What We Know About "YOU"

Here is what we know so far--- the "UNITED STATES" subrogated our NAMES under an insurance policy.  This was required because they are still operating under the Reconstruction Acts and trying to pretend that we are "unknown" babies "found" on a "battlefield" by the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE which is obligated then to issue an insurance indemnity receipt under the provisions of the Lieber Code.  The Birth Certificate is an insurance indemnity receipt and it identifies YOU as being a ward of the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, in their custody. 

But what is "YOU"--- ?

Let's get this straight---- some schmucks pretending to "represent" you, had you declared legally dead, seized your estate, pretended to be the beneficiaries of your estate, and sold it all on the stock (as in "cattle") market to benefit themselves---- and you think that is okay???

I have people running around like Henny Penny saying, "Your Birth Certificate is worth millions!  Your Birth Certificate is worth millions!"

Millions of what?  (1) Digits on a ledger that someone jotted down; (2) IOU's printed on pieces of paper the same schmucks responsible for this whole scam created by pledging you, your land, your home, your business, even your children as chattel backing their debts?

Claim Your Babies Now - Stop the Crime at the Source

I got an urgent call today, a young man whose wife is in labor.  Thanks to the wonders of ultrasound they have known for some time that she is carrying a son.  

My advice---- in this day and age there is no excuse for being caught napping on this issue. Pick out a name for your baby BEFORE they are born and record their Trade Name by publication in the local papers or by recording it with the local Land Recorder's Office prior to them being born.  It can be a very simple little Notice:

The fraud against us begins when the governmental services corporation misrepresents itself as the lawful government and gets us to trust it and go along with it under the false presumption that it is our government when in fact it is just a corporation in the business of selling governmental services.

The next fraud is when they seize upon your given name and copyright it and steal your identity without telling anyone they are doing this.

The third fraud is when they create a trust in your NAME and change your birthright political status without telling anyone.

The fourth fraud is when they fail to tell you that you have the right to reclaim your birthright status and have to take action to do so.

The fifth fraud is when they fail to provide a simple and official process by which to correct the records and repatriate to your native status.

Fraud occurs anytime a Material Fact is misrepresented or omitted so that the victim takes an action which is detrimental to him or fails to take an action resulting in harm to him.

And fraud has no statute of limitation.

As you can see, the self-interested governmental services corporation benefits greatly financially and in terms of holding power over you from doing all this behind the scenes paper-pushing and copyrighting and political status changing---without telling you anything about it.

And as you can also see, it's all pure fraud.

The Birth Certificate Discussion - Part 2

The BC is NOT the property of the governmental services corporations operating as your "State" and usurping the public trust you are owed. The Birth Certificate is your property--- your "indemnity receipt" given to you in exchange for the legal title they have received to your estate. When you present yourself with a certified copy of your Birth Certificate in hand, you hold both the legal and beneficial title--- the complete title-- to your name and your property in hand. There can be no excuse for any judge or lawyer mistaking this fact, but they routinely contrive to continue presuming a role as executive administrator of your estate and pretend to have the right to overrule you --- the lawful beneficiary of your estate --- on the basis of deliberately falsified public records held by the probate courts. The probate courts have been "misinformed" to the effect that you are missing, and as a result, you have been "presumed dead" and declared legally dead as if you were Robinson Crusoe. Acting upon this known and obviously false presumption, the judges act as "executors de son tort"--- and dispose of you and your property however they see fit, instead of honoring your instructions to them as the lawful beneficiary of your own estate. This is a form of fraud known as a "Reverse Trust Scheme" in which the trustee of an estate, public or private, contrives to usurp the position of the lawful beneficiary for their own or an accomplice's gain. It is being done via the use of deceitfully similar names, e.g., John Quincy Adams versus JOHN QUINCY ADAMS and they are getting away with it because the basis of the fraud has been set up many years before you ever enter a courtroom and it has all been accomplished without your knowledge or consent ---- while you were still a baby in your cradle---- and equally without the knowledge or consent of your parents.
