Each year at this time school children all over America are taught the official Thanksgiving story, and newspapers, radio, TV, and magazines devote vast amounts of time and space to it. It is all very colorful and fascinating.

It is also very deceiving. This official story is nothing like what really happened. It is a fairy tale, a whitewashed and sanitized collection of half-truths which divert attention away from Thanksgiving's real meaning.

Today I read a story by Jon Rappoport, one of the few journalists left alive in the world. In it he described a meeting between President-Elect Trump and the major media Talking Heads and Svengalis in which Trump openly called them liars.

Well, they are liars.  Might as well say so, right? 

They lie about everything that it is possible to lie about, to the detriment of this country and the world.  They pass off their narrow opinions as fact.  They routinely misrepresent what is actually going on.  They pander to politicians and manipulate voters to the extent that they can.  They violate--- with aplomb and arrogance -- every existing known standard of journalistic honor and professionalism.

Mainstream Media in America is 90% owned by six foreign multinational media conglomerates and we have allowed this to go on.

What country in its right mind allows its media to be owned by foreigners?

When there is an argument about money, don't try to make it into an argument about morals.  Reply in kind. 

Some corrupt federated and incorporated fake "county governments" have seen a way to line their pockets with money from pipeline company and oil company profits.  So they cut a deal allowing these corporations to put a pipeline through.

The problem for these corrupt "county" organizations is that they are just franchises (like Dairy Queen franchises) of parent corporations in the governmental services business.  They don't actually have anything to say about it if the people form their own unincorporated land jurisdiction country assembly and say otherwise.

We dealt with this same problem in Nebraska, but did it intelligently.

Please spread this around far and wide on social media, and to all your people.  If you are in one of the states that went for Trump, please check the leftist target state lists, but even if your state is not listed, be prepared to protect your electors in case it becomes a targeted state.  Don't put anything past the terrorists who seek to STILL find a way to steal this election, this time through naked coercion and force against the Electors. 

We do need to stay cool and otherwise give them plenty of rope to hang themselves, but this is a serious threat that we must address.  We have no option of "sitting this one out."  And we simply cannot leave this to the police.  We have seen, in the past, people under direct death threats go unprotected by police even after they have directly requested protection. 

We saw that most recently with a black Republican woman candidate in Maryland.  Even after direct death threats by radical Muslims, all she could get from her local PD was token increased frequency of patrol car drive by's of her house. 

And, wherever there is civil unrest, the police will be even less able to provide any real protection. 

In addition to being prepared to help any Electors who contact us, we also need to be proactive about keeping watch over them when and where they gather on December 19.  

Don't presume that the Marxist radicals will not actually kill some Electors in the hopes of terrorizing the others into doing their will.   We are through the looking glass here.  And they are both desperate and deranged.

Living Law Firm Update -- November 2016

The Living Law Firm is a loose association of researchers and non-Bar attorneys and retired judges who are working pretty much around the clock to put an end to the corruption of our commercial and judicial systems. The work runs a wide spectrum--- from international banking to individual foreclosures, from international counterfeiting to land patents. 

 

We have undertaken a staggering but necessary array of work, all of it aimed at ending abuse of the legal system and promoting peaceful resolution of claims. The fundamental thrust of this is to find systemic cures---- broad spectrum cures that will impact everyone by changing the system itself, instead of one by one actions that impact just a few people at a time.

That said, there has been such an outcry for specific help that a few of the Living Law Firm members are being freed up to do private casework. With foreclosures we have an exceptional record to date handling individual cases, though our goals in doing so have gone far beyond each separate case.

Times being what they are, we can't do these additional individual cases for free--- we are barely nosing through our current caseload on the donations everyone has been sending in--- so individuals seeking private help should be prepared to pay up to $3000 for the research and briefs and other paperwork needed to end their own mortgage nightmares. Each case is different--- some can be handled with a lot less ado and other cases are more complex.

Just as I wrote in my last article about President-Elect Trump in which I pointed out the need to adjust our thinking about the office of the President and learn to think of ourselves as consumers of government services buying them from a company headed by a CEO called “President of the United States”---- we need to start thinking of ourselves as inheritors of America and its traditions.

There is an understandable tendency to claw back to the roots of the Republic to try to find our way forward.  Necessary as it is to do all this historical research so that we have a clear view of the past as we move forward, it can get in our way if we focus too much on what happened then and not enough on what can and should happen now.

We have important, basic, guiding precepts:  self-governance, equality, private property rights, self-respect, brotherhood, duty to God and country, responsibility for ourselves and for the welfare of others, the supreme value and uniqueness of each living man and woman.

These are our inheritance, both from our Judeo-Christian history and from our Founding Fathers.

We are not taught to value our rights as possessions, but in Law and in fact, our rights are our most valuable and sacred possessions without which we can have and can aspire to no others.  This is why the Preamble to the Constitution comes first and foremost and is in fact the most valuable part of the contract established between the British King and his subjects and the American People.

The Preamble establishes our true National Trust.

Trump Can't Save America, just by the fact that he will now become the CEO of the UNITED STATES INC.  Yes he can do some things, at great peril to himself, to undo some of the damage caused by the leftists who have had the power for many years. Without the continuous long term activity for freedom of each and every one of the people who voted for Trump, and many more people, our communities will not increase in safety. Exactly the opposite. We now need to be in a condition yellow alert all day and all night continuously to preserve peace and good order in our communities. This is what the founders had in mind anyway when they gave us the Militia model for community safety and freedom.

These leftists talk about peace, but their brand of peace is something entirely different than what we have understood.  Their brand of peace happens only when anyone who would oppose them have been eliminated or locked up, so they can no longer oppose them.

There are not enough police, military, sheriffs or any other paid "law enforcement" to help you in what you see beginning in the cities right now. The left is NOT going to stop. They know the jig is up. They know their evil is being exposed for all the world to see. They know if they don't consolidate power right now, this time around, they won't have another opportunity in America for decades if ever.

The election is finally over.  Thank goodness and mercy for small favors.  And Hillary didn't win, which would have been four more years of the same old nasty, corrupt, self-serving disaster.  So a hearty "Thank God!" for that.  And now we are embarked on another chapter in United States, Inc.---- not American--- history.

This is an important distinction for everyone to learn.

As a non-citizen American State National none of the ups and downs of these elections mean anything more than a changing of the administration of a service company----- imagine that your local hardware store changed management, or your dry cleaning service got a new boss. 

That's all that these elections really mean for you, and you would be right to be unconcerned and maybe even totally unaware of all this hullaballoo.  After all, do you get all bent out of shape when the local Dairy Queen gets a new manager?

I haven’t commented on the recent election because it is my belief that whoever wins, the establishment wins. On one side we have a career criminal who wanted oh so badly to wield the power of government to mold the world to her liking and on the other a man who obviously believes government can make America great again. He won. Trouble is, he’s wrong. But at least he’s not a criminal. The best thing government can do is to get out of the way.

Today, my dear friend asked me how I was?  I replied that I felt like a Polish General.  (No insult to the Poles and their efforts against the Nazis and everyone else who has ever rolled across the Polish plains--- we can see who is still there and still standing in the end.)

It also occurred to me that this is how Washington felt at Valley Forge--- so much hanging in the balance and so much need and so much adversity.  Congress sat in Philadelphia and argued.  The farmers and the soldiers starved and bled.

We have come to the heart of the whole conundrum.  The reason why there is no peace treaty ending the Civil War.  The means used to steal and abuse your intellectual property---- and use that as a hook to steal and abuse your actual property as well.  We have faced the Enemy within and found that it is not the Russians or the Khazarian Jews or the African Americans rioting in the streets because they are unemployed and desperate--- no. 

Our real Enemy, besides Satan, is the same enemy it has always been---- the British Crown and the British Government, pretending to be our friends, while acting as thieves and murderers among us.

In Part One we discussed the difference between actual money, which must have actual value as a commodity in-and-of-itself and “legal tender”---- stocks, bonds, letters of credit, insurance indemnity receipts, etc.
We also discussed the fact that while the original members of Congress were enabled to act as either Fiduciary Deputies and convene a Continental Congress representing the land jurisdiction government under Article X (a public office), or, act as Representatives and convene a United States Congress to oversee the nineteen operations delegated to the federal government in international jurisdiction (a private corporate office), they in Breach of Trust ceased to operate the land jurisdiction office with the passage of the 19th Amendment to their corporate constitution called “The Constitution of the United States of America”.
Ever since then they have been obliged to operate on legal (fiction) tender and to issue look-alike but significantly altered coinage, because only lawful land jurisdiction governments can issue actual money.

The question has come at me from multiple sides for many weeks now--- sometimes softly, and sometimes loudly, but the same question voiced in many different ways and even languages: “Our world is in trouble, because of crooks infesting and controlling the monetary system--- what do we do about it?”

Before I can deliver my answer, I have to cover some basics.

First ---- Money versus Legal Tender

The world has used many forms of money, but central to the definition of “money”, it has to have actual value as well as any symbolic value we attach to it.  For example, the United States Silver Dollar (that is, our “United States”, not THEIR look-alike sound-alike version) is defined as a weight of fine silver. That is the actual “value” of it—the weight and the purity of silver. 

In addition, because people around the world trust Americans (not citizens of the United States) to deliver the actual weight of silver in the specified purity, the United States Silver Dollar has also acquired a certain amount of “non-tangible value”.  Given a choice between our United States Silver Dollars and coin from other places, many people would still rather choose our coinage because it is known to be a quality product.

That is what lawful money is---- an actual specifically defined unitary measure of an asset (an ounce of fine silver for example) with a brand name (United States Silver Dollar, for example). 

Money is a commodity like any other.

Why Would Canada "Help" the United States Clean House?

There are persistent rumors saying that Canada stands ready to help us drain the swamp, fumigate the house, and dynamite the snake pit in Washington, DC. This surfaced again in a Ben Fulford Report recently, and right beside it, a news item about Queen Bess offering to come take over administration of our government.

This is the sort of snide British humor that passes over most heads.

The Brits have been in charge of of key portions of our "government" since Day One---- including our commercial life and foreign policy and trade policies. It's their administration and mis-administration and Breach of Trust that has provided the habitat for all the most vile creatures inhabiting our capitol.

It's their "snakes" and "alligators" slithering around the Halls of Congress. Even the few forthright Americans who try to stem the tide and bring reform to Washington are stopgobbered from the start by being forced to pledge their allegiance to a foreign government and to act as British Subjects for the duration of their terms in office.

As usual, the Brits aren't offering to help us. They are offering to help themselves and make it appear to the rest of the world that it is our problem and they are just helping. 

Hegelian Dialectic to the Moon: defraud, mischaracterize, and abuse the people of another country for 150 years, do it in Breach of Trust, while pretending to be a friend and an ally--- then pretend that this is all their problem and offer to help? 

Rich irony. Really rich.

One can only shudder and wonder what Queen Elizabeth's idea of "help" would be?

Preet Bharara --- The Hero You Never Heard Of

Preet Bharara is the U.S. Prosecuting Attorney for the Southern District of New York.  Pray for him.  It was he and the New York Police Department (NYPD) that have forced the FBI into doing its job with respect to Hillary Clinton and her emails. 

It was the NYPD that discovered the full, uncut, actual emails on Anthony Wiener's laptop, but more importantly, it was the NYPD and Preet Bharara who  brought the information forward instead of trying to paper it over.

They forced the FBI's hand.  They made it impossible for Director Comey to cover Hillary's butt and his own at the same time.   It's one or the other, Jack. And I can just hear the conversation going down:

If you are an average, every day American State National, you can't vote in any of these elections.

Why?  Because all the elections on offer are foreign elections. 

They are private corporate elections, despite appearing to be public elections.

And as of 1868, the rats responsible made it illegal for you to vote in their elections.

The Municipality of Washington DC is run as an independent international city state and functions as an plenary oligarchy run by the member of Congress.  All municipal US CITiZENS are slaves to the government.  They can vote.

Standing Rock - Beyond Tribalism

Picture this.  It's evening.  I and an Indian Chief are out in the middle of nowhere fifty miles from the nearest cattle crossing.  The only sign of civilization in the whole vast landscape is a pair of steel rails on railroad ties and we happen to be standing on them.  In the near distance, about three miles away, we can see a train heading toward us and feel the very faint tremble in the rails under our feet.

We've been gossiping about life and weather and the difficulties of men and women we know, commiserating about the hardships of bringing up children, the effort to restore the buffalo herds, the beauty of the landscape in front of us, and we go on discussing these and other topics as the train makes its slow way forward.

A few minutes later the train is coming close enough to start to worry me.  The faint tremble in the rails has become something more akin to an electric current, a constant strong vibration, and I can see the engine heading through the final copse of trees before it hits a straightaway stretch coming right for us.

"Ah, Chief, we should move off the tracks," I suggest mildly.

Dear Sir:

It is apparent from reading your open letter to our military personnel that you are acting under some common misconceptions. 

The word "citizen" has a legal definition and you need to take note of it.  Citizens of all kinds are obligated to serve the government.  While employed in military service, all personnel function as "citizens of the United States" and are de facto slaves under the municipal law of the foreign, independent international city state of Washington, DC which is run as a plenary oligarchy of the members of the United States Congress.

However, that same "Congress" is under contract and obligation to our states occupying the land jurisdiction of this country and by subrogation to us--- and so are you.

Federal civilian employees and federal dependents also function as citizens--- "United States Citizens". 

Such citizens are all British Subjects and part of the democracy adopted by the United States of America (Minor)---- a "union" of "American states" comprised of the "State of New Columbia" and the so-called Insular States, including Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the "State of State" franchises, sometimes called "inchoate states", such as the "State of Florida".

Clarification of What Happened to Our Government

No, neither the corporations running the District of Columbia nor those running the Washington, DC Municipal City State have any power to replace or mess with our government.  They are both foreign governments under contract to our fifty state governments to provide certain stipulated and enumerated (19) services described as "powers" in the original Constitution.  Nothing more or less.

The only way it is enabled to replace our government in any way is if we fail to operate our own government ourselves. That is to a large extent what has happened.  We mistook their government for our government because the state and county organizations that were operating our government all decided to incorporate as franchises of the federal corporation in order to get kick-backs known as "Federal Block Grants".

I said something that wasn't quite correct in the prior post -- "A Plague of Hopelessly Inept Demands and Declarations"--- because I didn't touch on things that happened after the time period we were discussing when the "United States of America" first reared its head.

I said that there was no country called "United States of America" and no National Trust established under that name, and at the time period we were talking about, that is true---- but circa 1900-1904, that changed.

The Insular States and District of Columbia joined together to form a country called "United States of America", sometimes referred to as "United States of America (Minor)" early last century.

Take a good look at my face.  My hooded eyes.  My cupid's bow pout.  Where have you seen them before?  Only in all the great houses and the great portrait galleries of the world.  I am a Hapsburg.  The map of the Holy Roman Empire is written on my face. 

A hundred generations of European skullduggery runs in my veins.  I am the living heir of the Holy Roman Empire---- first, second, third, fourth, and however many iterations of it there are or may be, here I am, the end of the line. 

It all comes down to me and the Holy See knows it.

Late in the Evening Comes the Dawn -- The Bundys Exonerated

For months now members of the Living Law Firm have labored to bring forward vital information to the patriots imprisoned over the stand-off at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge near Burns, Oregon.  They have labored side by side with Bar Attorneys who risked their careers and honored their calling to seek justice for all. 

And last night, just before bedtime, I got a call. 

The Bundys, Shawna Cox, and all the others misidentified and falsely accused by the corporate scum have been exonerated and found "Not Guilty" on all charges.

This is a true victory and one that was won against a stacked deck. 

The trial was held in a Federal Court--- a court owned and operated by sister corporations of those corporations that brought the charges.

A Plague of Hopelessly Inept Demands and Declarations --- Reply for Ron

This is for my friend, Ron, and for his friends and their friends of friends who have been running around the past few weeks passing out all sorts of "Orders" and "Demands" and "Charges" in the name of "We, the People, of the United States of America".......

There are all sorts of groups out there now doing similar things and making similar mistakes and wasting their time, so as heartfelt and passionate and outraged as it all is, I had to review one of these publications and say------

"Yes, but it is all totally useless and meaningless and if you take the time to listen I can tell you why."  [-----Again.] 

Americans are defined as "the free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States".

The Basics

I have been asked multiple times

recently for a "Quick Guide" to bring people up to speed on all this history, and I always feel overwhelmed.  I have, in large respect, already provided a "Quick Guide" in the form of a large print cartoon illustrated book, "You Know Something Is Wrong When.....An American Affidavit of Probable Cause" available on Amazon.com for around $20 or as an ebook for around $5. 

God knows, I have done my best to get the information out there and get the American people up on their feet and moving.

Postscript to The "False Flap" Over Bruce Doucette

A very intelligent question was asked by Elvia who wanted to know what the complaint against Judge Doucette was about.
Essentially, those complaining thought that The Constitution prohibits the Judicial Branch from making appointments---- which it does, so they objected to Judge Doucette appointing new Federal Continental Marshals.
What the Complainers didn't grasp and probably still don't, is that Judge Doucette isn't operating as part of the Federal Government, even though he is acting in international jurisdiction. Instead, he is exercising the reserved international jurisdiction of the states and the people per Article X of The Constitution.
Under The Constitution the Executive Branch of the Federal Government makes appointments, not members of the Judicial Branch---- but we are not part of the Federal Government, and not part of its Judicial or Executive Branches, and we are not attempting to exercise any of the powers delegated to the Federal Government, either.

For the last several days I have been getting stupid comments from wannabe patriots who are, as usual, completely misunderstanding the Law and The Constitution, both in function and in jurisdiction----but who are nonetheless trying to use both as a means to tear down the valid efforts of their more informed countrymen to restore the Public and Organic Law of this country and enforce the provisions of The Constitution we are owed and rebuild the American Common Law Court System which we owe ourselves.
American Common Law modeled on British Common Law flourished in this country from the time the first pilgrims stumbled ashore to the 1960's. Some of us are old enough to remember its fading glory, before it was swept under the rug by corporate interlopers abusing maritime and administrative courts to pillage the American People.
Central to the issue is simply this---- are you a "citizen" meaning a British Subject here to provide our states with governmental services per Article IV of the Constitution, or are you a "national" meaning one of the free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States?

The Vanishing Act

Ever wonder how things vanish? Massive things? Entire civilizations, not to mention vast business empires that just go "Pop!" ---- now you see 'em, now you don't?
The Ten Tribes of Israel? Well, they didn't really vanish. They were "spiritually lost" and succumbed to the charms of Babylonian idolatry. We actually know where they went and we know where their descendants are to this day.
In the 1300's the vast Knights Templar organization folded and disappeared overnight taking the bulk of their wealth with them. A few leaders were captured and tortured and killed, most notably, Jacques de Molay, but as for the gold and thousands of others, they simply disappeared.

GESARA and NESARA and NO-SERA about 90% correct

I am sorry, but the real General Roy Schwasinger, who was a long-time friend of my Mother's and many of the other desperate Wisconsin dairy farmers who joined the NFO back in the 1970's, 80's and 90's, would turn over in his grave if he heard the claptrap now being spread about NESARA.  And the so-called GESARA, the Global Government version 2.0--- would not be at all well-received, either.

Please note that the writers of all these articles about NESARA never nail the name of the legislation down. 

Pay attention--- very close attention---to the words.

Those who have read my articles about the Great Fraud which has been engulfing our nation and the entire world will be familiar with this con artist technique called "mirroring".  The perpetrators set up two (or more) deceptively similar names and confuse people deliberately.  It works hand in hand with another con job technique called "Bait and Switch"---- you offer a superior product or deal, and at the last minute "switch" to a much lower grade product.

With a little thought it will become obvious to everyone that we are now finally in the throes of resolving issues that should have been resolved in the wake of the Civil War---- and weren't.

The chief issue to be resolved once and for all time is still slavery.

Back then it was private slave ownership that was the issue---whether or not one man could own another as property. The answer was a resounding, "No!" This was the determination made in England in 1837, in America in 1865, and by 1926, both slavery and involuntary servitude (peonage) had been outlawed worldwide.

Waking Up 101 Revisited

Imagine someone who is mentally insane, and the essence of their insanity is that they can't tell the difference between their own body and someone else's.  When they get mad, they punch the guy in the mirror and then wonder why it hurts so bad.  Then they get even angrier, and punch "him" again, and wind up on the floor in the bathroom with a concussion several hours later, with no idea what happened or how. 

That's how some patriots are reacting to the news that the federal government is just a governmental services corporation in the business of providing us with essential government services (Article IV).  They can't quite wrap their heads around it, even though it has been hidden in plain view for over two hundred years--- and they continue to be confused about who is who.  They get angry at the federal government and its "federated state" franchises which are part of the federal corporation---and they bash themselves and other patriots by mistake.

Besides becoming an international laughingstock for her Wolfgang Struck escapades, Karen Hudes has remained an incomparably resolute disinformation agent in general.

For example, she has accused me---- me, the one person who stood up and called the World Bank and IBRD on the carpet for stealing the American gold that FDR confiscated from our grandparents on a false claim of abandonment ----of trying to "steal the world's gold reserves".
