The Reason Why You Have to Get Moving

In recent days I have encountered somnolent people asking me, "But why do we need to do anything?  Won't the government just take care of all this?"

Here is the quick and easy answer: if you act and think like herd animals, you will be treated like herd animals.

I trust that everyone can observe what happens to herd animals. 

Herd animals are disciplined to follow certain patterns and rules.  They can go into this pasture, but not that field.  They are aroused at a certain hour every morning to be fed, watered, and milked.  They are rounded up at a certain hour every evening and returned to the barn. 

They receive a modicum of care.  Their stalls are mucked out.  They are fed.  They are guarded and herded by dogs and their food is guarded by cats --- our friendly four-legged capos in the agricultural domain. 

Herd animals are kept to produce goods.  Those goods are primarily fabrics, skins, milk, meat, fertilizer, and more herd animals. 

Now apply this to yourselves as herd animals and the "government" currently running the "farm" and you will notice the striking similarities.

Ancient Romans were fascinated by the two sides of a coin.  Here were two faces of the same thing....  Quite a concept, isn't it?  

The two faces of America are the jurisdictions of the land on one side and the jurisdiction of the sea on the other.  And to make it more complicated, part of the sea jurisdiction is under the control of the land jurisdiction-- thanks to the so-called reserved powers.

Since 1860 the portion of the sea jurisdiction of America that was entrusted to and operated by the British Monarchs has been operated in fraud.

By Maxim of Law, fraud taints and vitiates everything, even the most solemn contracts known as treaties. Fraud voids all contracts "ab initio"---- "from the beginning".

There is no statute of limitations that applies to fraud. 

It's like that scene in "The Raiders of the Lost Ark" where the Holy Spirit of God comes out of the Ark of the Covenant and destroys the evil Nazis, leaving Indiana Jones and his girlfriend at peace. 

Claim Your Name and Estate -- the EZ Way

Imagine the situation -- 

You are the heir of a vast fortune, but suddenly, you "disappear".  

(For the moment, we won't delve into how.) 

Your British Cousin, Bubba, says to himself --- "What ho!  No sense in letting all this property sit idle!  I have the keys to the boathouse and the mansion and cars and everything, so I will just move in and make myself at home in Cousin Joe's absence." 

So he does.  He settles his ample rump in your armchair, props his feet in front of your fire, and begins directing all sorts of business operations using your assets as collateral for his enterprises.  

He rents out your boat for ferrying and boat rides and sightseeing and makes a killing.  He buys another boat using your credit, and expands upon this business. The money is rolling in.  

He does the same thing with the mansion -- turns it into a B and B, rakes in the dough, then uses it as collateral for a loan to start a hotel chain.  Things are going great guns.

Answer Regarding Confusion

In answer to the confusion over the apparent layers of "government" it is easiest to visualize in terms of jurisdictions instead of "territories"----which can mean many things. 

The federal corporation(s) received a delegation of our authority to provide certain (19) services to our states of the Union and they have usurped their delegated jurisdiction over on top of ours in contravention of our agreements with them and they have claimed falsely that we knew about this and agreed to it. 

Each state of the Union is also a nation (national = land jurisdiction = public ) and a state (international = sea jurisdiction = private) as well as having its part of the global jurisdiction of the air.

So, for example the state of new york has air, land, and sea jurisdictions associated with it. 

From the Trenches to the Sidelines - Questions Answered by Anna

This question was posed this week to Anna by one of her readers.

"Sadly, I feel this brilliant woman needs help re-channeling her energy into very clear and definitive procedures, with associated educational pieces, for achieving this all. Her articles and rants alone are not productive. Many of us get it but fail to understand the required steps. We have been burned by these kind of vague and/or incomplete procedures... and we have nothing financially or emotionally left to give. Again, I state many of us are willing to help... but we seek a definitive, clear, accurate, proven step-by-step procedure to succeed. I have offered to help do documentation and I know others who would help, too. But the proper mentoring and access for info is essential. Otherwise, the point is less worthwhile."

Anna's answer:

Yes, well, everyone wants solutions and wants them hot and ready and served on a silver platter, along with ---- no less --- a guarantee that this is "the" no-fail, foolproof, all-inclusive "Answer".

But it is a lot harder and less certain than that.  Our entire country has been overtaken by thieves and while we slept, it has been robbed and plundered and our Ship of State nearly sunk to the depths.  You want guarantees from murderers?

How to Restore the Land Jurisdiction Government Owed to Your County

Millions of people are just waking up like disgruntled bears waking from a long hibernation, or maybe like me, when I can't find a cup of coffee in the morning.  However that may be I get all sorts of rambling, critical and mostly ignorant emails interspersed with hundreds of requests for help from people suffering from some aspect of abusive courts every day.  I cannot possibly answer them all, but I will take stabs at providing more general information that will help people take affirmative action in their own behalf. 

I want to point out that all American Common Law Courts are courts based on the land, practicing the Law of the Land.  Their jurisdiction is tied to the land as a result.  My court is in Alaska. I have no way to help someone in Idaho.  The people in Idaho have to help each other. That's the first big misunderstanding.  

The watery Federal Courts provide the same "service" in every state, just like Burger King delivers the same Whopper the same way 24/7 from San Francisco to Portland, Maine.  

Land Law doesn't work like that.
