The Montana Freemen did what this Australian did.

What are they then?  Are they using maritime law and international law of the sea?

I said in a previous post that the way they have done this at law is far different than the way they have controlled the political system in this country.

Did the freemen know all this, and is that the reason they were buried in prison by the court system and those who might have a lot to lose if their actions had been exposed?

The Act of 1871- The American Scam Revealed

THIS IS TREASON

The shadow government corporation disallowed all rights of sovereignty. Courts uphold the fiction.

This is how the Supreme Court gets away with declaring Obamacare constitutional.

In any really fair and impartial court of common law these acts would be deemed to be unilateral.
That is, it would have been declared to be null and void because it was done by fraud, deceit, threat, duress, coercion, and intimidation, and therefore before God and the Supreme Law it would be thrown out and without force and effect. The contract would be deemed null and void precisely because it was done to the people without full knowledge and because the true meaning of the act was deliberately hidden from us who were supposed to be part of the contract. BEFORE GOD ALMIGHTY these acts are null and void. They should be null and void before the people also.

And don't give me the argument that we volunteered. Those signatures were done without knowledge or full consent, which in God's eyes invalidates the act of compliance. In other words WE WERE LIED TO. We were told all the while we were in school and are still told by those who are supposed to be in office that we are FREE and can still effect change by VOTING. That is the Big Lie that keeps people from taking back their Sovereignty.  Contracts where one of the parties lies to the other about provisions of the contract are NULL AND VOID. Any fair and impartial court would so rule. The fact that the congress did this without our consent is the Treason where they sold out our original organic United States Constitution.

All of us, were not even alive when these traitors sold us down the river. How can we be held to a non-existent contract which was signed in a treasonous congress by people who were supposed to be representing our rights before God, and had sold out. THESE WERE TRAITORS we are talking about here. They had NO authority to abrogate the organic United States Constitution, in favor of a UNITED STATE OF AMERICA, the corporation. Because they had no authority to do this before God, the act was a scam and null and void. We should treat it as such.

So what is left for us to do? Educate everyone you know about this fraud. Send this post to everyone in the country. Our society is about to melt down into anarchy. It is important that we don't end up with something worse because the people don't understand who they are supposed to be. The founding documents and ideas of this country are what needs to be preserved, and the humility to realize that we are here to serve ONE LORD, and not many little tin gods.

It is impossible to stop an idea who's time has come.

The Founders would have been DONE by now!
