Dear Mr. President Trump, Justices of the International Court of Justice, Members of the United Nations:
1. Having discovered the primary fraud created by misrepresenting a Mercenary Conflict as a "war" — that is, the American Civil War, removes all the Legal Presumptions and actions undertaken as a result of that misrepresentation and fraud.
2. The American people and our State Citizens known as the People cannot be considered "Enemy Combatants" nor can they be deemed to be part of any foreign citizenry as the result of an illegal, undeclared and fraudulently misrepresented commercial conflict that was engendered on our shores by employees acting in Bad Faith.
3. The only "battlefield" here is a battlefield of the mind and a struggle to comprehend the consequences of one simple fact: no Congress ever declared war.
4. So there was no victory, no conquest by force of arms, no conversion of our people to any new political status and most of the actions undertaken in the aftermath of that great conflict stand revealed as immoral, illegal, unlawful and undertaken in Bad Faith and Breach of Trust and in violation of their/your service contract, The Constitution of the United States of America.
5. That is where we really are in terms of fact and law and it does not matter if we treat the issues under American Common Law, British Territorial (Roman Civil Law) or Roman Municipal Law.
6. Fraud is fraud, and once it is discovered it renders everything descended from it null and void.
7. This means the Law of War did not and does not apply.
8. It means that America's citizenry was never displaced.
9. It means all the self-interested actions of the Rump Congress created by Abraham Lincoln, the effect of the General Order 100, a.k.a., the Lieber Code and The Hague Conventions, all the presumptions that Americans were converted into Federal Dual Citizens, that Territorial "States" replaced our States with State Trusts, that Territorial States of States replaced our American States of States, that there are or ever were "Emergency Powers" or "Executive Orders" —- all of it gets swept away by one fact. No Congress declared war.
10. Lincoln's declaration may have had the same effect, but Lincoln as an Executive Officer had no power to declare war.
11. So it is what it is, and the Territorial and Municipal interests must both give way and recognize the following facts: (1) The American Union States and American States of the Union were never part of any "American Civil War" and have been at peace since 1814; the American States and their State Citizens are owed good faith service from them/you and their/your various service corporations; the Organic Act of 1871 never happened; neither did The Declaration of Interdependence of the Governments in The United States; neither did the various treaties and actions thought to be binding on our country and nations, including but not limited to assuming that our people were the underwriters for the corporate debts of the various commercial and municipal corporations merely named after us and the instrumentalities of our Government; all and any suppositions that we were "missing" or "in interregnum" simply because we were misinformed and kept in the dark and deliberately omitted from conversations that other parties were having about us—- all must go.
12. Because there was no civil "war" and because there was no British Territorial conquest and no conversion of our citizenry to the status of British Subject and no basis for the long and illegal mercenary occupation of our country or any other country impacted by the same conditions and scams, the claims of the Municipal United States and its "citizens of the United States" must be vacated, too.
13. All presumptions of public trust interests of any kind must be abandoned and collapsed in favor of the living people and their Lawful Persons and their actual American Government. The Federal Service providers must cease and desist all False Claims and False Legal Presumptions and resume normal operations under the Federation of States.
