, first and foremost, MUST MAKE THEMSELVES WORTHY OF THE BLESSINGS OF FREEDOM, BEFORE we can expect our Creator to bless us with it. It seems in our day that the majority of us have made ourselves unworthy of those blessings with the plunge into immorality, and hedonism our country has experienced in the last 6 or 7 decades. So the very first requirement is for us to "Get our own house in order", or as my mother used to say, "Clean up your own doorstep first before you criticize your neighbor."  I know many of you have really given that some serious effort, but too many have not. Let's assume for the sake of the rest of this article, that we are talking to people who are absolutely sincere about making our country once again WORTHY of  freedom with that spiritual revival.

Once that is behind us, then what?  What is next? How can we get the power back into the hands of those who are really trying to be good and just, and peaceful? In short, how can we RESTORE AMERICA to her former peace and freedom under God's laws that is mentioned by our Founders, and avoid massive bloodshed in the process?  I am sure that question has been on everyone's mind, especially those who are somewhat well informed but feel powerless to stop the evil people who don't give a damn about the supreme law and are willing to destroy the peace and good order of our communities to get the absolute monopoly of lethal force that they want through their unlawful gun control measures.

DICK ACT of 1902 CAN'T BE REPEALED (GUN CONTROL FORBIDDEN)

The Trump Card Enacted by the Congress Further Asserting the Second Amendment as Untouchable

The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.

The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army. The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.

The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The President of the United States has zero authority without violating the Constitution to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders.

The National Guard Militia can only be required by the National Government for limited purposes specified in the Constitution (to uphold the laws of the Union; to suppress insurrection and repel invasion). These are the only purposes for which the General Government can call upon the National Guard.

Attorney General Wickersham advised President Taft, "the Organized Militia (the National Guard) can not be employed for offensive warfare outside the limits of the United States."

The Honorable William Gordon, in a speech to the House on Thursday, October 4, 1917, proved that the action of President Wilson in ordering the Organized Militia (the National Guard) to fight a war in Europe was so blatantly unconstitutional that he felt Wilson ought to have been impeached.

During the war with England an attempt was made by Congress to pass a bill authorizing the president to draft 100,000 men between the ages of 18 and 45 to invade enemy territory, Canada. The bill was defeated in the House by Daniel Webster on the precise point that Congress had no such power over the militia as to authorize it to empower the President to draft them into the regular army and send them out of the country.

The fact is that the President has no constitutional right, under any circumstances, to draft men from the militia to fight outside the borders of the USA, and not even beyond the borders of their respective states. Today, we have a constitutional LAW which still stands in waiting for the legislators to obey the Constitution which they swore an oath to uphold.

Charles Hughes of the American Bar Association (ABA) made a speech which is contained in the Appendix to Congressional Record, House, September 10, 1917, pages 6836-6840 which states: "The militia, within the meaning of these provisions of the Constitution is distinct from the Army of the United States." In these pages we also find a statement made by Daniel Webster, "that the great principle of the Constitution on that subject is that the militia is the militia of the States and of the General Government; and thus being the militia of the States, there is no part of the Constitution worded with greater care and with more scrupulous jealousy than that which grants and limits the power of Congress over it."

"This limitation upon the power to raise and support armies clearly establishes the intent and purpose of the framers of the Constitution to limit the power to raise and maintain a standing army to voluntary enlistment, because if the unlimited power to draft and conscript was intended to be conferred, it would have been a useless and puerile thing to limit the use of money for that purpose. Conscripted armies can be paid, but they are not required to be, and if it had been intended to confer the extraordinary power to draft the bodies of citizens and send them out of the country in direct conflict with the limitation upon the use of the militia imposed by the same section and article, certainly some restriction or limitation would have been imposed to restrain the unlimited use of such power."
