What love does not the Savior deserve, who for love of us so humbled Himself! This is by far one of the best "from 1933 to today" summations of the secretive realities of Corporate Feudalism attempting to sink its fangs in us.  It is one of the best presentations I have ever seen on these topics.  It's succinct, logically presented, and very quickly reveals the nature of the Beast. 

My two complaints are: (1) the video never delivers  on the promise to discuss solutions made early in the presentation and (2) they didn't go far enough back in history to grasp the fundamental fraud that all this is based upon --- the mistaking of the Territorial Government as the actual government of this country, which was promulgated under conditions of fraud and deceit in the wake of an illegal commercial mercenary action misnamed "The American Civil War" which was fought on our shores by rival governmental services providers seeking control of our resources and population 150 years ago.

What is meant by "rejoicing in the Lord"?

By "rejoicing in the Lord" is meant rejoicing in the grace of the true faith we have received, in the hope of obtaining eternal happiness; rejoicing in the protection of the most High under which we stand; and in the persecution for justice's sake in which Christ Himself exhorts us to rejoice, and in which the Apostle Paul gloried (II Cor. 7:4).

Commercial Feudalism

Some time ago I used the term “Commercial Feudalism” to describe the new face of the old evil in our midst.  It’s very simple.  We have allowed corporations to act as kings, and they are now doing what kings do to subjects.  They are doing this in the name of profits instead of bloodlines, but it is the same system and has the same results.

Think:

A fan recently sent me an article about Karen Hudes and 188 national leaders all getting together and making more agreements for us.  A new “Treaty of Versailles”---or so they call it.
   

I felt a grim and evil wave of sarcasm wash over me: as if we hadn’t had more than enough Treaties of Versailles already?  As if any of them were ever honored?

Please Note -- The State Chartered Credit Unions Are Ours

The State Chartered Credit Unions are held under the charter of The United States of America (Unincorporated).   They are specifically designed to serve living people and unincorporated businesses.  

As such, they don't offer all the services of commercial banks, but they do offer all the advantages of private banking---- meaning security from bail-outs and bail-ins, relative freedom from government snooping, the ability to deal in actual assets and money, and many other advantages.

By the time we realized this most of the state chartered credit unions were long dead and gone, but since we realized it there has been a remarkable resurgence and proliferation of groups getting organized under state charters and, more importantly, established "federal credit unions"  converting their federal and "state of state" charters over to actual state charters.  

The Crux of Non-Representation

Following the so-called Civil War --- never forget that it wasn't actually a war because it was never declared by our Congress and never ended by peace treaty --- place holder "States" were established in the Territorial Government system.  

These "States" were predicated on the theory that everyone would now be considered "Dual Citizens" owing obligations to both the actual state of the union and the federal government.  No such authorization or agreement on the part of the American states and people exists.  No act by our Continental Congress allows it. This was simply presumed as an administrative action on the part of the Territorial Government as a part of "reconstruction" and it was excused as an "emergency measure"---for which there is no provision in our law, either.

The "Shadow Government" is purely and simply all the federal agencies taken together.  These Agencies came into existence between 1900 and 1940 for the most part, with a few being added over the years since then.  We call them the "alphabet soup" agencies because of the acronyms used to name these entities: FBI, FEMA, IRS, BATF, BLM, DHS, etc.

None of these entities are authorized by our government to exist, much less are they authorized to exercise governmental authority of any kind in our behalf. They are not specifically authorized to operate on our soil, but have only been allowed to do so as subcontractors of the federal government corporations which have farmed out their responsibilities to subsidiaries.  

I repeat--- these entities are not part of the actual government at all and never have been.  They are subcontractors and/or franchises and/or subsidiaries working for parent corporations, in the same way that Dairy Queen, Inc. might own its own dairies or contract for services from a paper products company to make all its cardboard lunch boxes and paper cups. 

THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC.---which is a private, foreign corporation -- owns and operates both the BLM and FBI.  These entities are in the business of providing "governmental services" ---they are not the government.  

The BLM is supposed to be acting as a property manager in behalf of the people of this country, taking care of our public lands in a proprietary capacity, that is, not as an owner but as a caretaker-for-hire.

So imagine the situation?

Well, nothing happened to it or with it, of course, because it involves two federal PERSONS and not me nor my husband at all. Wake up! I went to the Tax Court without ever "petitioning" it or allowing it to assume any jurisdiction related to me or my husband, and they were made to look ridiculous in front of the 62 lawyers they had brought in for the event.

I then turned around and posted my $12 million dollar judgment against them and the IRS in the land jurisdiction records. The difference is that they hold a delegated authority from me, but I hold the actual and supreme non-delegated authority over them. So I am turning over my judgment against them to the Marines for enforcement, as the international land jurisdiction is their "beat".

We are being "occupied" by our own Army.

The Army we pay for. The Army that we allow our sons and daughters to serve in. The Army that is strictly charged with preserving our freedoms, protecting our money, and supervising the activities of the Bar Association on our shores.

That Army.

How, you might ask, is this possible? It's possible because the so-called "American Civil War" wasn't a war. It was and is an illegal commercial mercenary conflict on our shores. It was never actually declared by any Congress. It was never officially ended by any Peace Treaty.

In 1863, during the so-called war, Lincoln bankrupted the original United States (Trading Company) and placed the responsibility for preserving the Union and fulfilling the contractual mandates of the actual Constitution on the Grand Army of the Republic -- and the Union Generals.

With respect to the Territorial United States, they have carried on in that role ever since, and grossly expanded upon it. The rules that Lincoln gave them, The Lieber Code, has morphed into The Hague Conventions. The Grand Army of the Republic, also known as the Union Army, has morphed into the US ARMY, the United States Army, and many other permutations. But nothing ever got resolved.

President Andrew Johnson who was Lincoln's Successor Vice-President declared "peace on the land" in three very public declarations, establishing a public contract. As a result, the people owed the land jurisdiction were recognized as peaceful non-combatants and innocent Third Parties who are all owed The Law of Peace.

No, China does not own California.  CHINA may own the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, which is a different matter entirely... Oh, and for everyone's information, we, the actual United States of America (unincorporated) own the UNITED STATES, INC., which owns CHINA.

How Many Times Do I Have to Say This?

Day after day after day I get all these complaints, all these awful stories of abuse, all these claims of wrongdoing by the "federal government" and --- every day, I give everyone the tools to defend themselves from the "presumption" of "federal citizenship" that is the "enabling clause" of all these abuses and problems. 

I have given you all more than enough instruction and information to remove yourself and your name and estate from these evil legal presumptions.  These are weapons of defense -- means to protect yourself and your assets:

1. Authenticate copies of "your" Birth Certificate.  Study what I have told you about what this document is and how it is used, so that you can competently claim to be the living and fully insured "Subrogee"; 

2. Record your common law copyright and standing writ of habeas corpus as part of issuing a Certificate of Assumed Name, claiming all right and interest in all the different variations of your Given Name back to the day you were born and claiming their permanent domicile on the land and soil of the state where you were born;

The Reason Why You Have to Get Moving

In recent days I have encountered somnolent people asking me, "But why do we need to do anything?  Won't the government just take care of all this?"

Here is the quick and easy answer: if you act and think like herd animals, you will be treated like herd animals.

I trust that everyone can observe what happens to herd animals. 

Herd animals are disciplined to follow certain patterns and rules.  They can go into this pasture, but not that field.  They are aroused at a certain hour every morning to be fed, watered, and milked.  They are rounded up at a certain hour every evening and returned to the barn. 

They receive a modicum of care.  Their stalls are mucked out.  They are fed.  They are guarded and herded by dogs and their food is guarded by cats --- our friendly four-legged capos in the agricultural domain. 

Herd animals are kept to produce goods.  Those goods are primarily fabrics, skins, milk, meat, fertilizer, and more herd animals. 

Now apply this to yourselves as herd animals and the "government" currently running the "farm" and you will notice the striking similarities.

On this day and the ensuing eight days, the Catholic Church celebrates with special solemnity the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

What does the Catholic Church understand by the Immaculate Conception?

By the Immaculate Conception she does not understand that great grace by which Mary preserved herself pure from every, even the least, actual sin; for, as concerns this, the Church has long since declared that Mary never sinned: nor does she understand by it her continual virginity, for it has been for a long time a doctrine of faith that both before and after the birth of her divine Son Mary remained a pure virgin; nor yet that she was sanctified before birth_; as were the Prophets Jeremias and John the Baptist, who were both conceived in sin, but by a special grace of God were released from it before their birth; neither does she understand by it the conception of Christ from the Holy Ghost, that is, that Mary unstained conceived the Son of God of the Holy Ghost_; and without the assistance of man, for this was always the unalterable doctrine of the Church: she does understand by it that exalted favor, that unshared privilege, by which the Blessed Virgin Mary, in the first moments of her conception, by a special grace and favor on the part of God in reference to the merits of Jesus, our Saviour, was preserved from every stain of original sin.

This Time of Year

After Thanksgiving.  Before Christmas.  The world is in a rush, some of it happy, some of it grim.  At no other time of the year does the chasm between the haves and the have-nots become more glaringly apparent or the pain of it so sharp. 

This is as true for the members of The Living Law Firm as it is for everyone else.  

We now have almost 200 former judges, former Bar Attorneys, paralegals, financial auditors, volunteer CPAs, court administrators, and historical researchers working full time to save America --- and it is because of their work that we have been able to develop the knowledge base we have been able to share with all of you.

Also note that the correct description of your Upper and Lower case name, First Middle Last, as in: Michael John Doe, is properly known as a "Trade Name" or a "Given Name" and this style of name is known as a "bicameral" name. 

It is "assumed" in the sense that when you came into this world you didn't have a name and were given one, but there are other kinds of assumed names including pen names and noms de guerre and corporate names, too.

There have been so many piteous outcries coming in from people who are totally confused or partially befuddled that I have once again faced the necessity of sitting down at my computer and.....

Step 1: Sit down and look at your "Birth Certificate" and understand what it is and how it functions. 

It has two basic functions.  First, it is an Insurance Indemnity Receipt which is required under the Lieber Code/Hague Conventions.  They have to give you an indemnity receipt for the property they are stealing from you--- essentially an insurance policy guaranteeing that your property won't be harmed as a result of their use of it. 

This makes you the "Subrogee" --- the Insured Party and Priority Creditor of your own ESTATE holdings.  This process of "registration" (as opposed to "recording") creates a separate PERSON named after your Given Trade Name, yet owned and operated by a franchise of the MUNICIPAL UNITED STATES--- the separate government of Washington, DC, operated as an international city-state by the members of Congress.

The first Sunday in Advent is the first day of the Church Year, and the beginning of the holy season of Advent. The Church commences on this day to contemplate the coming of the Redeemer, and with the

prophets to long for Him; during the entire season of Advent she unites her prayers with their sighs, in order to awaken in her children also the desire for the grace of the Redeemer; above all to move them to true penance for their sins, because these are the greatest obstacles in the path of that gracious Advent; therefore she prays at the Introit of the day's Mass:

Big News for the World

[The irony is that the world banking community knows the news already; the only shock is that we know the news and have chosen to come forward and share it with everyone else.]

The American states and people own the debt of virtually every government at every level in the entire world--and we are aware of that fact and we are telling the world: hey, stop dealing with middlemen who are claiming to represent us.

No deal they can make "for" us is valid.

In commercial terms, the banks, lawyers, and politicians are not authorized to represent us in the settlement of any alleged bankruptcy, debt, credit, or other matter affecting our role and responsibility as the Paramount Security Interest Holders.

Instead of talking to bankers or politicians -- talk to the actual Postmasters who hold the bank charters and who are fiduciaries of the Creditors. Okay?

Anna in Wonderland

Forget about sweet little Alice.  This is Grandma Anna reporting from Wonderland.

This morning I was awakened at 4 a.m. with a feeling of uneasiness.  Why?  Because the polarity we have lived with and in for so long is shifting, and yet, the old paradigm persists with great stubbornness and will not yield to any gentle remedy. 

I have given the world a gentle remedy, one that would not hurt anyone--- a simple bookkeeping adjustment that would bring everything back into balance, create a credit-based world economy, and provide for everything anyone on Earth needs to thrive and be happy. 

The only thing standing in the way are illusions of greed and power related to things that don't exist.  Delusions, in other words.  Falsehoods.  Lies.  But even the liars are deceived. 

In a way, among all the strange things I have observed, that is the strangest of all.  You would think that the liars could keep track of their own lies and therefore know the truth, but in fact, they are just as confused as everyone else. Maybe more so. 

Bundy Ranch Reminder - Ammon to be released today.

Later today Ammon Bundy will be released pending the Bundy trial set to continue December 11th.

Are You a Hue-Man? The Entrapment Game on a Global Scale

For the last year or so I keep knocking into bright-eyed, bushy-tailed idealists preaching about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights promoted by the United Nations. 

A "hue-man" by legal definition is not a man (or woman).  It is a "color of Man"- something that appears to be a man, but isn't actually. It is similar to "color of law"- a statute or other representation that appears to be a law, but isn't. 

Another definition of "human" is "monster"---- a thing, and again, not a man or woman. 

So, are you a "human"?

I want to assure everyone that there is no such thing as "the" New Republic.  There are fifty old republics, thank you, very much, and they are in the process of rebuilding themselves.  And that is a very good thing.  

The actual government of this country is an unincorporated Body Politic.  It derives its sovereignty from our God-Given free will and our agreement to govern ourselves.  See The Mayflower Compact, The Declaration of Independence (original form known as "The Unanimous Declaration" is most informative) and The Supreme Republican Declaration of the United Colonies of America and the Statehood Compacts for each state of the Union.  

Our government starts with the people at the top of the power structure and delegates "power" to townships, counties, states, and finally, bottom of the heap and only through the states, the federal government.  

Notice that?  The federal government is the least powerful level of government with respect to our power structure, so how did everything get flipped on its head?

On Death, Killing, and CopWatch

I have known too many people for whom death was a blessing to think ill of Death.

I have also grown to realize that none of us would want to live forever, trapped in the same body, stuck in the same identity, polling over the same skill sets, centuries after centuries. How boring and frustrating would that be, with no fresh starts?

Can you imagine arguing with your second wife over your first wife and kids for 800 years?

Being an Accountant for 500 years?

Having the nickname "Binky" for 700 years? (Makes my skin crawl just thinking about it.)

Even if you could maintain a steady-state at age 35 and perfect health "forever" ---- there would come a time when you would want to move on and let go. I know it in my own soul. I think that if people are honest, they know the truth.

Now, killing is a different thing.

The reason that we shouldn't kill isn't that death is such a horrible-bad-ugly-no-good-awful thing, but because we can't create life.

If you can't create life, what right do you have to kill?

The Logic of the Thing

I've got people scattered all over the map and missing the logic of what they are doing and why. 

There are two levels of false claims imposed by two separate "US governments"--- Territorial United States claims and Municipal United States claims--- none of which apply to you unless you actually are a federal citizen. 

As a result of those false claims and false legal presumptions you are being hit on all sides with demands and bills and charges galore that you don't owe.  So you got two choices---- suffer the racketeering until you have nothing left and can't pay any more extortion, after which they will evict you and turn you out on the street, or, decide to claim your exemption and (nicely) tell them to bug off. 

You have to de-construct these claims and find ways to block the BEAST, step-by-step, sequentially.  

Maxim of Law: As a thing is bound, so it is unbound. 

This is like untying a knot--- one of those Chinese knuckle-busters that gets tighter the harder you pull--- if you don't get it straight. 

So why send back the Municipal PERSON'S Birth Certificate and appoint Steven T. Mnuchin Fiduciary for it?  

Here Are the Rats Responsible for the Foreclosures:Dinner-Time!

It appears to most of you that you have a mortgage with a bank and that the bank has a "loan servicer" working as a subcontractor to collect and administer the terms of the mortgage.   These loan servicers often have names that imply this role, but in fact, that isn't really their role at all. 

They've bought your Promissory Note from the bank after the bank already discharged it once and got payment from trading your assets through the DTC----and now the bank has sold the same Promissory Note to the "loan servicing company" and they are pretending that they have an additional interest in your collateral.  

Try to picture this---- you write a check, someone cashes it, and then the bank sells your cancelled, already cashed check to a Third Party, who comes to collect an equal amount from you again----even though you don't know these people from Adam, don't have a contract with them, and never gave them any interest in your credit or collateral at all.  

All those of you who are currently in some foreclosure proceedings take a look at the back of the Promissory Note the vermin are presenting and expecting you to pay off?   What does it say on the back?
