Did The BLM Send A Militarized Force Upon The American People?

Here is some of the evidence withheld by the prosecution in the Bundy case. This is some of the reason the case was dismissed "with prejudice".

I found this evidence at the Mental Militia website in an article written by Elias Alias.

Here is the link to that article, which you should all read.

The REAL Scandal of the Hammond and Bundy Trials....

By Anna Von Reitz

The REAL Scandal of the Bundy and Hammond Trials.....

Everyone is missing the point. These corporations are self-interested. Both the BLM, Inc. and the FBI, Inc. are owned and operated by the same parent corporation, dba, UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT (INC.) They are all private for-profit entities in the business of providing "governmental services". They are in business for themselves.

So if BLM sees an opportunity to steal some prime land or a good mineral claim or a chance to steal water or grazing rights for re-sale, etc., etc., to sweeten its own pot, of course it is going to run to its sibling company, the FBI, to assist and to defend its theft and over-reach.

The FBI hasn't ever been acting as a dispassionate third party law enforcement agency in these matters. It has been called in to assist its sister company.

Idaho state legislators sign letter asking Sessions to back off Bundy prosecutions

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Evidence is mounting that an Obama-nominated federal judge is determined to continue trying Bundy Ranch defendants until they are found guilty.
U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro has decided to force two Bundy Ranch defendants to undergo yet a third trial scheduled to begin on Oct. 10, in what is amounting to a “revenge prosecution” tracing back to former Democratic Majority Leader Harry Reid.
In a trial that ended Aug. 22, Steven Stewart of Idaho and Ricky Lovelien of Montana were found not guilty while Idaho residents O. Scott Drexler and Eric J. Parker were acquitted on most charges.  But a hung jury deadlocked on assault and weapons charges for these two defendants, voting 11-to-1 on two charges for Drexler and four charges for Parker related to the 2014 Bundy Ranch standoff.
Judge Navarro, the Harry Reid hand-picked candidate that President Obama nominated to the federal bench in 2009, has decided Drexler and Parker will be included among the seven Bunkerville standoff defendants, including rancher Cliven Bundy,  scheduled to stand trial on Oct. 10. This trial is expected to last about two months.
On Aug. 29, 2017, Idaho state representative Dorothy Moon, a Republican, wrote to Attorney General Sessions a letter signed by one-third of all Idaho state legislators, including 26 House members, 8 Senate members, and 5 retired lawmakers, requesting that defendants Drexler and Parker not be forced to undergo yet a third attempt to find them guilty being pursued by the U.S. Justice Department in a case being begun under the Obama administration.
A copy of the letter was also addressed to President Trump.
The letter read in part as follows:

The Power of the Jury -- The Beginning of the End

By Anna Von Reitz

People have asked me to comment on the Bundy related trial in Nevada and the jury's refusal to convict.

If everyone properly understood jurisdiction and their own country's history, they would know that the ongoing trial is in itself invalid and farce-like and that "US citizens" have no right to address these men or apply their "state of state" statutes to them in the first place.

When this all began the Bundys, if properly prepared, could have turned to the would-be Prosecutors and asked half a dozen questions, then walked away---- leaving their detractors and accusers to bite their own tongues.  Or, as I observed to one who accosted me, "You know, you shouldn't even be talking to me. I haven't given you permission."

They are foreign to us.

Hello?  Repeat --- they are FOREIGN to us.

Even though they speak the same language and may have been born in Little Rock, Arkansas, they are in a different foreign jurisdiction.  They don't play by the same rules or follow the same law.  So the next question is, why are we being accosted by them?

Reply to Bundy Stand-Off : A Century of Abuse

By Anna Von Reitz

Doctor Coffman  forgot or doesn't know one particularly vitally important fact:  Andrew Jackson paid off the debt that western state land originally secured back in 1804.

There has been no valid debt against our land since 1804 in the western states or any other state.  This is an unforeseen affect of the fraud.  Though the perps have tried their best to harm us and palm off their debts, they can't have it both ways at the same time.

Can George down the street make you liable for his debts?  For example, can he go to the garage and have his car repaired in your name?  No?
