Now, people are having a hard time understanding what I wrote in Part 1 and Part 2, because this is all radically different from anything they learned in school.
Yet, millions of American men and women have cause to know that what they are experiencing every day --- having their paychecks forcibly docked and being afraid of what should be their own police forces, and being harassed and being ordered around by people who are, in fact, their employees---- doesn't make sense.
The idea of being free and living in a free country doesn't stack up with the actual facts, does it?
But stop a moment and think---- all you veterans out there. You HAVE experienced something like this before, haven't you? In the service.
And there is a reason for that.
When an American joins the U.S. Military they adopt a foreign political status as a Territorial U.S. Citizen. For the duration of their Tour of Duty, they have no Constitutional rights or guarantees. Theirs is not to reason why, theirs is to take orders, because they have "signed on" as an indentured servant of the British Crown Corporation. They don't stand under our Public Law anymore. Instead, they stand under the Code of Military Justice.
Every single American veteran in this country -- millions and millions of people --have directly experienced this process for themselves and know exactly what I am talking about.
All our veterans were trafficked into a foreign political status and a foreign jurisdiction and subjected to foreign law, so when I say that we, Americans, have been involuntarily and unconscionably trafficked into a foreign jurisdiction and subjected to foreign law, it should ring a bell.
We didn't choose to join the U.S. Military and have no reason to do so. We are civilians. Landsmen. We are free, sovereign, and independent people who are being mischaracterized as U.S. Citizens and subjected to the foreign laws that pertain to U.S. Citizens in violation of The Constitution of the United States of America and in violation of the Geneva and Hague Conventions --- both.
And this is being done to us by our own misdirected employees in the U.S. Military and Civil Service.
They are acting under a number of False Presumptions --- chiefly: (1) that the American Civil War is still ongoing via a continuing stream of illegal mercenary conflicts promoted by the "Presidents" of two governmental services corporations--- the US, INC. and the USA, Inc; (2) and that we, Americans, were ever involved in their mercenary conflict; (3) and finally, that the Employers are dependents of the Employees -----and all our American babies were just "abandoned" on the "battlefield" ----- a whole bunch of fraud and self-interested bunko, in other words.
What these people have done here is an international capital crime. It is, in effect, genocide on paper. It's a plot to remove Americans from our natural position of sovereignty and to traffic us into a foreign political status and to subject us to foreign law without our knowledge or consent.
It's treason. It's a hanging offense.
This scheme involves crimes that have been outlawed for over 200 years.
Inland piracy. Unlawful conversion. Enslavement of civilians. Peonage of civilians. Uncompensated confiscation of private assets. Identity theft. Mischaracterization of nationality. Impersonation. Barratry. Press-ganging. Extortion. Racketeering. Conspiracy against the Constitutions. Conspiracy to evade constitutional obligations. Human trafficking. Breach of Oath. Breach of Office. Breach of Trust. Public trust fraud and public bankruptcy fraud. Credit fraud. Credit theft. Malfeasance. Grand felony theft. Embezzlement. Counterfeiting. Conspiracy to defraud. Coercion. Unconscionable contracting.
Make no mistake, our Employees, "our own military" has been employed to attack us as if we were the Enemy and they have used lawfare to do it.
They have been misdirected to do this by foreign subcontractors, the Queen, the Popes, and the Lord Mayor, using and abusing our own Delegated Authority to do this to us---- and all while ultimately collecting their paychecks from us.
The U.S. Military has been aided and abetted in this by various Agencies and misdirected Federal Civil Servants as well, including Hired Jurists, who have come in here and raped and pillaged our innocent populace under the False Presumption that our actual Government no longer stands and that we are all Dependents of the Crown, and subject to King's Equity Law..
Well, our sovereign and unincorporated Government does stand. We are Parties to the Constitutions. We are owed every jot. And as the purported "Donors" of all these public trusts, we have the final word on their administration, liquidation and disgorgement --- that is not left to the discretion of the Perpetrators of this vast criminal fraud scheme.
We have unraveled all the lies these cretins have told about us and all the falsified paperwork they have created including false Birth Registrations and bonds issued as Clearinghouse Certificates held against our Good Names.
We have declared our natural birthright political status and assembled our Assemblies and now, fellas, it's time you all got your wake up call and got your heads wrapped around this and joined us.
There are fifty (50) States of the Union, all properly defined and officially enrolled as such, all owed your loyalty and service, and fifty State Assemblies that have nothing to do with any District Assemblies run by and for our foreign Employees--- who have been knowingly or unknowingly usurping upon and trafficking us during our purported "absence".
We are home and we have always been home.
The "Delegated Powers" have returned to the Delegators and we are telling our military to wake up and fall out. Your job is to protect us and our assets, and to enforce the Constitutions. Period.
All veterans, please notify your former Branch of Service that you have left their jurisdiction and returned home. Do that for your own safety, so that they can't claim that you are still voluntarily "residing" in their jurisdiction and therefore owe any allegiance to them.
And everyone who really is an American, declare your correct birthright political status, record it, and join your actual State Assembly. Don't be fooled about this any longer.

First, you are being "presumed" to be a Donor of everything you are and everything you think you own to a Public Charitable Trust. How quaint.
If this isn't true, it's high time that you stood up and kicked your employees to the curb and explained that no, you didn't ever leave or go anywhere, and you certainly didn't abandon your assets and property interests, didn't adopt any foreign political status, and didn't ask them to form any trusts -- public or private -- in your name(s).
Their presumptions about your political status choices are all wrong, too.
If you are an average American, you didn't choose to be a British Territorial U.S. Citizen, nor did you knowingly and willingly and voluntarily sign up to be a Municipal citizen of the United States, either.
In fact, those suppositions about your political status choices are irrational, because you would have no reason to accept such decidedly inferior status, absent a "Federal" corporation paycheck and a fat benefits package.
Now, there are some Americans who willingly adopt such foreign Territorial and Municipal political statuses.
People who join the U.S. Military work as indentured servants for a period of years known as a 'Tour of Duty' and while engaged in military service, they voluntarily adopt Territorial U.S. Citizenship.
And those who choose to work for the Federal Civil Service adopt the status of a public slave and act as "citizens of the United States" for the duration of their employment, too.
But if you are Joe Average American, you aren't any such species of Federal Employee or Dependent, and probably are stunned to learn that you were ever "mistaken" for anyone or anything but an American.
Well, here's your wake up call. Your Federal Employees have conspired to rob you blind, and the foreign Principals responsible for misdirecting them, have acted in Gross Breach of Trust.
So here we are, having this little discussion about capital-level war crimes taking place on our shores at the hands of our Employees and purported Allies.
You, Americans, are the Employers and they, Federal Citizens of both species, are the Employees, but they have been working a bizarre double-ended impersonation scheme against you.
If you are Joe Average, you are the victim of a complex institutionalized con job designed to steal your identity and your credit and your assets, and this constructive, self-serving fraud was done while these people were on your payroll, taking their checks out of your pockets, and while they owed you their oaths and Good Faith Service, too.
To be fair, most of them had no idea that they were doing any such thing. They were just "following orders" like the guards in the Nazi Concentration Camps.
The Perpetrators also sought to evade their obligations owed to you under both The Constitution of the United States of America (Territorial Employees) and The Constitution of the United States (Municipal Employees). That is, they colluded and conspired to evade their obligations and so undermined both Constitutions after swearing to uphold them against "all enemies, both foreign and domestic".
You see, by denying and falsifying your identity and mischaracterizing you as a U.S. Citizen and/or citizen of the United States, they deprived you of your Constitutional Guarantees and evaded their constitutional duties in one easy step.
U.S. Citizens have no constitutional rights or guarantees. Neither do Municipal citizens of the United States.
So long as you are mistaken for either one, neither do you have any Constitutional rights or guarantees.
In fact, as long as you let them pretend that your name is a public trust property, they can send their lawyers to your house and take anything they want, including taking you to jail and prosecuting you under their private corporation's law and at their judge's "discretion".
As many of you have learned the hard way.
Both the Territorial United States and the Municipal United States have been operating as commercial corporations in the business of providing governmental services for the better part of a century and a half.
So when they hold an election for their offices of "President" of their respective corporations, that's all the frou-frou and Democrat v. Republican nonsense is all about ---- a private corporation election where our Employees and Dependents choose their leadership for the next four years.
Oh. But you say you aren't a Federal Employee or Dependent? Right. So, you aren't a shareholder in those corporations and not an official or appointed officer or employee of those corporations, either, so you shouldn't be voting in those elections.
You should be casting ballots in your own elections and acting as Electors, not Voters. You should be populating your own State Assembly, not attending your Employee's District Assemblies.
And you should be telling your Employees --- as the purported Donor of the fraudulent constructed Trust they are sucking dry --- where to get off.
Oh, and about the idea of Joe Biden and Ms. Harris being President and Vice-President of any Municipal Corporation having a contract with you? No, not.
You see, you are the Employers. They are the Employees.
And whether or not they cheated themselves blind and broke their own laws and acted as common criminals (which is really nothing new for them) to steal an election, that election itself is meaningless in the face of the actual States and People, present and accounted for.
We aren't bound by employee popularity contests--- whether crooked or honest.
We just told the other Principals that we, the Employers, don't accept their offer of Biden as the President of anything but a prison cell block. Absent getting this straightened out, they don't have a service contract, either.

EPISTLE (Philipp. III 17-21.: IV, 1-3.) Brethren, Be followers of me, and observe them who walk so as you have our model. For many walk, of whom I have told you often (and now tell you weeping), that they are enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things. EXPLANATION There are unhappily many Christians, who, as St. Paul complains, are, declared enemies of Christ's cross, who do not wish to mortify their senses, who only think of gratifying their lusts, and, as it were, find their only pleasure, even seek their honor, in despising the followers of Jesus and His saints on the narrow path of the cross, of mortification and humiliation. What will be the end of these people? Eternal perdition! For he who does not crucify the flesh, does not belong to Christ. (Gal. V. 24.) He who does not bear the-marks of the mortification of Jesus in his body, in him the life of Christ shall not be manifested. (II Cor. IV. 10.) He who does not walk in heaven during his, life-time, that is, who does not direct his thoughts and desires heavenward, and despise the world and its vanities, will not find admission there after his death.
ASPIRATION Would to God , I could say with St. Paul: The world is crucified to me, and I to the world. (Gal. VI. 14.)
GOSPEL (Matt. IX. 18-26.) At that time, As Jesus was speaking to the multitudes, behold, a certain ruler came up, and adored him, saying: Lord , my daughter is even now dead: but come, lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live. And Jesus, rising up, followed him, with his disciples. And behold, a woman, who was troubled with an 'issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment. For she said within herself: If I shall touch only his garment, I shall be healed. But Jesus turning and seeing her, said: Be of good heart, daughter: thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour. And when Jesus was come into the house of the ruler, and saw the. minstrels and the multitude making a tumult, he said: Give place: for the girl is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn. And when the multitude was put forth, he went in, and took her by the hand. And the maid arose. And the fame hereof went abroad into all that country.
INSTRUCTIONS I. Filial was the faith, unbounded the confidence, profound the humility of this woman, and therefore, she received health also. Learn from this, how pleasing to the Lord is faith, confidence and humility; let your prayer always be penetrated by these three virtues, and you will receive whatever you ask.
II. The devout Louis de Ponte compares the conduct of this woman to our conduct at holy Communion, and says: Christ wished to remain with us in the most holy Eucharist, clothed with the garment of the sacramental species of bread, that he who receives His sacred flesh and blood, may be freed from evil concupiscence. If you wish to obtain the health of your soul, as did this woman the health of the body, imitate her. Receive the flesh and blood of Jesus with the most profound humility, with the firmest confidence in His power and goodness, and like this woman you too will be made whole.
III. Jesus called three dead persons to life, the twelve year old daughter of Jairus, ruler of the synagogue, of whom there is mention made in this gospel, the young man at Naim, (Luke VII. 14.) and Lazarus. (John. XI- 43.) By these three dead persons three classes of sinners may be understood: the maiden signifies those who sin in their youth through weakness and frailty, but touched by the grace of God, perceive their fall and easily rise again through penance; by the young man at Naim those are to be understood who sin repeatedly and in public, these require greater grace, more labor and severer penance; by Lazarus, the public and obdurate habitual sinners are to be understood who can be raised to spiritual life only by extraordinary graces and severe public penance.
IV. Christ did not raise the maiden, until the minstrels and noisy multitude were removed, by which He wished to teach us that the conversion of a soul cannot be accomplished in the midst of the noise and turmoil of temporal cares, idle pleasures and associations.
INSTRUCTION CONCERNING RIDICULE AND DERISION
And they laughed him to scorn. (Matt IX. 24.)
When Jesus told the minstrels and the crowd that the girl was not dead, but sleeping, they laughed at Him, because they understood not the meaning of His words. Sensual-minded men generally act in the same manner towards the priests and ministers of God, who by their word and example admonish them to despise honors, riches and pleasures, and to embrace the love of poverty, humility and mortification. This is, an unintelligible and hateful language to them which they ridicule and mock just as they do when they hear that death is a sleep, from which we shall one day awake and be obliged to appear before the judgment-seat of God. Woe to such scoffers by whose ridicule so many souls are led from the path "of virtue! What the devil formerly, accomplished by tyrants in estranging men from God and a lively faith in Him and His Church, he seems to wish to accomplish in our days by the mockery, scoffs, and blasphemies of wicked men; for at no period have piety and virtue, holy simplicity and childlike faith, adherence to the holy Roman Church and her laws, reverence for her head, her ministers and priests, been more mocked, derided and blasphemed. Unhappily many permit themselves to be induced by mockery to abandon piety, to omit the public practice of their faith, to conceal their Catholic conviction, and to lead a lukewarm, careless, indeed, sinful life. Woe to the scoffers! they are an abomination to the Lord (Prov. III. 32.) who will one day require from their hands all the souls perverted by them. Do not permit yourself to be led astray by those who ridicule your faith and zeal for virtue; remember the words of Jesus: He that shall deny me before men, I will also deny him before my Father who is in heaven. (Matt. X. 33.) Let Jesus be your consolation, He was scoffed and blasphemed for your sake, and often say within yourself:
I know, my most amiable Jesus, that the servant cannot be more than his master. Since Thou wert so often sneered at, mocked and blasphemed, why should I wonder if I am derided for my faith in Thee and Thy Church, and for the practice of virtue!
Words of Encouragement from St. Athanasius
... to the early Christians of the 4th century who refused to accept the Arian heresy, Christians who had lost their Church buildings to the heretics, but Christians who kept the faith. In the 21st century, we are in a quite similar situation.
St. Athanasius was a Doctor of the Church. He lived from 296 to 373 A.D.
“May God console you! ... What saddens you ... is the fact that others have occupied the Churches by violence, while during this time you are on the outside. It is a fact that they have the premises -- but you have the apostolic faith. They can occupy our churches, but they are outside the true faith. You remain outside the places of worship, but the faith dwells within you. Let us consider: what is more important, the place or the faith? The true faith, obviously. Who has lost and who has won in this struggle -- the one who keeps the premises or the one who keeps the faith?
“True, the premises are good when the apostolic faith is preached there; they are holy if everything takes place there in a holy way ...
“You are the ones who are happy; you who remain within the Church by your faith, who hold firmly to the foundations of the faith which has come down to you from apostolic tradition, and if an execrable jealously has tried to shake it in a number of occasions, it has not succeeded. They are the ones who have broken away from it in the present crisis.
“No one, ever, will prevail against your faith, beloved brothers, and we believe that God will give us our Churches back some day.
“Thus, the more violently they try to occupy the places of worship, the more they separate themselves from the Church. They claim that they represent the Church but in reality they are the ones who are expelling themselves from it and going astray.
“Even if Catholics faithful to tradition are reduced to a handful, they are the ones who are the true Church of Jesus Christ. (Coll. Selecta SS. Eccl. Patrum. Caillu and Guillou, Vol. 32, pp 411-412).”

For Ammon Bundy and Ron Vrooman and All Other "Patriots" -- Part 2

If you really read and understood what I told you in Part 1 about the nature, location, and provenance of the American Government, it will now be much easier to understand the nature of the Federal Government and the problems you have with it.
First and foremost, I want you to notice the part about how our American States of States organizations were "substituted for" by British Territorial States of States following the Civil War, and how later, even Municipal STATES OF STATES were created and operating as substitutes for our own business organizations.
This means that those things you mistook as being your own State of Nevada or State of Oregon are foreign entities, and specifically, foreign corporation franchises, conducting business --- purportedly --- for your own long-lost and moth-balled business organizations that should be doing business as The State of Nevada and The State of Oregon, and so on.
That is, what you took to be State-level Governments, were nothing but foreign franchise operations of bigger "Federal" corporations in the business of providing governmental services for hire.
And all the Federal Agencies like the DOJ, BATF, FEMA, IRS, FBI, etc., etc., etc., are just Subcontractors of Subcontractors --- and sometimes Subcontractors or your Subcontractors.
Thus, when we are talking about "the" Federal Government today, we are talking about something very much bigger than anything envisioned by our Forefathers, a huge, sprawling, foreign polyglot, with franchise fingers extending all the way down to the level of our counties.
But before you lose your minds trying to grapple with the enormity of this monster, please consider that it only exists on paper, and only exists in the airy-fairy realms of international jurisdiction and global jurisdiction.
The Federal Government can't and doesn't --- except by fraud and legal artifice --- extend to you, to your counties, or your States, which are all physically defined and which are all superior to it.
Okay--- remember that there are three parts (or supposed to be three parts) to the American Government --- The United States, The United States of America, and the States of America.
There are also supposed to be three parts to the Federal Government: the American Federal Republic, the British Territorial United States, and the Municipal Government of Washington, DC.
The American Federal Republic is supposed to be operated by our Confederation of States doing business as the States of America, but.... as the Confederation has been inoperable since 1860, and as the individual members of the Confederation --- our American States of States --- have never been reconstructed, the American Federal Republic isn't in operation, either.
That is, our American Federal Subcontractor that is supposed to be in control of and operating most of the functions of the Federal Government hasn't been in operation, just like our own States of States haven't been in operation.
We have to reconstruct the American States of States, reboot their Confederation doing business as the States of America --- and then, finally, we can reboot the American Federal Republic.
So, one third, and from our perspective, the most important one third of the Federal Government is out of commission.
There remain two other Subcontractors --- the British Territorial United States and the Papist Municipal Government of Washington, DC --- both of which are headquartered in the District of Columbia and are as foreign to us as Spain is foreign to Sweden.
Since shortly after the Civil War the British Subcontractor has been operating as one form or another of "United States of America" Incorporated.
And the Municipal Subcontractors have been operating as one form or another of "United States" Incorporated.
We have had two absolutely giant foreign corporations, plus all their franchises and subsidiaries and agencies and personnel feeding off of us, and both these corporations are in the business of providing governmental services.
As time has gone on, both these corporations have waxed fat and arrogant and have been deciding such things as what services they will provide and not provide, how much they will charge for all these services, and how much they will pay themselves and how they will protect themselves "legally" from the just wrath of their employers.
Mostly their plans have involved keeping us all woefully dumbed down and susceptible to believing that they, our Employees, are somehow by some twist of logic, our government, and supposing that we have to obey them, instead of them obeying us.
In order to continue and promote this upside down and backward proposition, they have deliberately continued the pretense that the Civil War continued past 1865 and that our country is a war zone.
They have promoted this by making regular "declarations of war" --- mercenary war, because no actual Declaration of War is possible under the current circumstance --- such as the War Against Poverty, the War Against Drugs, and so on and on. They have also promoted it by making regular declarations of "Emergencies" including "National Emergency" by which they seek to justify their actions.
It's all bogus.
But before you can see that, you have to understand that there are three (3) Constitutions and you have to understand what the Constitutions are --- and are not.
The American Federal Republic is out of action for the reasons shown above, and so is the Constitution related to the Federal Republic, known as The Constitution for the united States of America. (Remember "States of America" is the name of our Confederation.)
The British Territorial United States which is responsible for care-taking our Territories and Possessions like Guam and Puerto Rico and Territorial States prior to Statehood, and which also plays a part in directing our Navy and Marine Forces, and our Trade Policies, too---- is supposed to function under The Constitution of the United States of America.
The Municipal Government is supposed to provide a safe ground for international diplomacy and oversees the management of the Washington, DC Municipality. All the other things it has gotten its paws into are via usurpation against the States and People . It is supposed to function under The Constitution of the United States.
About this moment you are noticing something peculiar:
The United States has a doppelganger calling itself "the" United States.
The United States of America has a shadow calling itself "the" United States of America.
The States of America has a double calling itself "the" States of America.
If you grid it out, you will see that each part of the American Government has a counterpart in the Federal Government, and they are directly related.
This is because the Constitutions are Power Sharing Agreements, with Powers normally belonging to one Party being shared as "Delegated Powers" with another Party.
So we find that Powers of the Confederation dba "States of America" are being shared out and delegated to the Federal Republic, operating under the same name.
The Powers of The United States of America are shared out with the British Territorial entity doing business as "the" United States of America.
The Powers of The United States are shared out with the Municipal Government doing business as "the" United States.
The Constitutions implement the Treaty Agreements that led to the Peace ending The War of Independence. They guarantee the security of British U.S. Citizens in America and Papist citizens of the United States, too, and best of all from the perspective of our Foreign Federal Subcontractors, these "service agreements" provide for well-defined spheres of influence and lucrative service contracts.
That is, the Constitutions did provide for well-defined spheres of influence and lucrative service contracts until the Civil War, when things exploded and these two usurping groups of foreign Federal Subcontractors saw their chance to do an end-run around their own Constitutions and seize hold of the portion of the work accorded to the paralyzed American Federal Subcontractor, too.
Ever since then our relationship with these two giant governmental services corporations has been eroding. In the 1930's FDR's Municipal Government arbitrarily "conferred" Municipal citizenship obligations on everyone. The Territorial Government responded by embracing The Buck Act. And the free-for-all was on.
Since then, both our foreign Federal Subcontractors have made a practice of seizing upon our people and making False Claims to the effect that we, Americans, are both Territorial U.S. Citizens and Papist Municipal citizens of the United States.
This allows the guilty parties to declare (mercenary) war on each other, though both these corporations are ultimately owned and operated by the Pope, and leave us, their hapless, innocent employers in the cross-fire.
The Great Fraud was really quite simple to do.
Our Lawful Names on the land look identical to our Legal Names on the sea.
Janice Ellen Hansen is one of the People of this country standing on the land and soil of New Hampshire. But if she goes travelling on the High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways, she becomes a Legal Person named Janice Ellen Hansen for the duration of her journey.
The Brits working through the offices of their State of State franchises just arbitrarily "seized" upon our names when we were babes in our cradles and registered them as the names of British Territorial U.S. Citizens and neither we nor our parents were any the wiser, because Janice Ellen Hansen (land jurisdiction) looks the same as "Janice Ellen Hansen" (sea jurisdiction).
The Papists got involved in the feeding frenzy and starting creating all sorts of fanciful US CITIZENS for themselves, all named after us--- JANICE ELLEN HANSEN was a Cestui Que Vie ESTATE operated under the Spanish Law of the Inquisition in Puerto Rico, while JANICE E. HANSEN was a Public Transmitting Utility and JANICE HANSEN was a Public Charitable Trust and so on and on.
And then, they'd play this little Triangulation Game with the courts.
If the Pope's Municipal Corporation wanted money or anything else out of you, they simply pretended that you were subject to them and named their franchises named after you as the DEFENDANT. The Territorial Judges would then condemn "IT" --- and you, as if you were enemy combatants in a long-forgotten and always illegal mercenary war.
And if by chance things went the other way and someone claimed to be a U.S. Citizen, they just turned and used their own Court to condemn their own franchises operated under our same identical Names--- and latched onto us and our assets "as if" they belonged to these phony "registered" U.S. Citizens.
These two giant foreign "governmental services" corporations put Mom and Pop in the middle between them and used legal terms of art and other chicanery and excuses of "war" and "emergency powers" to pillage and plunder the wealth of this country, and attacked their employers, the States and People, under color of law.
They also used this misidentification and identity theft process -- what professionals call "a double-ended impersonation scheme" as means to evade their obligations under their respective Constitutions.
Neither U.S. Citizens nor citizens of the United States are Parties to any of the Constitutions and have no Constitutional Guarantees, so by deliberately misidentifying their American Employers as both U.S. Citizens and as Municipal citizens of the United States, they neatly deprived us of the Constitutional protections and Guarantees that these corporations and their Principals owe to us by international Treaty and Law.
So, the Federal Government is nothing but three Subcontractors who were supposed to get a piece of the pie as part of the settlement of The War of Independence.
When the American Federal Republic was knocked out by the collapse of the Confederation sponsoring and directing it, the Brits and the Papists tip-toed in and filled the vacuum of power "on an emergency basis"---- and then just sat back and gave the appearance of Business as Usual, and waited to see if we would ever catch them at it.
It has taken 160 years, but the Sovereigns are still the Sovereigns, and the Territorial U.S. Citizens and the citizens of the United States, are all the same.
The Constitutions they owe us were virtually unenforceable due to their falsification of the records and conversion of records into registrations, and other malfeasance on the parts of these foreign governmental services corporations, but with our State Assemblies up and running, the Constitutions and the Public Law snap back into view for all the Americans who are declaring their proper political status and coming home.
It was all for nothing more or less than to gain coercive power over people and to steal their assets, including the value of their labor, their land, their bodies, and their souls, for the unjust enrichment of all these corporation bosses.
Their most recent bid has involved making all their "citizens" accept forced vaccinations which will render the victims sterile and redefine them from being "humans" --- that is, "persons" --- to being GMO "products" owned by the Perpetrators of these evil schemes.
Needless to say, enough is enough.
The good news is that now that the Bar Attorneys are getting a good look at the position this places them in as Hired Jurists, including as Judges, they aren't liking the odds and are turning tail in droves. The further good news is that the State Assemblies are learning and beginning to exercise their direct power.
So it is more than past time for all of you to join with all of us, and get the job of reconstruction and restoration done.
Mr. Trump's corporation staffed by U.S. Citizens is trying to substitute itself for our American Federal Republic.
Unfortunately, this would be another cuckoo bird substitution of a British Territorial organization for our American Federal Republic. No doubt many of those involved count themselves as Americans as much as you or I --- but the fact remains that we would be acquiescing to a situation that is fundamentally fraudulent and letting the Westminster Government accrue even more power than they ever had as any form of Territorial Government.
Finally, in considering the Federal Government, please realize that the Constitutions are fundamentally concerned with setting up the structures of the Federal Government and defining the roles of these Subcontractors and purposefully limiting their operations so that we would not face the sorts of problems we are dealing with now.
In other words, the Constitutions are about them, not about us.
Most of what the Constitutions say about us comes as afterthoughts -- the Preamble, Bill of Rights, and some of the Amendments speak specifically about us. Otherwise, these documents are about the Federal Government and the Federal Subcontractors, so it is relatively senseless to look to them for enlightenment about us, and our American Government.
We must "know ourselves" -- which also means being able to distinguish ourselves from others, and that applies to governments as well as to people.
