More to Know About Your Name

Yesterday, we touched on the fact that you are not your name, that it is a "thing" separate from you, akin to a tool, or a conveyance like a bicycle, that you are given and that you hold as a possession. You are its first "Holder in Due Course" and nobody using your name at any time after that can claim a greater claim to it.

But there are some difficulties.....

For example, what if you have a common name like, "John Robert Brown"? There can be real confusion about who is who and even, as we shall see, what is what--- associated with a name.

Let's go back to the Bible where most conundrums appear in literature. God gave Adam the job of naming things and animals. That much is clear and clearly stated in the Book of Genesis, but, although naming people is not forbidden, it is not mandated, either.

Nothing has happened to me.  I am perfectly okay.  I am traveling and working and meeting with other judges and justices of the peace around the country, and meeting with researchers into topics of law and history..... all the things you can see that I do, sometimes require travel and collaboration and face to face meetings.  For the next three weeks I will be on a short tether so far as time to write articles is concerned, so, please bear with me.

The last few days have focused on the topic of names---- what is a name, what do we use it for, what is a legal name versus a lawful name, etc., etc.

Most people take their name for granted and identify themselves with their name.  They think that they are "Joseph Allen Blount" or "Virginia Marie Casper"---but in fact, their name is a separate and alien thing.  Your name isn't you.  It is instead a tool and a possession, like a shovel or a rake or a lawn mower.  It is yours in the same sense that a bicycle is yours.

So that is the first thing you need to understand about a name.

"Oath Keepers Highway Recon Team" or HRT, I have been asked to help organize some of the systems that will be used to network the truckers and everyone involved in passing information in the Oath Keepers organization.  Here is the announcement on the Oath Keepers website:

Oath Keepers will be using several systems on the Internet and portable phones, but this article is primarily concerned with Grid Down radio communications.

As many of you know, I am in the communications business full time and have been for over 20 years now. I am also a general class amateur and a volunteer examiner #1524 for ham radio licensing. Here in Eureka Montana we have been adding new ham radio operators at a steady pace for over 8 years now and formed our first ham club in this area almost 20 years ago. We did this because of the looming crisis in the world. In that time we have helped over 300 people get their licenses in the area.

I have always insisted that the FCC rules from the very beginning have been designed for emergency and safety communications, and allow licensed ham radio operators to do things that others can not do. That includes operating out of band, or with otherwise prohibited power when people's lives and property are in danger.

Notice that I said "licensed amateurs". There are many reasons for requiring that radio operators be licensed to operate on the ham bands and other bands in normal times, or in emergencies. 

Ham radio can be either a tremendous asset or it can be a big liability, depending on whether you know what you are doing, or not. By that I mean that a bunch of people who don't know what they are doing can create so much interference with orderly communications protocols that the frequency becomes a hodgepodge of chatter and unusable noise. For evidence of that just tune in the CB band. It can also mean that people can become endangered by the very communications that are supposed to help them save the lives and property of the people they were trying to benefit.

There is no excuse for anyone not getting their ham license. The license is free, the study course costs only about $30, and the test materials cost only $5 - $15 in most places. The test is multiple choice. On the technician class test there are only 35 questions, and you can get 9 wrong and still pass the test. There is no longer any requirement on any ham test to learn morse code. We have given the technician test to people as young as 8 years with good results.

At this point I always get the same questions. Why should I trade in a right for a privilege, and why would I want to let government know who I am? Let me try to answer.

First, radio waves do NOT respect any borders. They go where they will. You can argue that government should not be involved in making rules about radio saying that it's "not in the US constitution". There are a couple of things about that. One is that it IS in the US Constitution that government must protect our borders. I believe that it is within the realm of government constitutionally to protect AMERICA'S INVENTION of radio from invasion and incursion by ANY foreign power, and to that end there are treaties with other countries involving the allocation of frequencies and usage of those that are rightly entered into by the FCC, and have been, almost from the beginning of the invention of radio communications.

The second point is this. You don't want to unnecessarily twist the tiger's tail. People do that with the driver's license VS the right to travel, and some end up in jail for a while, when there are much more important issues to fight about. The same applies here. I don't see any licensed hams going to jail because they want to use radio in an emergency, or simply because they have the ham ticket in their pocket. 

The third is about staying under the radar where federal agencies are concerned. Guess what. There are almost one MILLION licensed hams just in North America alone. That, friends is good cover, and cover enough for the purpose of preparedness. What are they going to do? Do you think they could try to make criminals of all those hams with the stroke of a pen, and if they did, do you think they could physically enforce that? On the contrary, they would be way in over their heads, and they know it.

Go study, and when the interactive software says to schedule your test look up some local hams with the qrz.com site search link and ask them when the next test will be and where.  You don't have to have the callsign to own the right equipment, or to listen to what is going on out on the ham bands. You do need it when you push the transmit button.

We also recommend you get a GMRS license. GMRS stands for General Mobile Radio Service. You can just BUY a license for about $65 without any test. That license is good for 5 years, and can be used for personal business as well as other personal uses, but may not transmit messages in exchange for money.. There are 8 channels available with wideband, full modulation on UHF at around 462.000 mHz. The license is good for the whole family, and each license can have their own repeater. We are putting up a GMRS repeater in Eureka soon, in addition to about 9 other repeaters we already have for ham radio. You can see most of the GMRS repeaters in the whole country here:

My recommendations to get licensed STANDS notwithstanding all the comments I will get on this article, from our readers, about not wanting to get ANY licenses for ANYTHING because they would be trading in a right for a government privilege.  Just write your comments and I will answer them with some good reasoning on this. The rest of this will deal with what to do after you have your license.

What kind of radio should you buy?
To start with you will need a handheld dual band FM transceiver that covers at least the 2 meter and the 70 CM ham bands. And it would be best if that radio was also type accepted by the FCC to cover the business bands just above both of those bands. Band refers to a group of frequencies designated by the FCC for certain purposes. 

The 2 meter ham band covers 144 - 148 Mhz (that is megahertz, or million cycles per second) The business band above that is the VHF business band and covers 150 - 174 Mhz.

Correspondingly there are two bands on UHF also. The ham band is 70cm (centimeters) from 430 - 450 Mhz, and the business band above that at 450 - 470 Mhz. All these frequencies (bands of frequencies) can be covered by ONE radio. We recommend and are using the Anytone 3208 U/V which fills all these requirements. Find it here: http://www.fm2way.com/fmhand.htm This radio will also do the GMRS band and can be used to listen, but is not type accepted for transmitting on GMRS.   FCC ID# T4K3208UV  The certification is for Part 90 business band use, not Part 95A GMRS use.
  
You will be very pleasantly surprised at how well these small radios perform. I have talked up to 10 miles with just a handheld, to another handheld, and much further to a base, mobile, or repeater. 

What is a repeater? It's a radio that is located at a very advantageous location like the top of a mountain, that listens on one frequency, and instantly transmits what it hears on another higher or lower frequency,  in real time. That allows you to extend your range up to the footprint of that particular repeater. Most of our repeaters are either solar powered or have a battery backup system that will allow them to stay on the air for weeks during an emergency. Some of our repeaters have a footprint of up to 150 miles or more.

There are literally THOUSANDS of repeaters in America.

All of these handheld units use FM modulation. Modulation is the method of putting an intelligence on the signal that can be converted back to audio so you can hear what the guy on the other end is saying. FM is frequency modulation, or varying the frequency of the signal a very little bit so a detector in the receiver of the listening radio can re-create sound. FM is very impervious to noise, and to other weaker signals, so it's usually either pretty clear, or it's not there so it can be heard. 

That makes for very quiet radio operation with little interference from things like alternators in a vehicle, or power lines, like you would hear on CB which usually uses AM or amplitude modulation, which varies the "strength" of the signal. 

Groups of hams can monitor several frequencies at the same time by using a feature called SCAN which rotates around several channels (with a different frequency in each channel) and when someone talks on one of the channels being monitored the scan stops and locks on that channel. At that point if you want to continue on that conversation you can press an exit key or touch the transmit button and the radio stays on that channel. When you are done listening you can start up the scan and monitor all again.

The following video will give you an idea of what the bands will be like in an actual emergency.
Everyone will want to talk at the same time, and it will take some practice to make any real communications traffic out of what we call a pile up.  This operator has a unique situation in that every time he gets on the air he has to deal with a pile up. But this is what it will be like when trying to communicate with radio when we have a "failure of civility" in our country.



To try to ease the pain in a real emergency we have band plans that will help to get the emergency traffic to the most people.  But nothing will prepare you for this except EXPERIENCE and familiarity with your equipment and some emergency communications protocols knowledge. There is no substitute for experience and practice.

Protecting your expensive equipment against an EMP attack is not an exact science, since a deliberate EMP attack has never been done so that we have any real time experience of the results, but much testing has been done that does indicate what could happen. The above article is just a small overview but provides some inexpensive solutions on a practical level that can protect spare equipment you already have.

If you have a CB, don't throw it out, get an antenna and put it on the air, especially in your vehicles. If you don't get one here:  http://www.fm2way.com/cb.htm   I recommend the Uniden PRO 510 or 520 for a simple low cost CB because we have used them for over 23 years in logging trucks and contractors pickups with very good results. They are tough, and have a full metal cabinet.
If you are a trucker and need a Single Sideband CB the one I recommend is the Galaxy DX959. This is the one I run on my base station to monitor Ch3.  It's a completely legal CB with 12 watts output on SSB, which gives about a 3 times range boost over a straight AM CB radio with 4 watts output. We will talk more about Single Sideband in a future article.

Suffice it to say that with proper training, and the right equipment, you will be a big asset to your community and the safety and well being of your neighbors as well as your family in any emergency. One year ago today we started the automated email system.

This has always been about communications!

Exactly one year ago today I started up an automated mailing system at Aweber.com for this effort to get the history of the fraud used to enslave America and the world out to the public world wide by spreading the articles written by Anna Von Reitz.

As of today we have had 2128 people come and take a look by subscribing to that list, and 1721 have remained subscribed and continue to get each article Anna writes.

Many of these people around the world have supported this effort of exposing the cabal and their fraud, by spreading the articles from Anna's website at www.annavonreitz.com to their own subscriber lists, which are often bigger than ours. I have no idea how many people are getting our information on a regular basis, but it's viral world wide on many blogs and websites that we have no direct connection with other than that the people involved with each site believe in the message.

We have a few people in that list that have donated a few bucks to help spread the word around the world.

Housekeeping 101 --- Us and Them by Anna Von Reitz

Good morning, good evening, good wherever and whenever this finds you all.

I will be doing some extra work for the next few weeks and as a result my ability to publish will be somewhat uneven. This doesn't "mean" anything, except that I am in meetings and teleconferences and shuttling around from place to place more than normal----all of which takes time and detracts from communication.

Major funding for the actual government of the people, by the people, and for the people is being discussed and provided for.  As more and more people have awakened and realized the Truth--- that the private, mostly foreign-owned governmental services corporation operating out of District of Columbia is not our government and its local franchises are not our states-- it becomes evident that reforming or even replacing the governmental services corporation with a new one doesn't fix the actual underlying problem. 

Read that---  it doesn't matter if the thing in DC is called the UNITED STATES (INC.) or THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (INC.) or the NEW REPUBLIC (INC.) or CULPEPPER'S FIVE AND DIME (INC.)  It is still just a corporation in the business of providing government services. 

Answer Regarding Confusion

In answer to the confusion over the apparent layers of "government" it is easiest to visualize in terms of jurisdictions instead of "territories"----which can mean many things. 

The federal corporation(s) received a delegation of our authority to provide certain (19) services to our states of the Union and they have usurped their delegated jurisdiction over on top of ours in contravention of our agreements with them and they have claimed falsely that we knew about this and agreed to it. 

Each state of the Union is also a nation (national = land jurisdiction = public ) and a state (international = sea jurisdiction = private) as well as having its part of the global jurisdiction of the air.

So, for example the state of new york has air, land, and sea jurisdictions associated with it. 

Dear Vladimir: It's Not Us

We are going to say some things that you, Mr. President, are already aware of. We say them because the American People are tragically unaware of these facts and they need to know:

American foreign trade and foreign policy have been controlled by Britain for 227 years.

This is one of the results of the original states contracting for "essential government services" from the United States, which is a British-controlled corporation headquartered in the foreign international enclave known as the District of Columbia.

Most Americans have never read the Definitive Treaty of Peace, Paris, 1783, which shows that King George remained the "prince" and "Arch-Treasurer" of the "United States". Most Americans have never read the actual Constitution and grasped the fact that this agreement gave Britain control of American Trade and Foreign Policy.

Postmasters and Post Masters, Who Has the Post Master?

I keep returning to the old Gary Moore show, Tell the Truth, an early television game show where three people all claimed to be a particular individual and the contestant had to figure out who was scamming.

For example, the actual man to be identified might be a famous scientist credited with inventing the modern jet engine, and by a process of asking questions of the three men on the panel, the contestant would finally have to make a guess, and the real scientist would be asked to stand up.

Comment on Fulford Report of October 3, 2016: FED v. IMF

I have been inundated with people wanting to know what I think about Fulford's report yesterday on the Federal Reserve.  There seems to be some confusion over what his report means.

It means that the Federal Reserve was involved in a gigantic counterfeiting scheme and that the United States Army is for reasons unknown (but which we can guess) standing around letting the Federal Reserve shred the evidence.

The facts as Fulford presents them are these--- a relatively small gold hoard's actual asset value was grossly inflated and then translated into "dollars" by the Federal Reserve.  This had the affect of counterfeiting 23 trillion dollars based on negligible assets.

Advantages of Just Saying----No! -- and Boycotting the Election

In a few weeks Americans will be asked to choose between Hillary and Donald.

This is like being asked to choose between Capone and Gambizi.

No matter what you do, it's wrong.

I stopped voting years ago when I realized that their foreign corporation made it a crime for me (or any other American State National) to vote in their elections as of 1868.  Read the 14th Amendment.  Read it carefully. 

Nine million Americans were disenfranchised at that time, including my Great-Grandparents and Grandparents. 

It's a good thing I wised up and rescinded my "Voter Registration" because it is one of the major adhesion contracts they use to claim that you are a "United States Citizen" or a "citizen of the United States" and subject to every whim and demand they care to make.

If you really want to be free and stand in honor, you can't vote in their elections for the simple reason that it is a foreign corporation.  What business does a Spaniard have electing Irishmen?  None, right?

COLB's, Social Security, RV's, Gold Hoards and Ponzi Schemes

Every week I get several inquiries from people wondering how to collect on their own "Certificate of Live Birth Bonds"--- known as COLB's.  They go online and check the amount attached to their NAME and are usually stunned to see sums in the millions of dollars.  They do a little quick math and think, "Hey!  I am a millionaire!" 

That's not what all this implies.

Let's begin with the fact that a bond is a promissory note --- an I.O.U. 

That means that all those millions attached to your NAME represent debt owed by good old JOHN MARK DOE and future generations of his children. Oh, there was money obtained, all right---- by the governmental services corporations using you, your labor, and your private and public property as collateral to back their debts.

They got the money and spent it, not you.  And now they are busily trying to shrug and point at you as their "surety"---- the one responsible for paying their debts off.  Those millions attached to your NAME represent credit extended to them  and debt and interest accrued against YOU.

This is done by "hypothecation"---- a nice name for making fraudulent claims  against another person's property without their knowledge or consent.  Think of it of in terms of being "presumed" to have co-signed a car loan for your irresponsible Cousin Bubba, only in this case, it's Uncle Sam. 

This is the biggest Ponzi Scheme on Earth, and you are the victim of it.

Update: Bank Foreclosures and Mountain Climbing

Our focus is the "get to the root" of this evil, both in terms of its process and the mechanics of it.  This Fraud is go vast and has its tentacles into so many areas of our lives that it is like peeling an onion---- layer after layer after layer.

As a young woman I lived in Juneau, Alaska, and I was friends and housemates with some Californians.  They were all very athletic, leggy, tall, Nordic types who were out hiking in the summer and kayaking and fishing and skiing in the winter.  Me, not so much.  I am the more phlegmatic German type.  Squarish in build and practical by nature.  So when they began pestering me to climb a mountain for no reason but to climb a mountain I politely declined.

They it up, however, and after a year of being pestered to climb this stupid mountain for no reason, I grimly said, okay, we'll climb the @$#@@% mountain.

The victims have to stand up for themselves and do whatever works to obtain justice. 

If the police and DAs refuse to do their jobs, or worse, allow themselves to be used as tools to persecute the victims,  I have already told everyone what is necessary.  Organize your communities.  Bring your gripes to every pastor, every politician, every club, every civic organization, the schools, the churches, everyone---- and go after the bosses of the police and the DA's like a swarm of angry bees.  Make sure they lose their jobs.  Make sure their lives are living Hell. Hold public meetings.  Bang your dishes on the floor like angry dogs.  That's what we've had to do in Alaska.

And it works.  It's amazing how fast and efficient this is when you really decide that the line has been crossed and you are going to shove.  You get enough people on the move and your problem is going away.

New comment on A Stern Warning About "Satanic Ritual Abuse".

I am not "unaware" of the problem. Nor am I unaware of the history of these vile practices and venal religions.  

I doubt that it exists to the extent you believe it does, because out of all the many people who have come to me and ranted about this, none of them proved to be victims themselves or to have any first-hand knowledge--- and that indicates a whole lot of gossip and hysteria going on. 

And this is why I have given everyone who is "pushing" this a stern warning.  If you do have any actual, factual, first-hand knowledge of such practices and fail to come forward and properly report these crimes, you are an accomplice to them. 

Even victims can be held accountable as accomplices if they don't report the crime, because their silence permits the continued abuse of others.

I have been told that many victims can't specifically identify their attackers because they were unknown adults or they used masks to hide their identities, however, with the breaking of several child-trafficking and sex slave kidnapping rings  in Britain and in the United States and elsewhere it is becoming possible to compile Rogues Galleries of known perverts.  Those visual files can be used to match these creeps to their deeds---but we cannot prosecute them without injured parties and complaints.

So I repeat--- telling me secondhand gossip all day long doesn't get the job done. Looking at photographs and connecting the dots and filing the sworn affidavits does.

I have been told that many victims are afraid of being murdered if they tell what happened to them.  Aren't they being "murdered" every day by the fear? 

Comment on Luis Ewing, Larry Becraft, and Admiralty Lawyers, et Alia

Luis Ewing is a "jailhouse lawyer"--- self-taught in Admiralty Law only---who makes his living off other people's ignorance. In this he is like many, many other lawyers--- except that he didn't go to law school and often messes up his processes and procedures.

Luis tried to attach himself to me early on as a means to troll for clients--- people seeking help on my website.  He was jumping in and offering his services as if he was recommended and endorsed by me.

When I objected to this and exposed his unimpressive track record, he took it personally and decided that I was a potential danger to his income stream and went on the war path trying to discredit me, because I exposed his record----which all by itself discredits him. 

There is Nothing Occult

The word “occult” means “hidden”----- and there is nothing hidden from you.  Absolutely nothing.  There are only things that you haven’t thought of, things you are afraid to know, and things that Evil Ones have kept you ignorant of, so as to better plunder your assets and control you. 

There is nothing occult in this world or upon this Earth.  God has declared that if you knock, it shall be opened, and if you ask, it will not be withheld.  You can experience this Truth for yourself any time you dare to knock upon His Door.

Not only is nothing hidden, more is constantly being revealed, directly, right under your noses.  The Kingdom of God that has always been within you and part of you offers you unending riches of life and knowledge and experience that you only need to be brave enough to accept. 

You are the product, part and parcel, of the greatest love story ever conceived.  You are witnessing magic and wonders that make anything in Harry Potter look pale as a child’s drawings.  You are the Children of God----literally.  The Earth is your playpen and schoolyard. 

And if the true knowledge of who and what you are has been hidden from you, it can only be said that in the deepest sense, you have hidden it from yourselves.

There is One Life that fills the Universe and all of this dimension, and you are all part of it as a twig is a part of a branch. The One Life flows through you and exists within you and connects you to all other life, and if there is any occult secret, it is simply your own stubborn unawareness of your connectedness to everyone and everything else that exists.

You are afraid of this awareness because you fear that you will lose your individual consciousness. This is the same reason that you fear death.  You think that your “self” will be lost and that what little you have will be taken from you.  You think that your memories, good and bad, and all that makes you who and what you are will melt away and cease to exist, simply because the physical body does. 

Imagine for a moment how silly and ungrateful and stupid this is?

A Stern Warning About "Satanic Ritual Abuse"

Over the past year I have received literally thousands of letters, notes, emails, and phone calls from people all hyped-up about "Satanic Ritual Abuse"--- but they can't get their stories straight.  According to some, it's the Jews committing these heinous crimes, and according to others it's Catholics, or it's Muslims. Take your pick.

For no known reason, all three of these major religions -- none of which condone child sacrifice of any kind -- are suddenly participating in Satanic rites?

I am not even Catholic.  And even if I were, I obviously wouldn't know a thing about any "Satanic Ritual Abuse of Children" or any other such hyped-up morbid nonsense.  Despite years of these ugly rumors circulating first about Jews and then about Catholics and then about Muslims, too, there isn't a shred of any credible evidence of any such things  taking place.   It's all always just rumors and gossipy fear-mongering  by people with nothing better to do than let their imaginations run wild.

If there ARE any Satanic Rituals going on, you may all rest assured that they are being carried out by Satanists and NOT by any people who are actually Jews, Catholics, or Muslims, either. 

Every time I see anything from Cindy Kay, I turn the knob.  Early on, I tried to teach her about law and it was like talking to a beagle.  If she's your guiding light your darkness will remain very great indeed.

Reply to Aptly Named "Son of Wind"

What do we know about "Judge Anna's Courtroom" is that it is a courtroom serving an American Common Law Court and on occasion as an Article X Federal Court.  It is very simple and has no trappings, no bench perched on high for the judge to be separated and held aloft over the people, no gallery, no bar, no pomp and circumstance or false symbolic religiosity whatsoever. 

My courtroom has four tables, eight chairs, a speaker system and room for guests, but quite often we hold court wherever we happen to have an appointment to hold court.  We have held court in the lobby of office buildings. We have held court on docks.  We have held court in airport concourses.  Such is the nature of the American Common Law and American Common Law Courts. 

This is because our court system is a system that serves the needs of the people, not the needs of the court. 

What you will find in Judge Anna's Court wherever it may be held is a plain and simple copy of the King James Bible and an American Civil Flag.

Last week we forwarded the summation of our Joint Claim of Divine Estate to the Suprema Tribunale.  This is, as you know, the summation of eight (8) years of Due Process, including our acknowledgement and acceptance of The Universal Postal Union Treaty of 2010, issued under The Seal of Saint Peter, all the derivative land claims, and finally, the Non-UCC Liens of the actual American states against the "states of states" and the re-conveyance and acceptance of the land assets back to the jurisdiction of the land. 

We have been in contact with the King of Spain and he is fully advised regarding our return to the land jurisdiction and our claim of protection under all our established treaties. 

We fully recognize our position as Fiduciaries acting in behalf of the Priority Creditors of the entire world.  We have requested a settlement of the accounts, first by a mutual offset credit exchange, and second by universal debt forgiveness---including the forgiveness of odious debts established by merely presumed beneficiaries of our estates.

Everyone needs to get real sober, real fast.  Especially Jacob Rothschild.

Mr. Rothschild has performed a worthy, albeit, self-interested public service.  He has bought the debts of the International Monetary Fund in sufficient quantity to stave off World War III, but the quid pro quo is that he and his new "governmental services corporation" calling itself "The New Republic" inherit the service contract created by The Constitution for the united States of America and get to provide (and charge us for) the nineteen enumerated federal services.

The problem is and has been (for 150 years) that we are the States of America and we get to choose who provides services for us and we also rule the land jurisdiction of this country, so there is a new contract to be negotiated. And this time it is going to be negotiated by us, not by service providers making deals behind our backs among themselves and then pretending to "represent" us.

We were not impressed by the service provided by earlier Rothschild companies that were bankrupted under false pretenses.  And we liked the service provided by the Rockefellers and their partners in crime even less.

The Arrogance of Central Planning

Central Planning doesn't work. It doesn't matter if it is the Chinese, the Russians or the Americans doing the planning. It just doesn't work. We have had 150 years of strategic and centralized planning in America, brought to us by the Department of War and then by the Department of Defense......and......? It doesn't work.
Are we healthy? No. Are we happy? No. Are we wealthy? Yes, on paper, but..... Are we wise? Well, that remains to be seen.
If nothing else, we should have the self-evident failures and results of central planning firmly in mind. It does not lead to health. It does not lead to meaning, happiness, or fulfillment. It doesn't lead to a cleaner environment. It doesn't lead to contentment, security or peace.
So, what has it led to?

A New World, Not a New World Order

Let's begin with the fact that "the world" is not the earth.  The world is the creation of men.  The earth is the creation of God. 

And let's admit that the world we have is not working.  It is not only infected with fraud, it is based upon it.  More than two-thirds of us live either in acute or chronic need of basic things, and the remaining less-than-one third that have their basic needs fully met are still  often unhappy and feel trapped, bored, and uninspired.

So against that background and in full view of the desperate need to change things, let's answer questions about the Individual Living Stipend (ILS) and the Individual Investment Fund (IIF).  And let's be aware that many of these questions have been factually answered by studies that have actually provided such stipends and investment options to groups of test subjects. 

Question:  Is the ILS/IIF some kind of communism?

The Big One - 20 years of work filed in your behalf

Yesterday I filed the Big One, the Summation of over twenty (20) years work in behalf of the actual American states owed the land jurisdiction of this country and the living people of the 50 States United. Of course, with something this long in the making, there is a lot of remembering involved and a lot of focus required, so forgive me if I am brief with this announcement. I am very tired.

We, the living American People who claim our birthright political standing as American State Nationals---- Texans, Virginians, Ohioans, Wisconsinites, and so on--- and who have moved back to the land jurisdiction of our native land, are the beneficiaries of our estates.  Those who additionally act as Fiduciaries in behalf of our states on the land are American State Citizens, obligated by oath and honor to act in the best interests of all and to meet The Prudent Man Standard in all those actions we undertake.

For many who have grown up listening to a constant litany of "National Debt" news, it may come as a great surprise to learn that you are, as American State Nationals, not in debt.  You are by far the richest people on Earth.

Me and Walter Cronkite

We got a real television (not the hopelessly grainy eyeball model) when I was four years old.  This black and white picture was also grainy, but you could see the faces clearly.  One of the first faces I became familiar with as a toddler and young child was Walter Cronkite. 

While other four year-olds were watching Huckleberry Hound and Mighty Mouse with religious devotion, I watched Walter. Every night.  Without fail.  I'd put on my Dale Evans cowgirl hat and red leather cowboy boots and mount my hobby horse sitting in front of the television and watch with morbid fascination.

I remember the Nixon v. Kennedy Debates and there aren't too many people my age who have a clear recollection of that.

Like many Americans, I loved Walter. He had such a comforting voice and his dark, serious, but often gently amused eyes seemed to be looking straight into mine on many important occasions.

Of course, I trusted Walter.  Who didn't?  So it came as a terrible shock to learn that he was lying to me!  Yes, Walter Cronkite was lying about all sorts of things and when I first discovered that, well, it was worse than learning the truth about Santa Claus.  Much worse.

Ammon Bundy Totally Vindicated and Now......

The Ninth Circuit Court (15-10-117) just ordered the Federales to prove federal subject matter jurisdiction --- not just assume subject matter jurisdiction-- over property "owned" by the federal government.

Federal ownership of land may be (and usually is) merely proprietary--- meaning that the Federales are acting as property managers--- a role that does not create any exclusive use by the federal government and does not create federal subject matter jurisdiction.

This Ninth Circuit case cited above is not directly tied to the Bundy Cases, but addresses the issue of federal subject matter jurisdiction merely presumed to exist on the basis of federal property ownership.

In truth and in fact claims of Federal subject matter jurisdiction require: (1) a Federal use of the land (that is, a use related to the duties directly delegated to the federal government); (2) specific action by the State ceding jurisdiction. Neither one of these conditions were met with regard to the Oregon Wildlife Refuge.

The portions of the Wildlife Refuge including the buildings which the protestors occupied were purchased by the Federales from private land owners back in the 1930's --- under a Congressional Act that not only allowed, but which invited, adverse possession claims such as the protestors brought forward and which additionally ordered the "liquidation" of such properties back to state or private ownership.

What Happened to Checks and Balances? ---Make the Answer Go Viral

I am often asked, mostly by older Americans, "What happened to Checks and Balances?"

For younger readers, let me explain.  We were taught that our government depends on the principle of "checks and balances" to function properly.  The Founders deliberately set up the State Governments as a "check" --- a means to block --- Federal Government overreaches, and keep the whole machinery of government "balanced".

Both the concept of "checks and balances" and the reality of it has faded away and all levels of government ---county, state, and federal---have increasingly become rubber stamps for each other.  Why?

Come Out of Babylon

I have tried and tried and tried to get this point across: there are two governments in America, one British, one American.  There are two populaces in America---- one of British Subjects, one of American State nationals. 

This is the way it is and it is the way it has always been.  For all those who want proof in the founding documents go to www.freesovereignandindependent.com and look at what the Definitive Treaty of Peace (1783) which ended the Revolutionary War reveals: two populations. One population known as the "free, sovereign, and independent people of the United States" and the other known as "inhabitants"---- British Subjects left here to provide "essential government services." 

Look at Article IV of the actual Constitution.  There it is again, the provision of essential government services by federal employees.

My Father blew coffee through his nose and sputtered, "Sounds like she's got a bit of "Kraut" in her, too!"

The emotions were passing so fast on his face I couldn't tell which to believe: ---anger? ---amusement? ---sadness?  

Gentle sadness won. He rocked my curly head with the splayed fingers of his enormous hand and said, "Jah, you are my little zowerkraut!  Wear it with pride!"
