UNITED STATES THE CORPORATION:THE TRUTH FOX NEWS WON'T TELL YOU

All of this was done by Fraud, deception, threat, duress, coercion, and intimidation, and some of this was done with outright violence as in the civil war. This is all UNILATERAL contract law and is all null and void in God's eyes. But the unlawful judiciary rules according to this fraudulent so called "law" and all this will come to a head in our lifetimes. The people are learning the truth, and have about had enough of this fraud. There is no statute of limitations on this stuff. Where is jurisdiction for these acts?  Are the courts in America ruling using the Uniform Commercial Code?  Are the federal courts legitimate? Are they 7th amendment courts?  I think not. What are they then?  Are they using maritime law and international law of the sea?

I said in a previous post that the way they have done this at law is far different than the way they have controlled the political system in this country.

Did the freemen know all this, and is that the reason they were buried in prison by the court system and those who might have a lot to lose if their actions had been exposed?

The Swindle
The Congress knew that our country was bankrupt, so they made an arrangement with the International Bankers to run up a Debt to these Foreign Banks ( the Rothschilds of London were investing in many enterprises Globally).

One thing that everyone knows about banks is that they do not lend money simply to be kind. The only way that a Bank would enter into a contract is if it would benefit the Bank. Some kind of Collateral, or some kind of scheme that would put the population into servitude to the Banks would be necessary.

The Founding Fathers detested these Foreign Entities and kept them at bay until the Act of 1871 was passed.

The Act formed the Corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. It is the capitalization that is important. This Corporation which was owned by Foreign Entities immediately did away with the original Constitution.

The Act of 1871 changed our Constitution. The title was Capitalized and the word "for" was changed to the word "OF" in the title.

"The Constitution for the united states of America" was written by the Founding Fathers. The international bankers had it changed to "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA".
